Para ser honesto, no suelo quedarme en hoteles “guest room”, suelo invertir más dinero y asegurar hoteles de “mayor respaldo y garantía”, pero fue lo que conseguí de urgencia por haber perdido un vuelo. Dicho esto, he de decir que quedé inmensamente sorprendido. Mi esposa, mi hija, mis padres y yo fuimos atendidos con exquisito trato, el personal (Bruno y demás), fueron increíblemente amables y dispuestos. Buena ubicación, habitación amplia, bonita, limpia, camas cómodas, baños geniales e impolutos, desayuno de primera, etc. Nuestra experiencia ha sido perfecta y ha superado con creces nuestras expectativas.Muchas gracias de corazón. Simples, discreto e muito agradavel

einfach und zweckmässig, sauber, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr gute Lage - etwas ausserhalb des stets überfüllten Zentrums, aber gleich bei einer U-Bahn Station mit der man in 10 Minuten im Zentrum ist und auch sonst überall hinkommt > was will man mehr bei einer Städtereise.

Sehr nettes und hilfreiches Personal. Super Frühstück. Sehr saubere Bäder. Ruhige Zimmer.W-LAN könnte besser sein, ansonsten war ich rundum zugrieden und kann Home Sweet Lisbon jedem Empfehlen, der sich kurz- oder langfristig in Lissabon aufhält.

Personnel très attentionné autant avec les adultes qu’avec les enfants. Nous avons logé dans la suite prémilitaire et rien à redire tout était parfait. Alliance parfaite entre le charme le calme et la gentillesse.Très bon petit déjeuner avec des fruits frais des œufs brouillés et des accras de morues préparés spécialement pour chaque table..

Wir hatten leider pech mit unseren Zimmer Nachbarn mit denen man sich das Bad teilt. Die Nachbarn waren sehr laut und haben dauernd das Bad von aussen zugesperrt, somit konnte man nie aufs Klo wenn man eigentlich muss...

När vi kom dit var det inte möjligt att nå receptionen via porttelefonen!!!! Men väl inne fungerade allt bra.

Overall very good. Difficult to find as didn’t understand from the address that it was 4th floor! Bit of a nuisance that unable to check in till 4pm, though Maria came over in 30 odd minutes after ringing. Cleanliness excellent. Bed VERY comfortable. Daily room service very good. Staff all very friendly and helpful but desk is not manned for the hours it states in advert. Continental style breakfast very good, but doesn’t start till 8 am. Minimal facilities for making a drink other than at breakfast time. No tv. Room sparsely furnished, minimal storage for clothing and only 1 chair. Horrible view but it is an urban area. Nice and quiet. Secure. Proximity to metro a big bonus and centre walkable in about 30 minutes. Would stay again as more pros than cons! Thank you to Maria and staff.

Fotos im Netz sind immer mit Vorsicht zu genießen. Zimmer mit mini Badezimmer und Hebeanlage bei der Toilette.Man darf hier kein Papier (muss in den Mistkübel neben)in die Muschel werfen, ansonsten kann man im Falle einer Reparatur rund 1500€ blechen. Generell schwer zu finden und verdient keine 3Sterne. Würde ich nicht weiterempfehlen. Sorry

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Frühstück war sehr eingeschränkt scheint aber so üblich zu sein. Gewisse Renovierungsarbeiten sollten demnächst erledigt werden, damit der Gesamteindruck auch zur Sauberkeit passt. Leider trotz nachfragen keine einzelnen Decken, obwohl dies zu gesagt wurde.

