I have applied for my visa for Uk on 5th March and I still didn’t get any reply for my visa process. My passport is also there but there is no status of my passport or I didn’t get any email about my process.

It's unbelievable they charge €60 for such a bad service. My appointment was at 11:30am and only after 2 hours waiting I was attended, the reason? I guess really bad appointments planning. The office very inconvenient, looked as if was an emergency set up.

Faz uma semana que negaram meu vista e até agora não enviaram nenhum email com o número do rastreio, nem passaporte nem nada. Estão fazendo o que com meu passaporte. Uma semana pra devolverem? Tem alguma coisa errada aí, não é possível. Alguém pode me ajudar por favor. No site da TLS nem o status mudaram. Meu passaporte está lá em Londres ainda? Por que estão restringindo meu passaporte?

Quase impossível de chegar contactar com eles. Tinha um agendamento mercado pra visto de reino unido na dia 6 de junho más dia 3 decidi pra cancelar o processamento de visto. Não sabia como desmarcar a consulta e pedir um reembolso de dinheiro. Tentei contactar com eles via e-mail deram uma resposta que vai responder este e-mail no 3 dias úteis mas nunca me respondeu.

they were quite helpful, but there should be better signboards in the building and the office. I did not understand that 'leap' on the signboard was the visa application centre. or where must I go first, It was 10 minutes past my appointment and I was not sure if I was at the right place because no sign or communication, it made me anxious. Then the protocols are rigid not sure if that is their fault but they refused to take soft copies of documents. These documents were supposed to be scanned and self uploaded but since there was a problem with the website the applicant was supposed to bring hard copies so that THEY could scan it. I believed they could use the scanned copies I brought in a usb stick (or could email to them) would work. i was sent to print them so that they could scan them again which I think is very dumb.

Staffs are nice and responsible. The place is easy to access. May a bit confuse for the people who is the first time to be there. If you get inside through the main entrance go down the staircases, and under the stairs at a corner is the Application Centre.

I am really happy with their work, you might be asking WHY? The reason is I went there from Bragança (North) , I was really exhausted, I was nervous, tired and hungry at the same time, I was so confused and worried but even though within these situation they were so helpful, and helped me with my paper work and told me to take my time and come back to submit the paper whenever I am ready but still they were working with other people non-stop. It must be really hard to give the continuity of the work, but although they were really good to everybody. Thank you for everything :) and thank you for being supportive.

Tlscontact Lisboa, It’s ridiculous service no reply for emails and no contact details. I got approval visa after more then 1 month I got my visa after chasing chasing ukvi.... they had to email tls contact about my application. Not satisfied with there service

Completed the visa application online with all the supporting documents. Got there and was asked to have the printed copy of the checklist, that is not mentioned in any of the emails. It took more than 2.5hrs past the booking time to be able to be served. As usual Portuguese services lack in all aspects.

Very helpful and professional workers who did their jobs in an efficient and friendly manner. That being said, got an email 6 days ago that my passport would be dispatched "within 24 business hours" and I would receive another email then. Have not heard back.

Plenty of things need to improve on the service, I am giving the 3 stars only for the employee´s willingness to help there. The system is clearly designed in a way that fails to achieve the basic concept of an appointment (I had an appointment at 13:20, got to be seen at 15:15 only becase the kind employee there made an exception for me as I had a train at 16:00, otherwise it would be much later).

My original appointment was at 13:40, I only got to go in at 16:45. I had to cancel my train ticket and also delayed all my travel plans. There should be a better system put in place, no-one knew why we were delayed and we were not informed about anything, very unorganized.

Very bad experience. The service cost is not adjusted to what is charged. This service is more expensive than the actual trip.. cheaper going to Dubai. The staff on the TLS centre has no experience and work very slow. My wife being pregnant, we bought the "FLEX" service so it could be easier, once we reached they made us wait and suddenly they say at 11:00 that they'll close for 20 min break and only came back after 45 min.

Although I came on time for my appointment, I had to wait over 1h to get in. The place seem to be quite disorganised, and it's not clear what to do when you arrive there. I certainly expected a better service considering 65€ Visa Centre fee.

The experience hasn't been very great. The appointment process is really bad even if you book something early, the TLS people are not managing the queue properly. Further, the website says that you can avail priority facility but the people on the ground state that there is no use using it.

