Sitio peor imposible. No funciona la tele, no atienden en condiciones, no saben el día que te vas y te piden las llaves un día antes. 2 días sin hacer la habitación. Nada recomendable. El acceso es muy malo, para entrar por la noche, tienes que sortear los tranvías para abrir la puerta. El peor sitio en el que estado nunca.

Leuk appartementje met mooi uitzicht, zeker voor dat geld. De appartementen zijn alleen heel gehorig. Ik hoorde de onderburen snurken en als ze in het appartement boven je lopen, heb je het idee dat ze in jouw appartement lopen. Elektrisch kacheltje werkte niet. Het appartement heeft gebruikssporen en zou een keer opgeknapt kunnen worden. Voor mij geen volgende keer.

El sitio es espantoso, lleno de suciedad por todos lados..humedades...el baño roto por todas las esquinas...es un milagro salir de ahí sin piojos o algo..el agua caliente brilla por su ausencia...etc etc. pd: no me borréis el comentario como hicisteis con el anterior

Nice and comfortable Appartment in the heart of Lissabon. Location is very central which makes travelling the city easy. The Appartment itself has anything to make yourself food and have some good nights in Lissabon. I would recommend it and come back here.

Scala di accesso pericolosissima, locali sporchi con strutture ed arredi sporchi e malandati, servizi igienici da rivedere. Addirittura nel mio caso appartamento da disinfestare dalle formiche in gennaio. Chissà in primavera ed in estate. ASSOLUTAMENTE SCONSIGLIATO, SOPRATUTTO PER IL RAPPORTO PREZZO/QUALITA'

Bem localizado...próximo de tudo: transportes, restaurantes, cafés. Único senão, a calçada de acesso ao local :(

Una excelente opción para viajeros que busquen cercanía con el centro de la ciudad, es un cuarto que tiene todos los servicios disponibles y en muy buen estado, hay mercado muy cerca para cocinar en el apartamento y economizar.

La posición es perfecta. Esta delante de la subida del "ascensor do Lavra". Pintoresco y tranquilo. Muy limpio. El departamento está bien amueblado y es confortable. Solo dos cosas no me gustaron: 1) no hay bidè. 2) no hay calefacción, solo un pequeño radiador eléctrico.

This little apartment is up a very steep road (It has its own funicular tram) .. Once there there are steps up to the front door and then 3 narrow twisting flights to your room!! If you are anything less than able, dont book as you may struggle. Once in the room, the view is fab. Most things worked although the shower needed attention and there was no plug to plug the microwave into, so you couldnt use it unless you moved it across the room (i didnt) .. Same with the kettle (i did) All in all, this place has its limitations.On the plus side : it was in a great central spot : super easy access to the Metro and great shops. There was a superb fish restaurant at the bottom of the steep road too which is highly recommended

Notre expérience a mal débutée:Nous avons envoyé plusieurs courriels au propriétaire de l'appartement afin de reconfirmer notre réservation mais il n'a pas répondu. Nous avons également téléphoné et laissé un message vocal. Il a enfin répondu le jour même de notre arrivée pour nous dire de vérifier notre courriel car nous devions avoir reçu un message avec les instructions pour notre enregistrement.Une fois sur place:Il devait y avoir quelqu'un pour nous accueillir mais ce n'était pas le cas alors nous avons suivi les instructions et sommes entrés nous même grâce au code de porte. De tout le séjour nous n'avons vu personne. Nous avons écris au propriétaire pour lui dire qu'il manquait des choses de base tel que cafetière (et serviettes à main, linge à vaisselle, etc) mais il n'a jamais répondu.Construction:Nous n'avions pas été avisé des travaux. La bâtisse au complet était recouverte d'une toile et d’échafaudages et ça, c'est sans compter le bruit des travailleurs.Insonorisation:Inexistante. À chaque matin nous nous faisions réveiller par les grincements du tram.Accès difficile:L'appartement n'est pas accessible en voiture puisque c'est la rue du tram. Il a fallu descendre une panoplie de marche puis regarder des 2 côtés pour traverser sur la voie du tram pour ensuite monter les valises dans un minuscule escalier en colimaçon. Moisissure et saleté:Moisissure dans la salle de bain, saleté dans tout l'appartement.4 étoiles:Au plus 2 étoiles.

Das Apartment liegt in guter Erreichbarkeit zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Stadt. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers ist nicht unbedingt für einen längeren Aufenthalt im Apartment ausgelegt, aber ausreichend für eine langes Wochenende. Das Apartment war grundsätzlich sauber, leider aber von Kakerlaken (2 + X) befallen. Die Versuche die Türrahmenfuge des Badezimmers mit Klopapier zu verstopfen zeigen dass dies wohl leider nicht zum ersten Mal vorgekommen ist. Dies ist, vor allem bei einem solchen Preisniveau, nicht akzeptabel!