Sehr schöne, gemütliche, äußerst saubere Zimmer mit sehr guter Matratze und bequemen Kopfkissen. Angenehme, ruhige Athmosphäre. Die Inhaberin Maria ist eine herzliche, freundliche und immer hilfsbereite Person. Die Unterkunft liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe einer U-Bahn-Station (die Lissabon-Card ist hier wirklich empfehlenswert), prima Ausgangspunkt für alle Ausflüge in die unterschiedlichen Stadtteile. Das Frühstück wurde liebevoll mit viel frischem Obst, Käse, Wurst, kleinen portugiesischen Spezialitäten angerichtet. Kaffee aus einem Vollautomaten, jede Sorte, soviel man wollte. Meine Tochter und ich können dieses Hotel (Gästehaus, es besteht aus der 4. Etage in einem sehr gepflegten Altbau) nur weiterempfehlen.Vielen lieben Dank noch einmal an Maria und ihr Team!

El hotel muy agradable, la persona del hotel muy atenta y si le añades el desayuno una maravilla. Si no fuera que visitar Lisboa es un sablazo en toda regla en cuestión de peajes y parquímetros sería todo ideal.

Местоположение много добро. На 20 минути разстояние пеша от центъра на града. Персоналът е много любезен и отзивчив. Стаите са оборудвани семпло, без всякакви удобства. Баните са нови, чисти, трябва да си поискате сешоар за коса, понеже не е наличен в стаята. Закуската е изключително оскъдна, по-добре не разчитайте на нея. Като цяло цена - качество си заслужава.

El sitio es encantador, muy acogedor. Tienen buena atención y se esfuerzan porque estés cómodo, más que hablar español lo chapurrean, pero te entiendes perfectamente. Lo único malo que la habitación no tenía calefactor y tuvimos que pedirlo. Además está muy bien comunicado, la estación de metro está al doblar la esquina.

The room was situated in a perfect location near the Metro station Parques. We had a quiet room at the back with the window facing an inside court. Only negative point for us was the insulation at the door. If the hallway light was turned on you could see the light through the door crack. This did not disturb us enormously as the other guests were quiet but could cause issues with noisy neighbours. I really appreciated the kindness of our host who was more than helpful with our requests. I would return to Home Sweet Lisbon.

Contact catastrophique avec la propriétaire et dans l'ensemble une très mauvaise expérience : je conseille à tout le monde d'éviter cet endroit! The owner of this place is virtually impossible to get in touch with, rude and untrustworthy. She debited twice the amount of our booking for three nights, had it on her account for three weeks and it was not until we arrived that we could eventually get a refund. All in all a very unpleasant experience. Don't go there! Le montant correspondant aux trois nuits a été débité deux fois du compte de ma femme (une première fois à la réservation le 27 juillet, une seconde fois, bizarrement, 3 jours plus tard). Il s'est ensuite avéré extrêmement difficile d'obtenir la responsable ("Maria") au téléphone et elle a tout fait pour compliquer/retarder le remboursement. Finalement ce n'est que le jour de l'arrivée de ma femme, le 22 août, qu'elle a fait partir le virement pour remboursement du montant débité indûment. A mon arrivée à 10h du matin le lendemain, il n'y avait personne pour effectuer le check-in (alors que Maria était au courant de mon arrivée), le seul personnel sur place étant des serveuses/femmes de ménage ne parlant ni français ni anglais. Ma femme était à une conférence avec la clé de la chambre, et il a été très compliqué d'en obtenir une deuxième. Pendant que j'essayais d'obtenir la patronne au téléphone et que je tentais de communiquer avec les femmes de ménage, deux hommes étaient en train de changer la serrure, ce dont personne ne nous avait prévenu bien entendu. Lorsque nous avons pu finalement rencontrer la dite Maria (qui se présente comme la propriétaire) elle a tout fait pour minimiser l'étendue de ces divers problèmes et n'a absolument pas assumé ses responsabilités, étant de surcroit désagréable et fuyante. Elle nous a fait croire un moment qu'elle pourrait nous rembourser le montant d'une des trois nuits, mais ce n'est bien sûr pas arrivé. En résumé une personne peu fiable et désagréable, qui ne se soucie pas de répondre aux mails et aux appels téléphoniques, au mieux totalement incompétente, au pire carrément malhonnête. Accessoirement, petit-déjeuner sans aucun intérêt. A noter que notre cas n'est sans doute pas juste un accident. Pendant le court moment où nous étions dans cet établissement peu recommendable, nous avons rencontré deux autres clientes qui ont rencontré elles aussi des difficultés. L'une d'entre elles une Française avec deux enfants qui a perdu la clé de sa chambre. Elle a cherché en vain à contacter la responsable Maria au téléphone, et n'y arrivant pas à réussi à rentrer le soir à l'hôtel grâce au code et a par chance trouvé une autre chambre qui était ouverte!

