Nous avons réservé une journée avec barbecue sur la plage.
Un vrai bonheur.
Un personnel d'une rare gentillesse, prêts à vous aider au moindre souci, et qui essaie avec succès de tout vous expliquer en français.
Nous y retourneront avec grand plaisir..

Gran experiencia!!! Visita obligada!!! Sara, Bruno y el capitán súper atentos y amables!! Lo explicaban todo en varios idiomas. Te adentras en las cuevas!!!! No tuvimos la suerte de ver los delfines pero nos ofrecieron volver totalmente gratis. Totalmente recomendable!!

A group of 12 went on the 6 hour sunset BBQ beach cruise this weekend.
The boat was on time and no delays or issues with checking in.
The staff on board were friendly and accommodating.
We set sail at 5.20 pm and all was great for 1 hour until a large number of people on the boat were sea sick. The staff did their best to make everyone comfortable. The seas were extremely rough and some consideration could have been taken by ground staff to forewarn of the choppy waters.
The bar was great and included free beer, wine, sangria, soft drinks and water. Additional drinks could also be purchased should you wish. Some fruit and sandwiches were also laid out free of charge which was a nice touch.
We sailed past the coast with beautiful views and went into one very large cave which was a fantastic experience.
They had music playing which kept a nice vibe up. There was one male and one female toilet on board. Plenty of seating also.
We arrived at the beach you have to wear a life jacket and tender in a smaller boat to the beach. Stepping in calf deep water so best not to wear trousers. Footwear was not permitted on the tender boat.
The beach was stunning. There was live music creating a very nice relaxing vibe. There was also a BBQ and drinks station. They offered soft drinks, water. Beer and wine. We were not advised we needed to bring towels so we had to sit in the sand. It would be great to have received an email with a small packing list recommendation such as towel, tissues, jacket or cover up and what not to wear such as trousers etc..
There are no toilet facilities on the beach. They suggest you go behind some rocks and being there for 2.5 hours the likelihood is someone will need to go. Hence the recommendation to bring a packet of tissues.
The food left a lot to be desired. There was a rather unappealing sloppy salad of lettuce onion, cucumber and tomato. A side of lays crisps. A turkey breast Mackarel, prawns a hot dog minus the bun and some type of red meet kebab. And a bap roll. They food was very disappointing and our group were quite hungry as it was a 6 hour trip. We got pizzas after we got off.
Overall a good experience. Areas of improvement include food and communication.

Woah!! What an experience. MAJOR TOURIST SCAM. Look at my video for our wonderful view. Pics also depict the experience. This is a major tourist trap!!! I don’t really like taking out the time to write a review but this one is a must.
I travel often for pleasure and have never experienced such a horrid time. The boat has a capacity of 120 people which is basically packing in as many people as possible. I read this on other reviews and should have been smarter. I gave the company the benefit of doubt. It started out with first not knowing where to check in because it didn’t say I needed to present at their office on the email and therefore no address other than the marina. When I boarded, I went upstairs and was immediately told I needed to pay extra to be there because it’s a reserved area. There were plenty of seats on the top deck but they just try to bank extra cash out of tourist. I then asked the staff member if he could help my mother and I find a seat and his response was basically “tough out of luck, find whatever you can”. I never asked how much it was to sit on the top deck bc it seemed quite absurd. Therefore, I was left sitting inside with no view next to the lovely bathroom and garbage bin. See pics. Was told I could walk outside- well that’s obvious I can walk out and attempt to stand wherever there was space on the rocking boat and perhaps fall off. I asked where I should stand and the guy shrugged his shoulder because he could see there was obviously so where for me to stand outside in a safe spot.
This experience was like taking a jam packed ferry ride. It was like taking the free ferry ride to Staten Island to try to get a glimpse of the Statue of Liberty (but I paid 60 euros for two) but actually never seeing a glimpse of anything outside unless you are lucky you get a seat outside. Why should have to feel as if I have to rush onto the boat to fight for a seat for a decent view or “pay extra” if nothing is left for a view. The whole experience was for the purpose of viewing.
My advice is to stay farrrr away from this company. Opt for a smaller boat with better reviews. This company only cares about packing in as many people onto their boat and not considering the experience of the customer.

We done parasailing, such a good experience with friendly staff and it was lovely. 15% off in the cafe where you meet which is always a bonus. Downside was that it was quite expensive.

We did the 6 hour boat trip with bbq on the beach. And Wow! What an experience we had! The staff are super amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, they couldn't do enough for us, drinks and snacks are included in the price. Luie our guide was a credit to the company, as is the photographer, can't remember her name. She took 50 photos and for £20 you can't go wrong.bbq was really tasty with pork, chicken and fish, salad was fresh and tasty. I'm definitely going on this trip when I'm back in Portugal again, and maybe the sunset tour too!! Once again well done to all the crew for showing us the beautiful scenery and caves!!!!

Wir haben die Tour " Dolphins and Caves" gemacht. Die beiden Guides waren sehr nett. Immer einen flotten Spruch auf Lager. Bei den Höhlen sehr informativ. Leider haben wir trotz langer Suche keine Delphine gesehen. Wenn man keine Delphine sieht, kann man kostenlos nochmal diegleiche Tour machen. Und zwar gilt das für ein ganzes Jahr. Außerdem sehr empfehlenswert, die Tour wird mit einem Katamaran durchgeführt.

Sehr schön, habe mich dort gut entspannen können, konnte gut essen und ganz in Ruhe auf meinen Katamaran warten, Fische füttern und schoppen. Eine wunderschöne Küstenfahrt erwartete uns, sehr zu empfehlen.

Très bonne organisation. Personnel souriant,aimable,prevenant. Une guide pour nous en français, boissons pas chère. Une coupe offerte. Avons demandé pont supérieur. 12€ en plus mais plus belle vue et au calme . A refaire. Seul regret ,ne pas être allé jusqu'à Corvoeiro.

