Fica bem na entrada da cidade, próximo ao centro de lá pode se fazer alguns passeios de barco, há sitio para comer, um local bem agradável.

Casas de banho de 3° mundo. Sujas até dizer chega. Uma zona de envolvente turística nada barata, não se justifica a falta de limpeza nos lavabos, nem o estado decrépito dos mesmos. Portas que não fecham convenientemente, falta de parafusos, falta de papel... Muito a melhorar..

Complicated showerhead does make any sense. You will need to rent their safebox which there isn't any sign or information until you call the receptionist. Wifi isn't working well.

Fantastic aparthotel within marina complex. Huge rooms with lots of facilities and full kitchen. Nice pool, nice bar with music 2/3 times a week even early in year (April)and good breakfast choice in annex by pool. However, best to go early as food goes quickly!! Evening meal not worth bothering with as loads of better restaurants of all different nationalities in marina and the town. Free car park opposite hotel. Supermarket easy walking distance from hotel. Been twice. Excellent both times

Professional and helpful staff, friendly bartender (cocktails are pricey) fab space- only a couple minutes walk to the marina with lots of food options. Very clean room with full kitchen and utensils/cookware. Be warned- they do not have hair conditioner but do have a nice shampoo.Big space was great for 2 people. Big couches. Only a few channels in the room- no tv in bedroom.

Location is good, near the marina, and the rooms are spacious. The TV is small for the size of room.
Just 2 quibbles: breakfast starts at 8 which is a bit late, and they have economised by providing an all in one shampoo/gel which totally ruined my hair (no conditioner).

Excellent rooms, very spacious, excellent view, right on the pool and the marina, excellent service.
The hotel even offered.a birthday cake for my daughter. I did not ask anything; they just saw the date on her passport!

The resort was well maintained. The apartments are huge, good size rooms and very spacious living area and balcony over looking the pool and the marina. It's very close to all the amenities - supermarket, restaurants, shops, the main town and the beach. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Somos uma família de 4 pessoas, 3 mulheres e 1 homem ficamos neste hotel oito noites e temos várias queixas:
⚠️Falhas frequentes e prolongadas de água quente;
O cofre no quarto é pago à parte;
A piscina interior e o ginásio são também pagos à parte com o custo de 10€ por utilização;
Arrogância do staff;
O pequeno almoço é extremamente caro para a pouca variedade que tem, sendo que até um café expresso é pago à parte não estando incluído no preço absurdo do pequeno almoço.
⚠️No último dia da nossa estadia aconteceu uma situação absurda, sujamos acidentalmente algumas toalhas de banho com maquilhagem, somos três mulheres é algo natural e regular de acontecer, no fim do dia fomos chamados arrogantemente à receção informando nos que teríamos de pagar 27€ pelas toalhas alegando que estavam danificadas. Pagamos os 27€ pelas toalhas, regressamos ao quarto colocamos as ditas toalhas danifiacadas na banheiro com um pouco de gel de banho tendo ficado impecáveis sem quaisquer nódoas ou manchas, conclusão pagamos as toalhas sem sequer o serviço de limpeza ter tentado lavar uma única vez na máquina.
Deixa muito a desejar, em nenhum sítio do mundo seria hotel de 4 estrelas.
Quarto espaçoso;
Cozinha bem apetrechada;
Piscina exterior espaçosa.

We stayed in this hotel for 8 nights and although it was a good experience, we have some complaints..breakfast was normal, just the usual food and drinks. I had to pay 1 euro every day to have a nice expresso because the hotel only provides expresso in a machine where all the drinks are served and it was very bad. The breakfast price is expensive for what it's given and we had to pay for the coffee again. Horrible. The last day of our staying we, accidently dirt some towels with make up,, we are 3 women, me and my two daughters and my husband, and they made us pay 27 euros for the towels claiming their were ruined but the fact is that they not even tried to wash them because later, in the hotel, we washed them and they we clean normally, we bring them as souvenirs. Very bad. It's not right. We will never return again to this hotel.

