What a BIG disappointment!!! I would really recommend avoiding this tour at all costs, especially with children!! They sold us this tour with the promise of seeing the inside of the benagil cave on a glass boat and that we could go swimming, well needless to say we saw neither the glass boat or the inside of the cave and nor did we go swimming!! Instead we sat on an extremely long, boring, diesel belching boat(MOENA) for four hours. Even admiring the coast line was not an option to pass the time as we sailed to far away from it. And complaining was pointless, clearly a common accuracy judging by their attitude. Don't waste your money, but more importantly your time on this tour!

Hice el recorrido con un barco grande que tienen. Mejor otra empresa con barcos mas pequeños que entran mejor a las cuevas. No ofrecen nada interesante a mi parecer.

Es war eine Katastrophe. Mit 2 besoffenen Spanierinnen waren wir an Bord. Der Kapitän trank natürlich mit. Das Steuer wurde mehrmals vom Kapitän verlassen, um seinen Kollegen auf anderen Booten "Hallo" zu sagen. Es werden einem Fahrten durch die Felsen versprochen. Das war aber falsch. Wir hielten ca. 200 Meter von den Felsen an. Vielleicht war es auch besser so. Wer weiss, mit einem besoffenen Kapitän was da passieren könnte. Insgesamt tuckerten wir ca. 4h bis 4,5h auf dem Meer herum. Das Geld ist es definitiv nicht wert.

Recomendable 100% para venir en familia como es nuestro caso o en pareja o incluso sol@, el trato por parte de toda la plantilla fue espectacular, para ser buffet se come muy bien y muy variado, gran experiencia para los niños ya que disfrutan mucho con sus piscinas tematicas y tanto para niños como para adultos hay una gran cantidad de actividades, dos playas muy cercanas a las que se puede ir andando, una de ellas la mas cercana es muy pequeña, por poner un pero tan solo los horarios, ya que sobre todo los desayunos no son aptos para los que quieran dormir mas de la cuenta y supongo que como en todos los hoteles de este tipo, hay que madrugar si uno quiere coger una tumbona.

Muito mau! Viagem longa apenas com música muito alta. Tínhamos incluída uma visita às grutas num barco com fundo de vidro que não aconteceu devido a ondulação portanto foi praticamente um vislumbre das grutas nada de especial. Dinheiro muito mal gasto e publicidade enganosa.

I was onboard the 'Catamara Liana' so my opinion is only valid for the experience I had on this boat. There may be other boats associated with the 'Seafari'. I must say that the destination of the boat is beautiful and extraordinary, but the service provided on the way there and back is downright awful. Firstly, the choice of music onboard was initially cheesy, tedious electronic sh!te. Then, there was hardcore rock playing which was inappropriate for children onboard. It was funny to find about 10 people asleep on the lower deck despite the very noisy engine and bad music. Another quality of bad service is the lack of information you are given. The man talking on the tanoi only speaks Portuguese and is VERY obnoxious and loud. Finally, the icing on the soggy wet cake is that none of the seats onboard have cushions, which makes me believe that they do not care about the customers whatsoever, since they must sit here for up to 6.5 hours. When you get to the location, all of the customers onboard flock to the front and top of the boat desperate to take photos. Any photos you take will be ruined by the back of ignorant d*ck heads. When you are the the cave (after over an hour of 'cruising'), the obnoxious driver decides to sound his horn -not just once, or maybe twice, but he will continuously sound the horn until he hears the cries of small children in fear. There is an opportunity to swim in the sea, and the staff do not prepare the boat at all. When the swimmers return, theres not a single towel on the floor to wipe their feet on. Therefore, the floor (which was originally dusty) is now in a disgusting soggy, slippery state which is not suitable for purpose. The food service available, for those who paid an extra price for each ticket, is okay. I received a price of pork meat (which was surprisingly cooked on the top of the boat), an orange, a bread roll, and some other items such as crisps and vegetables. There was a lot of food, at a reasonable quality but the queue while waiting for the food was very cramped and disorganised. I personally didn't buy the tickets, but I would definitely be extremely disappointed by the lack of care they received. Your money should be spent on another boating trip as they look much more reasonably priced and less crowded. Thank you if you read this far and I hope you find my review helpful. you

