Eu e minha esposa ficamos hospedados nesse local em maio/19, gostamos da estadia. Eu não havia prestado atenção, mas existe uma cobrança de limpeza de 40 euros, achei muito caro e a limpeza deixa a desejar, é só vc não mover os móveis. Não existe recepção, próximo a data da reserva nos é enviado uma email contendo as informações de acesso ao prédio e ao apartamento, são duas senhas diferentes. O apartamento é muito bem localizado, tem elevador, perto do mercado da Ribeira, rua rosa, praça do comercio...vários restaurantes e bares. Sobre o apartamento, é um loft, bem bonito, tudo aberto, pé direito alto, a cama era confortável, a cozinha bem funcional e também tem uma sala de estar. O banheiro é grande, ótima ducha, porém o espaço do banho é aberto, molha bastante o banheiro. No dia a dia percebi que, como é tudo aberto, pode atrapalhar um pouco a quem estiver dormindo, caso outra pessoa estiver fazendo alguma outra coisa em outro espaço do apartamento. Sobre o local externo, existe uma praça, logo em frente que várias vezes me foi ofertado drogas ilícitas para comprar e me pareceu haver consumo no local, porém ficou somente nisso, não houve nenhuma importunação, saliento que a noite ali no bairro do Chiado, em Lisboa, a oferta de drogas ilícitas é bem frequente, até me surpreendeu, é muita gente ofertando.

Very cosy place. Very close to main attractions in Lisbon. Many bars and restaurants nearby, may be a bit loud on the evenings.

Um apartamento muito bonito, bem decorado, acolhedor. Excelente localização.

Careful, this is a fraudulent business. Unfortunately we had a very negative experience with this place. The place has no reception. Communication via sms or email was very bad. When we arrived a nice guy on the street explained to us that he was in charge to let us know that unfortunately we could not enter our apartment because the room was not cleaned yet. Checking should have been possible from 3pm on. We agreed to wait and come back at 7pm. When we came back the room was still not prepared and we had to wait again to finally enter the room at 8pm. We lost half a day and had to cancel an already booked evening event. The drain of the shower was clogged from the beginning and the dishwasher was defect discharging an awful smell. We gave notice twice but nothing happened. We spent 3 days with a flooded bathroom and without a dishwasher. Until today owner did not respond or offer any compensation. Room is nice but totally overpriced, even if we hadn't had these problems. Also house and flat are locked with a combination lock. This is very insecure as someone in the street could easily watch you enter the code and break in when having left the building.

Zeer prachtig appartement, het overtreft echt alle verwachtingen. Op foto zag het er al mooi uit, maar in het echt is het nog mooier. Echt een aanrader om als uitvalsbasis Lissabon te verkennen. Het enige minpunt is dat dit in de uitgaansbuurt gelegen is, maar van lawaai hebben we niet echt last gehad, wel dronken jongeren die nog rondhingen op het nabije plein, en gasten die drugs proberen te verkopen, maar die negeer je en ze laten je verder dan ook gerust. Al bij al zeker een aanrader.

Ótima localização, próximo ao mercado da Ribeira e padarias. Da pra conhecer alguns lugares a pé dali. Apartamento confortável e bem equipado. Box do banheiro poderia ser melhor.

Positif: Localisation - propreté - design d'un appartement très récemment rénové - literie très confortable - climatisation - accès privatisé avec code d'entrée. Négatif: Manque qques éléments de vaisselle : mugs, casserole ....mais c'est vraiment un détail par rapport à la qualité d'ensemble

Positif: Appartement grand, beau design, bien équipé, lit confortable, salle de bains magnifique, emplacement dans Lisbonne idéal. Calme, haut plafond, grande TV. Code d'entrée pas de clé, propre et luxueux.. Négatif: Il faut des oreillers supplémentaires, sol des toilettes très glissant et dangereux. Vue extérieure 1B très moyenne. (On n'y peut rien).

Positief: Lokatie was perfect, vlakbij metro en treinstation. Supermarkt op treinstation aanwezig. Appartement was ruim en goed schoon. Van vele gemakken voorzien. Zou er zeker weer naar toe gaan.. Negatief: Had graag wat meer handdoeken gehad. Verder ter plekke totaal geen contact met het personeel gehad, via een pincode in het gebouw en appartement gekomen. Wel vooraf via mail contact gehad, dat werd snel beantwoord.