Literally staying here at the moment but compelled to write a review.... Apartment spacious and comfortable, great location .... But..... Staff are disinterested, almost to the point of being rude, poor service and response to any minor request. No facilities for late departures as in shower room! Public bathroom only!
Are they just tired, as coming to the end of the the season, or simply too big to care??
Lagos is unchanged and charming but disappointed by marina club lagos.

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment which was clean and spacious and had everything we needed during our stay. Busy but nice pool area. The hotel is right in the marina, but about 15 minute walk to the town centre.

Tolle Hotelanlage am Hafenbecken.
Die Anlage besteht aus großen Zimmern und Appartments und gliedert sich rund um die Poolanlage. Anbei ein kleines Restaurant, in dem auch das Frühstück eingenommen wird. Die Zimmer für drei und mehr Personen haben aber auch eine Küchenzeile mit Herd und Microwelle, Kühlschrank Toaster und kompletten Geschirr und Besteck.
Die Anlage wurde ca. 2001 erbaut und ist noch in sehr gutem Zustand. Alles ist sehr sauber. Nur den Bädern sieht man das Alter an. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gerne wieder.

Nice hotel. Not sure if it would be 4* in UK. Studio apartment spacious, good wardrobe space but could have had few more hangers. House keeping average-believe they are short staffed & have a large workload, often wanting to clean 9.30am or 5.30pm which was not convenient. Reception staff pleasant but not the best. Food & restaurant staff excellent; especially the young lad at pool bar-very pleasant & helpful. Pool surroundings excellent, always beds available however the pool was freezing!?!? Overall very pleasant stay.

C'était parfait !! On été avec nos enfants 4 ans 7 ans 10 ans.....pas très intéressant pour la petite de 4 ans mais les garçons ok....sinon le moins c'est qu'il y avait énormément de vent ..mais sa c'est la météo.....sinon très bon équipage..Merci d'avoir occuper les enfants...

Auf unserer Reise durch war ihr Haus unser viertes(4) Hotel.
Nach der absoluten Katastrophe von Lisboa, kammen wir nach Lagos in Ihr Haus.
Sehr nettes und kompetentes Personal an der Rezeption. Die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich und freundlich eingerichtet, alles sehr sauber. Frühstücksbuffet ist gut, nur der Kaffee leider nicht. Der Badetuchservice gefällt mir sehr gut. Kleine Abstriche gibt es dennoch WLAN ist langsam, auch das Besetzten (Handtuch auf die Liegen legen und dann erstmal Shopping) der Liegen am Pool, ist sehr nervig. Das Wasser im Pool auch das Kinderbecken ist sauber aber zu kalt. Schlüsselkarten funktionieren nicht immer. Aber das sind nur Kleinigkeiten.
Sehr sehr nettes Haus einfach toll, hier kann man Urlaub machen und ausspannen . Komme gerne wieder.

Bons apartamentos. Bem localizado (5 minutos a pé do centro de Lagos e 12 minutos a pé da praia). Boa piscina. Internet não funciona ou é extremamente lenta. Quando questionado o motivo na recepção disseram que a internet é usada por muita gente (!).
Preço elevado. Existem opções em Lagos com melhor relação preço/qualidade.

Just back from 9 days. Had no problems. We had a lovely room..cleaned every day with extra towels and pillows. Pool is great as its sloped and very deep. Plenty of loungers and covered areas. Staff very nice and friendly. 24 hour reception. Would recommend and stay again. Within walking distance of supermarket, marina, beach and train stn..really happy. Only downside - and because i slept there too - couches are very comfy but i didnt see any sheets...but didnt ask either..kind of heavy blankets but wide and comfy

2 star for the spacious and location.
Other than that. I would suggest anyone to book another hotel unless you coming with a big family, the room is very spacious. The receptionist we meet is not so ok. She just gave us the key and that's it. Nothing much. If course she smile. But as we asked for a map she didn't even try to explain where we are or other thing (maybe I expect too much, who knows). Other than that, the room door is very noisy and will make a loud noise if other guest slam their door or what. For frequent phone user, good luck for having a good internet (wifi) of this hotel. The internet speed of the wifi is ridiculously slow and weak. Furniture of the room is very minimal if I could say that. Shower is poorly design, water splash out easily.

