Muito bom. Aluguei com facilidade e rapidez. Seguro tudo incluso e no melhor valor de lagos. Único senão é que eu queria um clio, mas disseram que não tinha. Fiquei com Skoda Fabia, que no final foi bem econômico.

Great company to deal with. Hired a car on our holiday last week and all was well. Fairly new Seat Ibiza waiting at the airport with my name in the window. Drop off was no hassle either, just left the keys in the car as instructed at the airport. Paid in cash, no crazy deposits needed or credit card holds. I would highly recommend using these guys. I will definitely be using again in the future.

Service de location très correct et bien fait. Tout est inclus dans le prix indiqué. Pas de caution sur carte de crédit. Pas de reprise-remise en bonne et due forme. Vous rendez le véhicule avec la même quantité de carburant indiqué à la prise en charge.
Bip disponible (sous payement anticipé) pour autoroute Infante de Sagres A22. (Nous n'avons rencontré aucun problème et donc ne pouvons juger le service dans ce cas.

We rented a car from Luzcar last week and everything went smoothly, the car that they gave was a little scratched up but I was assured that i didn’t need to worry as there are no hidden charges for any additional scratches, all I paid was the fee agreed no credit card deposits, I will definitely use them again

I chose this company because of the good reviews and they are well deserved! Probably the simplest car rental I’ve ever had. I paid 60 euros for three days for a nice little car, including comprehensive insurance. No walk around when I picked up the car or dropped it off.

Wypożyczalnia Luzcar to chyba najtańsza wypożyczalnia samochodowców w Algavre. Super miła obsługa, wszystko wytłumaczyli tak jak ma być. Płatnosc można dokonać kartka debetowa lub gotówka, nie pobierają depozytu. Samochód odbierałem wieczorem a na następny dzień podjechałem sobie do Lagos podpisać umowę i zapłacić.

Luz car was by far the most affordable car rental I found in lagos. They were quick to respond to my emails as I was booking from Canada.The rental process was extremely smooth. There were no hidden fees. Car was clean, employees were extremely friendly and helpful. They even let us rent it for an extra day last minute! If you're looking for a car rental place, look no further!

We rented car for week it probably wasnt the cheapest company but it did Have exelent service. It costs us 135€ and we payed in cash. We didnt need any credit card or some deposit. At the END we gave back car and they eaven didnt check anything just took key checked paper and just left.

Perfect geregeld met een goede All Inn prijs. De auto werd afgeleverd en opgehaald op de camping. Heldere uitleg en goede afspraak. Auto was prima in orde voor een bijzonder goede prijs. Zal zeker hier weer een auto huren als de kans zich voordoet.

Überraschenderweise war es möglich sehr kurzfristig ein Auto auch ohne Kredit Karte (!!!) zu mieten. Angerufen, angefragt und das "ok" bekommen, dass es am nächsten Tag bereit zur Abholung sei. Die Mitarbeiter waren überaus freundlich und bemüht und sprachen perfektes Englisch. Das Auto selbst - wir wollten das kleinste verfügbare Modell - ein Renault Clio, nigelnagelneu und sauber. Für 5 Tage zahlten wir 160€, alle möglichen Versicherungen inbegriffen.
Sehr empfehlenswerter Auto Verleih, nächstes mal wieder!

Very unfriendly. They calim to be "professional" while offering thier highly "unprofessional" services. What do offensive racist words have to do with service anyways!
I am highly offended by they rudeness and aggressive vocabularies, they don't care about getting the business at all. Seems that they have had enough profit for the season already!

Najlepsza wypożyczalnia samochodów w Algarve, zero ukrytych kosztów, atrakcyjna cena. Nie trzeba okazywać karty kredytowej ani debetowej jako depozyt. Można płacić gotówką. W pakiecie pełne ubezpieczenie, bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa. Polecam!

