Muitas Estrelas
Ja fiz varios comentarios a este restaurante porque ja perdi a conta as vezes que la fui.
Mesmo assim, sou sempre surpreendido para melhor e, curioso ou nao, a qualidade da comida, da confecao e o atendimento continuam a melhorar, que e o que conta quando se vai a um restaurante.
Pois a conta tambem conta, mas com tudo isto incluido no preco, mais o IVA, acaba por ficar em conta.
Nao sei se conta para quem esta a ler, mas acredite sempre que quem conta uma historia acrescenta-lhe sempre algo mais.
Neste caso, esqueca, nao acrescentei nada de mais, e assim mesmo na Nau Palatina. Conte com isso e, se nao for verdade o que digo, conte-me, afinal de contas, nao estou aqui para prestar contas, muito menos para enganar ninguem.

Все сделано для того, чтобы приятно провести время, столиков немного, поэтому для надёжности лучше заранее заказать, если хотите попасть именно сюда. Порции маловаты (как нам рассказали - это ресторан закусок, поэтому хотите ещё - закажите, зато можно все перепробовать ), но все Очень вкусно. Обо всех блюдах подробно расскажут, "на посошок" нальют
Из минусов - неудобные стулья за столами на двоих, без спинок и мягких подстилок

We were lucky to find this lovely place in the late evening and received a special treatment by the restaurant’s manager Jose. Apart from great service and delicious food, we were also awarded with an express tour of the Portuguese cuisine and all (literally all) dishes on the menu. This is a family run restaurant which definitely is worth a visit while in Sintra.

Excellent Petiscos! A great opportunity to try the Portugese tapas in a lovely family run restaurant. We got a thorough and interesting explanation about each dish in the menu and everything we ordered was delicious, including the dessert. The owners and staff are super nice and the atmosphere was calm and pleasant.

Sintra’s best hidden gem .. Het is een eindje lopen van het centrum en attracties, maar het is het zeker waard!
Tevens serveren ze hier ook de allerlekkerste zelfgemaakte ricotta cake. We wilden eigenlijk nog 4 stukjes meenemen voor thuis, maar helaas kon de eigenaar ons maar eentje meegeven, omdat er anders niets overbleef voor de andere klanten .

Chás e petiscos é o lema desta casa muito acolhedora.
O anfitrião é muito simpático e com uma excelente noção de bem receber os clientes.
O dono do espaço faz questão de explicar a carta com detalhes sobre a origem dos produtos e sua confecção.
Os petiscos são deliciosamente bem confeccionados e com extremo bom gosto.
As sobremesas são divinais e a carta de vinhos também está bem organizada.

Fui comemorar meu aniversário e lugar melhor que eu não poderia ter escolhido, excelente equipe, atenciosa, simpática, dos donos, ele é atencioso, gentil, muito boa conversa, charmosa, sua esposa prepara pratos tão saborosos que dão vontade de continuar tentando mais e eu fiz isso. Foi uma noite fantástica.
Fui a celebrar mi cumpleaños y mejor lugar no pude haber escogido, personal excelente, atentos, agradables, de los propietarios, él es servicial, amable, de muy buena conversación, encantador, su señora prepara unos platos tan sabrosos que dan deseos de seguir probando más y lo hice. Fue una noche fantástica.

My wife is a well-traveled person who has visited many different countries, and have been to many interesting and various restaurants/cafe. But she was truly impressed by this restaurant. It is very cozy, beautiful, and has a home-like atmosphere. the hosts were very kind, open-minded, and very welcoming. They all spoke English very well. And most importantly, the food – it was totally delicious! Fresh, tasty, with a lot of choices on the menu, including fish, meat, soups, and seafood, their specialty. They also have amazing olive oil, octopi, mashed soup, and dry tuna. Desserts, and in particular, chocolate truffles were just beyond any expectations. On top of that they had a huge selection of delicious teas and wines. Plus, we got a shot of liquor and a glass of muscato wine as a compliment from the restaurant. Last, but not least, they have a good choice of music. 10/10

Seguramente el mejor restaurante de la zona. Las raciones no son muy grandes así que pudimos probar bastantes cosas y estaban a cada cual más buena.
Nos explicaron toda la carta en castellano con mucha paciencia, más tarde la pareja de la mesa de al lado recibía la misma atención en francés, todo un detalle.
Comimos mucho, muy rico todo y a un precio más que razonable. Atendidos por un propietario muy atento y sumamente amable... más no se podía pedir. Fue de 10
En los viajes me gusta probar diferentes lugares para comer pero si volviera a pasar cerca de Sintra, volvería sin pensarlo.