The spa is poorly managed. It doesn't matter how often we, the customers, complain that the pool is too cold, the only response from management is "our pool is set to 27 degrees". So??? If the temperature is set to 27 degrees, then 27 degrees is TOO COLD. Otherwise, something is broken and the temperature is NOT 27 degrees. Either way, there is a problem when the pool feels cold. Personally, I have found the temperature variable. Occasionally it is like getting into a warm bath, at other times it is freezing cold and you cannot get in. But we must not worry because the management have personally assured me the pool temperature is always 27 degrees!!! Something is very wrong somewhere but complaining gets us nowhere because the management do not believe anything is wrong with their perfect pool. Wakeup please, listen to the customers, and get this problem fixed.

I stayed here three nights. I can’t say enough about the hotel. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and welcoming, and it’s conveniently located in the marina. The front desk staff speak English well. I highly recommend this hotel.

Pros: clean, spacious rooms; comfortable beds; pool and spa amenities; the breakfast was pretty good; good location. Generally it provided what we needed for a night or two, but didn't impress.
Cons: the wifi didn't work at all in our room, staff did not fix that nor did they appear apologetic about it; only one outlet worked in our room; we didn't have hand soap; the shower was confusing; and finally, there weren't signs throughout the hotel orienting you toward the restaurant, pool, spa, etc, so it was easy to wander in circles (nor did staff at any point explain what amenities are available and how to access them). I'm not sure if some of this was specific to our suite or a theme throughout the place.

Ojo con los garajes , algunos son un calvario para entrar o salir. Están muy mal diseñados te rozas el coche muy fácilmente.

Reasonable accommodation. We had a superior studio - it was clean and well maintained. Pool was good. About a 4-5 minute walk from the marina bars which are good fun. From there you can either walk to town in another 10 minutes or to the main beach in about the same amount of time. There is also a big supermarket 5-6 minutes walk away from the hotel which is great if you are staying for a few days and want supplies. I would probably stay here again if the price was right but it's nothing special either though.

O pequeno almoço muito bom e tem sempre tudo independente de ir às 8 ou 9 ou até às 10 horas.
A limpeza é feita todos os dias!
O hotel é perto do centro e tb do pingo doce!
Recomendo é bom para umas férias em família

Sehr schönes Hotel
Leckeres Frühstücksbüffet leider nicht im Preis enthalten.
Am Hotel gibt es nicht viel zu kritisieren. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer (wir hatten eine Suite mit zusätzlichem Schlafzimmer ) sind groß und sauber. Das Bad ist ausreichend groß, hat aber keinen Anschluss an die Lüftung / Klimaanlage. Am besten hat uns das Restaurant waypoint
gefallen. Hier war die Auswahl beim Frühstücksbüffet sehr gut, mit verschiedenen warmen Sachen, auch cerealien und Früchte sowie immer lokales Gebäck und Kuchen. Den Preis von 11 Euro pro Person fand ich angemessen, finde nur dass das Frühstück bei dem recht hohen Preis für das Zimmer enthalten sein müsste. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis finde ich nicht angemessen. Alles in allem würde ich das Hotel aber uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Ha superado nuestras expectativas considerablemente. Hemos tenido una estancia muy agradable, y la atención ha sido muy buena. Todo muy limpio, habitación muy completa y buena ubicación. La realidad supera, y mucho, las fotos. Volveríamos sin dudarlo.

