Please be very careful if booking with this Company.I booked with one particular representative and paid for rounds at Vale de Lobo and San Lorenzo but when calling to request my vouchers a different representative told me that VDL was not available and 'suggested a very nice alternative' at Vilamoura. Though disappointed I accepted the alternative. However on arrival in Portugal I came across the Tee Times office and thought I would call in to see if there was any possibility of playing VDL on another day as we were very keen to do so. The representative there (Jorge - very helpful and the only reason Tee Times at least got a star) advised that VDL was in fact available at the time and day I had originally requested ! I explained my surprise and concern and he read to me verbatim from his screen records, exactly the process as far as I have detailed above , but could offer no explanation as to why I was told VDL was not available. I was also told I could not get a refund for the Vilamoura alternative to go towards the cost of my original request and could only play VDL if I paid the full amount of the VDL green fees. Is there some form of course favoritism afoot here ?? And if so - why ?? Just be careful in booking with this company

Booked half a dozen golf trips to Spain and Portugal with teetimes.pt and they have always provided an excellent service, taking care of organising tee times, hotels and transfers.

I have used Tee Times for a number of holidays now and have never had any problems. They are quick to respond and have always managed to arrange what I wanted. The courses booked accepts our booking without hesitation. I will definitely use them again.
