라고스 터미널에서 2분거리에 있어서 너무 편했다 라고스 상점 음식점 거리랑도 5분거리!.! ✊ 방도 아늑하구 깨끗!! 아침 조식은 룸 가격에 포함이넜는데 매일 너무 맛있게 먹었댜!. 라고스 여행 계획하시는 분들께 강추해효!.!

기차역과 버스정류장에서 가까워서 주변도시 이동할때 무척 편했어요. 객실 청소상태 좋았고, 큰 캐리어 두 개 펼쳐놔도 될만큼 객실크기는 커요. 그리고 이 호텔은 조식이 괜찮아요. 빵, 치즈 요거트, 과일 등으로 구성된 작은 샐러드바는 부페식으로 이용할 수 있고요. 웜디쉬는 별도로 보여주는 메뉴판에서 자유롭게 선택해서 먹을 수 있어요~ 그리고 와인, 샴페인도 종류별로 구비되어 있어요.

I loves this hotel. Great location. Great rooftop pool and bar. Awesome breakfast included with your room. Beds were super comfy and every room comes with a small terrace. Only downfall was the bathroom. Sink is beside the closet and across from the shower and toilet. Everything is behind glass doors so if you were hoping for some privacy, you will not find it here.

I looked the quirky unique style of the hotel! It has real character! It’s got such a luxury feel about it! Breakfast is fantastic. Great location. Lovely rooftop pool. Only criticism is the pool bar wasn’t open but I think this maybe because it’s the start of the season! Loved staying here though and would thoroughly recommend! :)

J'ai beau cherché je ne vois aucun défaut à cette hôtel. Excellente prestations. Roof top avec piscine chauffée, vue sur la Marina, belle chambre, petit déjeuner en buffet avec une dizaine de recette sur demande ( œuf Bénédicte, pancake..). Cette hôtel fait partie de l'expérience de lagos

A nice little hotel that is on the main street of Lagos. Easily accessible to downtown dining and bars with minimal walking. We arrived at the hotel and check-in was smooth. The staff was courteous and helpful with explaining the hotel and what to do and where to eat in Lagos. The room itself was clean and comfortable. The hotel provided extra towels for the pools/beach, house slippers, and robes.
The Good:
- Close proximity to downtown Lagos
- Parking is available behind the hotel for 10Euros a day
- Clean and spacious rooms
- Michelin starred chef as resident head chef in the hotel restaurant
The Bad:
- No Q-tips or basic toiletries provided. Only soap and shampoo.
- Common area/hallway needs renovation.

Lovely hotel, Very close to the seaside and walkable to the maket and places near by. Parking is €10 per night. I booked the room with breakfast and the breakfast is delicious. It is fresh cooked with fresh ingredients. I also had dinner there. Food was so delicious and not that expensive. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Lovely Hotel. Had incredible scenic views and displays in the hotel, restaurant and Rooms. Rooms are well kept. Service was good. Restaurant was poor to start due to service. Had to wait hour to order Starters which came out 30 minutes after. From there the restaurant redeemed themselves with the food. Starter was great and the Steak for Main was delightful along with Purple sweet potato fries.

Tout était parfait. L'expérience proposée par l'hôtel est d'une qualité remarquable. Un gros plus pour la piscine chauffée sur le toit-terrasse. L'ambiance du lieu est magique et le staff professionnel et souriant.

Cet hôtel est vraiment haut de gamme. Il est tout neuf et la décoration est de très bon goût. Le personnel est très aimable.
Le petit déjeuner est délicieux, certains plats sont préparés à la demande (gaufres, pancakes...).
Notre chambre était spacieuse avec une petite terrasse très agréable. Nous n'avions pas la vue sur le port mais c'était très calme.
Je recommande cet hôtel.

