Love the hotel . I have been visiting the last 5-6 years, and that will continue! If I could recommend anything then it would be for more on site areas for kids to play! Keep up the good work !

We have stayed at the Monte Da Quinta for consecutive years. Last year we stayed there whilst getting married in the Algarve. Revisited this year for our anniversary and the staff not only remember us but sent down a bottle of Champagne on the day. The suites are very clean and spacious and nothing is ever too much trouble for the staff. The food at Peacocks is very nice and they also have a good menu for children too. A special mention to Sergio in Peacocks who has served us all 4 years and always goes out of his way to make you feel so welcome. Will be going back again for sure. Best hotel for location and value for money.

Amazing hotel with brilliant staff. All food was really nice and good variety for the breakfast. Special mention to Julia who even before staying at the hotel was a massive help with organising various activities before our arrival and continued to be helpful throughout.

Great for family get aways,nice clean hotel with very pleasant staff,big breakfast buffet choices but only little comment I could make would be to try keep hot food from buffet hotter as it was cold both mornings I tried it.really enjoyed my stay and will be back.

We have been coming here for several years now. It is great for families with young children which we have. The rooms are apartments with separate living and kitchen areas. Each room has a balcony or terrace so good to sit out once the kids are a sleep. We like to get a ground floor room which opens out to the garden and the children can play. Would recommend a car to get about, or use Uber. Local taxis can be very expensive.

hotel for sure is not kids friendly - kids room for babies under 4 means small room where toys are suitable for infants not for toddler - the better part is available only for older kids... indoor swimming pool available for kids only till 2 of cours staff inform about it if you wanna enter later... every time we ve heart its our policy - ok so the hotel shouldnt be advertised as kids friendly place...beautiful garden view means view on old small building and road.... so i dont recommend it for famillies will toddlers....

Frühstück hervorragend, Personal sehr freundlich, Einrichtung gut, ein bischen Nah an der Strasse- ist aber nicht schlimm. Fittnesraum, Pools und Spa sehr gut.

Abbiamo pernottato una notte. Accoglienza calorosa in un posto stupendo. La camera era un grandissimo appartamento dotato di cucina completa, soggiorno, camera matrimoniale e ben 2 bagni, uno con vasca e uno con doccia. Colazione sublime. Se tornassi in Algarve, verrei qui di corsa!

Super hôtel, personnel agréable, cadre magnifique, les services Spa sont ouvert même hors saison, la plage est à 15 min à pied. Hors saison les tarifs sont très intéressant.

I have stayed here before and the owners have made a few changes that seem to work well.I arrived too early to check in and it was no problem for me to use the gym, have a shower and relax whilst waiting for my room to be ready. Nothing was a problem and the staff were excellent. My room was clean and did everything I needed it to do. If there is a small comment the lighting in the rooms could be brighter but it wasn’t an issue. I would definitely stay again.

Spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Nice and clean. WiFi is poor and quinta do lago has poor access to Faro despite proximity (narrow country lanes for about 2-3 km)

Das Hotel hat eine beeindruckende Lobby mit Lichthof. Das Frühstück wurde im Wintergarten-Restaurant Peacock in sonniger Atmosphäre serviert. Trotz Nebensaison gab es viel Auswahl am Buffet - und auf Wunsch frisch zu bereitete Speisen. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig - nur die Möblierung in Braun-Orange drückt auf die Stimmung, vor allem abends, da helle Lampen fehlen. Laut Rezeption sollen die Zimmer nach und nach neu gestaltet werden. Ein Mietwagen ist unbedingt empfehlenswert, um bei den (nicht ganz unerheblichen) Entfernungen zum Strand/Einkaufen/Ausgehen etc. nicht ständig auf Taxis angewiesen zu sein.

Hotel de excelência, Staff em geral muito profissional e sempre pronto a ajudar especialmente na Recepção Tatiana, Eliana e Julia fizeram com que a nossa estadia fosse memorável. Limpeza e pequeno almoço 5 estrelas.
Spa muito bonito e com vista para o jardim, Staff muito atencioso e preocupado com as necessidades de cada cliente.
Uma experiência a repetir! Recomendo

Great hotel best location big apartments suites best staff really friendly always helpful and all restaurants are great really nice food and staff,spa and pools wonderful and in the middle of 3 golf courses 10 min walk from the beach...and 20 min from the airport by car if you need Shopping near by 15 min by car to the best as biggest shopping mall in the algarve

Beautiful resort right next to a superb golf course and just a short walk to the beach. There is a real emphasis on a fit and healthy lifestyle at this resort for lovers of the outdoors. Spa facilities are free to use for all guests with treatments at reasonable prices.

This hotel is worthy of its 5 star rating. The rooms are huge and fitted out extremely well. The staff are very friendly and attentive. There are also a wide range of things to do, from relaxing by the pool or availing of the spa facilities. They are do lots of stuff for kids. The breakfast is a buffet with lots of choice. I only ate in the restaurant once and it was fine. A shuttle bus to the beach is also available, it runs once an hour.

Première fois au Portugal pour 2 semaines, on m'avait conseillé Monte Da Quinta et j'ai été ravie, suite spacieuse et lumineuse. L'hôtel est très bien situé et entouré de verdure ce que j'apprécie particulièrement étant donné que je viens de Paris. Le petit-déjeuner est définitvement un des mieux que j'ai eu parmis les différents hôtels, Picocks se défend surtout pour le poisson frais du jour, l'équipe de la réception est tout simplement et incroyablement amical and so helpful ! Bref je reviendrais sans hésiter ;) A très bientôt !