We liked the apartment, it was small but cosy with good central connections but situated up upon a steep hill which we feel should have been highlighted in the apartment description. We did find there was poor communication between the ownersand ourselves especially the checking and checking out. Would recommend but there were certain aspects that could have been made clearer.

Starting from block away when you realize you need to climb up the hill or come around and walk down the hill to get to the place and find very tiny narrow spiral stairs and when you finally got to the place and starting to get comfy, go and try the shower its the highlight of the place just be careful not to burn yourself or get cold every time you move in this tiny shower.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights.The location is great, 10 minutes walk to the subway station and about 15 minutes walk to Lisbon historic centre. Wasnt noisy at all.We booked this room about 5 days before we travelled and given the location and the price, this was fantastic. Pros:- Great location, close to subway station, great restaurants and neighborhood- Free wifi- View of the oceanCons:- Very, i mean VERY narrow staircases. We only had our carry-on so it was fine.- TINY shower. i am not a big person by any means (57, skinny), the shower was so small i can BARELY raise my hands and wash my face. And when i did, the chances of accidentally turning the water into piping hot were huge. be careful if you are tall or bigger

This apartment is in an accessible location for all the major sights. Its great for having your own space but could use a bit of attention to various maintenance issues. Not all amenities listed (ie toiletries) are provided. So, be sure to bring your own. All in all, this hotel apartment is a good options for those staying in Lisbon.

Silvia was really nice. She was extremely friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Located in a wonderful area right next to the trolley that can take you up to the doorstep. We had a great view of the city from our room. The place comes with a fridge, stove/oven, and a washer. The room was slightly dusty, but whatever. We loved the place. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Great place. The woman taking care of the place was amazing (so friendly and helpful). The neighborhood is actually great but the apartments themselves are halfway up a steep hill.

Hej, wir haben zwei Nächte in Februar 2015 dort verbracht und wurden gleich von Sylvia, eine nette Mitarbeiterin, begrüßt. Sie hat sich herzlich um uns gekümmert und uns insider-Tipps gegeben. Alles war sauber und der Blick war schön. Wir kommen wieder.

It was best part of my trip. The apartment has all facilities for a perfect stay. Besides it is very well located and the best part is the staff: Teresa and Francisco are the perfect host.

Das Apartment ist für einen Aufenthalt im Winter nicht ausgestattet, ein Miniheizkörper kann Kälte und Feuchtigkeit nicht vertreiben, was durch Schimmel in den Ecken deutlich wird. Die Betreiber sind freundlich und bemüht, die zentrale Lage ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt f. Stadtbesichtigung, leider sind An-bzw. Abstieg sehr steil und für Taxis nicht erreichbar, es gibt keine Kasten, keine adäquate Sitzgelegenheit im Wohnzimmer und insgesamt sehr wenig Platz.

The accomodations are simple, yet functional and clean. This is basically a crash pad, which is fine for the price. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The description is somewhat misleading, though, because the place doesnt overlook the river; nor does it have a functioning living room because there is no furniture. What is troublesome is that the place is located about half-way up an extremely steep, 500-meter hill. The hill is so steep that there are tram lines for getting up and down the hill. This is impossible to find when one arrives because no one would ever think to walk up or down this hill.

PLUS: gute Lage, sauber, Internet funktioniert. Minus: Apartment ist nicht sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gibt keinen Esstisch und keine Sessel, das Bett ist für zwei Personen ein wenig zu kein, keine Klimaanlage, Fernseher konnte keine Programme finden.

This apartment is ideally located, and within walking distance of Lisbons central sights. It is reasonably priced, and well enough equiped - including a washing mahine and a line to dry your clothese. We stayed in apartment 2, second from the top, and it had a fine view of Lisbons hills, and down towards the sea. The rooms are bright (the bedroom too bright, in the morning) and airy. Heating is a bit inadequate (one electric heater) in cold weather. Prepare yourself for a steep walk up the lane (which has one of those funny hill-climbing trams on it), and then some flights of stairs.

The apartment was nice enough but we were on the 1st floor and calling it a river view was a stretch. Luis who picked us up was very friendly and knowledgeable about Lisbon. That was very nice. The location of the apartment was fantastic though you would have to climb a little. The bathroom was really tiny and paint was peeling off from the floor.

Very narrow stairwell and shower was extremely small. Dont drop your soap! Room was small but comfortable. Stairs were the major challenge.