Exzellente Autovermietung! Nachdem unser Flug massive Verspätung wegen eines Streiks der Flugsicherung in Frankreich hatte und der Anschlussflug von Lissabon nach Faro mit einem alternativen Bustransfer durchgeführt werden musste, konnte ich nur noch außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten von Luzcar anrufen und eine Nachricht auf der Mailbox hinterlassen. Während des Bustransfers kam bereits der Rückruf und obwohl wir erst kurz vor Mitternacht in Faro ankamen, wurden wir am Flughafen bereits von einem sehr netten Mitarbeiter von Luzcar erwartet und die Übernahme des Fahrzeugs ging schnell und einfach über die Bühne (inkl. der vorbestellten Kindersitze, die ohne Zusatzkosten im Mietpreis enthalten waren!). Phantastisch! Die Rückgabe nach 10 Tagen am Flughafen in Faro war noch unkomplizierter und lief völlig problemlos ab! Absolut empfehlenswert - wir würden jederzeit wieder bei Luzcar ein Auto mieten, sollten wir wieder nach Faro kommen! Vielen Dank!

I definitely recommend this company! We rented a car for 5 days at Faro and everything went well. It was cheap and the price included premium insurance so no deposit nor credit card was needed, the staff was friendly, plus is didn't take long to pick up the car - I just had to sign one document and when we returned the car we just parked it and went for our flight. The car was in good condition so no problems at all!

We rented a car initially for 2 weeks, which turned into 10 weeks as we needed access to a car during lockdown. Luz car were fab in meeting our needs and agreeing a great rate for the duration. I would use them again and will recommend them to my visiting friends and family once we can travel safely again.

Absolutely fantastic company. Nothing is ever a problem. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rented from them about 3-4 times and each time has been simple and prices are great. If you're visiting the Algarve and need a car, don't bother looking elsewhere, just use Luzcar!

I Hired a car from Luzcar. they were very professional. I landed at 10.15pm, they were waiting for me at the car park. everything was easy and simple with no hidden fees. Amazing company, and I would highly suggest anyone wanting a hassle free rental to use them. I will defiantly use them again when travelling to Portugal.

Excellent local car hire company based at Faro Airport P4, as well as an office in Lagos. I emailed them before going as neither my partner or I have a credit card. I booked a group A car, but got a C instead for the same price. They took my debit card and after paying for all the insurances and the 15€ for the airport tax, the total was 115€ inclusive, for 5 days, without holding back 300€-1000€ off a card. Had a blow out and this was sorted very quickly by the Lagos office. I would definately use this company again, without question. Very happy.

Friendly staff, very informative and helpful when we hire the car to go around Lagos. Easy to rent the car , affordable price with some insurance cover included in that price. Free map and detailed explanation on the routes too. They also give the service of picking up the car at certain place when returning.

This company was great!
They delivered a higher class car than I ordered and paid for. There was no bullying tactics for extra insurance to buy, insurance was included in the price. I just had to replace what fuel I had used. And they take cash payments so I didnt have to give them my card details, which I have been screwed before with other rental companies. And to top it all the car was a really good price.
I totally recommend these guys, they where professional, courtious and provided a great service with no hassle.

Fantastischer Vermieter. Echter Vollkaskoschutz, ohne Kaution und ohne Selbstbeteiligung. Angenehme, entspannte Übergabe und ein neuwertiges Auto. Leider wurde unser Mietwagen trotz unserer Vorsichtsmaßnahmen auf einem öffentlichen Parkplatz aufgebrochen, die Mitarbeiter haben sich jedoch um alles weitere gekümmert und wir konnten unseren Urlaub unbeschwert weiter genießen. Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen!

Seriöser Anbieter, echter Vollkaskoschutz. Wurde mir empfohlen und ich wurde nicht enttäuscht. Der neuwertige Corsa wurde über die Rezeption des Hotels bestellt und innerhalb von 30 Minuten vor mein Hotel gebracht und das Sonntagmorgen. Auto wurde sogar am Hotel wieder abgeholt. Unkomplizierter geht's nicht mehr.

Reserved a car 6 months in advance. Because we wanted an automatic we had to pay half upfront on credit card. 6 months later they promptly delivered the car to the hotel. Practically new car. No extra insurance pushed because they cover it. They then picked up card from reception where we left the key.
Really great experience. I wish all rentals could be like this.