밤늦게 버스로 도착했는데 알사버스정류장과 정말가깝습니다. 렌페역과도가깝고요
한국에서메일보냈을때도 너무나 친절하게 답변해주시고 가능하면 늦은체크아웃도 해주시겠다하셨어요.
좋은뷰로 달라고 메일보내서 그러신지모르겠지만 마리나뷰로 업그레이드해주셨고,
허니문이라고 꽃으로 침대장식도 해주셨네요♡♡
도착하자마자 라고스 시내, 관광에 대한설명 지도보고 자세히 해주시고 보트투어, 자전거대여도 연결해주신다하시네요.

hotel très bien , propre et bien placé , avions prit chambre côté marina que je recommande , le derrière de lhôtel est tristouné . Très bon rapport qualité /prix en novembre .. Le restaurant de lhôtel est à classer dans le genre fin gourmet , un peu cher pour le Portugal mais beau travail en cuisine .. Personnel très attentif et toujours agréable .deux déceptions toutefois : pas de possibilité de petit déjeuner en chambre ??? dommage davoir un balcon équipé pratiquement pour pas grand chose dans ce cas ...! et deuxième déception ; justement le petit déjeuner est un peu trop juste pour ce type détablissement , pas de machine à faire griller le pain , pas de beurre salé , pas de baguettes , que du jus dorange .... Attention : prendre tout compris avec la chambre sinon le coût est de 22 euros par personne ..... pour un petit déjeuner . , par contre les viennoiseries ; petits croissants , petits pains au chocolat et spécialités portugaises au top ...

hi -- very nice hotel and fantastic facilities. unfortunately , our bookings were not easily located and two different members of the 'reception' staff were both a bit rude and treated us as if we were wrong about our bookings or were unworthy of being at the hotel. fortunately at a later time, two younger ladies at the reception desk were both capable of getting us checked in and made us feel very welcome and special. i would stay there again, and recommend it to anyone, but was surprised by the unusually frosty initial customer 'service.' on the other hand, thanks to Sara for her outstanding work and attitude.

This hotel has exceeded expectations in pretty much every way. The rooftop pool area is great, the location is great, and the included breakfast is surprisingly good. The staff was unreal... helpful, nice, etc. They immediately gave us about 10 different restaurant recs depending on what we liked. The rooms are not huge (we did the city view room), but definitely big enough and very clean. The only downside is that they do not have reserved parking, though I was able to park nearby pretty easily. But overall, this place is all you can ask for.

Great location, great views. Staff is amazing. Great place to stay right in front of the marina. Pool is beautiful with views of the marina. Rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast is also great. Definitely recommend.

Super ! Quelle belle découverte & expérience à Avenida hôtel & Restaurant. Excellent moment passé au rooftop et au restaurant. Accueil et service de qualité, personnels aux petits soins, grande qualité des plats et des boissons, sans parler de la décoration et de l’atmosphère positive de ce lieu. Allez-y les yeux fermés ! Très bonne adresse en devenir.

Avenida was incredible! The hotel is perfectly curated from exterior to the small details in the rooms and everything is very clean.
Staff are hospitable, pleasant and efficient (!!!). The restaurant attached to the hotel is spectacular - the best we found in *all* of Portugal. Would definitely stay here again!

Before booking i was up in the air in regards to booking by the beach versus by the water! I was BEYOND happy choosing this route! We had a car so going to the beach was super easy and if you had any tours to go on the tours left right across the street! We were less than 5 minutes from the center of the town where all the restaurants were so it was a nice walk to come back home after a huge meal! This hotels food was beyond my expectations especially the continental breakfast which was included! The rooftop was small but perfect and it was hot enough to go in the pool however the pool was quite cold but it looked over the marina which was an insane view! I literally have nothing bad to say about this hotel except that if you like your privacy to shower and use the toilet then the set up sucks but is manageable!

This place was awesome. With the knowledge of the front desk I thought I had a personal tour guide, especially with Joao! When hearing that we didn’t have a hotel yet for our trip to Lisbon he called and vetted out a few that we picked and made recommendations. Breakfast was delicious, the beds were super comfortable, pool was great and the location was in walking distance from just about everything.