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und gleich am Golfplatz.Wir hatten hier 3 Personen gebucht, mussten bedoch für die 3. Person noch über 70 € zuzahlen!!!

This property offers good facilities in the rooms with lounge and kitchen areas. Some areas were not open as early in the season. it is in a good position for the beach and restaurants and only a short drive from the airport.Plenty of golf courses for golfers.

The hotel has recently been taken over by the Wyndham group & is undergoing some refurbishment. The Hotel ideally located with really helpful staff. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Our only criticism was that the room temperature couldn’t be controlled by the guest you can only vary the speed of the fans. The room was extremely hot on arrival with the temp set at 21.5 degrees. It was adjusted by reception staff to 18 but the air conditioning was either very poor or not working efficiently as the room definitely didn’t cool down. We were only there for 1 night at the end of our trip before Flying home

Tolles Hotel mit sehr guten Betten und super freundlichem Personal . Es hat alles was es braucht; gutes Frühstück, nette Bar, SPA, Fitness-Studio, Innen- und Aussenschwimmbad. Ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Wir kommen wieder.

The suites set up suits us as we can eat whenever we want. A restaurant on site in the bar area serves excellent food. The breakfast room on the lower level gives many choices, all of good quality. Due for a full refurbishment under new owners, we will return here as it is our favourite destination for spring and autumn getaways.

Ok place, great breakfast but the hotel lacks a heart, it’s quite spread out. Lacks wardrobe space and a washing machine. Beds quite hard and they originally gave us us single beds but quickly corrected this and added a topper to make into a double. We always seem to get a second floor room at the furthest end of the hotel, balconies get limited sunshine. Pool gets overly busy and beds are packed tightly together lacks privacy. Some nice complimentary drinks in the room. Watch room service, it doesn’t say but there’s an extra charge on top for delivery. Some lovely staff waiting for breakfast and the pool bar.

2nd year in a row weve stayed and still lovely.Some of the hotel is a bit tired an dated but I understand its being purchased by a new management and theyll be updating it soon.Great area, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The facilities are great.The only slight let down is the cost of the bar and pool bar. I know the area is affluent, but €12 for a gin an tonic is quite steep in my eyes. Plus theyd actually have people use the bar if they dropped the prices a bit.But well definitely be back once the refurbishment is done

The air-conditioning in the room was centrally controlled and did not function correctly. Our first night was more akin to sleeping in the arctic.The shower tray in one of the bathrooms had a crack in it and was covered by the bath mat. Not what you would expect from a five star hotel.On a positive note all the staff were friendly and considerate.

Great service from all the staff at the Monte de Quinta. The hotel breakfast was great, my son has allergies and they had gluten & dairy free options for him. The restaurant at lunchtime was good - just what you needed for lunch. Pizzas, salads, burgers etc. The restaurant in the evening was ok, the food seemed a bit old fashioned, staff service was great but wouldn’t rush back there. There is a great restaurant 5-10 mins walk called Koko that is excellent, they do pastas, pizza, fajitas, salads, fish etc and all really fresh - they also have a kids play ground so great whilst you’re waiting. The hotel room was great (we had a two bedroom room) it had en-suite of both bedrooms and an extra shower room. The public areas of the hotel need a bit of money spent on them - the pool area, restaurants and reception check in look very tired and not in keeping with great level of service and rooms at the hotel.

The suites are so clean, comfortable beds and well presented.
We’ve visited several times now and we just can’t fault this beautiful hotel.
The restaurant food is delicious.
Everyone is just so helpful and friendly.

Alle Ziele z.b. der Flughafen, die schönen Strände und Orte und das Meer(20 Minuten zu Fuß) sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Man fühlt sich dort einfach wohl. Die großen Betten sind ein Traum und super bequem. Das Personal ist immer sehr freundlich und bemüht und das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Auch die nähere Umgebung ist sehr gepflegt. Auf jeden Fall wieder.

Hôtel très luxueux avec personnel attentif et efficace
L'architecture et la décoration des parties communes sont d'un grand niveau, mêlant modernité, nature et matériaux nobles.
La piscine est splendide avec des lits et transats confortables,
Le restaurant vaut le détour et est réputée dans la région.
Un petit bémol sur la déco des chambres qui, bien que très jolie, n'est pas au niveau du reste de l'hôtel.

Great large rooms, spotless bathrooms, all the needed accomodations are fitted. Some repairs aren't done properly, tv's are aged. Lack of children activities and music. Small swimming pool and seating area, swimming pool surrounded with dark stone which gets is boiling bare foot. Very slow kitchen staff/service.

Stunning hotel from a material perspective, great facilities, the service doesn't quite match. Asked 3 times for an iron and board... It never came! Wasn't asked if we'd enjoyed our stay... Little things like this matter! Good value though, but a little tweak here and there, the service could match the decor for real 5 star rating.

I have spent a lot of time here. It´s a fantastic resort that I would recommend to anyone looking to relax with family and friends. In the resort there is a SPA, Restaurant, Indoor and outdoor pools, Gym, Sauna and a Supermarket. The beach, the golf courses and restaurants are all within a short distance.

Tres bel hotel situé au centre de quinta do lago, a 20 minutes de laeroport de Faro. Magnifique piscine , chaises longues confortables. Les suites ont une vue sur les golf de Quinta do Lago. Lhotel est à 5 minutes de la plage. Le service de lhotel ainsi que la propreté des lieux est parfait. Le personnel très acceuillant et très disponibles. Activités pour les plus petits. Parfaite vacances en famille.
