Tiago was such a great tour guide! We were very lucky to have Tiago as a personal giulde for my family with just the 2 kayaks plus Tiago. The caves were amazing and Tiago knew all the history about the caves and the Lagos its self. He was also very good with my 2 daughters aged 11and 8. 5 stars are not enough! we were very lucky with the weather too, with nice flat conditions. Thank you Tiago! :-)

Complètement novices nous appréhendions la difficulté mais les explications de notre guide, Thiago nous ont rassurés et nous nous sommes rendus compte qu'il ne fallait pas être si sportif que ça pour profiter pleinement de cette balade magique.

We came on early and had a guide to ourselves - 10 am just two of us and the guide. Amazing adventure, prepare to get wet! Caves, open Atlantic with winds and a bit of chop but oh so great to get in some caves on your own c Kayak!

By far one of the highlights of my time in Portugal. Our tour guide Tiago was great, he had a good sense of humour and a great knowledge of the area. If you are in Lagos you MUST come and give this a try.

Si quieres conocer las calas y playas de Lagos, esta es una de las empresas que ofrece recorrido en kayak con apoyo de lancha motora. Costearás por los acantilados y tendrás la posibilidad de entrar en cuevas a golpe de remo. Un guía dirige la visita en su propio kayak y va parando en los diferentes hitos de la travesía, realizando explicaciones. Cuando finaliza el viaje de ida, te dejan tiempo para explorar el atractivo fondo marino mediante la actividad de snorkel. A la vuelta, ya cansados, te remolcan con su lancha y te permiten disfrutar de las hermosas vistas de la bahía de Lagos de manera relajada. Se puede reservar por teléfono y mientras dura la actividad disponen de taquillas, aunque es mejor que los efectos personales, como carteras y llaves de coche las lleves en la bolsa estanca que te proporcionan, ya que las taquillas de la oficina donde se dejan las mochilas o bolsos no tienen llave ni están personalizadas. En el mismo sentido, las zapatillas o zapatos se dejan en una caja de plástico todas mezcladas, por lo que revisa a la vuelta si están las tuyas. Al principio recibirás una charla explicativa, principalmente en los idiomas habituales de los turistas que reciben como portugués, español o inglés. La actividad dura 2 horas y media y tienen varios pases al día. ¡No olvides llevar agua!

Muchísimas lanchas y aglomeraciones

Attention tout les opérateurs pour le tour de kayak ne se valent pas. Celui la nous a fait faire qu'une partie du tour prévu et nous a fait attendre sur une plage médiocre pendant 45 min pour faire 2 heures de balade. Attrape touriste

Belle visite par beau temps. Permet de passer dans des grottes par des propres moyens. Ne pas hésiter à demander les consignes car sinon ils n'entre donnent aucune.

It's a good experience since you get to go in caves and see some great rock formations. On the service side, they really rush you out into the water and don't explain how to kayak which makes the whole process difficult. They also advertise snorkeling but I didn't receive a mask and it was basically a pit stop at a secluded beach. It was nice to chill but I thought we'd be snorkeling for real. Anyway it was a great experience but could be really awesome after addressing these issues.

Very fun excursion that was perfectly executed. The staff were very helpful and even came with recommendations for the rest of our stay. I would absolutely recommend this.

Took the whole family on a guided kayak tour with this company. Our guide was relaxed and entertaining and the whole trip was really great fun. In my opinion it is a much better way to see the caves than a boat trip.

Unprofessional, rude staff. Took our money then told us to wait as they couldn’t find our name on the list. Left to sit in the sun with no explanation until they got enough people for another group.

Expérience magnifique, a faire! Mais éviter d'y aller en fin d'après midi, nous finissons la balade a l'ombre a cause des falaises. Entre vent et eau, nous sommes tombés malade.. les guides nous ont laissés attendre 30 min dans le vent et mouillés pour nous ramener tracter par un bateau..

Très belle balade en kayak mais le guide allait beaucoup trop vite et ne nous laissait pas le temps de sortir notre portable pour prendre des photos qu’il était déjà reparti. Il ne nous a même pas dit au revoir... malgré cela, les paysages sont exceptionnels !

It was very very expensive for what we did. We did 1 hour kayaking, 1 hour waiting at the beach and 30min towed by a boat... We were not tired at all, and we will like to do a bit more sport. The guide was not really a guide. Like was only telling the beache's names and that's it. The staff lied to us about what the trip was to sell it also. If we would have known what it was we wouldn't have done it.

On nous avait conseillé de réserver la veille pour pouvoir être à la marée montante. Expérience superbe et Tiago le guide était juste parfait. On a eu la chance d’être en groupe avec des personnes étrangères ou tout le monde a joué le jeu de la bonne humeur. Les décors et les passages au travers des grottes étaient à couper le souffle. On recommande à 2000% !!!