Sehr schöne Appartements im Herzen Lissabons. Zwar relativ klein, aber alles ganz neu und sehr sauber. Wir sind eine Familie mit zwei Kindern und der nette Vermieter hat uns statt des gebuchten 2-Schlafzimmer-Appartements die zwei unteren 1-Schlafzimmer-Appartements gegeben. Der Vermieter wohnt nicht vor Ort ist aber gut per Handy zu erreichen und war auch innerhalb weniger Minuten da. Wen es stört: die Apprtements haben weder Balkon, noch Terrasse und die enge Treppe ist bei schwerem Gepäck einer eher sportliche Angelegenheit. Der Eingang liegt auf halber Höhe des Eevador do Lavra und damit sehr zentral. Nach 200 Metern steht man auf der Avenida da Liberdade oder am Beginn der Fressmeile. Da die Standseilbahn nicht in der Mitte hält, lotst man den Taxifahrer bei der Anreise ans obere Ende und bei der Abreise ans untere Ende. So schleppt man die Koffer nur bergab.

2nd week of a Two week stay in Portugal. 1st week was in Albufeira.Was looking forward to this place, was thinking with only a few rooms it should be very well kept. Starting with the Taxi, who could not find the place, because you can not drive to the front. You have to have the Taxi driver drop you off either at the bottom or the top of the hill. Then walk the STEEP cobble stone road, WATCH out for the Lavra Elevator(train) as it will crush you, which does not Stop at the Front entrance but passes right by the place. Except at night when they do maintenance on it, right outside the front door. Then the smell of the place, Mouldy mildew smell.The area where this place located is a dumpy area, and right beside a jail.Bedroom so small you cant walk around the bed.No Heat, I mean no HEAT! Had to sleep in the living room because the bedroom was so COLD. Did find a crappy little oil heater stuck in the closet. But of little use.No place to put your luggage.The closet was full of Construction Material, so couldnt use it.The reading lamps in the bed were on the wrong side of the room, couldnt use them.Shower so small you had to slide through the door to get into it.The toilet was installed on an Angle so the door would close.Renovated - NO - a coat of paint is not renovated.No Phone, and the caretaker doesnt stay on premises.Decided to leave after one night, but the Caretaker wouldnt come until noon the next day to pickup the key. And we couldnt phone him.

Me and my partner enjoyed the stay very much. We stayed at the upper flat. The bed room was tiny,like a carton box, but like the rest of the flat modern furnished and clean. Our host was really helpful and organized a cab for our travel back to the airport. It was also great, that we could store our luggage before and after our stay.

Ich habe mir selbst ein Auszeit gegönnt, eines der Apartments gemietet, Kriminalromane eingepackt und los ging es! In Lissabon angekommen, fand ich das Haus mit den Apartments bergauf direkt neben einer alten Straßenbahn. Ich habe den freundlichen Vermieter Francisco telefonisch über meine Ankunft informiert und bald hatte ich den Schlüssel und den Wifi-Zugang. Ich hatte das Apartment im oberen Stockwerk. Dieses ist, genau wie die anderen, im fröhlichen Ikea-Stil eingerichtet. Ich habe mich dort gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Aussicht war einfach atemberaubend und ich habe stundenlang am offenen Fenster verbracht. In der Küche war alles was man für so eine Woche benötigt vorhanden. Leider kein Ofen, dafür eine Waschmaschine. Die Dusche war etwas knapp, dabei bin ich sehr schlank. Das Bett war super und ich habe selten so gut geschlafen!Das Apartment im oberen Stockwerk hat die beste Aussicht von allen und kann von 1-2 Personen bewohnt werden. Für den Singleurlaub einfach perfekt!

We loved the apartment at 4 Places; it gave us the feel of actually living in Lisbon which is what we wanted. It is centrally located. Be prepared, however, to climb a steep hill to get to the apartment and be ready for a lot of stairs. But, trust me, the climb is worth it.

4 Places in Lisbon is not a Hotel per se, but rather a complex of small apartment-like accommodations. Located in an old building in downtown Lisbon, our apartment was recently renovated, clean, efficient with all the amenities American tourists come to expect. The best part of the entire experience was the owner, Francisco, who is an aspiring young man. He is most gracious, speaks great English and is most helpful in taking care of his guests. He gives the word, hospitality, a new meaning. He arranged a special meal for us at a great restaurant, arranged the taxi transportation to and from dinner and even personally picked us up at the airport and took us back to the airport at the end of our stay. He helped put a wonderfully warm personal touch to our visit to Lisbon!!

The appartement was very close to the city so it was ideal for shopping and dining at night. You have to climb a steep street and some stairs to get there, so if you have problems with your breath or your knees, this is not for you. The owner was very kind and helpful.