Totalmente de acuerdo con los que quejan de la falta de puntualidad. 45 minutos de retraso esperando a una familia que no llegaba. El viaje es demasiado largo (casi 5 horas) para ver unas grutas (preciosas, es cierto, pero inaccesibles con un barco tan grande) En el interior del barco hacía muchísimo frío. La gente se tapaba con las toallas. El menú es espantoso. Y ya se sabe que los delfines salen cuando ellos quieren, pero no pueden vender "ruta de los delfines" cuando es algo que no se puede controlar. En fin, no lo recomiendo. Una decepción. Hace dos años hicimos una excursión similar desde Lagos y la experiencia fue infinitamente mejor. En un velero y luego embarcaciones pequeñas que nos enseñaron todas las grutas por dentro.

Wir haben die Tour 2 gebucht. Man fährt 2,5 Std. ohne Sinn durch das Meer. Keine Delfine oder ähnliches. Danach Klippen anschauen. WOW. Das Glasbodenboot ist ein Witz. Schade um das Geld.

Had a ton of fun, and quite cheap. Staff was friendly and the boat was really nice. Highly recommend it!

Never go...they gave us like a fisherman's boat which was full tight overly crowded. They did not even have that many life jackets. I have travelled with a baby and had worst ever time in 4 hrs trip to the caves. In the photos boats looks like quite large but if they don't have enough customers they will give you a small boat where no place to stretch your legs. Absolute rubbish!!

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. we had a group of 8 and they expected 3 people to sit on a seat but they could not budge up enough for us to fully sit on the seats. They just wanted to cram the boat at any expense. The boat was really old, staff rude and we had to leave without going on the trip. They wouldn’t give us a refund even though we couldn’t fit on the ferry. Use anyone else other than this company you have been warned.

Warto wybrać się z tego miejsca w rejs po wybrzeżu. Na wodzie może być trochę chłodna szczególnie rano warto się jednak cieplej ubrać.

Be careful, they will rip you off if they can. Booked for a large group afternoon boat trip with BBQ. We sailed 500 meter, anchored the boat 150 meter off the coast and didn't move anymore until the boat went back to the marina. No BBQ, extreme difficulty to get a partial refund ("you may have a booking confirmation with BBQ, but it wasn't confirmed by the boss"). In the end paid €50 per person for 1km sailing plus drinks

Um passeio excelente , uma oportunidade de ver golfinhos e as grutas no seu original Majestosamente incrível .

Pior do que anunciado, o barco é demasiado grande para entrar dentro das grutas :-( A qualidade da comida, pelo preço pago, também deixa a desejar, pouca variedade de bebidas (as quais são de marca branca!) e pouca variedade de comida. A paisagem é linda, mas não se avistam golfinhos, nem se visitam as grutas no seu interior.

Recomendado 100% el crucero con barbacoa, paddle surf, kayak... un viaje muy divertido.

O barco- velhinho coitado As grutas - não vamos em pequenos barcos como publicitam. A praia- de torrar ao sol nem um chapéu de sol, ao contrário da concorrência que tem montes deles. A comida - já vem feita em cubas, ao lado na concorrência um churrasco delicioso. Barco de apoio- um semi-rígido sem condições a meter água pela popa, hum e onde mora a SEGURANÇA? ???? Tripulação - capitão e marinheiros, Nando, Silva e João, vocês com a vossa simpatia conseguem fazer que o passeio não seja um desastre, muito obrigado aos 4. Conclusão - tripulação de 5 estrelas em barco (Moena) e em empresa de 1estrela. Conselho- Seafaris não, tente outra companhia, enquanto não se apostar na qualidade, e tentar fazer dinheiro a todo o custo, por certo vão afundar.

Um bom passeio de barco para visitar às grutas.

