We loved this kayak tour to Benagil cave! What set it apart from many of the other tours is that it was combined boat and kayak - we rode on a large boat from Portimao to where most of the caves are and then got into our kayaks to paddle in and around the caves. The staff was very nice and helpful, although I wish we could hear their descriptions of the caves a bit better. We were worried it would be cold (we did it in mid-May) but it was a beautiful day. The caves are amazing and it is well worth taking a kayak tour so you can get onto the sand inside Benagil (boat only tours cannot get off the boat). Definitely recommend!!

Missed the chance to take the tour due to sea conditions, but service should be good as they are responsible to inform us in advance. I’ll be back!

O melhor barco/lancha para ver as grutas. Foi espetacular, valem bem o preço não me arrependi. Bebidas grátis a bordo, WC, Staff 5 estrelas. Não foi necessário estar com coletes, porque o barco é muito seguro e dá para circular no interior. Foram-me buscar /levar ao hotel(grátis). Durante o percurso Pedro e Samuel, explicaram tudo. "ATENÇÃO" os outros barcos com quem me cruzei levavam gente a mais e outros as pessoas estavam amarrados aos coletes, tinham pouca segurança, isto tudo para poupar 5 euros. Fui a todas as grutas e entramos nelas, ao pé das grutas de benagil a lancha parou, para o mergulho nas águas cristalinas. A lancha é das melhores e super potente com 2 motores de 250cv.... PARABÉNS pelo excelente serviço prestado. Muito obrigado por me proporcionarem momentos inesquecíveis.

예약 일방적으로 취소하는 나쁜 곳. 연락 하나도 못 받았는데 연락줬다는 말만 되풀이 합니다. 그리고 베나길 카약 투어 진짜 위험한가봅니다. 여기 seasiren 빼고 베나길 카약투어하는데가 없어요. 현지인도 자기는 베나길 카약 위험하고 안 이쁘다고 안 한다네요.

회사에서 일방적으로 카약투어를 취소했습니다. 그 어떤 이메일이나 전화도 받지 못했습니다. 취소된 이유는 누군가가 Private party를 위해 보트를 빌렸기 때문이라고 합니다. 1달 전에 예약한 예약자를 무시한 상황이며 우리에게 사과하지 않는 불친절함이 굉장히 불쾌합니다.

We booked this after reading various reviews and was not disappointed. We were picked up from Carvoeiro and taken to Portimao port where the trip starts from. You are given a briefing on the catamaran then taken by a guide to various caves on the kayak, at all times there is also a guide behind in a motor boat to give you a tow if your struggling. We always felt safe as a family and could not fault the perfect service. When we returned our transport to take us back was there waiting in a lovely new transporter with great Ac. If your looking for a safe family tour you can't go wrong. Thanks to all the team which gave us such a great time.

Cancelled tour I booked online and for which I had confirmation mail, voucher and payment arguing that they have not availability anymore. Take care with booking online as seems they oversell and you can be surprised with a cancellation. Cuidado con la reservas online. We took the Benagil Cave Kayak Tour and it was simply 5 stars! My husband and I had so much fun, I think this is the best boating tour I had because it was so fun! in this tour, there is first the catamaran boat trip to the ocean for about 30 minutes, then kayak from there for about 1.5 hours to all the beautiful caves! It was super convenient to leave all our water, snacks and dry cloths on the boat while we go kayak into the caves and seeing the gorgeous Benagil cave! there was even a very clean and dry spacious toilet on the boat. Our 3 guides were wonderful and the most amazing is João! He has the best personality with a wonderful smile! This tour is extremely safe because the guide will kayak with you to the caves and another guide was on a small inflatable boat behind us while we kayak! This is the safest kayak tour I have ever been and anyone can do it! Very wonderful tour and I give 5 stars and thank you guys for the wonderful job you do!