Bonne expérience dans la ria formosa. Préférez une ballade tôt le matin, mais surtout à marée basse pour profiter de la beauté des lieux et des oiseaux marins. Une ballade de 4h permet de visiter tranquillement et de faire des pauses baignades

An amazing day on the water, and a great way to see the beaches and caves around Lagos. The guides were friendly and professional, and passed on some good recommendations as well. Well worth it!

What an experience, would never get tired of this. Jorge was our guide and what a gentleman he was funny and charasmatic and had some great story's, very well run business. Will be back again.

We asked the stuff, if it’s possible to rent a kayak without doing the guided tour and we were told, that it’s forbidden. But just 100 meters away at the next beach, there is a shop (Kai Nui SUP & Kayak Lagos), where this is possible. So they lied to us... very bad experience!!!

Brilliant tour that brings you around the beautiful coastline. Our tour guide Tiago was great stopped to show us different spots and cool caves.

Very cool to see inside the caves. And we saw a bunch of dolphins at the end of our tour on the way back, which was a lovely surprise and probably boosted my rating. Honestly I wouldn't recommend this company, there was no proper explanation on how to do things and then our guide would yell at our group saying "you don't listen". When I asked him about some birds he completely ignored me. I still had a good time, but only because of the beautiful views. Find a different company to go with as the caves are a must see!!

Une expérience magnifique. Un décor hors du commun et des paysages incroyables sauront rendre votre activité agréable. À noter qu’il est important de bien prendre en considération les conditions de l’eau qui peuvent grandement affecter le kayak. Par moins beau temps, plusieurs grottes sont inaccessibles.

Muy bien toda la experiencia. La excursión en kayak es lo mejor que puedes hacer en Lagos y los chicos de Ezride son muy amables. Lo único malo es el snorkel porque el material es compartido y la playa estaba llena de algas y no había visibilidad. Una pena!

Bonjour plutot déçu de ce petit trip en kayak. Nous avions réservé pour les grottes de benagil au depart de lagos par l'intermediaire du site get your guide,ce qui en soit j admet est deja étonnant,bref en lieu et place de benagil nous avons eu les grottes de lagos,qui sont tres sympas au demeurant mais ceci ne correspondait pas a notre demande,de plus il faut bien sur attendre sans cesse les autres participants ce qui ,pour des habitués du kayak est un fardeau,impossible de naviguer un minimum a sa convenance donc un retour tres mitigé sur la prestation,même si le personnel est agréable.

PASEO en KAYAT por la zona preciosa al ras del litoral. MARIO EL CANGREJO Fue nuestro guia. Muy agradable. Buen tipo. Eso si masificacion en la zona TOTAL lo tienen que arreglar no puedes recrearte con las visitas a las grutas mucha afluencia y se nota que solo van a hacer caja las empresas. Montones de ellas.

Nous avons visité les grottes en kayak avec Antoine notre guide et 5 autres kayaks. Antoine est un super guide qui fait l'effort de parler dans différentes langues, il donne de bonnes explications et est souriant et sympathique. La balade dure 2h30, tout le matériel est fourni, même le sac étanche pour mettre nos affaires personnelles comme le téléphone. La côte est magnifique vue d'un kayak, il est possible de rentrer dans les grottes et de faire des photos. Il n'est pas nécessaire d'être particulièrement doué en kayak ou sportif car chacun peut aller à son rythme. Nous en avons pris plein les yeux pendant plus de 2h, c'est sans doute l'activité incontournable à faire à Lagos pour découvrir les grottes et les plages. Allez y les yeux fermés, mais gardez les quand même ouverts car ce serait dommage de ne rien voir... ;)

Guide sympa et belle ballade en kayak.

It's not a very enjoyable experience, as you'll be in your kayak constantly against the bigger motorboats passing next to you. The caves are nice, but only a few and you don't really get to stay in them for long. Instead you hang out on one beach with nothing to see, ridden with seaweeds.

Muy buena manera de conocer las cuevas y las playas de acceso marítimo. El staff muy amable, lo hicieron todo fácil y divertido. Imprescindible si se visita el Algarve.

Had an amazing time. I feel we got lucky though we got moved back to a smaller group of three as the other group was to full. Hence it was an amazing personal experience with a fantastic guide. We had a great time

Świetne doświadczenie. Widoki obłędne, możliwość wpłynięcia do jaskiń do których w inny sposób nie można się dostać. Osoby, które nigdy wcześniej nie pływały kajakiem mogą mieć problem - para w naszej grupie musiała zawrócić, bo sobie nie poradziła.

Best part of my whole trip here. Seriously. Ya haven't visited Lagos until you go in the caverns with a Kayak. Kayaking for about 1:30 hours then snorkeling on "Big Beach" then get towed back to the city by boat. 10/10

Me lo recomendaron y ciertamente no decepcionó.