Contratamos el programa más caro con almuerzo incluido en una playa “paradisíaca” (Graves + Beach + Lunch). La playa era bastante normal y similar a muchas otras que se puede acceder a pie. La comida bien. No recomiendo para nada este programa, ya que el barco es mediano pero lento y tarda mucho en ir y volver. Solo entra en 2 cuevas nada más. Recomiendo otro programa con barcos o lanchas más pequeñas que se pueden meter dentro de las cuevas. En la web y cuando se contrata dan muy poca información, y eso hace dudar del servicio. Importante: en la web y los folletos informativos ponen “paseo en barcos semi rígidos al interior de las grutas” pero es “totalmente mentira” porque no lo hacen. Nosotros lo contratamos porque nos lo recomendó gente del lugar donde alquilamos en Vilamoura. Mirar bien todo antes de contratar porque no es barato y hay muchísimas opciones. Went on the Moena and for start trip was clearly over sold and we were cramped in like Sardines. Programme 1 was option we paid for but only time we went on Dingy was to have lunch on beach. Yes went to caves but not as advertised on Dingy. Staff on Moena were helpful and good to be fair but whole trip is stretched out and not as advertised

Estupendo trato y buena travesía

Family of 12, from 1 year old to to 65 had a great time. We were lucky enough to find some dolphins on our way to the caves. Went through some smaller caves and saw some rock formations from the smaller zodiac boat. Water was quite cold, but we opted for some swimming and stand-up paddle boarding, we were happy to find a selection of some wetsuits and masks available to use. Captain and Skipper were friendly.

Très bon accueil, les grottes c'est juste magnifique je conseille à tout le monde de le faire, le seul petit bémol cest qu'on n'a pas vu les dauphins.

We went on a boat trip along the coast. I believe the trip should have been cancelled as the sea was very rough. Most people were sick either while those who were going through the cave were transferring to the smaller boat or on the way back. Once we were on the boat the skipper explained that the advertised stop at the beach could not go ahead as it was too rough. This should have been explained before we boarded to give people the opportunity not to go and to rearrange.

Total rubish im now sat on the boat its been terrible just a few guys driving a catamaran laughing no info nothing spent my holiday money hoping for a nice cave tour but had only 10 mins max in a small boat around the caves in a semi glass bottom boat with green seaweed growing over the glass so you cant see nothing . We get back onto the catamaran and now its the slowest ride ever no info no talking cant even see the shore line that we herd was amazing to see dont waste your money find a better company these guys are walking around sipping there drinks ignoring everyone ....horrible 4 hours wasted for 10 mins ..

On s'attend à visiter des grottes pour au final à peine passer l'entrée et ressortir. Balade de 4heures, sans interruption, très longue. Les bancs du bateau "MOENA" sont très inconfortables. Ça ne vaut pas le prix déboursé. Heureusement que les animateurs sont accueillant et parlent plusieurs langues.

A déconseiller! Balade prévue pour une durée de 4h qui s'est transformée en 5h a cause du moteur de bateau cassé au retour... très long et les grottes sont a peine accessibles! Très déçue.

Booked big game fishing, to catch tuna, dorado, merlin etc, however to get on the boat, get around 10 miles out to see to be told we are shark fishing, they then hooked up some frozen makerill to the hooks and left them all in the water without moving them until the end of the day. They brought 4 mackerel rods for 12 of us and we just caught their bait for the next day. Would not recommend whatsover steer clear. All we caught were a few small mackerel.

Excellent day out, but be warned! You have to transfer into a dinghy to get from the boat to the beach, which can be quite precarious!!!!

Dont go near them. Stay away. Described as going out on a boat with a glass floor with a chance to see dolphins but in reality it was a trip on the Moena, which was old, small & not everyone got a seat & the glass bottomed "boat" was pulled behind it. We spent what felt like 5 to 7 minutes on the glass bottomed boat, flew around the caves & then back to the boat & back to the marina. There was no mention of dolphins at all from the crew. What a waste of a morning. Don't waste your money.

Malísimo ofrecen algo que no dan... Fue el peor día de nuestras vidas, mala playa (es privada porque es para perros), ni sombrillas te dan en la playa, nada de grutas como las ofrecen por dentro, ni botiquín de primeros auxilios tienen las 40 personas que íbamos se pusieron malas y todos vomitando, pésima empresa. Yo iba con una bebé de 3 meses y en ningún momento nos dijeron que no podía ir una bebé así, de paso dijeron que había mal tiempo para navegar ya cuando llegamos de vuelta, en fin lo peor de lo peor, ya van a recibir mi denuncia formal..