Excellent views of the caves, very knowledgeable guide. Good time. However, several days later, sitting on our balcony, one of the company's boats anchored amid it's loud obnoxious music, disturbing all of the people on the coastline, especially when the employee got on his microphone and began to yell curse words that we could all hear on the shore including children. Heard many doors slammed to shut out the music and cursing. Won't use this company in the future.

Booked the cave and coastline tour online, everything worked fine. Tour was very nice, boat clean and in good shape. Guides told some interessting storys about the villages and caves in ok english. Fair price for the 3h Tour

Caves and Dolphins trip..The cost line is stunning, commentary from the crew was very good.Very helpful with see sick passengers we advise to dress warm as it gets very windy in open Ocean! Unfortunately we haven't see a dolphins but that's not a fault of a crew. All in all really happy (sick kids less )

Os passeios de barco são giros e agradáveis. É uma empresa inovadora que procura sempre melhorar. Têm uma boa oferta e variedade de serviços.
Os produtos alimentares servidos no restaurante e no bar também são bons, embora um pouco caros, pelo menos no que toca à comida.
No entanto, para trabalhar e fazer parte da equipa achei que deixava muito a desejar. As condições de trabalho não são as mais apelativas: salário mínimo com subsídio de alimentação (que era bastante bom) e comissões. As comissões aqui fariam toda a diferença... Foi preciso vender bilhetes via terceiros para ganhar comissão justa e quase 3 vezes mais do que a empresa deu durante uma temporada. Considerando ainda que se vendia muito mais na empresa, não dá para compreender e nunca foram abertos para explicar realmente como as comissões funcionavam.
Como em todo lugar, há boas pessoas e más pessoas. Infelizmente na altura a chefe de vendas/recepção, dava sermões aos trabalhadores em frente aos clientes, o que era extremamente deselegante. Para além dos modos grotescos como se dirigia aos colaboradores, caso alguma falha ou erro fosse cometido, ameaçava logo despedir. Aconteceu mais do que uma vez. O que é muito feio de se fazer e de muito baixo nível. Ainda houve situações de não aceitar os seus próprios erros nem aceitar críticas construtivas.
No início, disse que o trabalho era até Outubro, porém quis mandar me embora logo nos primeiros dias de Setembro. Tudo bem, se não fosse colegas terem entrado depois de mim e terem ficado mais tempo. Achei injusto, mas aceitei.
Nunca ouvi uma palavra de incentivo, que fortalecesse o espírito de equipa ou o entusiasmo para atingir os objectivos.
O golpe mais baixo terá sido quando quiseram que eu assinasse uma carta como rescindia o meu contrato, renunciando o direito à compensação por não renovação e o direito ao fundo desemprego.
Para usufruir dos serviços eu recomendo vivamente como o ainda faço hoje em dia, porém para trabalhar já não. Foi uma desilusão para uma empresa com uma atividade tão gira e dinâmica.

We did the day tour of the caves. We paid extra to sit on the top deck which I would recommend as it was very busy on the lower deck. Beautiful way to see the coast. The guide was very funny.

Een prima rederij om de kust te verkennen vanaf de zee. Kapitein van de catamaran is een ware kunstenaar hoe hij het grote schip de grot binnen weet te manoeuvreren en zo doende alle passagiers de mooiste plaatjes laat schieten! Helaas vandaag geen dolfijnen gezien! ( Rederij biedt je gratis een tweede trip aan als er geen dolfijnen zijn gespot!)

La experiencia en el catamaran para dos personas fue solo un paseo en barco una vez cobrado y ya en el medio del mar nos informan de que ese dia el mar esta un poco picado y que no habra parada en grutas ni playa ni baño en el mar ( eso ya lo sabian antes de salir no eramos los primeros del dia ademas de que deben de conocer ustedes antes de salir el estado del mar e informar a los clientes por si les interesa igualmente o no ) Viaje en parasailing la primera vez tambien en el medio del mar me comunican que la camara go-pro se les olvido en tierra y que no es posible ,las fotos de 50 solo 5 buenas.Tambien he de reconocer que los chicos del barco fueron muy simpaticos y agradables .En la terraza estuvimos 30 minutos esperando a que nos atendiera la camarera , pero solo se preocupo de preguntar varias veces a una mesa de 5 matrimonios giris si querian alguna cosa mas pasando delante de una pareja (nosotros) y aun estando con la mesa vacia no nos pregunto ni una sola vez ni nos dio opcion a pedirle nosostros pues pasaba ignorandonos. Por todo esto y mas cosas que me callo no me parecen recomendables , muy caro para lo que ofrecen

We did a 3 hour fishing trip; pun intended, more like a three hour tour :) The crew were kind and friendly, they did their best to accommodate our group. What bothered me was the condition of the tackle on board. The rods were old, low on line and two for two rods I had were broken (the tips broken off). I grew up commercially fishing, and I fish 2x/week at home in Florida; at the very least, this boat needs to update their tackle. Most of the tackle was worn to the point where the drag system was frozen up and in the event you actually hooked a decent size fish, there would likely be no chance at landing it. The fishing was slow, very slow, it happens and that is not their fault. We managed approx 5 fish between the 7 of us, the largest was maybe 8'' long. Overall, if you're going to fish this area, charter a private boat and go offshore on a longer range trip where you can fish deeper reef/wrecks and waters. Doing an inshore reef trip seems to be a waste of money and time if you ask me, unless you simply enjoy the ocean and being on a boat...the fishing part is just to kill time. Overall, I will give 4 stars, as they still managed to do a fine job with customer service and being friendly.

We did the caves and bbq boat trip and it was fab!! The best boat trip we have been on so far on our travels. The photographer (as seen in the photos) made our experience so much better. He is a credit to you.
If you want to sit on the top deck its 6 euros each but worth it!!!