We stayed a week in one of the 3 bed appartments. Location is excellent, close to bars, restaurants and a supermarket. Short walk into Lagos. Close to train and bus station. Great views of marina. The hotel has on site bar and restaurant. We didn't use either as we are family of 5 and the restaurant was expensive compared to local eateries! Our biggest issue was with the pool. As it is unheated the outdoor pool was freezing in Spring temps of up to 18 degrees. We hoped to use the indoor pool which although tiny, had a cost of €10 per person. They also don't allow children under 16 in AT ANY TIME despite it being empty every time we went past! We weren't aware of the no kids policy before arrival so were really disappointed!! We pointed this out to reception staff but they were unhelpful!

(-) Las camas son estrechas y poco cómodas, además de muy bajas. La wifi no tiene una adecuada potencia. Podría haber más enchufes, al menos a ambos lados de la cama.
(+) El acceso en coche es bueno. El personal amable y rápido. La habitación es muy amplia con una cocina bien equipada y muy limpia. La terraza es amplia y cómoda, tiene incluso tendedero. El baño es espacioso, con todo lo necesario. Hay piscina, pero no la utilizamos por el clima. Está del centro de Lagos a unos 15 minutos andando, pero al lado hay un centro comercial con restaurantes. Un supermercado a 5 minutos andando y abundante aparcamiento gratuito por todos los alrededores del hotel. Las habitaciones están bien aisladas. Por lo demás todo bien, es un sitio muy adecuado para parejas, incluso de cierta edad y familias con niños.

Hotel room overall was good with a kitchenette. However, no detergent, salt or pepper was provided. Had trouble with the WiFi since the passcodes did not work. Asked front desk and the response was "it's working for me, don't know what to tell you. Someone else had the same problem". One of the ladies at the front was rude and useless. Don't think I'll go back.

Worst hotel experience ever.
Dark haired 'Director' on the front desk changed the price twice on the room extension and doubled the price on check out for a 15min international phone call.
To top it off I asked for an express check out - "please charge the last night to my credit card I must catch the train". Upon leaving I was unlawfully stopped by hotel security at the Directors request and the police were called - they could not believe it when they arrived. I never refused (in fact gave permission) to pay but this was his reaction!
No apology on payment and I had to spend 4 hours waiting for the next train.
A real shame as the other employees in the Hotel were quite lovely.

Tem quarto ótimo. O melhor que já hospedei até hoje, com uma verdadeira cozinha dentro da habitação. Não explorei todos os serviços do hotel com várias piscinas, entre outras coisas.

El hotel puede estar muy bien pero el servicio de habitaciones es de pena. Estuvimos con una botella de gel tres días tuvimos que bañarnos con el champú.

Arriving by pre-booked shuttle from the airport, it took around 60-70 minutes from Faro. We were allowed into our room 4 hours earlier than the official check in time, we were met by a very welcoming reception and clean throughout. Our twin room was very spacious with a well stocked kitchen, there was next to no noise in the evening and very comfortable beds made for a good night sleep. The hotel is right on the marina with a number of bars and restaurants within 2 minutes walk, for the centre of Lagos maybe a 15 minute walk. Recommended stay, would have no problem coming back whatsoever.

Located just over an hour from Faro airport in the car. Welcoming reception, large apartments with lounge/kitchen and balcony across both the lounge and bedroom. Our room was ready when we arrived so we were allowed to check in early. Free wi-fi in the apartment. Located right by the marina so some lovely views only a short walk away but a bit further to the main town/restaurants/beaches (probably 15-20 minutes walk). Located in the quieter part of town. Large pool area with lots of loungers. Overall very pleasant experience.

Abbiamo prenotato all'ultimo momento una stanza. Ci e' stata data pero' senza terrazzino (importante per poter stendere) come previsto dalla prenotazione. Per il resto la struttura e' moderna, con piscina vicina al centro.

Although a nice hotel there was little comfort in either the rooms or balcony every bit of seating was hard plastic. The sun loungers had seen better days. The restaurant food was good but the restaurant lacked any atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful and the location was good. Will not be rushing back to stay again though.

Clean, decent sized apartment. Pool busy in the summer months so you need be up reasonably early. Easy to access and park.