Un lugar muy recomendable, la atención es de 10 nos explicaron todos los platos en español y nos conquistaron el paladar. A wonderful culinar experience ! José comes to each table to explain his menu to his guests with one single purpose : sharing his passion for quality. His cuisine is local, organic, delightful and modern at the same time. We tried the tea eggs, the tuna, the octopus and felt in love with his wife's homemade dessert made of ricotta cheese. Lo stile del ristorante si basa su tapas, assaggi vari da condividere con i commensali. Cucina di qualità davvero superiore, dalla quale trapela la passione dei proprietari, peraltro gentilissima, che si sono prestati a raccontarci in italiano le diverse portate del menu. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Personalmente l'ho raggiunto a piedi partendo dal Palacio da pena (si trova in una località a metà strada tra il Palacio e Sintra). Consigliatissimo.

We went to Nau Palatina on our first night in Sintra, having read the reviews on TripAdvisor, and we were absolutely delighted with what we found. Every mouthful of food was delicious, traditional Portuguese recipes prepared with the best ingredients and with genuine love of food. The ambiance is relaxed and friendly and we were made to feel very welcome. It felt like dropping in on friends who happen to be amazing cooks. Highly recommended!

En entrant dans ce restaurant nous savions d'avance que nous serions ravis des plats. On ignorait encore à quel point nous serions comblés par l'accueil et la générosité qui y règnent.
La nourriture est excellente, et nous sommes loin d'oublier la bienveillance dans laquelle nous avons été reçus.

Had an amazing and memorable meal at Nau Palatina! The owner was incredibly welcoming, kind, and informative. The best mussels and octopus I’ve ever had. My favorite meal in Portugal so far. A short walk from the historic city center of Sintra and it was 100% worthwhile!

Very tasty Portuguese tapas- everything we had was amazing. I recommend making a reservation if possible as there are 7 or 8 tables, but there is also a little patio area where you can sit and have a drink while you wait.

Excellent hospitality and authentic Portuguese cuisine!
My boyfriend and I visited this restaurant during our stay in Sintra. The food was amazing! However, what makes this restaurant so special is the warm hospitality and kindness shown by the staff here. The restaurant's host, (Jose) was brilliant! He was so personable. We felt as though we were in the company of a friend! Jose carefully explained the origins of the various local wines and dishes on the menu and was very patient with us if we had any questions. We will definitely be recommending this restaurant to our fellow Canadian travelers! What a gem!

מקום קטן משפחתי ומדהים! בעלים הכי חמוד בעולם, אין מילים. עובר שולחן שולחן ומסביר את התפריט מהתחלה ועד הסוף. והאחיין שממלצר קסם של בחור.
מנות קטנות של טאפסים מעולים. הכל היה טעים מאוד מאוד!
אחת הארוחות המושלמות שהיו לנו בכל פורטוגל, והיחס גרם לנו לרצות להשאר שם.
דרך אגב גם מהקינוחים נשארנו ללא מילים.
המקום קטן ויש מעט שולחנות, עדיף להזמין מקום. אנחנו הגענו מוקדם שפתחו ובמקרה התמזל מזלנו והיה מקום♥️

Si j'avais pu, j'aurais mis six étoiles. Tout est top : les mets sont très fins et cuisinés à base de produits locaux, les gérants sont très avenants et polyglottes, la musique d'ambiance est sans fausse note également :). Tarifs très abordables par-dessus le marché !

En zeer vriendelijke bediening door José die ook nog als hobby fotografie heeft en een studente international business met liefde voor het uitleggen van de menukaart en de gebruikte ingrediënten door de kok in de keuken. Een aanrader! Jammer dat ze zondag en maandag gesloten zijn.

Really, really delicious food at a very reasonable price . Staff were extremely attentive, carefully explaining the menu and helping to advise on what to order. A really wonderful experience and a highlight of our trip. Loved the red wine with peach from the owner's father's recipe, what a lovely personalised touch. A superb selection of teas too. Great ambience as well. Our favourite place in Sintra by far. A bit of a walk from the centre but definitely worth it. Highly recommend if you're in the area!