[PARASAILING] Activité sympa, bien encadré avec un personnel souriant ! Cependant un peu cher pour la courte durée en l'air et surtout le gros point négatif... 20€ pour avoir les TOUTES les photos par mail car impossible d'avoir à l'unité ...et ce n'est même pas développé, c'est un peu cher et ça fait vraiment attrape touriste déjà que l'activité en soit et pas donnée ^^'

Visita às Grutas e barbeque:
Num excelente barco (belize) fomos visitar as várias praias e grutas, ao mesmo tempo que a tripulação nos explica os fenómenos geológicos e o nome das supracitadas praias e grutas.
Com bar aberto e refeição a bordo, o ambiente é bom e recomenda-se!!!!
Para terminar em beleza fomos almoçar (barbeque) numa praia deserta, só acessível por barco: espectacular!!!

The staff onboard was absolutely incredible! They even let us take over the speakers to play our favorite party music.
I highly recommend the sunset cruise with beach bbq. You get to see some of the caves, including Benagil, on your way to the beach. Once at the beach, enjoy some amazing food and open bar. Often bar consists of beer, house wine and sangria. Everything else is an additional charge.
Make sure you have cash to tip the staff at the end of the tour. They deserve it!

The tour guide was very fun, there are some beautiful views- only reason why I give some stars. The price is way too much for the experience. On the way there were big waves coming through so we all got wet, including our bags and personal belongings. Noone from the crew notified us the weather is such that this could happen, so we better go to the back side. Because of this the people could not enjoy the view, everyone was wet and annoyed. On the way back we did not have thos issue, but it was already too late.
The crew does these trips 3 times per day and are familiar with the weather circumstances so they should notify the passangers in advance!
3 hours is too long and not worthy the 30 eur price.

Me and my wife had a fantastic time on the Coast and Caves tour we did. The tourguide was a very witty and friendly guy who did an outstanding job giving us information about the scenery, beaches and caves. About midway on the boattrip we stopped for a refreshing swim in the ocean. We highly recommend this tour if you ever consider taking one.

This is one of the best boat trips I have ever made. The 2 hours absolutely fly by. Great staff interaction on the trip and wonderful scenery of the Algarve coastline. The highlight has to be the dolphins .

Nos estafaron, recomiendo coger un tour con un barco más pequeño. Ya que nos prometieron que a pesar de la marea entraríamos en las cuevas. Dijeron que las cuevas son lo suficientemente grandes y que el barco entra siempre, sobre todo Benagil que era la que queríamos ver, y no la vimos porque el barco no podía pasar.

Front line staff horrible and disrespectful. Cancelled our boat trip last minute citing "mechanical problems". No consideration for someone's time, as we arrange the whole day around this. Your vacation is precious, go with a company that respects your hard earned time. Apparently these cancellations happen too often - read the reviews. Some people suspect it's an excuse when they don't sell enough tickets to fill the boat. However, if it really is mechanical issues all the time, how safe are these boats after all?

NO ES RECOMENDABLE.!!! Éramos un grupo de 15 personas …. Las cuales hicimos la reserva y previo pago 2 meses antes de realizare la actividad! Si aceptan el dinero al momento pero horas antes de cancelar se dan cuenta que solo somos hombres cuando de cara también a la empresa se muestra seriedad x nuestra parte haciendo una reserva con tiempo de sobra para la orgranitacion Cuando era el día de la actividad pocas horas antes se nos fue cancelado ! Toco ir personalmente a reclamar para la devolución del dinero… después de unas largas horas de disputa .. nos ofrecieron un una alternativa supuestamente de un precio mas elevado! La cual x no tener mas opción tomamos ! Era una paseo en barco privado para ver “DELFINES” y las cuevas!! Cuando llegamos a hacer la actividad ni delfines ni cuevas! Eran dos lanchas con una banana acuática! Al final si haces reserva y pagas aquí te darán lo que les da la gana! NO RECOMIENDO la seriedad de la empresa para nada!

Hicimos uso de esta actividad hace 4 días, nos encantó tanto el recorrido como el trato de la tripulación, decir que solo se hablan en inglés y portugués , es cierto que si te mareas, lo pasas regular, xq en un recorrido de 3 h. probablemente suceda.

We couldn't wait to go on the boat party. My mum hates boats but we dragged her along anyway with my sister and my sisters in law. The boat party in itself was brilliant we had a an absolute ball dancing, swimming in the sea and watching the lovely view. We only had a couple of drinks each so none of us were drunk, it got to about 15 minutes before the boat was due to back to the shore a very out of his mind drunk man was being restrained by staff but because of some lads they let him go, which was a big mistake we was still dancing and out of nowhere he punches my sis in law in the face and tries to do it again I think people should be searched before going on the boat party because it wasn't just alcohol he was on and I think if he would of been restrained for the further 15 minutes or taken to a room none of this would of happened. It just ruined the end of a lovely day and didn't feel like any of the staff supported us maybe they thought we was drunk but we wasn't. On a lighter note my mum dad and family went paragliding with this company and on that occasion they could reccomend them enough as they had such a lovely time on the day and the staff abourd that boat was lovely and gave them the best experience.

Atención pésima. Nada recomendable. Reservamos una fiesta en barco para 6 amigos y 5 días antes nos llaman para cancelar la reserva por ser un grupo de 6 chicos. Estando aquí nos hemos acercado para ver si podíamos reservar alguna otra actividad y con mala educación y sin ganas nos dicen que no tienen nada para nosotros. Lamentable el trato y las formas.

Bait & Switch, Rude Staff, Below-Average Tour! I booked a small group tour (max 10 people) but was muscled onto a massive cruise-ship-style-excursion with 50 people. My group was split up, my view was obstructed so I couldn't see half the tour, and the staff and management at the office were incredibly rude. Beware! Do yourself a favor a book a better tour on a smaller vessel with a company that respects its customers.

