Conductor del bus 8-6-19, número 1 a las 16:30, las pantallas no funcionan y el conductor apenas se le oye cuando canta alguna de las muchas paradas que hay, al darnos cuenta que nos hemos pasado , se lo comentamos y con muy malas maneras, el conductor nos dice que si queremos volver a coger el bus hasta nuestra parada , tenemos que volver a pagar.
Muy mala impresión y desgana del responsable del bus,
Espero que no todos sean del mismo carácter.

Appena si arriva a Lisbona è il primo mezzo a cui si viene indirizzati, ma si può arrivare nello stesso tempo ma alla metà del prezzo con la metro, che arriva proprio all'aeroporto.

Motorista quando parava num semáforo pegava no seu telemóvel, entrou um colega de profissão, com um carrinho de bebê e ficou a entrada ao lado do motorista a conversar durante uma boa parte do percurso, e quando o autocarro parava para entrarem passageiros com destino ao aeroporto pois foi esse o trajeto que fiz, o motorista nem tinha a dignidade de afastar o carro de bebê que pela conversa deu a entender que era da sua filha, para que os utentes, pagantes do transporte poderem entrar, com as sua malas a vontade, muitas falhas a meu ver por parte de dois profissional do volante, autocarro limpo e novo preço acessível

O transporte é bom, mas o tempo de espera é terrível, pois lá onde se espera na paragem, diz que de vinte em vinte minutos passa um autocarro e na vez que eu o usei, com percurso de aeroporto- sete rios, esperei mais de uma hora

Para ir del aeropuerto al centro bien,pero a la inversa no lo recomiendo.
Estuve esperando más de media hora y no aparapar ningún autobús.
Acabé cogiendo un taxi que por 10€ te lleva al eropuerto y perdiendo los billetes de vuelta.

La frecuencia de 20 minutos no es cierta. El chico que vende los billetes te miente deliberadamente al respecto; nos dijo que el autobús tardaría 15 minutos como mucho y estuvimos más de media hora. La próxima vez cogeremos un taxi.

Le bus est systématiquement en retard. Il décrit un circuit touristique interminable pour vous amener à l'aéroport. Prenez le metro, c'est direct, plus confortable, plus rapide et moins cher.

Bequem einfach. Aus dem Flieger, Koffer holen ind dann zum Aerobus. Er fährt alle 20 min nach Lissabon rein. Stress frei und günstig zum Taxi. Wenn man zurück will zum Flughafen bitte etwas Zeit einrechnen, denn durch den Stadtverkehr kann er auch mal 5 min zu spät kommen.........

Der Busfahrer spricht zwar kaum Englisch, ist aber trotzdem sehr hilfsbereit. Die Preise sind angemessen. Die Fahrt geht schnell. Alles top.

After 50 min waiting time without arriving a Bus, i took a taxi to the Airport because i didn’t want to miss my flight. Don‘t waste your time and took a Taxi directly. The trip has only been cost around 10 Euro (City Center - Airport)

Para venir al centro muy bien, pero para la vuelta hemos esperado casi 2 horas y no ha pasado ningún autobús.
Al final hemos cogido un taxi y perdido el dinero del billete de vuelta.
No puede ser que un autobús que vaya al aeropuerto (con un horario concreto de vuelo) no pase en 2 horas...
No lo recomiendo en absoluto, una pena...

Utter garbage... my family and I bought 2-way tickets. As we approached the bus stop the bus quickly drove away - not even attempting to let us in.
After 80 minutes of waiting ("every 20min." is absolutely inaccurate) we returned to the salesman who then told us that she cant refund them due to us buying it from the guy who had the shift before.
Then, a yellow bus with the number '96' (not even close to the green Aerobus with the '2') pulled up and took us to our destination.
1 star because you cant give negative stars

Bought a ticket at the airport quickly with the bus 10m in front of me from the agent and the bus pulled away as I was walking up to it. Tried to use it again to get back to the airport- waited 50 minutes and nothing showed (Supposed to be every 20 min). I gave up and got the tube which is faster and cheaper (only benefit to aerobus is removing the need to carry your luggage). Appalling.

