Awesome, no waiting in lines or anything, personal service from getting the vehicle to return. Probably a little bit more expensive but worth it!

We used Echo for car hire from Lisbon Airport. The customer service was friendly and seemless. No waiting in the long car hire queues at the airport as the representative just met us directly at the arrivals to complete our paperwork etc. The car we had was exactly as described, well maintained and clean. We were stuck in traffic and running late on the return leg and had no issues with this either. Overall an excellent experience that I would highly recommend.

I have rented a car at Lisbon airport from Aug 6th to 23rd 2016. Both agents, the one at pick-up and the one at drop-off were very friendly, cooperative and efficient. I often rent cars in PT and this was by far the fastest and smoothest handover. The agent at drop-off had to wait an hour at the BP gas station as we were running late but still took the time to pick up my family in the line of the shuttle bus to T2 and drove us to T2 directly.

Great deal! you don´t have to wait in the huge queues for the car companies directly in the airport (these will only rob you anyway). Just make sure to book in advance and they will prepare the car right outside the airport. We got completely new VW Polo amazing and swift car! Worth every cent :) I definitely reccomend cheers Adam from Slovakia