Le hacía mucha ilusión el viaje a mi hija, por lo que cogimos ayer para hacer hoy a las 10h cuevas + barbacoa. El viaje lo está haciéndo ahora ella y su madre. Hemos estado a la hora que nos indicaron para entrada (9:30h) los primeros. Al ser la primera experiencia de mi hija les cogí el suplemento de la cubierta superior 6€ más.
Justo antes de salir el barco Les dicen que se tienen que bajar a la cubierta inferior pues han vendido en el stand más localidades de las permitidas En la cubierta superior, les han devuelto el suplemento y ya está. No lo habríamos cogido o lo habríamos cambiado pero se lo han dicho al zarpar.
Cogimos el viaje en esta empresa porque parecía seria y organizada, pero me quedo con la sensación de que van a hacer viajes y dinero sin contar con la parte fundamental que es el trato humano.
También me he quejado en su página web.
El que viaje con esta empresa que se asegure todo bien, que vender venden rápido.

Went on a sunset cruise and it was truly amazing! Could see the beautiful Portugal coast line, went under a rock arch, into caves and to a private beach where we had a bbq and danced into the night. The staff are amazing, the food was delicious and more than enough! Only reason I'm not giving a full 5 stars is because we were not able to actually see the sunset from the beach. Worth every penny!

We did the caves and dolphins tour which was amazing. Breathtaking views and great crew. Carla, Diogo and Mr. Squid were funny, friendly, engaging and informative . Wish we had time to do another tour with the same crew. Definitely recommend !

Faut savoir qu'il y a un BBQ sur une plage dite "privée" et qu'il est possible de piquer une tête égalment. Mes ammis et moi avons passés un bon moment au bord du catamaran!

Wir haben eine Tour mit dem Katamaran gemacht an der Küste entlang. Der Preis war sehr fair, die Tour war richtig schön. Wir haben sogar (wenn auch unerwartet und auf der Tour nicht unbedingt üblich) Delfine gesehen. Alles in allem ein entspannter und richtig schöner Ausflug und eine nette Crew.

Brilliant experience super fun and great friendly staff. This is worth every second. We have chose a speedboat option to add a bit of a thrill. Dolphins were and we could see them not even two minutes from the marina, we were lucky as they are not a guarantee... Caves are great, the whole coast line looks fantastic. We loved it.

Magnifique expérience. Plus de 2 heures et demies de bateau avec au moins une demie heure au milieu des dauphins: magique. Puis visite de la plus grande et plus belle grotte de l'Algarve : la grotte de Benagil. Et retour le long de l'extraordinaire cote jusqu'à Albufeira. Je recommande.

If i could leave no stars i would highly unprofessional company. My mum was informed a refund would be given due to a broken down boat and the fact we were flying home the next day, i received an email stating that we couldnt get a refund due to us not turning up to the boat on time which is complete lies. They have instead gave us 3 ti kets but not sure what this company expects me to do with 3 tickets when im back home!! Not sure why this "company" wants so badly to hold onto our money but we certainly wont be back. Terrible customer service!! Poor communication among staff to.

Disfrutamos de un día increíble, 6,30 horas de crucero en un cómodo catamarán, con bebida y aperitivos sin límite y visitando toda la costa desde Albufeira hasta un faro, cuyo nombre no recuerdo, para, más tarde disfrutar de una barbacoa de carne y mariscos en una playa de arena dorada, dónde disfrutamos de unos bueños baños y, por supuesto, de la comida.
Una experiencia que no se puede perder, si se viaja al Algarbe o a Huelva.

Esperienza meravigliosa, abbiamo acquistato con il nostro hotel caves & dalphins ed è stato super! Complimenti ai due biologi presenti sulla barca che ci hanno dato tantissime informazioni e sono stati molto disponibili anche a rispondere a tante domande e curiosità, soprattutto sui delfini. Complimenti anche allo skipper che è stato favoloso e ci ha portato, con una barca non minuscola, fino a dentro la cava di Benagil, e che è riuscito a portarci a vedere una marea di delfini!!! Sicuramente è stata anche fortuna, come ci hanno spiegato, ma lui è stato favoloso ad avvicinarsi tantissimo e usare la barca in modo che loro non solo non si sono spaventati, ma ci hanno veramente circondato!!! Un'emozione immensa!!!!

Contratamos la experiencia "coast & caves", que incluye el transporte desde el hotel. El transporte fue 2 horas y 10 minutos antes de comenzar, nos dejaron 1 hora y media esperando en la zona que, por casualidad, sólo tiene el bar de su propia marca abierto. El barco es demasiado grande y no cabe en las cuevas, no se oían las explicaciones del guía que iba sin micrófono.
Se suponía que incluía parada en la playa de Benagil, pero por culpa de la marea no pudimos parar y bajar ahí así que nos dieron 5 minutos en medio del mar para la parada para el baño.
No recomiendo esta experiencia para nada, preparado para "guiris".

Contratamos la experiencia Caves and Coast para las 10:30. Nos recogieron en el hotel a las 8:20 y llegamos sobre la 9 al puerto donde tuvimos que esperar una hora y veinte minutos hasta embarcar. El barco es demasiado grande y no puede entrar en las cuevas. El baño apenas duró 5 minutos y fue en mitad del mar, no en una cueva como nos dijeron. Además el guía no llevaba micrófono y no se le oía, pero tampoco hablaba español. No recomiendo esta excursión para nada.

