I’ve worked with Smartbus for the past 3 years and, as a hotel manager, with a lot of guests coming in and out everyday at any time 24/7, i had never hd one single issue or problem. Their service is so personalized and has so much atention to detail that I even started using their services on leisure activities or requesting services for my 80 years old grandparents. This is an impecable and trustworthy company wich I will always choose!

Our experience with SmartBus was very frustrating. We didnt even manage to get to the day of the service. We booked a service through the website, but there was no reply. We then booked a service through an email provided by the company, but there was no confirmation. We tried to get a confirmation 4 times through their phone service but no one was able to handle the simple query. I guess this company is simply not ready to handle customers. I encourage them to look into their processes and staff to make sure their company has a future.