Visited Lagos for a week and wanted to try this upmarket hotel. I wasn't at all disappointed, the hotel is clean, modern and comfortable. The staff are lovely and the restaurant is incredible. The drinks at the rooftop bar are great, especially the frozen cocktails. Wouldn't recommend taking kids, definitely designed for an adult getaway.

The hotel is modern, fresh and comfortable. Great location on the Marina where most water activities/boats leave from. We walked everywhere. Enjoyed the very nice buffet breakfast and had an excellent dinner one night. Rooftop bar and pool with great views was another bonus.I would definitely stay there again.

Lagos Avenida Hotel, the restaurant and the friendly staff are one of the reasons to put Portugal on my List again. Fabulous!
Walkable distance to the town centre (5 min walk). Not noisy although on the main road. Overlooking the canal and the drawbridge, the promenade and even the ocean could be seen in the distance. Contemporary architecture, eclectic furniture – what a pleasant place to be. Clean, nice. Kettle, teas and coffees available, and also a minibarTwo lovely balconies, a coffee table and chairs and greenery. A swimming pool with heated water on the roof. Beach towels, dressing gowns and slippers available in the rooms. Good washing staff.
Just a suggestion to the manager. It could be a good idea if there is a small sink installed in the loo. It is not a criticism, but it is quite a long walk from the toilet to the washing area, and the pipes could be fixed easily since the existing sink is on the same wall. Hope that makes sense.

As it was our honeymoon trip in Lagos, we could have great breakfasts for two days while staying. Although the space is a little cosy in the restaurant, we could have enough numbers of choices for foods in the morning with some local champaign. You can get steak, lamb or the others as main menu which has been served in the evening as well. Although the quantity must be a little different, it must be the same or at least similar while tasting.
What I felt bad about a room was the wife has been blocked against a lot of websites including my bank account transactions and SNS. Furthermore, the bathroom and restroom were built with transparent glass walls like show window so that one could see other who was having a shower, which had been embarrassing even though we are a couple.

Clean and pretty hotel with a great breakfast included! In a central location in Lagos near the water. The only thing that was odd about the room was the shower situation.. it’s separate from the sink area and in a weird spot. Other than that all was good, very friendly service as well!

Beautiful hotel. Very modern decor, huge bed, great amenities, amazing pool & views. The restaurant for breakfast and dinner was 11 out of 10! Extraordinary!
Only couple of notes: my aircon didn’t work and as I checked in late it couldn’t get fixed until the morning but was fixed straight away the next day.
Also the shower and toilet aren’t very private, so ok for a solo traveler & couple but could get awkward if travelling with a friend or family.
But would definitely stay there again!

Firstly the location and the staff are great and breakfast was excellent. However the rooms are just odd... if you dont mind having the wash basin, glass shower and toilet cubicles in your bedroom (i.e. no privicy) then this is the place for you.

Staff was really nice. When I arrived to check the wait time was looooooooong, the concierge desk is only 2 people and they are not the fastest, but were very nice. The room is a bit strange as there is no demarcation of bathroom and bedroom. The bathroom sink is above the mini fridge and the toilet and shower are just seperated by glass doors. No bidet with the toilet. The shower has no grip on the bottom and because it is technically part of the bedroom floor everything gets wet! The balcony was small but cute. The bed was super comfy but they did not have warm blankets available just a piece of burlap on the end. The room service menu was way too fancy, so if you are expecting pizza or icecream this is not the place! Breakfast was included but the buffet options were terrible and a la carte is small portions and a short list. The hotel is very small so unfortunately was not able to check out late but they were able to hold my luggage. Location is a 5m walk from Lagos station, very convenient. And 5-10m walk to the market for souvenirs and shopping. Overall it is a very nice hotel but overrated for what you are paying!