I never though I could find such a condescending management.
Luckily I stayed here only for two nights,
at first we could immediately appreciate the drain pipes of our shower and bathroom: we loved having a shower in our own water because they could not drain...........
At night unpredictable alarms from the bottom of the building (from an unreachable technical area) woke us up at 3AM, extraordinary experience !!! However, I did not know he best had yet to come.
The following night I thought I could feel better turning on the air conditioning..... what a bad idea: it did not work!!!!! Could you immagine what a night we had!!!!!! Portugal In June can really make you feel the heat !
When, in the morning, I asked to speak with the manager, she did not even bother to interrupt her coffee beak she was having. Through the receptionist, let us know we would had to wait for indefinite time for her to come back or we would have had to send an email in order to receive official apologies.
I did not find a reason to write the mail, neither the time to complain.... somehow I dot understand how such a manager can not comprehend the meaning of her rule..
I only hope someone can read my experience and, perhaps, pick a different place to stay.

My husband and I spent a very enjoyable week here at the end of May. We stayed in a two bedroom suite overlooking the palm garden so had loads of space for the two of us. It was very quiet and with a very pleasant balcony - ideal for breakfast and early evening drinks and snacks.The location was ideal for us being just a few minutes walk to the bars, restaurants and boat trips on the Marina and just a very pleasant 10 minute walk into the centre of Lagos.The suite was kept spotlessly clean with floors being brushed and washed and towels changed daily and bedding changed several times during the week.We only ate one meal in the restaurant, breakfast on the last day - which was very good and good value.My only complaints are:- the bed was HARD - I like a firm bed, but this was just too firm for my arthritic hips!!! - and there were only 6 small or 6 even smaller cups for coffee/tea, not good for someone who like a good mug in a morning and there were no wine glasses!

Lovely rooms loads of space. Perfect location staff all helpful and friendly. Very poor food though. Its all very bland . If we hadn't tried the food here it would have gotten 5 star easy

No está lejos del centro ni lejos de la playa (10 minutos andando) . En semana santa no estaba saturado. Cerca hay varios locales para tomar una copa o cenar pero merece la pena acercarse al centro de Lagos. De la Marina parten casi todos los barcos para visitar las grutas y los acantilados. Incluye aparcamiento gratuito cubierto al que se accede desde la habitación.
Lo peor, que aunque tiene cocina no tiene lavavajillas ni detergente así que hay que llevarlo todo. Y el baño, aunque es amplio y luminoso, no tiene una ducha cómoda.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im C-Gebäude im 1. Stock mit Aussicht auf den Pool. Da es Nebensaison war, war nicht viel los und damit ruhig und es waren genug Liegen jederzeit frei. Die Lage ist sehr gut - jeweils in 15-20min. zum Strand oder ins Zentrum sowie zum Supermarkt. Weiters gibt es einige Cafes, Bars und Restaurants in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Studio hatte eine angenehme Größe. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Sehr freundliches & hilfreiches Personal an der Rezeption und im Café / der Bar.
Für eine 5* Bewertung hat folgendes nicht gepasst: Zimmersafe war recht klein (Notebook hat nicht reingepasst, was in anderen Hotels möglich war) und dafür hat man extra zahlen müssen. Alternative war, es an der Rezeption zu hinterlegen (es wurde nur ein loser Zettel mit der jeweiligen Zimmernr. draufgelegt, ohne einer Bestätigung oder einem Beweis für einen selbst). TV hatte extrem schlechte Bild- & Tonqualität und konnte nicht besser eingestellt werden (schade für regnerische Tage).

Unsere Suite war geräumig und modern eingerichtet. Das Personal ist freundlich. Die Preise sind moderat. Wir waren in der Nebensaison dort. Wie das Hotel unter Volllast läuft, kann ich also nicht beurteilen. Toll war der hohe Altersdurchschnitt der anderen Gäste. Unter lauter 70 Jährigen kommt man sich als 40er glatt nochmal wie ein Teenager vor. Yeah!