Buenas. Yo voy a contar nuestra experiencia y que cada uno juzgue. Reservamos una habitación para 2 adultos y 2 niñas pequeñas. Al llegar llamamos al interfono desde la calle y nos dijeron que subieramos a la recepción. Ya que está se encuentra en la 4 planta. Subimos y después de registrarnos nos dijeron que teníamos que bajar de nuevo todas las maletas y cruzar la avenida al edifico de enfrente que nuestra habitación estaba allí. Al llegar al edificio entras por una puerta lateral, sigues un pasillo estrecho y subes en un ascensor que te lleva a las habitaciones. Entramos a un piso el cual han reformado, tienes una entrada, un salón con una barra y las habitaciones. Alli no hay personal, ellos te dan un número de teléfono el cual "se supone" que está disponible 24 horas para cualquier problema que surja. MENTIRA . Después de volver de estar todo el dia paseando por Lisboa, nos encontramos que no había agua caliente en nuestra habitación. Después de llamar más de veinte veces y al no obtener respuesta tuvimos que ducharnos con agua fría. Al día siguiente mi señora fue y le dijeron que en ese número no habían recibido ninguna llamada. OTRA MENTIRA. Mandaron a alguien y lo arreglaron. El desayuno. Te lo traen a la habitación en un carrito a la hora que les digas y para desayunar tienes que meter las mesas y las sillas de la terraza en tu habitación o desayunar en la terraza. Opción no muy agradable por el viento frío que hacía. Al día siguiente salimos a dar una vuelta y recibimos una llamada de la embajada diciendo que debido al COVID-19 era mejor que volviéramos a España. Viendo la normalidad absoluta que había en las calles decidimos no hacer caso. Pero nuestra sorpresa fue mayúscula al estar dentro de la Torre de Belem nos desalojaron porque el gobierno Portugués había dado orden de cerrar todos los museos y restringir el aforo a los restaurantes debido al COVID-19. Viendo el panorama que se nos presentaba, decidimos volver al hotel y explicarles la situación. Recibimos toda su comprensión y apoyo y nos dijeron que no nos preocupasemos que nos fuésemos tranquilos al día siguiente sábado y que ella nos haría la devolución del día perdido el lunes sin problemas. MÁS MENTIRAS . Todo fue amabilidad y entendimiento hasta que dejamos el hotel. Salimos de Portugal poco antes de que cerrarán las fronteras. El miércoles, dos días después del día que supuestamente teníamos que haber recibido la transferencia y al no tener noticias de ella, decidimos llamar y nos dijeron que había un problema y que no nos preocupasemos que lo harían la semana siguiente. A la semana siguiente igual. Pero con la diferencia que desde ese momento( finales de marzo) hasta hoy no nos han respondido a ningún correo electrónico y por supuesto no nos responden a las llamadas o mensajes enviados. Quiero aclarar que la opción de devolver el dinero nos lo dijeron ellos. De ahí el malestar que tenemos. Si no tenian pensado hacerlo, que no hubieran dicho nada. El trato de Booking ha sido bastante malo también, básicamente nos han dicho que ellos no pueden hacer nada. Esto es lo que nos pasó, yo sinceramente no pienso volver a ese establecimiento y no lo recomiendo ya que no están preparados para dar el servicio que publicitan. La sensación que nos dio al llegar fue de un Hostel de mochileros que ha comprado un piso en frente y ha intentado dar otro tipo de servicio. Sin mucho éxito ya que el trato del personal que lo regenta es bastante deseable según mi experiencia.