Muito fraco. Passas metade do tempo no barco a andar. Depois levam grupos de 12 a 14 pessoas a ver meia gruta e descarregam o grupo na praia. Este processo que demora mais de meia hora é repetido até escoarem todos os que vão no barco. Logo o último grupo aguenta mais de hora e meia no barco sem fazer nada. Quando o ultimo grupo chegou à praia eu já tinha ido ao banho e andado de paddle. Já nem falo no método de descarregar o pessoal na praia... pareciamos refugiados. O almoço... tipico almoço de refugiado... uma fila para recolheres um tabuleiro com pão, batata frita, uma barriguinha, uma febra, uma salada e depois podes ir buscar de beber. Agora comer carne grelhada com uns talheres de plástico sentado no chão com o tabuleiro nas pernas... o melhor é fazer uma sande. Golfinhos? Nem vê-los, ou melhor, vou vê-los amanhã no zoomarine. Totalmente desaconselhável!

Arnaque, attrape touriste ! Comme tous les ans nous avons choisi Seafaris pour faire un tour de bateau d'une durée de 6 heures mais tout a changé ! Nous avons payé 44€ par personne (plus cher que l'an dernier) pour au final ne pas avoir visité l'intérieur des sea caves, être resté qu'une heure sur une «plage» qui est accessible en voiture, située au port de Portimão. Rien de paradisiaque ... L'eau était sale, nous avions vu sur des grues ... Agrémenté à cela un retard au départ de 20mn car au lieu d'être 100 sur le bateau nous étions 153 ! Tous le monde connaît la technique du surbooking ! La compagnie a donc décidé de nous sortir l'excuse que nous ne pouvions pas visiter les sea caves et aller sur la plage accessible qu'en bateau car la mer était trop agitée. Alors que d'autres bateaux y étaient. Après notre excursion, nous sommes allés à l'agence où on nous a gentiment dit que nous devions nous estimer heureux car nous avions fait un tour de bateau d'une durée plus longue que ce qui était prévu. Le responsable n'a même pas voulu nous parler ! Donc passez votre chemin, cette compagnie n'est pas sérieuse !

My first trip on a proper speed boat and it didn't dissapoint. We went on the dolphin cave safari Wednesday morning. Caves were magnificent, view was lovely. They do have a 90% chance of seeing dolphins but we unfortunately didn't but that's up to the dolphins, no fault on the staff. All in all great way to spend an early morning on the General Lee!!!! My only advice, get there early to keep it running smoothly as we were held up a little by a few people who didn't check in on time.

PUBLICIDADE ENGANOSA Fazer a rota das grutas que consiste em VER APENAS 1GRUTA e almoçar febras na praia. Sem guarda-sóis,ficamos 3 horas expostos ao sol na altura de maior calor,ninguém levou pois pensávamos que íamos ver grutas!!! Um verdadeiro inferno tudo com t-shirts na cabeça e a tentar entrar dentro da água gelada que se fazia sentir dentro do Mar. No regresso o mar estava instável e os pax sem coletes (pois estes encontram se velhos e estragados sem fecho) tentavam entrar perigosamente na embarcação maior. Basicamente paguei 44€ para ir almoçar febras na praia sem condições!

Desilusão! Era suposto ter ido ver grutas (rota das grutas como anunciado) e outras atracações e almoçar numa praia deserta,no entanto só vi 1 gruta e fui colocada antes do meio dia na praia da coelha (estava sol e muito agradável) onde almocei umas febras com batata de pacote e tive na praia até ir embora,para isto PAGUEI 44€! Podia ter ido no meu próprio carro para a praia da coelha e almoçava no restaurante pagaria menos que 44€! Isto foi um assalto a minha carteira,vigaristas!!