Easiest car rental we have ever done. Picked up an Opel automatic from their Lagos branch for 7days. Forgot my passport when picking it up but they were satisfied that I knew the number. Paper work was next to nothing and the agent did a full demo of the car showing us where light indicators, gearbox etc were located.
Didn’t bother with transponder as we were only using locally to get to restaurants and beaches. Car had Bluetooth so was easily able to link Spotify from my iphone to car. Brilliant service all round.

They provided a rental car consistent with expectations - clean, and in excellent shape - and they were extremely helpful and NO pressure/upsell. AND, they helped me out with getting situated on bus tickets even after I had turned the car in. Andre and his colleagues are stars!!!!

We had such a great experience! Support team was really helpful answering my questions before our arrival. The whole process of picking up a car from Faro airport was done in the blink of an eye. They did not require a Credit Card like many other companies do. The car was clean and in a really good condition.

Yes it was good no hidden fees and everything above but they extracharge you when they ask you if you want the car with half fuel ⛽ ⛽ for 40 euro, actually if you put it yourself it will be much more cheaper.( They say that there was a strike of the peco station which is true but they sell diesel at much more higher price when you buy directly from them).

The process to get the car was easy. The car was automatic with air-conditioned, while it looked in good shape, it had an unpleasant smell in it.
The not excellent rating comes from the following 3: things
1. When we got the car we were asked if we want one with half tank or one empty. We opted for the half tank and were charged 35 euros. The half tank was actually 3/8 tank and when i added gasoline myself (at the most expensive gas station as i found after) I paid 45 euros for 6/8 of the tank, so the 35 were a total rip-off.
2. They offered a child booster free of charge - it was just a plastic piece with no soft fabric or anything to be comfortable for the child sitting on it.
3. The seatbelt behind the passenger seat was missing the buckle so it was unusable.

Fantastic company. Flexible when we were late picking up the car as had to register lost luggage, no queues either (as they were in a van in airport car park) and efficient filling in forms, no extra selling, all of which after a flight is so welcome. Comprehensive insurance meant we were not on edge all holiday for scratches etc. Rented for 2 weeks, they supplied the radar thing for toll roads. Wish every car company could be as sensible and efficient as them, will definitely use again.

Noleggiato L’auto per qualche giorno in cui non ho dovuto versare nessun deposito e niente carta di credito. Servizio e disponibilità ottima e mi hanno portato direttamente l’auto in aeroporto. Noleggio di auto consigliatissimo per chi vuole girare l’algarve in auto.

Ich kann diesen Autoverleih zu 100% empfehlen! Wir wollten spontan ein Auto für 24 h in Lagos mieten, konnten den Wagen sofort nutzen - der Mitarbeiter hatte ihn sogar direkt für uns getankt. Süßer kleiner Ford Fiesta für 60€ (für die 24 h), total ausreichend! Alles inklusive, keine weiteren Kosten für Versicherungen oder sonstiges. Wir mussten den Wagen nicht mal sauber machen danach. Es war das erste Mal, dass ich einen Wagen geliehen habe, dann auch noch im Ausland und dafür so eine klasse Erfahrung. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen! :)

Automatic transmission cars are crazy expensive at most car rental companies so we chose Luzcar because it was half the price of major car rental companies. They are EXTREMELY good with email - we got our quote within half a day and the company responded quickly to all my subsequent emails. Pick up from Faro airport in the parking lot person in a van, prepay tolls and they help you figure out how much you need. Dropping off in Lagos was a little complex because their Lagos office is closed 1-3pm for lunch (how do I get that work schedule?!) but our train was at 3:13 so we needed to park on their street, pay meter until the office opens again (€1 for 90 min), and drop the keys through the office mail slot. Service and price were amazing, the car was an older car with hijacked wheels, but honestly, it matched the beachy atmosphere and we didn’t want to pay major car rental prices for an automatic transmission car.

6 Sterne. Wir hatten ein Top Auto zu einem sehr fairen Preis. Aber was uns wirklich überzeugt hat, war das Verhalten, als wir einen Schaden hatten (uns wurde der Rückspiegel beim Parken abgefahren). Kein Problem, keine Kosten, nach 15 min hatten wir ein neues Auto - wiederum in Top Zustand. Absolut zu empfehlen!