O passeio é giro, e há a promessa de se não virem golfinhos dão um voucher para voltar a repetir.
Contudo, a parte má é a maneira como vendem a atracção dizendo que há 2 biólogos a bordo, que infelizmente não têm carisma e formação para tal, ou pelo menos não o demonstraram. Foi mais uma tentativa de stand up comedy com piadas secas em que mais valia estarem calados.
Os rapazes tentaram, podem estar exaustos por ser final do verão, desculpa dada por quem nos atendeu, mas nós não pagamos 50% do valor para ter um serviço tão mauzinho. A desilusão é com o serviço e não com a tour em si.
Se têm standards altos não recomendo, já fiz uma viagem assim com pescadores locais e adorei, dispensado o markting todo em volta de algo que é nitidamente direcionado para turistas.
Refiro que estamos em Portugal e que a primeira língua é Português!
Ainda estou a pensar se uso o voucher para ouvir novamente as mesmas piadas e ter o mesmo tipo de atendimento.
Não vimos golfinhos que foi para isso que pagamos, contudo na natureza ninguém manda.

We took the boat ride to the Benagil caves, it felt a little rushed, didn't really get to see the caves too long, and got a only 3 minutes (literally) long stop for a swim. The boat was also quite cramped, no space to lie down for a nice tan.

Hugo et son équipage nous ont fait profité de la sortie au maximum grâce à leur bonne humeur et leur serviabilité. Le barbecue était très sympathique ainsi que la plage où on nous a emmené. J'y suis allée 2 fois et je suis toujours satisfaite. Hugo vous fera rire à partir du moment où vous poserez les pieds sur son bateau. Les boissons alcoolisées et gazeuses sont offertes. Je conseille vivement cette compagnie pour programmer une sortie dans une plage inaccessible à pied.

Wir sind mit dem Katamaran Mara gestartet. Die Crew ist fantastisch. Leider ist es das Publikum nicht immer. Viele Poser und Influencer srören hin und wieder die ungetrübte Freude. Die Fahrt, das BBQ, das Schwimmen - einfach toll. Essen umd Trinken top und die Herzlichkeit top.
An den Caves ein unglaubliches Gedränge der verschiedenen Touranbieter. Vielleicht sollten einige Touren bis hinter Lagos geführt werden, damit sich das Ganze entspannt.

I'm not usually one to write negative feedback. I always like to give positive reviews but since the trip can be a huge chunk of people's spending money I feel it's only right to give honest feedback of our experience so people can make an informed choice as to whether or not they feel the trip will be enjoyable for them. I fully expected to boat trip to be the highlight of the entire trip and I think it's fair to say it was the biggest disappointment of the trip.
The leaflets mention the BBQ will be on a secluded beach. I specifically asked a question when booking if it would be a completely secluded beach. Before I'd even finished asking the question the girl answered stating only the people on our boat would be on the beach . I must say that we made the booking through an independant company and so it was not Algar experience who mislead us. However, that being said, the leaflets printed by Algar experience lead you also to belive it is a secluded, private beach showing a picture of an empty beach. During the boat trip we passed many tiny beaches with not a single soul, each time getting more and more excited to arrive on our own private, secluded beach. Imagine our disappointment when we arrived on a beach full with hundreds of other people and not in any way secluded. The beach was beautiful but an instant disappointment when your expectations are for a quiet, secluded beach like we were told and lead to believe.
Sadly on our trip it seemed to bring out the worst in people. We were one of the first to arrive and queue but ended up being one of the last on the boat simply because we were not willing to run, push and shove past people like most did in order to claim the 'best seats'. We ended up being at the back of the boat on the bottom deck and were actually chuffed with the seats but it did mean we couldn't hear the guy speaking due to the noise of the engine. Again we were fine with that, until I asked the girl behind the bar if there was a toilet on board. Her reply was quite abrupt in tone stating that it was the first announcement on the boat (implying that we should know the answer). I still tried to be positive but it saddens me to say any exchange I had with members of staff were either miserable or abrupt. There was one young guy who was very cheery and seemed to enjoy being there but I didn't actually have any interaction with him personally.
Part of me felt sorry for the staff because it seems like they have a hard job dealing with all the pushing and shoving the takes place throughout the trip but I also felt they treated us all as if we were difficult customers and got the impression they were just generally sick of tourists.
On the beach we were looking forward to taking part in the snorkeling and paddle boarding activities but there were only 2 paddle boards and 2 snorkel masks between all of the people on the boat. I have no idea how many people were on the boat in total but it was a lot. Needless to say we didn't get a chance a doing either activities.
We finally started to relax on the beach despite all the disappointments but at that point they were calling us to get back on the boat. It takes a while to load people off the boat to the beach and re-load them back on to the boat so you actually get much less time on the beach than you expect. I'd say it's around 2 or 2 and a half hours max depending on if your last or first off the boat. I appreciate that may sound a lot of time but when you take into consideration the time queuing for bbq/drinks and activities (if you're lucky enough to get a go) it really isn't much time at all. Needless to say we again were one of the last few to get food because we weren't prepared to run to the queue. To be honest the whole set up just made us feel like animals but also many people behaved like animals so maybe that's fair?
Anyway both my family and I were thoroughly disappointed by this trip. It was made worse by the fact we did it on our last day. We did see dolphins though which was a huge treat.

Mala experiencia, antiespañoles parece que todo lo Español les molesta, si eres inglés o alemán todo cambia sin más para turismo de Jarana y cerveza no de calidad. Lo único que merece el paseo es las vistas , pero si quieres disfrutar de las playa y de la cueva de Benagil, mejor un barco pequeño.