Stayed for 3 nights but wish it was longer! Large , clean room with private bathroom & toilet. Lovely terrace with views over the city towards the river. Both reception staff were really friendly & helpful ( reception is on the 4th floor of the building ) We were so impressed with the breakfast that was delivered to our room every morning bu the chef - magic touch & delicious start to the day. Can’t wait to return to Lisbon & Home Sweet Lisbon will be where we stay. Ps its 20 metres from Parque metro stop & access to the whole city. Awesome.

Sitio super recomendable, finca antigua reconvertida en hotel, manteniendo su estética y encanto antiguo y acogedor, estuvimos en Navidad y la atención fue de 10. Desayuno super bueno en cantidad y calidad. La atención de los dueños y el personal es exquisito y educado. Al lado del metro y de un corte ingles con muchísimos sitios donde comer y cenar. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme si volviera a esa magnifica ciudad.

Wir waren für eine Nacht hier. Schönes Zimmer mit grosser Dusche. Die Innenstadt ist zu Fuss zu erreichen. Leider war die Aussicht aus unserem Zimmer nicht so schön und es war ziemlich warm.

Mooie, schone kamers met goede bedden, die elke dag worden schoongemaakt (incl bedden). Het personeel is ook vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Daarnaast heb je een eigen aparte douche met toilet. Tot slot zit je op 1 minuut van de metro en is het dus eenvoudig om je door Lissabon te verplaatsen!

The staff members were very helpful. Recommend calling or writing ahead of time for instructions getting into the building intially. The mall is a 5 min walk away as well as the metro station that takes you to all the sights.

Handy - a few minutes from city centre by Metro, next to park with panoramic views. Also near a tube stop from the airport, and 1hr from sintra by Metro/train combo. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms spacious and comfortable, though be aware bathrooms are across a hall (not a big issue) and walls a little on the thin side (the rooms are basically in a converted apartment block). Highly recommended!

C'est un peu compliqué d'y accéder... sans être d'abord allés dans un premier immeuble (du 4ème étage /heureusement avec un petit ascenseur !) de l'adresse indiquée sur le site internet de réservation !!! Puis, comme la gérante est très sympathique, nous la suivons de l'autre côté de l'avenue,... dans un autre immeuble, très contemporain !!! Cette fois-ci (au numéro 128 /du 8ème étage où il est nécessaire d'y accéder par une entrée privée pourvue d'un code, par un couloir très étroit menant à un ascenseur et/ou un escalier ! ). Encore un autre code sur une porte d'entrée, puis nous arrivons dans un très grand appartement peint en blanc. Son bureau d'accueil est une sorte de hall (avec un ancien piano à queue transformé en bureau !), proche d'une grande salle composée d'un grand comptoir ou Bar (avec un magnum de Champagne et autres bouteilles d'alcool/quelle décoration !!! offerte ou payante ?! ...) donnant accès à un petit balcon et à un grand salon ! Les fameuses pièces communes Une fois les formalités enregistrées, nous accédons à notre petite suite. Cela ressemble à un petit Hôtel plutôt qu'à une maison d'hôtes puisque la gérante n'habite pas à cette adresse !!! Comme il n'y a pas de numéro ou de nom sur les portes des chambres, vous pouvez avoir la visite d'un voisin ou d'une voisine perdue ... si vous oubliez de fermer à clé ... Tout y est très propre !!! Très fonctionnel ! Les chambres sont grandes mais la salle de douche est toute petite, avec WC non séparé...la porte coulissante ne se ferme pas vraiment... Il manquait juste des patins sous les pieds des chaises pour que les déplacements de celles-ci soient beaucoup moins bruyantes pour nous, comme pour les autres Le petit déjeuner (très copieux !) se prend plutôt à l'intérieur d'une chambre (si vous êtes à 4) ou sur le tout petit balcon, si vous êtes à deux !