Hier kann man verweilen. Schon die Einrichtung lädt direkt zum urlauben ein... Gemütlich, hell , duftend mit Entspannungsmusik. Dies war der erste Eindruck, als ich das Hotel betrat.
Der Empfang war sehr freundlich.
Das Zimmer an sich ist sehr schön, jedoch hat mich persönlich direkt abgeschreckt, dass es keine strickte Trennung von Bad und "Wohn/Schlafbereich" gab. Ich hatte mich vorher nicht mit dem Hotel befasst, da es mein Mann gebucht hatte und mich überraschen wollte.
Es gibt zwar einen Vorhang.. die Toilette besitzt Milchglas ..aber alles weitere ist durchsichtig und natürlich auch störend für den, der vielleicht wenigstens ein paar Minuten im Urlaub seine Privatsphäre haben möchte. Man kann sich sicherlich arrangieren - aber für frisch Verliebte o
ä. ist das wohl eher nix.
Hier wäre es schön, wenn es Alternativen gäbe.
Das Hotel wurde vor zwei Jahren saniert.. alles sieht toll aus..nur mit dem Boden haben Sie sich leider keinen Gefallen getan. Dieser sieht teilweise schon sehr abgenutzt aus.
Ansonsten war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, vor allem das Frühstück ist sehr lobenswert. abwechslungsreiche Kost, großes Angebot und super Service. Für mich das bisher beste Frühstück in einem Hotel, welches Ich genießen durfte ( u.a. Steigenberger) .
Die Betten waren sehr bequem... Mich haben nur ab und an die Geräusche gestört ( Straße, Laute Passanten, Bus Verkehr, großer Markt Samstags)
Etwas schade, fande ich, dass vom Hotel gar keine Geste bzgl . Geburtstag kam. Ich verlange dies nicht, aber dies würde mich bedeuten,dass Gäste Ihnen wirklich wichtig sind .

Super Hotel gibt eigentlich nichts auszusetzen. Zimmer sind gross und gut eingerichtet. Der Poolbreich befindet sich auf dem Dach daher sehr schöne Aussicht auf den Hafen und das Meer ist aber eher klein gehalten wir hatten aber nie ein Platzproblem. Das beste am Hotel ist ganz klar das Frühstück es lässt keine Wünsche offen. Besonders die Speisen die serviert werden (Rühreier, Omletts, sogar kleine Steaks oder Lammracks usw.) sind Spitze. Die Lage sehr gut zwischen Strand (10min.)und Altstadt(5min.) Hafen(1min.). Der einzige Nachteil ist es liegt direkt an einer eher stark befahrenen Strasse.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. It's in a central location, the rooms and beds were spacious and comfortable, the restaurant was exquisite even though I'm a picky eater, and the rooftop pool was luxurious. The staff was so attentive and ready to help at every turn. In particular, Samuel (at the front desk) was kind, understanding, and went above and beyond to help us when we had mistakenly booked the wrong dates, even when they had no more rooms available. I would definitely come back again!

Location, location, location. This hotel is in the perfect spot for a stay in Lagos. The hotel was modern and clean. The pool on top was great but I would suggest the turn up the water temp just a bit. It was cold. I dont expect much from a hotel breakfast but this was wonderful. Great selection and they also will make many items for you upon request. Dont worry about the parking as free parking is very close by. We will absolutely book here again if we are in Lagos again. One caution would be the bathrooms in your room. They only have frosted glass for walls. Not much in the way of privacy. If you can get past that, perfect hotel.

As many other reviewers have mentioned the open plan shower and toilet not a fan. No privacy. Location excellent across from the marina. Room 403 good, two balcony as on corner. Very clean, bed far too soft as were pillows, asked for firmer but didn't have. A very poor night's sleep. Breakfast was exceptional. Staff happy to help. Quite expensive for one night, not sure I'd go back there, cheaper options available. Nice cocktails on roof bar, although a wind trap.

My wife and I stayed here recently for 3 nights. I can not express how amazing the service was. This hotel has the friendliest and most accommodating staff I've ever met. I have to commend front desk staff "Salume" (I hope I didn't butcher the spelling) on her efforts on helping us book tours and in one situation, help me out with a sudden emergency. She was fantastic!
The breakfast was the best I ever had - custom made gourmet meals every morning.
The location was perfect - close to a parking lot for our rental car, and right across the marina.
I can't wait to stay here again.