Algarve Seafaris nunca mais! Passeio de barco muito fraco comparado com a restante concorrência. Vimos apenas uma única gruta, minúscula correndo o risco de bater com a cabeça na rocha, perto da praia da coelha, e minutos depois, antes do meio dia, colocaram-nos na praia para almoçar. Praia sem guarda-sois para os clientes, completamente expostos ao sol com trinta e muitos graus que se fazia sentir em pleno Agosto, almoço sem qualquer tipo de opção, de muita pouca qualidade, apenas carne de porco, salada, batata frita de pacote e laranjas. Um autêntico roubo à carteira dos clientes que pagam 44 euros por este miserável passeio por águas Algarvias.

Publicidade enganosa 6 horas para um programa de uma visita rapida à gruta, anunciado "Grutas" ... apenas vimos uma... e 3h30m numa praia maravilhosa mas 44 euros para ir à praia e carissomo

Terrible falta de puntualidad. Nos han tenido a más de 70 personas esperando casi una hora por un matrimonio que no daba llegado al barco. El viaje en barco es demasiado largo para lo que hay que ver en el destino. El lugar donde te puedes dar un baño al final del trayecto está bastante masificado y el agua tiene algo de gas-oil. El barco no está muy bien preparado para lanzarse ni subir del agua. Si contratas el viaje en una embarcación rápida supongo que la experiencia será mucho mejor. Al llegar al destino te subes a otra embarcación más pequeña que se mete por unas cuevas muy chulas y es muy bonita la mini-playa que hay en esa zona.

Ideal para ver la costa desde Vilamoura, la más bonita la ruta de las cuevas.

No son puntuales. El bus llega con 45' a 50' de retraso. Venden el billete del barco a 23 euros. Pero el barco para una hora para visitar cuevas en barquitas pequeñas remolcadas que cuestan 9 euros mas. Pero no lo dicen en tierra!! Vamos. Que NO!!!

Booked the deep sea fishing trip online 2 weeks in advance only to get there and be told there was no trip that day, was offered a 3 hour reef fishing trip but at 4pm! Awful customer service.

Not sure about the negative reviews. We had a wonderful trip. The crew of Liana were very friendly and we went to a secluded beach near Albufeira. The captain was a hilarious character and kept the mood enjoyable all throughout. We transferred over to a small dinghy boat to explore the caves. The we had a decent lunch on the beach. 6.5 hours of good fun, decent food and great sights.

Awful customer service, awful experience do not use this company!! Wasted 3.5 hours of our holiday.

Tour in barca da 50 persone lungo la falesia da Villamoura ad Albufeira , trasbordo su una barca da12 persone per entrare in 2 grotte scavate dal mare in sedimenti di 60 milioni di anni pieni di conchiglie incastrato sbucano in una spiaggetta piccolissima . Durata 3 ore ,visita grotte 15 minuti -3 turni- chi voleva , in attesa della lancia poteva fare il bagno, bello ma freddino (maggio).buon servizio dei ragazzi e del capitano soprattutto per trasbordo barca/lancia

Wouldn't recommend - it's a slow boat ride to get to the 'caves', the glass bottom of the boat is pointless as you can't see anything. Would recommend spending the 3 hours walking along the cliff coastline

Fun fishing out at sea. Captain knows where the best spots are. They speak English well enough for you to understand every thing they are doing and what you are supposed to do, to catch some great fish.

Absolute disaster... complete waste of an afternoon. My girlfriend and I opted for the 3hr Cave trip and soon regretted it. The sea was too choppy for the boat to really make the trip, or for us to get off onto the smaller boats to visit the caves (the point of the trip) The worse part is that after about 30 mins on the boat it became clear that about 75% of the customers were becoming severely seasick due to how choppy it was, so what should have been a nice, pleasant afternoon became a hideous experience with nearly every paying customer wretching and vomiting into black bin bags. The crew must have know the sea wasn't suitable for the trip and everyone wanted to just return to the marina, but they had our money and were determined to keep us out there for the full 3 hrs in an attempt to not have to give refunds. When we eventually returned to dry land everyone bolted for the office to get their refund and of course, the office was closed! The office staff must have been given the message to bolt...

Nastepnie trzymali nas na plazy na ktorej byslismy dzien wczesniej sami ponad 2 godziny... na lunch dali podsmarzone chlodne mieso i bulke z chipsami... jedyne co ratuje sytuacje powrot trasa na ktorej plywaja delfiny ale inni przewoznicy oferuja to taniej.... najgorzej wydane €100 (za trzy osoby) na tych wakacjach. Zdecydowanie odradzam!!!!