Home Sweet Lisbon, situato al 4 piano di un palazzo signorile, è una struttura che io e mio marito porteremo nel cuore. Vicinissimo alla fermata della metropolitana “Parque” facilità gli spostamenti per la città.Arredato con buon gusto, un buon profumo di cannella invade gli spazi comuni. Camera spaziosa e pulita ogni giorno. Ringraziamo la padrona di casa e il suo personale sempre cortese e disponibile. Se torneremo a Lisbona sicuramente torneremo da voi!! Arrivederci☺️

Cuidado, fomos enganados: contratamos uma coisa e nos deram outra. O box de banho inunda porque é uma instalação mal adaptada. Horrível. É preciso fechar a água durante o banho para esvaziar o box, e regular a temperatura da água a cada 2 minutos é um verdadeiro desafio.

The check in process is very very confusing. The check in office is in an apartment complex across the street from the actual hotel rooms. There is no indication of how to get in past a locked door. No name on the call box. The room was nice but had an attached bathroom across the hall that other guests walked thru. Breakfast was brought to the room and was very very good. Neighborhood is pretty sketchy.

Excellent place in a very good location. Aside from the warm welcome and straightforward check-in procedure, all the help needed from the kind staff, even for stuff unrelated to the stay. Literally as cozy being at home, without the sterile hotel feeling. The place is a renewed floor on a typical Lisbon building, at the heart of the city, near transportation hubs such as the Sete Rios train station and main national bus hub, and couldn’t be more convenient with a subway station (Parque) right outside the door. There’s also a large shopping mall up the street. Plenty of typical restaurants and small shops all around the street and other streets nearby. Really enjoyed this stay. Highly recommended!

The procedures and the stay was simple and OK, but I had a hard time going in.You will need a phone first to tell them that you’ve arrived.Once you’ve been successful checking in, it’s OK.The reception staff are really friendly and nice.

Hotel introuvable et pas remboursé perdu 160€

Estuvimos unos días de julio en este magnífico B&B. Está perfectamente situado junto a la estación de metro de Parque, se llega al centro en 10 minutos. Todo el interior está renovado, las ventanas son de PVC y doble cristal que aislan totalmente contra el ruido. El personal es súper agradable y siempre dispuestos a que tú estancia sea lo más cómoda posible. El desayuno bien, abundante y de calidad, con fruta fresca. Eso sí, este alojamiento es para aquellos que nos gusta "madrugar" y aprovechar el día, ya que la actividad empieza temprano. Como nota negativa, solamente se me ocurre que las puertas de las habitaciones son las originales, por lo que no aíslan totalmente del ruido y la luz. Volvería sin dudarlo.

Grosse mauvaise surprise au retour de mon sejour. L hôtel à débité une nuit alors que j’avais réglé sur place en espèces le jour de mon arrivée. Impossible de récupérer mon dû à ce jour malgré mes relances via Expedia, qui n’est pas responsable de ce désagrément, mais bien l hôtel. Donc à éviter !!!

