Péssimo atendimento! despreparadas e mal educadas,além de nao terem compromisso com a data da entrega.

Hi, I  am writing to let you know that me and my husband had the worst ever experience at your cascais villa branch (close to jumbo) where we were treated very badly by your laundry person (19th aug). We were tourists and we lost the laundry ticket while transferring our luggage. we requested the lady(blonde hair) to try trace this against our name/phone no in the system which she refused to do, she refused to let us identify our clothes (all top brands) and shouted/screamed at us, refused to speak in english till a nice gentleman helped us translate. We eventually found the ticket but her behaviour is unacceptable. She still hasnt returned some of our clothes and this is clearly theft/withholding of another's property. She was extremely rude, refused to help us out, raised her voice at us and inspite of explaining that we have a flight to catch, she told us to get lost and come at a later time. This is highly unprofessional and objectionable. You should courier any of our items still in her posession. I am more than happy to put this review on social media as i have done now since you have not bothered to respond to my email. As tourists we had a very bad impression of the place and its people. You need to fire the lady, she cannot at any cost behave the way she did with us. i was more than happy to take action but the gentleman helped us and my husband stopped me. In any other country it would have taken anyone 5 secs to trace it in the system. Tourists at times have even lost their passports, this was just a ticket. Why do u keep such uneducated people who do not know how to deal with tourists? If you cant speak a common language, the laundry shdnt be placed in a heavily tourist visited mall, i want to hear your response on the matter please  and hope some positive action will be taken. I have already spoken to the parent/5asec trademark and escalated this to their notice. HORRENDOUS! Thanks

É raríssimo encontrar umas empregadas ( todas) tão profissionais, simpáticas, sorridentes e atenciosas como aqui no 5 á Sec do cascais Villa. Parabéns a todas.

J'ai ete desagreablement surprise de payer le lavage 4.50 euros/kilo au lieu des 3 euros indiques sur le site de 5 a sec. Quant a la pesee, la balance se trouve au fond du local, donc nous n'avons pas la possibilite de verifier. De plus ils ne proposent pas non plus le repassage par kilo mais seulement par article!