Le bus numéro 2 n'est jamais passé, après plus d'une heure d'attente ! Billets achetés sur Internet, plus personne au comptoir donc impossible de se faire rembourser... nous avons dû finalement prendre un taxi. GROSSE ARNAQUE A NE PAS UTILISER !!!

The bus was delayed a lot (almost 45 mins), while it was supposed to pass every 20 mins. To go to the city center from the airport I reccomend metro. It definitely takes less time.

Serviço muito bom de transporte público para ir do aeroporto para alguns lugares da cidade. Salvou a nossa vida porque os taxistas estavam se greve quando aterrissamos no aeroporto de Portugal. Só não gostei do preço majorado por causa da greve.

I had a very good experience with Aerobus, friendly staff explaining everything (it was a national holiday, some roads where blocked and they couldn't serve all stations) my travel back was also very simple
I don't understand the bad reviews, I experienced no long waits, no long lines and nothing else that would have been distressing. It is true that the ride can take about 1h (for me from Cais Sodré 50min) but I don't see a reason to complain because there is no time promise to the ride.
IMPORTANT TIPP: keep the first print out of your ticket in case you have an online ticket. Online tickets are recommended as they are 10% off.

Cheap service to and from airport. Would be helpful to have more precise information at bus stops going to the airport to know how long the wait is for the next bus.
I have used this service for 2 round trips and each time very quickly got the bus.

Nicht benutzen! Lange Wartezeit am Terminal, ewige Diskussionen beim Einsteigen - an jeder Haltestelle. Teilweise werden offensichtlich online gekaufte Tickets nicht akzeptiert - oder das Scannen dauert lange.
Wir haben bis Station 13 fast 75 (!) Minuten gebraucht.

Ojo! Llevamos 40 minutos esperando en Rossio y no aparece. Una vergüenza.
Hemos cogido un taxi de color crema, Mercedes (furgoneta) para 8 personas. Hemos tardado en llegar 10-15 minutos al aeropuerto y nos ha costado menos de 16€. En fin, no sé por qué recomiendan en las guías de viaje el aerobus.

Waited over 50 minutes for bus so got a taxi. Very disappointed in the service. Glad I didn't buy a ticket online before traveling. Aerobus in other cities are so much better.

A la vuelta hemos tenido que coger un taxi porque el autobús no pasaba. Hemos estado una hora esperando. Casi perdemos el vuelo. Por cierto el taxi de vuelta nos ha costado 8.75 con lo que el Aerobus solo compensa si viajas solo y aún yo me lo pensaría mucho.

Grüner Bus, nicht überfüllt. Fährt direkt vom T1 ab in die Stadt und hält am Pl do Comercio. Ideal. Von dort geht's auch wieder zurück zum Airport bis zum T2. Aufgrund des Verkehrs muss man bedenken, dass die Busse nicht immer alle 20 min. fahren. Ich hatte Glück. Wer klug ist, macht eine Hop on Tour mit dem yellow bus (48h 2 Busse, 20€). Darin enthalten ist auch die Nutzung der Tram sowie des Aerobus.

Wir hatten Tickets für hin und Rückfahrt vorher gekauft. Vom Flughafen in die Stadt bis Cais de Sodre war alles ok. Bei der wichtigen Rückfahrt zum Flughafen ist kein Bus in 1,5 Stunden gekommen, angegeben war alle 20 Minuten. Wir haben von 10 bis 11 Uhr 30 gewartet und fast den Flieger verpasst. Unzuverlässig, never again, Vorsicht. Lieber gleich Metro oder Taxi!

Lieber mit der Metro, hatten die Tickets für Hin- und Rückfahrt zuvor online gekauft, Rückfahrttickets konnten wir nicht nutzen, da die Linie erst ab 8Uhr verkehrt, unser Flug ging um 9 Uhr 40, wäre sich nie ausgegangen.

Absolut nicht zu empfehlen!! Wir hatten die Tickets bereits zuvor Online gekauft. Am Flughafen angekommen wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass die Blaue Linie an diesem Tag nicht fährt. 3 Tage später wollten wir von der Stadt zurück zum Flughafen. An der Bushaltestelle ist nie ein Bus angekommen. Letztendlich hatten wir die Busfahrt vorab gekauft mussten jedoch trotzdem 2 mal mit dem Taxi fahren!!