Se fosse para resumir minha avaliação, seria: "Corram desde lugar!". Viajamos em família, e essa estadia quase acabou com o final de nossas férias. 1. O atendimento é péssimo, a dona é extremamente mal educada e não dá nenhuma atenção aos hóspedes, além disso, não cumpre o que promete, sempre coloca a culpa nos hóspedes. 2. Antes de reservar o quarto, liguei para perguntar se o quarto triplo era com banheiro compartilhado (eu não queria, pois estava viajando em família, com filho pequeno), a dona respondeu que sim, mas me convenceu a proceder com a reserva pois iria providenciar um quarto com banheiro privativo. Chegando no quarto, verifiquei que o banheiro ficava fora do quarto e me foi disponibilizada apenas a chave, ou seja, isso de nada resolveu o meu problema. Ela então me explicou que o banheiro era "privado" e não "privativo", o quê?? por que não me explicou isso antes quando liguei? ela sabia de minhas necessidades. Tentei cancelar minha reserva, mas ela disse que não seria possível. No outro dia ainda me ofereceu uma suíte por um valor muito superior, caso eu tivesse interesse. 3. Na descrição do lugar está escrito que é oferecido TV e ar-condicionado em todos os quartos, mas não havia nada disso. No fim da estadia a dona colocou a culpa em mim, dizendo que não colocou esses itens pois deixamos o aviso de "não perturbe" na porta. Mas como assim? deveriam ter disponibilizado isso antes de nossa chegada ou, pelo menos, ter nos procurado para dar explicações e agendar um horário. Como iria instalar um ar-condicionado no quarto?? 4. Além de não ter TV e ar-condicionado, o quarto oferecido ainda ficava em frente à recepção e possuia um péssimo isolamento acústico. Eu acordava todas as vezes que entrava outro hóspede, pois a porta era muito barulhenta. De manhã, a partir de umas 06h, era impossível dormir, pois era muito barulho (portas abrindo e fechando, talheres, etc). 5. No último dia, ao chegar por volta de umas 22h, a minha senha da porta não estava funcionando, então liguei para a dona para pedir uma ajuda. Ela disse para eu aguardar pois iria lá resolver, se eu continuasse tentando a porta poderia bloquear por horas. Enquanto aguardava, outros hóspedes chegaram e também tentaram entrar. Quando a dona chegou, ela estava mal humorada e foi extremamente mal educada comigo na frente dos outros hóspedes, me dizendo que eu não dei atenção à instrução de que não poderia errar a senha por 3 vezes seguidas, que ela havia me falado isso, que a porta poderia estar bloqueada por 5 horas, blablabla. Mas eu tentei explicar que eu nunca recebi essa instrução e ela não estava escrita em nenhum lugar. Eu fui cuidadoso ao digitar a senha, seria difícil ter errado 3 vezes, talvez algum outro hóspede tivesse tentado antes de mim. Eu fui ao quarto e peguei o único cartão com as instruções de senha que recebi quando cheguei, e não havia nada escrito sobre as 3 tentativas ou bloqueio da porta. Mas, como sempre, a dona colocou a culpa em mim. Provavelmente ela vai responder a este post dizendo que a culpa por tudo isso foi minha. 6. O único ponto positivo que posso dar com certeza é a localização, pois fica ao lado de uma estação de metrô e perto de muitas atrações. Enfim, se não quiser estragar suas férias, procure outro lugar, existem muitos Ibis que oferecem acomodações sem surpresas e por preços parecidos.

En general fue una experiencia muy positiva, todo fue fenomenal el trato, las habitaciones , yo mejoraría algunas cosas pero es mi opinión, todo fue muy bueno

Mi experiencia es que el sitio que publican no es el mismo al llegar te cruzan la calle y vas para enfrente. Cuando subimos acababan de pintar el olor a pintura era terrible los baños por fuera de las habitaciones, y los vecinos de las habitaciones de enfrente gritando. No te devuelven el dinero, a pesar de que explicamos que era imposible dormir con ese olor, la perdona que nos recibió tenía que atender a otro grupo y nos dejó ahí más nunca volvió. Pagamos dos hab con baño privado y a pesar de que la culpa era de ellos no se hicieron cargo. Seguro que jamás volveremos es una mentira.

The staff were friendly and polite, always with a smile on their face. The rooms were kept tidy and breakfast was to a good standard. They made us feel comfortable and made our stay enjoyable.

We originally booked this bed and breakfast place because the reviews were good and the price was right!Nathan was there to receive us for check in. He was super kind and helpful and gave us a map to the city and the metro system.We got a three bedroom room even though we were only two. The extra space was really appreciated. There wasn’t any TV in our room or any mirrors but who needs a TV when you’re in Lisbon and there were plenty of mirror outside in the hallway. We shared a bathroom with two or three other rooms but never had a problem.The breakfast was plenty for the day. There were a variety of toasts, jam, muffins, cereal and a coffee/tea/hot chocolate machine with around 10 options at the push of a button. Each day, they brought out a fresh platter of cheese, meat and fruit for each room. We were able to make little sandwiches.Mel gave us some budget restaurants options nearby the hotel for Portuguese food. We didn’t overspend and our stomachs were more than pleased with everything we had. There’s a little cafe place called Imperial on the same street as the hotel, a 3 min walk away, as well as a fancy Italian restaurant called Bertoli around 10 mins away from the hotel. We recommended both of them as budget meals (under 15EUR).We should also mention that the hotel was literally ten steps away from a metro. It is so well situated, in a low key area but still close to the city center.Maria, the owner, checked us out. She was super kind.