Gran experiencia, la tripulación te atiende espectacularmente. La barra libre está muy bien, desde que te montas hasta que te bajas. Las vistas impresionantes, música para bailar. También asiste un fotógrafo profesional que al final si quieres le puedes comprar todas las fotos por 40€ (vía correo). La barbacoa está genial, pudiendo repetir las veces que quieras. ¡Nota de 10!
Eso si, regresamos a las 16.00 en vez de a las 18.30 que es lo que pone en la web, supuestamente estás montado en el barco 6h y 30'

What a fantastic day. Went on the Beach BBQ and Dolphin trip. We were taken into the caves prior to a fantastic BBQ of salad, meat and fish and stayed for about two hours. Beach was lovely and had plenty of time here. We then went back on the boat and went quite far out to find a small pod of Dolphins. Would highly recommend this trip

Foi uma experiência espetacular. Tudo muito positivo a tripulação simpatiquísima. Ricardo Tiago e Noel sempre muito atentos, cuidadosos e bem humorados. O churrasco na praia estava ótimo, não faltou nada.
Em relação a viagem o dia estava precioso, a paisagem belíssima. Ainda deu para desfrutar de um banho no mar. Quando tiver oportunidade voltarei a repetir.
A única observação a fazer gostaria que o primeiro idioma das informações fosse em português a pesar de ser em minoria os portugueses estamos em Portugal, a outra coisa meter uma máquina de café no barco nem que seja de cápsulas.

Parcours avec le Belize Terceiro. Accrochez vous bien car le bateau doit prendre de la vitesse pour éviter les vagues. Très belle expérience à ne pas rater si vous êtes dans le coin, je le recommande fortement. Petite déception, nous n'avons pas vu les dauphins mais si vous avez le temps vous pouvez revenir.

Wir haben die Tour ,caves and coasts' gebucht und haben es bereut, weil der Trip keine Abwechslung bot. Man hat die immer gleich aussehende Küste und die immer gleich aussehenden Höhlen gesehen. Wir konnten nur in eine Höhle einfahren..unser Boot war zu groß. Den Reiseleiter hat man kaum gehört, obwohl er laut redet..Mikro mit Lautsprechern wäre sehr sinnvoll. Freundliche Crew, aber die Tour würde ich nicht wiederholen.

Went on the coast and caves tour at 5pm. Boat was very well presented, and stocked with snacks and drinks. The crew on board yesterday where amazing, knowledgeable, very friendly and great with the kids.
The captain spotted some dolphins and did a detour so we could watch them for a while.
Paid €20 on board for photos taken by one of the crew which were emailed that evening.
Highly recommended, highlight of the holiday.

Great experience, professional crew, would absolutely go again.
We took the 5pm "sunset" cave tour, which wasn't really because the sun sets at like 9pm in July. The boat got right into some of the coolest cave, including the famous Benagil cave that everyone wants to put on their Instagram.
Here are a couple of tips from my observations:

The staff was ok, they had a bar from were you could buy drinks, but it is ok also if you bring your own. Since i'm a smoker i have to mention that you could smoke at the end of the boat, where you can find a corner for you smokers out there.

We were there as a group of 13 june 2019. Booked the parsailing online last minute just 18 hrs before the event with little hope of getting our slots for the group. But even after 11 pm , Mr.Louis Vitor from the booking office whatsapp ed me and confirmed our booking. (usually no confirmation during night time).
Next day my trip was scheduled for 7 Pm. So we walked to the Marina (beautiful downhill walk overlooking marina)
Check-in facility beforehand is a classy clean Marina with coffee shops and bars. Didn't have to wait long , Two gentleman men Sergi and Dyson met us at the checkin area. They had a long day at the sea. Even thought our Trip was the last one with a small group of 6 people, sergi and Dyson were so pleasant and cheerful. Coolest dudes you'll meet in albufeira.
Short intro during prep and we are off the sea.
What's amazing is the a single driver is in full control of the whole thing. i believe Sergi is the boat driver, who control the boat speed, he senses the tension on the parachute rope, wind speed and direction, smooth ascend , exciting water dips, turns, descend, and a perfect landing back on the boat. This guy controls the entire thing so smoothly. He makes the job looks so easy. Once the entire team finishes, Prepare for an exciting thrilling adrenaline rush as sergi floor's the boat back to the Marina .
Everyone in their life time must do this atleast once.
Albufeira experience parasailing is absolutely Worth it 100%

Company that organises boat trips. Quite tame and quite a crowd on the boat but really friendly staff, very professional, good barbecue (even for vegans!). Open bar was a very appealing feature and well used.

We had a great time on the 3 hour boat trip to see the caves this afternoon. There isn't much shade on the boat, but we came equipped with hats and water. Take a towel if you want to go for a swim, the water is pretty chilly- nice and refreshing for a quick dip though. The crew were friendly and informative.

Activité : parachute ascensionnel
Un grand merci pour cette expérience unique. Rendez vous à l’heure, équipement au top (filet de sauvetage, harnais), staff super, explications claires et compréhensibles, bien que nous parlions peu anglais. Nous avons embarqué puis sommes au l’argent pour débuter l’activité, à bord l’équipage qui est génial tout d’abords le capitaine Eddy ( toujours près à mettre l’ambiance et qui pilote comme un chef sensation garantie) puis Louis (super sympathique, attentionné et qui a pris de magnifique photos) et Jérôme (qui a été claires dans s’est explications et a veiller à la sécurité de l’activité). Départ début la plateforme en douceur, ascension progressive jusqu’à 80 mètres, vue magnifique à couper le souffle, possibilité d’avoir plus ou moins les pieds dans l’eau suivant votre demande. Petit plus la visite de 3 de nos amis dauphins curieux de notre bateau ... bref juste génial activité recommandée pour toute la famille !!! Merci à Algarve Experience et son staff

I must say that trip we will never forget. We were travel with our 8 years old daughter and there was no problem. The crew was so friendly. They were dancing,singing and swimming with us something that you dont see a lot in Portugal. Visita às grutas e golfinhos
A empresa não avisa das condições do mar. estávamos de calções e camisola. Apanhamos muito frio, não custava avisar que em dias de ceu encoberto e apesar de 21 graus, no mar faz frio.
Os marinheiros estavam de casaco polar.
Fomos num barco rígido, confortavel e seguro .
Pastilha para enjoo é obrigatória mesmo com mar calmo para quem enjoa.
Nem pensar ir nos semi rígidos com crianças pequenas , o espaço é muito pequeno e não se consegue dar apoio a uma criança que enjoe.

