A great selection of trendy and high quality hats at competitive prices for most visitors. Welcoming staff provides good advice and made us leave the store with two hats!

This store turned out to be a disaster in my experience. I came across their hats online and tried to contact them several times over a couple of months with no reply. Knowing I was going to be in Lisbon I wanted to buy a hat that they say the make and that looked like it was priced right. I finally got fed up and called the store. The first time I got someone who did not speak english. A few days later I called and got the owner Luisa. I Told her what I wanted and when I was arriving. She said she would have a hat ready for me in the size I wanted with no obligation to buy if I didn't like it. I thought that was extremely fair. I followed up with an email as she requested stating the hat, colour and size. I did not get a rely to the email and I called a few days later to see if she got the email. Again I got someone who did not speak english but was able to confirm the email address. I sent the email again. The day I arrived in Lisbon I headed to the store right after checking into my hotel. When I arrived there were two ladies working in the store which looked old and tired. Neither of them was the owner, who said she would be there when I arrived. Neither of them spoke english. They called the owner and the hat I was promised was not there nor was the owner of course.. They tried to pawn off another hat that was not even the same colour. It was ugly and looked like very low quality. I was really disappointed. I put in a lot of time and effort and expect that I was dealing with and old and reputable store. This was not the case. I would NEVER recommend this store to anyone given my experience and will continue to look for the hat I wanted elsewhere. When I find it I will advise my many readers where to shop for a reputable hat company.