Absolut empfehlenswerte Algarve - Autovermietung!
Die einzige die ich für den Flughafen Faro finden konnte die auch ohne Kreditkarte und ohne Kaution arbeitet!!!!
Das Auto war neu und fit, 2000 km.
Abholung und Rückgabe waren schnell und problemlos. Der Mitarbeiter freundlich, sprach gut englisch und etwas deutsch

Wegen plattem Reifen auf Rückfahrt zum Flughafen Faro zig Mal versucht, Luzcar anzurufen. Unter der angegebenen Nummer ist nicht mal im Notfall jemand erreichbar. Hilfsbereiter Portugiese hat angeblich über andere Nummer Luzcar erreicht. Ich sollte an einer Tankstelle in 100 m Entfernung Hilfe bekommen. Weder jemand an der Tankstelle noch ein Autohändler auf der gegenüber liegenden Seite konnte oder wollte uns helfen. Ein junger Mann an der ersten Tankstelle rief uns schließlich ein Taxi. Die Fahrer zweier gleichzeitig haltenden Taxis haben uns freundlicherweise den Reifen gewechselt. Am Flughafen war niemand von Luzcar zur Übergabe des Autos anwesend. Eine freundliche Dame einer anderen Autovermietung half uns. Fast hätten wir unseren Flieger verpasst. Eigentlich hätten wir besser das Auto am Straßenrand stehen lassen, den Schüssel einer anderen Autovermietung geben und von Deutschland aus Luzcar anschreiben sollen, statt zu versuchen, alles korrekt abzuwickeln. Damit hätten wir uns sehr viel Stress erspart. Eine im Notfall telefonisch nicht erreichbare Autovermietung, die nicht zur Autoübergabe anwesend ist braucht niemand.

After reading some horror stories from people using other companies in Faro, I was very happy to read
good reviews of Luzcar - my experience was no different. Paid cash on arrival and when I dropped the car back off it was painless. Go with this company if you need to hire a car in Faro. Cheap deals with other companies are literally too good to be true.

Amazing experience. Car was brand new, impeccable clean and everything from getting the car to dropping it was stress free and blazing fast, exactly what we needed since we were in vacation. Quel accueil chaleureux, efficace et gentil ! Nous avons adoré la simplicité de la location, le all-in tout compris sans complications, pas de blocage de somme sur carte, le chauffeur supplémentaire compris ! Bref, nous avons adoré et recommandons chaleureusement ! Merci Luzcar !

Great company. We had many problems in finding a decent car hire company in Portugal. Nobody accepts credit card apart from them and few others. Everything went smooth. No problems with the car, petrol or anything else. I can definitely recommend this company.

Perfect geregeld, al 6 x een auto gehuurd via luzcar en steeds een prima service. In Nederland voor de vakantie geboekt en op het vliegveld in Faro de auto betalen en ophalen. All in verzekering en een tweede chauffeur is in de prijs inbegrepen,ook hoeft men naderhand niets te betalen voor de tol op de snelweg. Ook wordt er geen borg op je creditcard afgeschreven, je betaald de auto en er zijn geen verborgen kosten.
Echt een aanrader om hier je auto te huren.

Réservation faite par internet. Véhicule récupéré le lendemain sur le parking de l'aéroport au prix fixé sans aucun supplément. Juste impecceable et sérieux, prix défiant toute concurrence.

Brilliant and wouldn't use anyone else! Our first time in Lagos and put a lot of thought into a car hire company. No regrets whatsoever. Picked car up in the resort and found very helpful friendly staff, a great price and a great car too. No hidden extras and what you see is what you get. Will definitely use next year (2018). Fantastic service.
No queuing at the airport. No hard sell for extra insurance (everything included in the quoted price). Grade C car was in excellent condition. 10 days rental was half the price of the Hertz/Avis.
Collected the car after 22:00 so therefore needed to travel to the Luzcar office in Lagos the following day to sign the paperwork. Not an issue as office is easy to find.
Would use again.