Es war ein sehr schöner Ausflug. Die Crew war sehr nett zu uns. Wir konnten sogar sagen wie weit wir ins Wasser getaucht werden wollen. Als wir oben waren hatte ich etwas Höhenangst, aber die Aussicht lenkt davon ab. 10 Minuten. Die Crew macht Fotos und man kann die Action Cam mit nehmen. Fotos kosten 20 Euro und mit Action Cam Bildern 30 Euro. Die machen viele Fotos, schön lächeln

Wir waren nur im Cafe im Hafen. Super schneller und sehr bemühter Service. Tolle XXL Liegen zum Entspannen beim Cappucino trinken, Milchshakes absolut frisch und lecker.

Fiz o passeio de barco, o BBQ, 6 horas saindo da Marinha até Ferragudo. Onde foi servido almoço na praia. O almoço tinha de tudo em relação a carnes. Bar aberto com várias opções de bebidas. Lanches durante todo o passeio. A tripulação nota 1000. Tudo simpáticos e prestativos. O passeio é maravilhoso. Parece que você está num filme. As vistas são lindas. Passeio imperdível. Dica: por mais 6 euros, fiquei numa área só para 15 pessoas, nesta área você tem visão 360 graus. Ao total foram 66 euros, na média estação.

Nous avons fait la croisière Beach barbecue, c’était tout simplement génial, nous avons payé 60€ car nous étions en mai (65€ haute saison). Cela vaut vraiment le prix. Personnel au top, open bar, nourriture très bonne et largement suffisante. Très bonne ambiance, sur la plage des jeux sont à notre disposition. Nous avons payé un extra afin d’être en haut du bateau (6€) cela vaut le coup car nous avions une meilleure vue et nous étions super bien installés. Nous recommandons cette activité. J'ai adoré !!! 3 heures de croisière le long de la côte avec visite des cavernes marines. Un traducteur qui nous apportait des informations sur l'histoire du Portugal et sur la géologie en français, en anglais. Une grande gentillesse du personnel de bord et une maîtrise et une dextérité du Capitaine qui a fait entrer en marche arrière son bateau dans une caverne.

Super souvenir pour notre baptême de parachute ascensionnel en famille. Même nos enfants de 3 et 6 ans ont pu profiter de cette activité. Équipe super sympa, souriante et professionnel (Sergio et Bruno ce jour -là). Possibilité de se filmer en go pro. Sinon des photos sont prises tout au long du vol (10 min) et vendues 30 euros (photos numériques transmises par mail).

Wonderful experience and a great way to spend an afternoon. We took a 3 hour cruise along the coast visiting many beautiful coves and caves. Friendly multilingual guides give a running commentary as you go. Captain of the boat takes you right up close to the cliffs and into the larger caves. Lots to see for all the family.

Super Experience ! Friendly , knowledgeable staff, speaking in 3 languages to accomadate all of us. Book the "Top Deck" if you can, you see so much more, and its a great big bed where we all lounged about. In and out of the caves, the Captain was great at maneuvering the boat in such a small space! we stopped out at sea and we all dived in for a swim. Would definitely go again!

Went on the Coast & Caves tour with family. Great way to spend a few hours looking at the coastline from a different perspective. Informative and entertaining staff... we all had a lively time. Bit packed, but it was height of tourist season.

Great trip. 3 hour cave cruise. Monday 7th August 1430(230pm for Americans ), crew were funny Scenery immense. Boat looked like it would be crowded as we queued to board but it turned out fine. Swim time could have been maybe 5 mins longer and I had to haul myself back onboard like the beached whale I have become. Please provide davits for such occasions . . Money well spent. Kids and us loved every minute. Thank you.

2x voor niets naar Algarexperience gereden.Vrijdag aangekomen werd er verteld dat de boot vertraging had wegens motorpech na een uur werd gezegd dat de tour niet meer doorging en we maar moesten omboeken .Dit na enige argwaan maar gedaan naar zaterdag 17.30.Na aankomst op zaterdag wetd er verteld dat ze gebeld hadden dat de boot nog steeds motorstoring had .Dus 2keer voor niks naar albufeirra gereden .Na veel moeite toch het geld teruggekregen .Helaas maar volgende keer maar via email contact sturen als er telefonisch geen contact kan wezen.

Poorly managed company, with rude staff. On the dolphin and cave tour one of the guide was drunk or drug addicted. She couldn't even talk properly and few times she just fall asleep. Will not recommend this to anyone. You wont feel safe in the see with the crew like this. The event took place on Wednesday 28th of June 2017 Marina the Albufeira at 17:30. I have the video of this event too.

Gril na plazy nie polecam tej wycieczki z dziecmi!!!! Gril nie odbyl sie na tej plazy, ktora pokazywali w biurze i na ulotce. Jedzenie bylo zimne i z piaskiem, gdyz wial wiatr na plazy w portimao i wszystko sypalo sie do plastykowych talerzy. Na plazy niektorzy nie zdazyli nawet zjesc poniewaz juz trzeba bylo wsiadac na lodz z powrotem. Ogolnie nie polecam tej wycieczki z grilem i delfinami.
Choc z tego biura bylismy tez statkiem na grotach, rejs trwal okolo 2-3 godzin, wycieczka o polowe tansza a duzo bardziej fajniejsza.