Experiência a não repetir. Na precisa quinta feira embarquei no barco moena desta empresa, o objetivo da viagem era visitar uma praia, fazer paddle e kayak, almoçar na praia e visitar as grutas. Nao fiz nem paddle nem kayak, nao houve visita as grutas, o almoço foi batatas de pacote uma bifana e metade de uma linguiça( frias) a praia era nojenta. Viagem perigosa pois tivemos que descer em alto mar do barco para um semi rígido com o mar tribulento. Fui pedir a devoluçao do dinheiro a empresa negou. Ou seja peguei 37 euros para uma bifana e pao e ficar enjoada e vomitar no barco. HORRÍVEL

Uma experiência muito má. O mar estava agitado e a empresa não soube gerir a situação. A maior parte das pessoas no barco vomitou. Foi horrível. Voltei de Portimao de carro. A não repetir. Muito mau mesmo. Nem sequer conseguiram mostra as grutas. Não aconselho nada. São perto de 3 horas de barco cheio de má disposição num só sentido, porque depois o regresso são outras 3.

We called at 10am, the guy from the company told us you can come a 5pm, we made a booking for 8 peoples. After one hour by car we arrived at the office and the lady told us the boat is full you can't board. The booking was cancelled.

I am writing this review as I have left the boat and could not take the return journey with my wife and three daughters as the sea was unbelievably rough . We didn't see the caves no glass bottom boat and couldn't go to the paradise beach as the sea was rough!! We arrived at portmaio (I think) and due to all my family crying due to the experience we decided rather than go through another 2 hours and 40 mins when everyone had now eaten we cut our losses and decided to catch a taxi home . I understand that weather conditions vary but if you know it is rough and you know you won't be able to fulfill the criteria you advertised you should not decide for the customer it is their one yearly holiday . We should have been informed and given the choice . At times it felt unsafe do not waste your money it's a gamble on weather .

Sehr schlecht. Sollten da 20 min warten bis es los geht, nach 40 min die Erkenntnis, dass ohne uns die Fahrt begann. Haben aber pünktlich am Treffpunkt gewartet.

EMBARRASING. We booked one of the 3 hour boat trips for 7 of us on a family holiday and were quite excited when we booked Friday evening for a Sunday morning trip. Sunday morning arrived and we had got up even earlier than usual to ensure we would arrive at the marina way before our 10am trip (this was advised by a member of the staff to 'avoid the queues'). After arriving around 9.30am and joining the queue one of us went inside to get our boat boarding passes and after a 10 minute wait were informed that after the company had taken all our booking details AND OUR MONEY that in fact the boat was fully booked and the women who took our booking on Friday had in fact failed to process our booking and other people had now booked in our place! So now having got up earlier than usual, paid €15 for a taxi to the marina and excited for our planned day ahead we had now been told that despite paying for and confirming our place we could not go on the boat! Then came the awkward moment when we all had to leave the queue in disappointment as we were given the news. Following this embarrassment and disappointment the staff (who quite frankly were too busy to really care that our whole day had been ruined) then eventually offered us a refund. Of course we still all wanted a boat trip at some point during the day but the best alternative they could offer us was a boat trip at 5pm.... And despite the monumental f**k up the best 'deal' they could offer us was just €2 of the price of each ticket. Their solution to us now having to get back to our Villa Complex after they had ruined our day was to shuffle us into an empty bus with a driver who didn't speak a word of English other than 'ok' and who we then had to use Google Maps ourselves to show him where to take us. After this let down we proceeded to look online at other reviews of this Boat Company to see if other people had shared similar experiences, and unsurprisingly the reviews were way more bad than good, although a lot mention a very bad boat trip itself rather than the embarrassing service. Perhaps we should have looked in advance and maybe after all it was a lucky escape? To summarise: DO NOT BOOK (and bare in mind that paying them in full and confirming a time does not guarantee you will make it onto the boat)

Seafaris why didn't you cancel the caves trip yesterday (Aug 12) or at least told us upfront that the wind was too strong to land on the nice beach and to go into the caves. Instead of that you took us on the boat all the way up to Portimao for a lunch on a terrible beach and all the way back to Vilamoura with a lot of sick adults and kids on board. Lack of information from the crew made us feel far from safe.

