Very very poor service specially to most of the Indians. Attitude , rude, and unkind staff of the Indian Embassy.

very very very very bad service and employees don't know how to solve problem of own country people. If you want any help then first thing to remember you must wont give any respect to them and 2nd slap them if they do misbehavior with you because All bad person working here specially Indian . I am waiting for my PCC from last three months and haven't got any response of phone call and email.

The Indian Embassy works very well and whatever work is done there is a lot of fast work there.All the great service ndian Embassy's in Portugal.

I will appreciate the indian embassy for its services, according to my personal experience this embassy deserve 5 star... They help me to get my passport within 20 days as i need this in urgency... I would thanks to whole staff of embassy and miss embassdor

Service is fantastic I am going to share my best experience so far which is really deserved a lot of appreciation. Today I called them around 2:32 pm and my call was taken in 2 minuets time which no one can believe and the lady who answered the call, was really nice, she provide me solution of my problem on the phone itself but my bad luck I forgot to ask her name , usually I didn’t forget. But any way she was really helpful otherwise I am going to suffer with my paperwork problem. One more thanks Madam and thanks to the team as well.

Here I would like to share my experience regarding their phone calls about 8 months ago which I heard from my friends isn’t so good . But I would like to mention here to them that the service is really fabulous. My Wife called them 2 days continue and the person on the phone Mr. Rishi Kumar, he provides every single information we need to know even he also gives us some extra knowledge about our paper works. Really thanks for their grate service........

I really appreciate of fast work of staff . They make my pcc in just one day and i can't believe. And i really thankful that girl who treat me so well and nicely it's my bad i didn't know her name again thanks everyone thank you so much every person of staff.

Worked very fastly and efficiently. I needed pcc .they provided me with in 5 day .really thank full to ambassador and staff as well.

Our embassy suppose to take the photo copies (Xerox) of documents, which they need at the time of service .without going to outside.Its too difficult to find out photo copies shoppes near by embassy..So please do the necessary changes...

Worst service ever. I have no clue why they need my original passport to be held for PCC. Its been more than a month. Haven't got my passport and PCC. No response to email and phone call. Without my passport I couldn't do any other official activities. Such a pain in the A$$.

It's really HOME AWAY FROM HOME.. Very Helpful, really nice , Amazing experience in an Indian govt. Office ever . Got a very quick reply to my every question always answerable and special thanks to Mrs. K. Nandini Singla what an amazing team.

Very bad service about phone calls even strictly mentioned to call between 2:30 to 5pm but still no body answerd.

Needed PCC for my wife. Applied online and got it at my residence. So much appreciate their handling of this issue. Class apart service and concern, even in these difficult times of COVID-19. So proud to be an Indian. God bless all at the Embassy of India.

Never answers the call. I once called like 50 times straight in the website stated time and they didn’t pick any of that. However they do reply to the emails.

Absolutely no order, even though it is not the fault of the employee! People completely forget about the etiquette and behaves like in fish market or even worse than that. Very noisy and it could become very difficult to follow the token number as the electronic notification system is out of order.

The service itself, once your there is great though there phone line is irregular, meaning sometimes is off or don't pick up (it can get really busy) . Email if you don't mind waiting a few days is ok. Overall, I just think more staff would be helpful but they are really helpful and ready to make it happen. It's a fast service with no fluff. One time I had to pick up the visa on the same day to travel and they made it happen, no fuzz. Thumbs up.

hello everyone , let’s see what is happening here . i sent them my passport to renew on 26th of feb . and haven’t got it back yet . 3 weeks before they said they sent it to wrong address and they gonna send it again to correct address and he gave me a tracking ID of CTT POST .in post office they say this ID doesn’t exist ! and from last three weeks they aren’t picking up calls . and just today i called on emergency number of embassy, A Lady picked up the call and she said she is not official in embassy but her husband left the phone at home . and then she gave him my number and he called me right away from office number but still didn’t answer me anything regarding my passport and kept trying to make excuses about why his phone is at home . and when i asked his name . HE ENDED THE CALL !!

They are really good. They answer your queries, once i notified about some confusing information on the webpage, they answer my email and corrected the mistake on the web page as well.

Estou à cerca de 3 horas a ligar para a embaixada, serviço URGENTE!!! FIZ MAIS DE 200 CHAMADAS... E DEI conta agora QUE AINDA POR CIMA SÃO PAGAS!!!!!! PÉSSIMO!

Great service and quick. The two ladies working there are really helpful they understand each and everyone well, they are patient. They treat everyone equally well all nationalities that come there specially the Goan lady she is so wonderful.

Hello my friend's I give five star to indian embassy because of Mr.Dominic M.D. , he is very honest and soft spoken person . Who deal with every one very politely. He listen people's problem with patients. I went for attested my daughter passport affidavit and my passport rewal. He give the attested documents within 20 minutes. Great job sir Thanks a lot

A inscrição prévia online agora facilita muito o processo. O atendimento por telefone é rápido se contactamos nas horas certas discriminadas no site. O atendimento pessoal na embaixada também foi rápido.

Really crazy embassy bec I am calling from 3 days they don't pick the phone .for examples we Indian need any help where we can thrust thanks god of them .and I have to give one star bec otherwise I can not post ......

Uma vergonha que seja isto a representar o povo indiano. Apenas atendem 25 pessoas por dia... ( um dia também gostava de ter um trabalho destes!!! ) Tem um horário completamente ridículo, sem qualquer tipo de consideração seja por quem for. Nunca atendem os telefones. Não por não poderem atender, mas sim porque não quererem atender! (politica da embaixada). Se tem alguma pergunta é-se obrigado a ir a embaixada, de segunda a sexta (excepto as quartas feiras) das 9 as 13h, não se esquecendo que apenas atendem 25 pessoas por dia! Por isso cheguem bem cedo que mal possam eles fecham a porta! Atendimento demorado e apressado no momento em que finalmente se é atendido. Realmente uma "excelente" experiência, cheia de "boas" expectativas para quem está breve a viajar para a Índia!