I'm sure the place was once nice, but it hasn't aged gracefully. Rooms smell from years of sloppy cleaning. Ants all over the room. Room decoration pending between sad and laughable, including an old 14 inch TV. The wifi was absolutely terrible, barely working at all. I tried to stay in the lobby lounge, but it closed at midnight and I was kicked out. Parking spaces are for Pintos.
I don't mind simple places, but the price and description suggested otherwise. All around horrible stay.

Wir hatten zwar nur die Standard Zimmer, aber für vier Sterne erwarte ich was Ausstattung angeht dann doch etwas mehr als billige Plastikstühle auf dem Balkon. Die Küche aufm Zimmer ist von der Ausstattung sehr gut. Der Zimmerservice war sehr gut. Das Essen im Restaurant ist leider nicht erwähnenswert. Die Essen sind teilweise etwas lustlos zubereitet und entsprechen auch nicht ganz dem Niveau von vier Sternen. Die Lage ist allerdings top. Keine 10 Minuten zu Fuß und man ist in der Altstadt von Lagos oder am Maia Praia Strand. Bus fährt direkt vor der Tür ab und mit diesem kommt man direkt zu weiteren Stränden direkt am Ponta da Piedade bzw. da hinter.
Ein Einkaufsmarkt ist 5 Minuten entfernt per Auto oder zu Fuß erreichbar.

Buen hotel en la Marina de Lagos. La atención en recepción muy buena, cualquier cosa te la procuran solucionar sobre la marcha. El servicio de habitaciones funciona bien aunque son un poco lentas para entrar por la mañana. La piscina está siempre llena de ingleses aunque te puedes dar un baño agradable. Parking gratuito. Muy cerca del centro de Lagos y de Meia Praia. Lugar tranquilo. Él bufet de desayuno no vale un duro y caro (11€/persona) pero al lado hay un par de cafeterías que se desayuna estupendamente a mitad de precio.
En resumen buen hotel que sirve de cuartel general para conocer toda la zona, con buena localización y buenos servicios.

We stayed in the apartments which were great. I regret not paying extra for the marina facing room as those rooms probably had the best sun.We didnt eat at the hotel restaurant. The eateries round the corner at the marina complex were pretty good.I also regret not paying for private transfers as the shared shuttle took 2 hours each way.Overall a good hotel and would consider going back.

Hotel is fine. Its in a great location. I would say that the part I stayed in (A10) was dated. The sofa was made from some sort of denim. I had an apartment as it was the best available price and it was spacious - would be perfect for a family or a group of people.I would recommend this hotel but it just depends if you want something a bit more modern or not.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Marina Club, the staff were extremely helpful and the rooms were large and bright, well kept and clean. Location is perfect too. We couldnt fault it and i have already booked this hotel again for our next visit to Lagos.

Grand complexe hôtelier au coeur de Lagos plus précisement à côté de la Marina de Lagos. Nous avons pris un appartement T2 et nous avons été enchantés. 2 chambres (dont une avec salle de bains)très confortables. Un grand séjour et une grande cuisine avec absolument toutes les commodités (cuisinière,micro-ondes, frigo,congélateur,chauffe-eau,etc...).
Nous avions aussi un superbe balcon (avec vue sur la piscine) à disposition que nous utilisions pour prendre le petit-déjeuner.
L'appartement était relativement bien insonorisé. Mention très bien pour la piscine dont nous avons pleinement profité après la plage...
Quelques bémols concernant les salles de bains qui étaient à notre goût pas très grandes et peu pratiques (douche pratiquement inutilisable tellement elle est petite); la grandeur et le type de TV sont ridicules vu le niveau de l'appartement (mais bon, on vient pas passer des vacances pour regarder la télé), couverture wifi relativement efficace
quoique un peu lente.
Pour finir, le bilan reste largement positif pour ce séjour de 8 jours dans ce superbe complexe.
PS: ah j'oubliais, le parking au sous-sol est vraiment pratique.

Top-Zimmer, Lage an der straße aber gute Fenster, im Pool baden Möwen aber Strand gleich um die Ecke. Alles sonst sehr sauber.