Having hoiked up the hill from the old town to this restaurant with a slightly cranky & beach tired other half, I was hoping for a decent meal to justify my insistence on a visit... 3 hours later, we bounced down the same hill, groaning and full, but very, very, happy... This restaurant is incredible! The passion that the team have for the local food they source, cook and serve is matched with a complete lack of pretension about what they achieve with the best local ingredients they insist on. And what they do is glorious... while everything we were served was excellent, there were touches of brilliance in some dishes, mussels, chickpea fritters and the airy ricotta and marmalade dessert spring to mind... The bill for 5 individual and wonderful tapas dishes, with a fantastic local wine was €53.. go now, immediately - only stopping to put your boots on first!

No lo recomiendo, tardan bastante en servir por el motivo que el propietario da conversación a la hora de pedir y tambien entre plato y plató. Voy solo y me ha puesto en la barra, espero que alguna vez el jefe cene en este sitio. ¿Los platos si són bañados en aceite se considera cocina mediterranea?

Loved the ambiance. The food was unique and tasty. Being served by the owner, who knew his menu and local wines, was a treat. If I lived here i would be a regular customer.

Wat hadden wij een fantastische avond bij Nau Palatina. De moeite van er naar toe rijden (of lopen) meer dan waard. Heerlijk echt Portugees eten, lekkere wijnen en ontzettend aardige en vrolijke eigenaren! En we blijven Nederlanders, dat alles voor in totaal 50 Eur voor 2 personen!

Un buen lugar para tomar tapas. El dueño muy agradable. Era un sábado por la noche a las 22:45 y no nos daban de cenar en ningún otro lado. Buena calidad de platos. Muy recomendable.

Zeer vriendelijke bediening. Je krijgt een uitgebreide toelichting van de kaart. Zeer bijzondere producten, met elke keer weer een verassende smaak. Een aanrader als je durft weer heel iets anders voorgeschoteld te krijgen dan 10 in een dozijn gerechten. Dus echt iets voor de fijnproever. Top

Romantic setting, approx 20 seats, passionate owner and staff, great petiscos (tapas). Reservation recommended. Go there by Tuktuk or taxi.

A perfect little restaurant. Staff and owner were incredibly friendly and helpful. The menu is great fun and gives a wonderful evenings entertainment sharing dishes among friends.

Sehr nette Atmosphäre mit nettem Personal.
Wer sicher gehen will sollte einen Tisch reservieren oder - wenn die Zeit nicht gereicht hat - einfach jemand fragen ob man sich dazusetzen darf !
Da dort meist Paare an Vierertischen sitzen ist die Chance immer gut.
Ein excellenter preisgünstiger Wein (8-13€ die Flasche) sowie leckeres lokales Bier ( erinnert etwas an Weizenbier) wird serviert
Das Prinzip heißt "share" - will heißen ...kleine Portionen die man zu sich zu zweit teilt um sich dann das nächste Gericht auszuwählen...
Alles um die 4-9 € - auf jeden Fall sein Geld wert.
Empfehlenswert ist die Käseplatte ...der Schinkenteller ..und. und. und ...
Einfach probieren......es lohnt sich......hingehen ...das beste Restaurant unter den Vieren die dort ansâssig sind !!!

We had the best local experience ever ! The restaurant is rather small and far from the center, a true hidden gem ! The service was so welcoming and friendly ! The food was amazing ! If you are looking for a true Portuguese food experience, I recommend !

Arrivati alle 19, dopo aver cercato un parcheggio, quasi inesistente per 500 metri (strada stretta a due vie, marciapiede assente, quindi molta difficoltà nel raggiungere il locale...) il ragazzo che ci ha accolto ci ha rimbalzato!!! "Non avete prenotato?? Non c'è posto, ci ha risposto..." quando l'unica sala era vuota senza neanche chiederci se volevamo mangiare fuori nei 4 tavoli striminziti che aveva...

Muy buen trato al cliente. Al dueño le vi atender a la clientela en 5 idiomas distintos. Te explica de muy buen grado cualquier duda cin la carta.
Comida muy rica, elaborada. Un pelin escasa pero buenisima.
Relacion calidad precio buena. Nada caro.
Muy buen ambiente, intimo.
Totalmente recomendable.
Si volvemos a Sintra repetiremos seguro.

The Tapas are absolutely delicious and the staff were super friendly and ran through ever item (in extreme detail). Reservations are a must, and expect at least 2.5 or 3 hours here.

Amazing tapas restaurant that is open earlier than other restaurants in the area. The food was absolutely delicious - in particular they have a number of fabulous pork dishes and their cheese plate was to die for. The server was super friendly and warm and welcoming. Highly recommend.

This is a very special place! The food is wonderful, but moreover the staff is simply outstanding. They engage with the costumers in a very personal but non-intruding way. I absolutely loved it.