Das Guesthouse ist mal was anderes als ein klassisches Hotel. Sehr schönes Zimmer in einem tollen renovierten Altbau mit hohen Decken und Parkett. Für einige Tage als Unterkunft für Städtetrip sehr gut geeignet. Metrostation in 2min zu Fuß. Sehr freundlich und familiär, wir würden wieder dort übernachten.

Viaggio da 20 anni ma non mi è mai capitato uno staff così scortese e senza nessuna considerazione del cliente. Per un grave problema di salute ho dovuto rinunciare al viaggio circa 10 giorni prima della partenza programmata (avevo pagato in anticipo la camera); ho scritto una mail per sapere se era possibile almeno un cambio di date e NON MI HANNO MAI RISPOSTO, nemmeno a dire "non è possibile", mentre sul sito pubblicizzano la risposta alle mail entro 24 ore. Hanno solo intascato i soldi e basta. State lontano da questi grandissimi maleducati

The hotel/hostel was a good decision, it is near a metro station and you can walk just in 15 min to the city. The staff is nice and friendly.

Seemed to have been opened too soon as some rooms are not finished. The rooms that are finished are fine albeit with little storage. Sadly when we visited we didn't get the room we had booked or a view as requested. The photo demonstrates the view. However beds nice and comfy and people hospitable. If you are looking for a boutique hotel you might be disappointed, though if you are looking for a posh hostel then it'll be right up your street.

Fernsehen im GemeinschaftsraumFür das habe ich EUR 472,50 für drei Nächte bezahlt.Fühle mich abgezockt und betrogen.

I stayed one week at the guest house and it was amazing. It was really better than my expectation. The cleanness was remarkably nice and I am satisfied to stay there. I would definitely stay here again as I thoroughly enjoyed the place and the location, very quiet and I felt safe. There is noise from the street, but after a long day, you don't notice it. Also, easy to catch a taxi or go to the metro down the street. You don't need to rent a car, just use the public transportation, very cheap to do that. Definitely I’ll come back!

Recomendo! A localização da Guest House é uma das mais valias, a minutos do metro do Parque, e numa zona privilegiada da cidade. O atendimento foi fantástico, desde a prontidão, às inúmeras dicas de passeios que nos deram. Achei perfeito para uma visita confortável e prática a Lisboa!

Cozy and tastefully decorated. The host, Sandra, is very nice and the beds are amazingly comfortable! The location is also great. Right at the center of Lisbon, it's a 10 minute walk to Av. da Liberdade and the city's downtown. There's a subway station right at the door and you're 10 minutes away from the Airport, by car. For our delight, when we checked-out, Sandra offered us a bottle of local red wine!

Recomendo! Fomos recebidos com enorme simpatia pelo staff, o alojamento era muito confortável e acolhedor. Sem dúvida que merece o estatuto de uma das melhores guest houses de Lisboa. Como emigrante, foi óptimo “voltar a casa” desta forma, e será uma experiência a repetir.

Charming and cosy guesthouse with a great location! The hostess was very friendly and helpful with a lot of Lisbon tips :) it was amazing to go back to Lisbon and still feel at home. The rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. I highly reccomend it!

Right in the center of Lisbon and close to the underground. The room was just perfect. The lights are amazing, perfect cleaning and they do it all everyday. They also give me a city guide when I arrive and it was really helpfully. I can’t wait to come back with my family, the apartment is just amazing. They have a 24 hours costumer service by WhatsApp, if you need anything at any time. Definitely wanna come back. Thank you very much for the hospitality.