Beach BBQ Tour 6.5 Std: 55 € pro Person und das haben wir erlebt:
über die flyer informiert und in albufeira im shop in der einkaufsstrasse gebucht. aussagen laut internet und shopverkäufer hatten nicht übereingestimmt.
wir fuhren mit unseren autos hin da es hies es gibt extra parkplätze von algarexperience - das ist nicht so.
aber
das parkhaus der marina war zu unserem zeitpunkt kostenlos da etwas defekt war oder nun immer frei ist.
checkin am hafen reibungslos und dauert etwas - es kann sein das restkarten für jede tour es hier evtl kurz vor abfahrt günstiger verkauft werden - schaut einfach mal.
wir waren auf dem cat belize für 50 personen und das catameran war voll.
die fahrt geht vom hafen albufeira bis nach portimao.
entlang der küste nah an den klippen und buchten vorbei - das sollte man hier wirklich erlebt haben.
je nach seegang können auch die ein oder andere grotte befahren werden.
2 highlight die wir befahren konnten: eine riesengrosse grotte indem das cat komplett einfuhr und sich gedreht hatte und wieder ausfuhr
und
die Grotte von Benagil -
einfach ein Bild für Götter.
während der fahrt gibt es die so genannte Open Bar und kostenlose sandwiches.
getränke alles originale wie bier super bock coca cola fanta sprite weiswein rotwein sangria aus dem hahn und wasser. wer noch weitere getränke haben möchte gibt es diese zum erwerben wie cocktails ect. ihr könnt so oft wie ihr wollt euch an der bar bedienen lassen - klasse.
unser beach bbq war NICHT AN DEM STRAND der ausgeschrieben und bebildert ist. angeblich durch den seegang - bitte schreibt eure rezesionen anschliesend an welchem strand es stattfand.
wir fuhren an den strand am hafen von portimao an dem wir nicht alleine waren und noch weitere touren hier ihren eigenen bbq machten. der strand hier ist nicht toll und auch kein highlight der algarve. sollte das hier eigentlich immer sein ist das schade.
das bbq war gut - sogut das ich zum ersten mal sardinen mit kopf gegessen habe und garnelen probierte.
essen: gemischten salat würstchen hänchenfleisch schweine spiese sardinen garnelen und chips dazu.
getränke die selben wie auf dem boot.
aufenthalt am strand ca 2 std
anschliesend rückfahrt weiter im meer drausen.
rundum gut wenn wir den abgebildeten strand gehabt hätten besser und vom preis ok könnte aber auch um 5 - 10 € günstiger sein.
ich würde dennoch wieder diesen anbieter für andere touren wählen da alles reibungslos und profesdionell abläuft und nicht wie so manch anderes in ägypten sizilien ect.

El viaje en barco durante tres horas fue muy entretenido, paisajes preciosos y un gran equipo en el barco que se aseguraban de que todo fuese bien. Lo recomiendo. Mejoraria el tiempo para poder bañarse en el mar, fue muy corto, y que la vuelta a puerto fuera más pegado a la costa, como la ida.

This is a typical tourist trap: Very pushy agents which try annoyingly to make a sale ignoring all (non)verbal signs that they violate your intimate space. The main problem: The catamaran is too big. So the 3hour cave tour is mostly a coast sightseeing tour with a rather entertaining tour guide. Tipp: Pick one of the smaller boats/rentals which are able to drive into the caves. A offensive begging crew on leaving the boat completed my horror-trip of a typical tourist rip-off. Would not recommend or repeat.

Delphin Tour: war sehr toll wir haben Delphine gesehen. Außerdem fährt es auch in die berühmte Grotte! Der Preis war absolut okay für knapp über 2h. Es war ein großes Boot und von daher weiterzu empfehlen.

The catamaran is a bit small, so we got a bit amount of water from splashing waves during the experience. The staff is nice, but a bit ignorant to some requests. The route itself is nice, but nothing more than caves, so I wonder what's there to see if you don't pay extra for the caves experience

A lovely and romantic trip across a few caves in Algarve with a quick stop to swim in the sea. I took the 3h cruise and payed extra to be on the top deck. Money well spent. Just wish we would have more free time to swim in the sea.
This wasn't my first cruise in Algarve, but was the best so far. No complaints. Highly recommended!

Very poor and disapointing experience with algarexperience, turned up after being picked up at 8 am, and was told our trip which cost €29 pp was cancelled. Apparently we had a call to say it was cancelled the same day ( previous day) as we booked it. Why not send a text message? Then the customer would definitely have got the message...but no just a call which was missed by most of the customers turning up for the trip of coastline and caves.
We were told the weather was too bad, so we decided to rebook the dolphin and caves trip, which was €9 pp extra to pay.
Thinking it was going to be a relaxed experience, it was the worst boat trip I have ever been on! We got completely soaked, couldn't really open our eyes as the spray was so strong.
We did get to see the dolphins, but I think half the boat was being sick as we'd stopped in rough waters.
We drove past 2 cages and were told by the person in the shop where we booked it that we could get off the boat and swim. Not to be Unfortunatly.
Next minute we were back at the marina and trip over.
The people at the check in were so rude and couldn't be bothered to help find us another trip.
Very poor service.

Great day trip ! We did the 6hr boat ride that included breakfast (sandwiches), drinks (soda and beer), and a BBQ on the beach. We paid the 6euro extra to sit on the top deck as it was crowed on the first deck. Only 10 spots on top so we were lucky to get up top. Be prepared for a long journey and take some motion sickness medicine ahead of time as there were a few people not prepared !

The family booked two trips with AlgarExperience, the parasailing and dolphin and cave boat ride. Both were brilliant.
The parasailing is truly for all ages, my elderly mother and my young son both tried it, and love it. We all had fun, but safety was also paramount.
We were taken out on the dolphin and cave trip by a marine biologist, so was able to give us a huge amount of information about the dolphins. The catamaran was safe and sturdy for a family.
When the kids are a bit older we we will go out on their full day BBQ Dolphins cave trip.

Very friendly staff, nice boats, and if you don't see the dolphins, you can come back for free another day or choose another activity in their assortiment. So no risk! But we saw LOTS of dolphins, absolutely worth it!