Excellent location, superb rooms and overall cleanliness. I'm thinking of visiting Lagos again in the foreseeable future and I would definitely book a room here again. Oh, and I'm ashamed to admit that the rooftop pool and great cocktails were enough to keep me from exploring the beautiful beaches in the area.
ps. I'd suggest to at least combine your stay with an amazing dinner at Avenida Restaurante

We were extremely satisfied with our stay at Lagos Avenida Hotel. Although an earlier booking mishap almost derailed our stay, the team at Lagos Avenida Hotel worked over several days to rectify the situation and was able to keep our original reservation.And Im happy that they did... the property (lobby, restaurant and rooftop bar/pool) is beautiful and the rooms were equally amazing. The staff was well informed and helped us to maximize our Lagos stay. Thank you to the Lagos Avenida Hotel team!

Dieses Restaurant wurde uns von Freunden empfohlen. Daraufhin haben wir das Restaurant ausprobiert. Unser Empfang im Restaurant war außerordentlich höflich, was für das gesamte Bedinungspersonal zutrifft. Heutzutage kommt das nur noch sehr selten vor. Ebenso war das Essen mehr als nur vorzüglich. Wir freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Besuch. Vielen Dank!

I cannot praise this hotel enough. I usually stay in 5 star hotels but this hotel met all our expectations.The service is excellent, rooms are large and equipped, modern all through the hotel, nice pool, great location and an AMAZING fine dining restaurant.
It is the best breakfast I have had in any hotel including 5 star hotels. The food is made to order as well as buffet continental available.
This amazing chic hotel was the only good thing about boring Algarve.

Die Aufteilung von WC /Waschbecken u.Dusche in Zimmer 101 war sehr umständlich...wir fühlten uns etwas beobachtet wie im Big Brother Haus da das gesamte Zimmer zur Straßenseite mit bodentiefen Glasfenstern versehen war ...waren sehr froh als wir ein anderes Zimmer zugewiesen bekamen (103) mit dem wir vollkommen zufrieden waren ...dennoch sollte man sich schon gut kennen ...da das WC sowie die Dusche nur aus mattierten Glaswänden besteht ....Ansonsten liebten wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr es war in allen Bereichen nahezu perfekt Die Dachterrasse mit Pool und Sonnenliegen u. Bar ....ein Traum Das Frühstück hat das ganze noch getopt... Wahnsinn ♥️‼️Superfreundliches Personal in allen Bereichen beim Zimmermädchen angefangen bis hin zum Service und Rezeption immer und jeder Zeit ansprechbar wir werden sicher( und hoffentlich bald )wieder kommen

옥상 수영장도 좋고 조식도 좋았습니다.
다만 시티뷰 기본룸 발코니가 옆룸의 발코니와 다 연결되어있어서 당황했습니다.

Hotel is not family friendly with a terrible owner that should be running a hot dog stand instead of a hotel. My Pregnant wife and toddler were rejected and kicked on to the streets. Police had to intervene to get a refund.

The best about the hotel: excellent location, amazing breakfast (most of it a la carte) , really good beds and facilities. Something's to be aware of, in my opinion not important: the bathroom is surrounded by glass not walls (not only the shower but also the toilet) the parking spaces are limited but even in June is easy to park around the block in not payed locations.

The waiter of the restaurant helped me when I was with a horrible headache. He was very kind to me. He let me to go to the bathroom and to stay in the sofa until I felt better. He also gave me sugar because I was dizzy. Thanks you very much, I will never forget the good treat. It is gratifying to find good people.
However, the manager wasn't so kind as the waiter.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit tollem Pool auf dem Dach und sehr nettes Personal! Der einzige Nachteil die Dusche. Entweder war das Wasser kochend heiß oder eiskalt.

