Beautiful apartments close to the center (walking distance). The apartment was really spacious (2 bathrooms)and offered everything desired to have a pleasant stay. There was even a fruit basket on the table when we arrived. Everything was clean and new. Communication is always nice and easy. If you want to use the pool in the inner garden be sure to bring your own towels as there are no spare towels available. WiFi worked without problems and parking is available in the building’s garage. There you also have direct access to a supermarket which is really convenient.

One of the best places I’ve stay. Just perfect for a nice trip to enjoy the city and come back and enjoy the evening.

Excellent fully appointed apartment. Perfect location to Avenida, Continente supermarket at the ground floor. Swimming pool, washing machine, dishwasher. Can’t ask for more.

The property was new and in extremely good condition. The location was perfect - quiet but close to the Metro, restaurants and supermarket. The price was great value - far better than a 4/5 star hotel. I would recommend this to anyone

nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 11 nuits dans un appartement de cet établissement en famille avec un enfant de moins de 2 ans. dès notre arrivé nous avons été très bien reçu par un réceptionniste qui parlait langlais et le français et qui nous a donné toutes informations dont nous avions besoin, en plus nous avions eu le droit à un cadeau de bienvenue (corbeille de fruits, 2 grandes bouteilles deau et des doses de Nespresso). nous avons eu le droit à un lit bébé et une chaise haute par une simple demande. le nettoyage de lappartement (inclus dans le prix) est effectué 1 jour sur 2 avec changement des serviettes et des draps. dans le coin cuisine léquipement est complet avec tout ce quil faut (four micro-ondes, bouilloire, toasteur, presse agrumes, plaques chauffantes, lave et sèche linge, lave vaisselle, ainsi quune vaisselle complète). il y a aussi une table et un fer à repasser. lappartement est doté de 2 salles deau dont lune avec une cabine de douche. la literie est très confortable comme tout le mobilier.

We have stayed in the apartment before and it is so cosy and luxurious. Great location tucked away from the hustle and bustle but easy for transport links for anywhere in the city and beyond. The customer service on check in was great. We loved the special touches this year and enjoyed our stay thoroughly. We now go home after new year well rested.

Everything was absolutely fabulous.Except one thing! Whoever put the kitchen together needs lessons, the cutlery draw was upside down, a read bug.
