Brand New campervan, collection from the airport, Base only 5 minutes from the airport and very punctual. Excellent quality van with only 3000km on the clock. Would not hesitate to use again. Highly recommend.

Absolut friendly guys, very uncomplicated and a great van! The communication via email was perfect and detailed and the responses came within minutes! We stayed almost two weeks in Portugal and had a wonderful time!

Honestly the best car I’ve ever rented, let alone camper van. We rented a modern one and it was in exceptional condition. The communication of this company was outstanding and they were availvle for question during the whole trip. They took the time to explain us everything at pick up, which was great, because it was our first time camping. It will definitely not be the last.

I did two relocations via this office, dropping one van off from Faro and taking another to Porto. The dropoff wasn't terrible other than they didn't seem to be expecting me. I drove past the unmarked building before I had to call and get them to lead me to the office. But no probs. When I came back to pick up the van to take to Porto they again we're not expecting me even though I could see my name and pickup time on their office calendar. They said they thought I was coming several hours later. Uh, no. The guy working kept offering to call Nicholas and ask him about pickup times. First of all, I don't know who Nicholas is. Secondly, I have a contract with my pickup time and I don't understand why no one reads it. The van was not ready, was dirty, the worker was getting someone else their van. I had to wait over an hour to pick up the van. This is the second time my van pickup was delayed by hours. The guy told me the Porto office would call me and they would pick up the van from Porto train station. I arrive at the station in Porto and of course no one is there. I call them and have to drop it off to yet another unmarked location. The dropoff didn't take too long but the miscommunications are so annoying. The vans are nice though. The workers are friendly but they keep deferring to the owners or managers who seem to be all over the place. No one takes responsibility and honors the pickup times and conditions. It's always someone else's fault. It would really be a shame to book a van for your vacation and have your rental period cut short because this company does not communicate with each other or the customers.