Waited today at Lisbon train station for over an hour for a bus that was suppose to come every 20 mins! In the end we just got taxi. It costed us 13 euros, higly recommend to anyone. Luckily we got our flight ok.

Pratique mais cher. 3,60 euros par personne l aller ou 5,20 l aller retour valable 120 jours. Sinon possibilité de prendre le métro pour rejoindre le centre ville pour 1,50 euros.
Enfin, vous pouvez prendre un über 6euros pour 4 personnes pour rejoindre le centre.

Unglaublich langsam. Erst hatte der Bus extra lange Verspätung und dann hat er noch 20 Minuten am Flughafen gestanden. Ich empfehle Euch ein anderes Verkehrsmittel zu nehmen.

Como todo servicio compartido, hay que llegar con tiempo: para encontrar la parada, para dar tiempo al tránsito y para que el bus le funcione. Sugerimos si quiere un servicio más económico y confiable en tiempo use el metro, línea Azul ida y regreso.

Waited nearly an hour for a bus that was never going to come - something to do with a national holiday affecting only the Aerobus!! Paid for advance tickets through Rome to Rio, who have been very helpful in trying to obtain a refund. Garbage service, would have missed our fight had it not been over an hour late. Took a taxi in the end - still waiting for refund - so annoying as Aerobus don't seem to care at all about custom service - disappointing!

Bus pris à l'aéroport vert les centre ville. Il fait plusieurs arrêts. Il y a la place pour mettre les bagages. Moins cher qu'un Shuttle. J'ai réservé sur internet, c'est un peu moins cher. Il suffit de montrer le QR-code au chauffeur. Rotation toutes les 20 minutes environ

Do not use this option to travel from the airport. Purchased on-line tickets before travelling and the driver would not accept that it was for two adults and made us purchase an additional ticket on the return journey despite using the same process to travel from the airport. They know when you are returning to the airport that you do not have time to mess around so stitch you up. Have contacted the operator and sent scanned tickets but no reply. Use the metro!

Cok fazla duraktan geciyor. Ve ayni noktadan iki kez gectik havaalanindan Restauradores duragina gitmek icin. Normalde havaalani yaklasik 10 km uzaklikta sehir merkezine ama 1 saatten once varamyosunuz sehire nedense. Ayrica lizbon'dan ayrilirken ucagimiz geç saatteydi ama Rossio meydaninda soguk havada yarim saat beklememize ragmen aerobus gelmedi. Biz de iki farkli otobus degistirerek halk otobusuyle gittik hava alanina. Eger lizbon kartiniz varsa bosuna aerobuse para odemeyin. Google haritalardan gideceginiz yeri sorunca bineceginiz otobusleri bile soyluyor zaten.

Very friendly staff at the bus stop, very spaceous and modern buses. But the line is very unreliable. We just missed the bus number 1 and were told the next one will arrive in 20 minutes. One hour later, the bus number 2 had arrived twice (no 20 min schedule either), and still no number 1. Next time we will take the metro or the regular bus.

This bus is unreliable. We arrived on a weekday evening and had to wait an hour and 10 minutes at the airport for the bus to show up. There are better options out there (like the metro - cheaper and definitely more reliable.)

La frecuencia de aerobus entre uno y otro es larguísima. No confiéis k pasan cada 20 minutos porque no es así. Menuda decepción. El problema está k muchos autobuses públicos de línea como el 783... No te dejan subir si vas con maletas más grandes k el equipaje de mano. Servicio pésimo

Sehr gute und schnelle Art um vom Flughafen in die Stadt zu kommen. Der Busfahrer auf der Hinfahrt hat uns sogar nützliche Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben und uns freundlicherweise nahe unserem Hotel raus gelassen da es auf der Route lag. Die Busse fahren regelmäßig im 20-25 min Takt ab bestimmten Haltestellen einen genauen Fahrplan gibt es allerdings nicht.

Muy cómodo y con buen precio (4 euros por trayecto). El Aerobus une las dos terminales (T1 y T2) del Aeropuerto internacional de Lisboa con diversos puntos de la ciudad de Lisboa y con la estación de autobuses y de ferrocarriles de Sete Rios. Los autobuses son muy amplios y modernos. IMPORTANTE: Conviene llevar el importe del billete en monedas o billetes pequeños.