The rooms are very tasteful, decorated in a nicely reduced skandinavian style with lots of contemporary design. Interior and exterior just great. The rain shower, which I unfortunately discovered only on my last day, made me rethink my own shower design. The pool has salt water and is heated, the view over the harbor nice.All personell courteous and attentive. Young crew, sometimes little insecure, but very zealous and sweet. The receptionists had nice recommendations for local dining and all other important stuff, helped with reservations and accommodated me with everything I requested.Within walking distance to the old town, the major bus station directly in the back. Breakfast buffet and everything I ordered from the kitchen was just great and I had a hard time to resist trying just everything in one morning. The restaurant is unbelievably good. I ate there two times and it was a feast. The tastes and their combinations so unexpected, I was surprised by and enjoyed every little bite, wined and dined great. The wine selection is extensive and all the wines I tried were not so ordinary, and all good. Thanks to Sybille I felt warmly welcome and the - at times - strangeness of spending a week all by myself was nicely relieved. Every minute of my holiday I was so very happy to have booked this hotel. 5 Stars!

Everything! The hotel was stunning - the decor amazing! The bar was fun nice cocktails. In the morning the breakfast was delicious, just perfect! Recommend.

I stayed here 3 nights and was the best vacations ever. The room is very big we had a private balcony with sea view. The location is perfect very close to the transportations. I had a blast with the staff, portuguese people are the best

May be one of the best options to stay in Lagos. Top Location, in walking distance to the Marina, the Meia Praia Beach and of course the city centre. Nicely decorated and top sleeping comfort. Breakfast good and with a la carte service, we don't see that a lot (not even in 5* Hotels). I had a lovely Cocktail at the Hotel Bar served by friendly staff and a fantastic dinner in the Avendia Restaurant. The Restaurant is a bistro type and has a open kitchen which is lovely to sit at. Congratulations for a great concept !

Le confort est présent (mobilier et fenêtre anti-bruit). Le petit-déjeuner nest pas encore servi car le restaurant-cafétéria nest pas encore ouverte (ouverture cet automne encore). Lhôtel est située près du centre et de la plage, de la gare des trains et des bus permettant de les atteindre à pied en quelques minutes. Lhôtel na pas de parkinq mais il y a la possibilité de stationner la voiture dans les environs proches (payants ou gratuits). Le personnel est très gentil, accueillant et serviable. Le top, cest la piscine avec bar au dessus de lhôtel avec vue imprenable sur le port, marina et la plage.

This hotel advertises as 4 stars, but that's a stretch - if they advertised more realistically I probably wouldn't write this review.
The design in the rooms (and I saw multiple rooms, as the doors in my first room were broken and I was moved) leave much to be desired. The floors are uneven, so the doors to the shower, toilet and entrance catch on the floor. There is no privacy to the shower and toilets (they're behind clear glass and a nearly sheer white curtain) which may not be for everyone. There is no realistic space to unpack, and the area to hang clothes is very short so won't work for anything longer than a shirt. There's no place to hang towels once you've taken it off the shelf. The walls are really thin between rooms so the noise travels unfortunately.
The hotel concept is lovely, the staff are kind, and the lobby space is beautiful, but it's definitely not a 4 star hotel.

Pleasant, relaxing. The staff were all fantastic! Helpful, ask them anything... book you a taxi, advice & eating out where to visit... Train times. Modern and great designed hotel.Only reason not 100% on everything is there's no food facilities but those are coming next month.

Perfect Hotel to explore Lagos, Walking Distance. The Hotel is not yet finish. No Restaurant ans Poolbar. The rooms and the pool on top are ready and wonderful. Breakfast places are at the Harbour 2min wallk.

WARNING: the toilet in this hotel is in a glass box with zero privacy. When I say glass box I mean a box made of glass. I can't understand how this got approved or how anyone thought this was a good idea during the planning of this hotel. Apparently all the rooms are like this. Also apparently some rooms have curtains to provide a layer of privacy but our room DID NOT. In fact there was a mirror strategically placed so that you could make maintain direct eye contact while sitting on the toilet with your room mate. Normally for this insane feature I would give this place 1 star but the rest of the hotel is really good. Design is modern, beds are super comfortable and location is prime. Rooftop pool is amazing.