Application for [renewal of] CoE/RoA stamp in passport: This was an appalling experience. Why online only for applicants from outside UK? No provision to print a draft, which made life very difficult since I in UK was acting for an applicant abroad who could not apply online themselves. No provision in the online form for "details of agent acting". The so-called email & telephone help was a joke, my difficulties and questions about procedure were ignored with spurious bleatings to the effect that "we cannot answer questions on the merits". It was all transcription and telephone which, naturally, introduced scope for error. The lack of an option for "Applicant will never come to the UK, but needs a CoE/Right of Abode for and only for the immigration requirements of another €U-State" was frustrating; as is the payment-process, for which cash on the day was unavailable. The process is clearly designed to be entirely un-user-friendly, and to weed out as many people as possible from even applying. No wonder immigrants are risking their lives being smuggled in, rather than attempt this "official" process.

It was very difficult to find the address, Nowhere it was written that it is TLS and something. In addition, they were one hour past my appoitment time. But they were nice, easy going people. I would request to use a detailed direction how to reach there.

Foram muito simpáticos no atendimento, essa parte gostei muito! O problema foi que estavam atrasados, fui atendida 1h30 depois do horário marcado, e acabou sendo às pressas. Não fizeram a checagem dos documentos, só viram o formulário de aplicação, explicaram qto tempo demora, como é a entrega e tal... Mal consegui tirar dúvidas, depois que sai de lá lembrei de coisas que queria perguntar, mas que na pressa não lembrei na hora. Para quem for, desejo sorte de ser atendido no horário, com certeza será melhor!

The staff are efficient and helpful. My biggest concern was that there is no signage or info. Desk at the entrance of the building so we weren't too sure where the office was. Other than this the application was processed quickly.

Péssimos serviços, atendimento desorganizado e super lento, foi uma experiência horrível, talvez seja por falta de pessoal, porque duas pessoas trabalhando apenas para atender um fluxo muito elevado de pessoas é o cúmulo da desordem. Demorei praticamente uma hora para ser atendida mesmo tendo chegado 15 minutos antes, podiam se organizar mais.

Had experienced a good service. You have to arrive there a bit earlier and wait in the waiting room. A guy will come to confirm your appointment before calling you to enter the office. The people there are nice and patient in answering my questions. P.S. They work only on Thursdays and Fridays.

No wonder why the staff at the center are so nice to you! I have never been robbed like this my whole live. This system is set to take people's money. There are no respect at all. They make you feel you have to pay for services you will never have. A lot of money to upgrade and also paid 2 euros for the sms notification. I didn't receive my passport in time and they never said why. And I never got the notification. It's been weeks since I asked for a refund, and they simply will never answer. I got to a point where I ask myself if everything is not fake.(?) A bit more respect please!

Timekeeping reasonable, just a few minutes delay from our appointment time; staff were courteous and knowledgable. We opted for assistance with the scanning (worried about quality of home scanner). Only downside was the online advice to remove all staples (obvious and done) and paper clips. Ah, in doing so, the labels on the 40 support documents (>250 pages) fell off and I had to check each one for the staff member to sort into applicant and sponsor. But yes, one of the better experiences of government.

Fast and efficient. I have only one comment: They should not make people waste money printing documents that are not going to be required. Application process (in the case of people that uploads digital versions) ends asking to make mandatory prints of A, B, C and D, but confirmation email asks to take A, B, X and Y printed to the appointment. You print all and at the end they only required document Y printed. 30 pages of paper wasted... in a moment in which we really need to rationalize the use of resources and reduce pollution.

The staff were very nice and attentive and I am satisfied with their services. I noticed they take time to carefully explain the details or procedures to other customers which is very welcoming. I got to do my appointment one hour after the real appointment time, but the staff apologized for the delay and explained the reason which was a very nice thing to do. However, there are some issues with the center itself. First, the waiting room is very small and it lacks proper air conditioning system, especially for hot days in Portugal. Also maybe it's better to add a secretory or receptionist to the staff to receive the customers and check their appointment times for faster processing.

The personnel at the center were outstanding . . . friendly, courteousness, and efficient. It was difficult getting copies made from LEAP because the secretary was hardly ever at her desk. It was unclear on the web site that a copy of the old passport face page was needed. I also was never able to purchase Priority servicing from the web page because I couldn't find it. Two emails to TLScontact Help about this problem and they could not resolve the problem and in fact never responded to my second email.
