I can’t recommend this hike enough. Obviously the scenery was breathtaking but Clem’s vast knowledge of the history of the Algarve and the different types of plants (both edible and inedible) surrounding the coastline was the highlight for me. Great conversations and farm fresh snacks too. A must do in Lagos!

Clementine was a fun guide with great and vibrant energy, very personable and kind. Her enthusiasm for the flora along the way, her love of the coastline, were both contagious. She made the hike truly enjoyable in so many different ways: good conversation, interesting commentaries, very knowledgeable about the land, the landscape and the country. The hike was an enjoyable way to spend the morning and, thanks to Clem's gracious and friendly personality, the morning will be a wonderful memory. We learned a lot about Portugal.

Hiking with Clem is such a great experience and fun thing to do on holiday. She has a vast knowledge of Lagos and drops in lots of interesting facts along the way. The hike is really accessible and the halfway snacks were delicious. Clem is friendly and well organised, and I would highly recommend hiking with her!

Clem was an incredible guide. She took us on a breathtaking hike along the coast, stopping to share her knowledge of local history and plants. I will never forget the amazing picnic that Clem produced, which we ate overlooking the Atlantic ocean. Thank you Clem - what a hike !

Clem was such a thoughtful guide going above and beyond what we expected. She not only knew the rich history of the area but was also full of fun facts about the local landscape. We visited at the hottest point of the year but Clem was still able to point out delicious figs for us to eat along the way to keep us energised and enthusiastic. At one of the breathtaking views she brought out a little picnic of dips, crudites, chutneys and cakes made using her own home grown produce. I would definitely recommend booking with HIke Algarve.