Positive: Would love to visit again! Great proximity to transport and restaurants, including the Timeout markets

Positief: De inrichting en het licht in het appartement waren prachtig.. Negatief: Niets, mogelijk dat anderen het geluid van het uitgaanspubliek als last ervaren. Maar de ramen zijn goed geïsoleerd.

Positive: The location of the apartment was excellent - close to good restaurants; within walking distance of the city centre and a five minute walk to the metro and train station. The apartment was lovely - light, airy, clean, modern and well appointed. Would thoroughly recommend. Carlota, our host, was very welcoming and helpful. Negative: There was nothing I didn't like but it would have been good if a hair dryer had been supplied and there were some written instructions on how to use the air conditioning/ heating system.

Pozytywna: Świetna lokalizacja, czysto, wygodnie. Teochę mała łazienka jak na apartament dla 4 osób. Fajny wystrój, cicho i bardzo przyjemnie.. Negatywna: Otwarty prysznic, przez co podłoga w łazience jest nieustannie mokra.

Positive: Great location near trains, boats and trams.. Negative: A few more utensils in the kitchen - there wasn't a cork screw.

Positiva: La luz y orientación del apartamento. La decoración y mobiliario cómodos y prácticos. La ubicación bien comunicada.. Negativa: Faltan algunos pequeños utensilios de cocina: como cuchillos y sartenes.

Positif: Spacieux, bien aménagé, joli, moderne. Très bien placé et le mercado da Ribeira avec plein de resto juste à côté ainsi qu'un magasin en bas pour le petit dejeuner. Négatif: Un petit bémol car donnant presque sur la place on ne peut pas dormir les fenêtres ouvertes.

Positiv: Das Appartement war sehr sauber, sehr modern u.mit allem ausgestattet was man brauchte.super Lage mitten im Zentrum, kurze Wege. . Negativ: Es gab nichts zu bemängeln.Alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit.

Positiva: Nos ha encantado la decoración del apartamento y la tranquilidad a pesar de estar en una zona muy concurrida de la ciudad. 100% recomendable. Repetiremos!

Positiv: Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet, Schlafzimmer sind geräumig und bieten genug Ablageflächen. Gute Lage, nahe zu der Markhalle.. Negativ: Ein zweites Badezimmer oder wenigsten irgendwo noch ein Spiegel in der Wohnung. Am Wochenende wird es ziemlich laut, Partymeile, Pub's usw.

Положительный: Отличное месторасположение, очень уютно, в квартире тихо, отличный WiFi. Есть все необходимое, в том числе достаточное количество кухонных принадлежностей. Спутниковое телевидение, в том числе один русский канал. Большой балкон - на всем протяжении квартиры. При заезде очень приятно было увидеть приветственную корзину фруктов и две бутылки воды, что было весьма кстати, так как заселялись мы в 2 часа ночи и очень устали в дороге. Также была уборка и смена постельного белья и полотенец раз в 3 дня.. Негативный: Не хватает вешалки для верхней одежды в прихожей. Две из трех сковородок на кухне не предназначены для индукционной плиты и не могли быть использованы.

Положительный: Дизайн квартиры, местоположение.. Негативный: 1) Если поставили индукционную плиту - купите к ней подходящую посуду. Речь о сковородках. 2) Чтобы проветрить квартиру - нужно открывать дверь балкона, что небезопасно ночью. 3) Нет утюга. 4) Количество выключателей не соответствует количеству осветительных приборов.

Pozytywna: Świetna lokalizacja, przestronny apartament, bardzo czysto co wpłynęło na komfort pobytu.

La proximité avec Cais Sodré et le Mercado da Ribeira (et son fameux Time Out) mettent les appartements de Prime Lisbon à proximité de tout ce qu'il y à a voir ou visiter à Lisbonne ! La Praça de comercio est à 500m, ou une petite minute de tram. Peu ou pas de bruit dans le quartier, un appartement gigantesque et bien équipé ! Idéal pour passer plusieurs jours à Lisbonne. La literie est un peu dure à mon goût, mais ça reste personnel.