Just home from a lovely 4 day break to Portugal rented a car from Luz Cars, fantastic service couldn't recommend them enough, will deffo use them again.... there was no issue with finding them at the airport, no massive queue, the guy we dealt with was sound & easy going. Returning the car was just as easy & again no hassle!

Nous avons loué une voiture par l’intermédiera de Luzcar pendant 6 jours à Faro, sur le parking de l'aéroport.
Nous sommes totalement satisfaits: la voiture correspondait à notre demande, les prix étaient très compétitifs et sans surprise.Ils ont même fait l'effort de nous mettre en relation avec quelqu'un qui parlait un peu français.
La location et le rendu de la voiture se sont faits treès rapidement et en toute confiance.
Je recommande complètement cette société.

Best experience of a no nonsense car hire in my life, I know that cat hire can be difficult sometimes but these guys are the best, no one checks the cars, just take the fully inclusive option no messing about, will definitely use these again. Brilliant company.

Wow. Got there and was in the car in 5 minutes and off. No hassle cash payment of a reasonable rate all inclusive. Only thing not insured was the key! Only needed passport and driving licence. Got the car stuck and was out of the situation and back on the road in 2 hours from initial call. Will not rent elsewhere again in Portugal since using these. I rent cars all the time and lots in Spain and Europe as I am in so many different countries throughout the year and had so many hassles and so much money nicked. But this place was of a different class from start to finish. Don't know why so many of the rental companies are so much hassle. Thank you so much and see you in two weeks for another rental.

Got charged an excess fee for damage that was pretty existing! Had time stamped pictures of when the car had been picked up and left off which the damage corresponded with which the took no acknowledgement off.
Clearly a scam as the car had not been used apart from to and from the airport then was in an underground car park.
Have sent numerous complaints and asked for management etc to absolutely no avail.
If you want to be ripped off and your money stolen for damage that was already on the car then this is the place to go! Disgrace

The best rental car!!! We book online a car and they were really available for any kind of questions. For me it was the first time that I rented a car and I don't have a credit card, so with this company there aren't any kind of payment trouble. We haven't arrived by plane but by car from Sevilla. The procedure was fast.
During the week we had a problem with the battery of the car and then we went to luzcar office which is next to the airport(not parking 4 but on the road to the airport). In few minutes they changed our car.
Really nice staff and friendly.
Definitely recommend!! :)

OTTIMISSIMA esperienza, personale gentilissimo (come tutti i portoghesi incontrati nelle mie tante volte in Portogallo), nessuna carta di credito richiesta, noleggiare è stato facilissimo, mando una mail con la richiesta di preventivo, mi confermano che la macchina è a mia disposizione nelle date indicate, arrivo, mi danno la macchina (prezzo tutto incluso senza clausole o pratiche burocratiche interminabili) e la riconsegna anche senza che il personale fosse li a ricevermi, semplicemente mettendo le chiavi nella casella della posta. se tutti i noleggi fossero così semplici, le macchine verrebbero noleggiate molto di più. tornerò sicuramente da LUZ CAR. ciaoooo

After regularly renting cars from the big international companies, Luz Cars are a breath of fresh air.
A fair price with no hidden extras, no insurance excess and a fair fuel policy.
We inadvertently gave an incorrect arrival time for us to arrive at Faro airport. Luz check all arrival times against flight numbers and phoned us the day before to query this.
As our arrival time was much later than we had told them, they left the car for us at the airport and we drove into Lagos the next day to do the paperwork. No hassle and no fuss. You get the feel of a small company who strive to give excellent customer service. We would use them again without hesitation.

This company is very good. We ordered a Matiz (Group A) with no A/C and got a free upgrade to an Ford Fiesta with A/C. They delivered the car to our hotel for free. Very simple processing. Amazing.

Excellent friendly service provided by Luzcar. Taking the stress out of booking car hire, they understand customer needs, "collect the car and get on with the holiday!". No lengthy form filling or extra charges, their policy is based on simplicity and is a refreshing approach! I am full of praise! 5++++++++++