Wir fuhren bei sehr klarem Wetter, ruhigem Meer direkt am Morgen mit der 1.Tour hinaus. Es war wirklich sehr schön zu sehen und zu erleben. Aber im Nachhinein wurden wir sehr enttäuscht. Beim Kauf der Tickets (p.P. 30,-€) zeigte man uns die Route auf der Karte bis wohin die Tour gehen sollte. Insgesamt 2,5 Stunden. Im Endeffekt waren es dann nur 1,5 Std. und bei Weitem nicht die versprochene Strecke, sondern nur 2/3tel. Gerade das letzte Stück interessierte uns sehr, da wir dort oberhalb der Klippen wohnten.

Alles in allem eine schöne Erfahrung aber der Strand den man angeblich "fast für sich alleine" hat ist selbst in der Nachsaison völlig überfüllt. Der Guide war gut, wusste viel zu erzählen und hat die Gruppe bei Laune gehalten.

On august 7th At first everything was nice, then we got near a cave and all the kayak of our group were really close, my guide saw another company's guide and they wanted to "play fight" like little kids. I got hit in the face by one of them, my nose started to bleed and also my face, the guides were denying that they hit me and arguing with the boat driver that took me and my sister. It was a huge cute so we had to get to the hospital, when we got to the shore, the ambulance was not there yet we had to wait and i was fainting. I went to the hospital all day and i got 3 stitches really close to my eyes. And my nose bled for a really long time, futhermore, my left eye was also injured. Then i checked my e-mails to see if they sent anything to apologize and there was nothing, so i had to go to the desk and me and my sister asked for a refund since it was their fault and we only spent 20 mins or so on the water. They told us we had to go to the police if we wanted our money back. We were at loss for words, we insisted that he at least give my money back and he did. I had to go to the hospital 3 times during my whole trip, once in lagos, in lisbon and in morroco... I now have a scar really big scar on my face forever and they did not even apologize. NEVER take this company.

Bella l'esperienza col kayak nelle insenature sul mare. Si arriva ad una spiaggetta dove ci si riposa per 30 min. Al ritorno però ci si attacca ad un motoscafo e si viene trainati fino al punto di partenza. Costo 35€ a testa.

Top Service, questions been answered immediatly via phone. The guide was a bit of nervous, kayaking is no rocket science.

Super sympathique et navigation facile...bien accueilli et guidé, nous avons adoré cette balade pour laquelle nous avons pu confirmer la beauté du site, vu la veille d'en haut...

La experiencia con el tour ha sido buena, pero algo corta y más caras que otras, ya que nos dijeron que se podía hacer snorkel y no fue así. Cogimos el tour con los kayaks, en el primer sitio que vimos, error!! Porque luego preguntamos en otros, eran más baratos, más tiempo y con snorkel. Consejo: en el puerto de Lagos hay muchas empresas de tours, comparad precios, se puede coger fácilmente de un dia para otro.

War mit meiner Frau und vier weiteren Gäste auf einer morgentlichen Tour unterwegs. Unser Guide glühte vor Leidenschaft für diese Küste und seine Schönheit. Seine Begeisterung war umso ansteckender, je mehr Zimmer, Säle und Hallen wir entdeckten, und je mehr Geschichten er dazu erzählte. Lichteinfall durch Deckenöffnungen oder sogar unter der Wasseroberfläche (!) , smaragdgrünes Wasser, alleinstehende Felsformationen - einfach toll. Das Rudern als Paar war für uns anfangs eine Herausforderung, zumal ich meine Frau immer wieder alleine Rudern ließ, um mit dem Smartphone zu filmen. Na ja, wir haben uns wieder vertragen ;-)

I joined on 13th of May 2017, on 13:30 tour. It was amazing experience. They give us good instructions and the Guide was very kind, explained a lot. There was a family group, and the middle of tour the baby was crying...and the guide help them to get on the support motor boat so They can keep enjoying the tour. (The support motor boat is always accompany with you.) We could not go till the end of the course as there was wind and big wave, but still enough kayaking. We took some rest on the small beach with snorkeling equipment(Water-glass provided), and then paddling back to start point. Actually I had little accident, The ship is overturned in front of the beach, it was bit deep but not enough for the motor boat comes in. So I swam out to the beach with pushing the Kayak boat. I can say it is not that dangerous or risky, but sometimes it happen. Therefore I recommend that, If you cannot swim at all, you should inform the guide before start. They give big waterproof bag to put your belongings. but it is better to prepare waterproof case for mobile-phone by yourself to take a picture.

Good instructions at the start and guides stop frequently to talk about features & beaches along the coast. Was easy to book and just turned up with a name & order number and was ready to go. We went on a nice calm day and were able to paddle through arches & into caves was a really cool experience.

Tour en kayak très sympa le long de la côte rocheuse avec des passages dans les grottes et à travers les arches. Bonnes explications du guide et arrêt de 30 min pour profiter de la plage. Très bon moyen pour découvrir Ponta da Piedade.

La ruta es super bonita. Buenas explicaciones de los monitores en varios idiomas aunque recomiendo digan su idioma antes de comenzar la ruta porque sino no lo tendran en cuenta. El precio es de 25€ por persona