Positivo: De me terem facilitado a entrada antes da hora estipulada, e ter uma decoração simples mas bonita. e uma localização ótima. Negativo: De ser surpreendido pelo preço da limpeza não estar incluído no preço total da estadia, e vir de forma pouco explicita.

Positive: Bell'appartamento comodo, bene arredato e pulito. Negazione: Ascensore non funzionante, assenza di presa elettrica in bagno, assenza di cialde per il caffè

Positiivinen: Hyvällä paikalla lähellä metro- ja rautatieasemaa. Lähellä monia hyviä ravintoloita. Time Out-market kulman takana, josta sai nopeaan nälkään vaikka mitä syötävää ja juotavaa. Kauppahallikin vieressä. Hiljainen majoituspaikka, melua ei kuulunut kadulta.Siisti, moderni, hyvät sängyt. Suosittelen lämpimästi jos ei kaipaa hotellimajoitusta. Kuvat vastasivat hyvin todellisuutta.. Negatiivinen: Pari puutetta huomasimme kun lähinnä laitoimme itse aamupalan; leikkuuveitsi, veden- ja kahvinkeitin. No veden toki sai kattilassa keittämällä ja leivät leikattua voiveitsellä.

Positive: Appartamento molto spazioso e fornito di tutto il necessario! L'arredamento moderno e di design è stato di nostro gradimento, ci siamo trovate davvero bene! La casa è in un'ottima posizione a due passi dalla metropolitana!. Negazione: Se devo esprimere un giudizio negativo, il bagno senza finestra.

Due to mass theft in the hotel, I've got my MacBook stolen from the room. Hotel didn't cared about the incident. Upon the arrival I specially asked the manager, if It's safe to leave things in the room, or they have security safe-box options. The answer was "We don't have safe box option, but It's absolutely safe and no one can enter your room". On the next day my MacBook was stolen from the room. After the incident they didn't made the refund for my stay (just 2 from 10 days stay, after enormous amount of negotiation), only stating that the are not responsible for what happened, but the points stated below clearly indicate that they are - After the incident it turned out that their main entry door was broken one week before the incident, making it easily accessible to everyone. - The same "master" pin code which gives access to all rooms was given to multiple guests - The room keys which make the room locks more secure were given only after the incident As a bonus they don't have any cameras in the corridor and a reception.

Four guest apartments were robbed in one evening. Facts: 1) There was a hole by the main door to the building through which anyone could stick their hand in and enter; Prime Lisbon only boarded this up AFTER the thefts. 2) We were given keypad codes to our apartments so couldn't actually bolt lock the doors but only shut them closed; Prime Lisbon gave us all keys AFTER the thefts. Moreover, they mixed up the codes so that we knew the code for another guest and they knew ours. 3) No safes. Interestingly, the police say there's no evidence of a break-in. We were charged for the accommodation despite our losses and trouble. Thefts aside, the building is located at an obnoxiously loud square where the streets are littered with plastic and broken glass the mornings after. The shower didn't drain even after I used a fork to pull out hair from previous guests.

Θετικό: Πανεμορφο διαμερισμα με πολυ καλη τοποθεσια.. Αρνητικό: Ο οικοδεσποτης να ηταν παρον να μας βοηθησει λιγο με καποιες συμβουλες για την πολη , να αναφερει απο την αρχη της κρατησης οτι χρεωνει εξτρα το καθαρισμα. Εχει ενα μπαρ διπλα αν και δεν μας ενοχλησε ιδιαιτερα.

Positiv: Det låg bra till med promenadavstånd till det mesta. Jättefint inrett och gott om plats. Vi var 3 st, men man kan ledigt bo 4-5 pers. Vacker utsikt och bra isolerat för ljud. Väldigt nära till tågstationen om man vill åka till strand.. Negativ: Det enda som inte var bra var att det gick att ta sig in i porten för utomstående. Jalusier som var på sidan var sönderslagna. Det fanns tyvärr inget kaffe. Hade varit bra med en stadskartan på rummet.

Positiv: Fräsch lägenhet med toppenläge. Centralt i fina kvarter. Sköna sängar. Fint badrum. Trevlig inredning och mysig balkong.. Negativ: Saknade en brödkniv, men det känns som en bagatell...