Cogimos el catamarán Liana para dar un paseo de 3 horas desde Vilamoura hasta una de las cuevas mas grandes que hay en el Algarve, pasado Albufeira. En general bien, lo malo es que te tienen parado cerca de 1 hora frente a las cuevas. Alli te puedes tirar al agua y darte un baño, pero el barco se movia de un lado para otro y había mas de 20 personas, incluido yo con unas fatigas y mareos que ... Asi que vosotros mismos. Recomendable tomarse antes una pastilla para los mareos.

Terrible!! They should warn people if sea is rough and may experience sickness...everyone was puking around us awful ! got a look at caves from a distance but seen no dolphins... A waste of money....wish i has of asked for a refund!

Excellent service. We had the 6 hour trip on the Liana. 9.30 till 3.30. We set sail and went all down the coast past albufeira. We went out in an inflatable boat through the limestone caves and then we're dropped at a secluded beach. We had 2 hours on the beach where lunch was served and lunch was simple and tasty. We rejoined the beach and went dolphin hunting which we found. Amazing. Then it was back to harbour. A fantastic day out.

We booked a tour that consisted of a trip to the caves and a glass bottom boat ride inside which was affected by high winds from departing the marina. Upon arrival, they decided it was too rough, and, they would not do that part of the trip for our safety. We got a partial refund however, we feel like they should have checked the forecast beforehand and warned us about the possible cancellation. Also, they never mentioned anything at all about safety-smoking or evacuation at any point of the boat trip. Did not enjoy the bumpy ride and would definitely not recommend it.

Great trip was one of the best days of the holiday!! Nice crew and friendly service . The coastline and caves are wonderful and i will do again next year. Must do activity!!!

Fantastic cruises along the wonderful algarve coastline! Highly recommended, family friendly and fantastic value for money! Staff were amazing!

Don't go on this boat. Friends and I went from Vilamoura Marina to some caves. It was horrible. The crew packed as many people as possible onto a tiny deck with uncomfortable benches. Parts of the boat were broken, with rusty metal precariously poking about. We sat in the sun for two hours as the boat trolled along at a snail's pace to a small portion of southern cliffs. We watched longingly as better boats swiftly sail by us. Upon arriving at the cliffs, we were disappointed to find that the area was far smaller and less interesting than Lagos, where we had previously visited. My friend asked me, "It this it?" Most passengers were seasick by this point, even the self-proclaimed seaworthy. One poor woman threw up and cried into a bag for three hours. Another generous passenger gave her some seasick medicine but she threw it up. Anyway, once arriving at the caves, the crew ushered the passengers in batches onto a smaller boat (dangerously, I might add - the smaller boat was slamming against the main one while people were trying to get on. It is unsuitable for timid or slowly moving people. One woman put up quite a fuss. The captain chided anyone hesitant to leap onto the smaller boat.) Once on the smaller boat, scooted around the sedimentary rock formations and a small archway for about 10 minutes. Then we piled back onto the larger boat and waited for the rest of the passengers to make their way in batches for their trip on the smaller boat. We thought we would have a chance go to the beach that we could see, as we could see there were other people on the beach, but we did not. After all the passengers had completed the small boat trip, once again bobbing around on the bigger boat like sheep in a tiny, floating pen, we observed that there was a problem with another boat beside us, which was apparently owned by the same company. Without informing us what was happening or how long it would take, the crew attempted to retrieve the aforementioned people on the beach who, as we learned, they had previously stranded there. We watched this comedy of errors, sick and worn out by the sun, for about half an hour. Then the captain honked his horn a few times and we began the meandering journey back to Vilamoura Marina. The cramped bathroom stank of pee. A bored looking woman tried to sell us a picture she took of us for an absurd 10 euros. As if they had done a good job, the crew held out a kitchen pot for tips as disappointed customers streamed by them.
