Etablissement honteux ! Suite à la pandémie, j'ai effectué une demande de remboursement via Booking. Ils ne répondent pas, et refusent le remboursement sans raisons valables.
A fuir absolument.

The building was like a construction site, found the staff abit rude at the start of my stay. And vital information was not given like the kitchen being closed at night, so i had a baby screaming for milk in the middle of the night. With no facilities to use. Also the rooms were not as described, they were really tiny even though we had a triple room. We had no access to a balcony but it was stated that all rooms had one.

The view from our room was very good. When we arrived the reception person didn't explain about the common facilities work time. We had in the fridge in the common kitchen food and souvenirsand gifts, we had early check out. When we had to collect all our things from the fridge, the kitchen was closed. And also one day before our check out two of our items kept in the fridge were stolen. And the hotel said they cannot do anything. The room is very small. The toilet is inside the room, I think in summer the smells from the toilet will take all the room because it's protected only with a small glass. The reception people don't have full information about how to get to the airport. I will never stay there again they stole our items

Comfortabele bed, good breakfast, the smell off coffee was good when u enter the diningroom. Only minus was the house off the other guests. Nice and friendly staff

The room was terrible.It feld like we were sleeping in a bathroom/toilet. You could hear noises around you.Maybe the walls were made out of cardboard?
Staff is friendly but who cares if room is so bad?Breakfast was ok.
Luckily we were there only two nights.

Espaço renovado, limpo, bem decorado.
Staff extremamente simpático e profissional.
Pequeno almoço satisfatório.
Só não dou cinco estrelas porque deveria ter um isolamento acústico superior, ouve-se as pessoas a falar e caminhar nos espaços comuns, também é audível a água a correr nos tubos de esgoto.
As camas deveriam ter uma mesinha de cabeceiras e tomadas elétricas bem situadas.
Boa relação qualidade preço.

Atendimento bom, muito atencioso . Porém, eu não voltaria, muitas escadas íngremes, nada funcional, serviço de manutenção de quarto ruim. Preço nada razoável comparado com o serviço que o Hostel oferece.

La entrada da pena, una puerta de portal vieja y destartalada. Por dentro está “reformado”... si te duchas inundas la habitación. Nos tocó una habitación exterior y están reformando la fachada, así que esta mañana a las 8:00 nos despertamos picando piedra y dando martillazos. Una vergüenza que no te lo digan a la hora de reservar y te cobren por una habitación en estas condiciones.

Good location for the conference centre and cheap but very noisy, no soundproofing. Don't stay if you're a light sleeper! Couldn't use shared balcony because of smokers and couldn't have door or curtains open because it was not private. Breakfast starts at 8 or after so not good for early starts. The bed was comfy and shower ok. I don't think the building would pass fire regulations in the UK, very steep narrow stairs with no fire escape.

El personal es muy atento, la habitación que nos tocó tiene el baño integrado (sin puerta).. Al principio es extraño pero hay otro baño común abajo... El desayuno esta dentro de lo habitual de hostal, la insonorizacion podría ser mejor, pero en general es un bonito lugar, las terrazas tienen una bonita vista al puente

Далеко от центра, но близко к конференц центру. Номера общие почти без окон, пол без покрытия, не уютно. Дорого для хостела.

I would not want to stay here again simply because it wasn’t the cleanest place to stay first of all we shared a bathroom with another room and they were not very clean to say the least! The shower room would get flooded whenever one of us took a shower and it stank of mould and the bathroom sink was blocked so each time I used it I had to be careful to not let the water overspill. The staff were very sweet and helpful especially José we will miss him very much the breakfast was warm croissants and bread rolls with butter and jams there was also cereal available and tea and coffee with some fruit. The bed was very comfortable but the room was very small I had to climb over the bed to get to the other side which was hilarious but definetly not practical.

Las habitaciones tienen el váter pegado en la cabecera de la cama.La terraza es compartida en las habitaciones individuales.No te cambian las sábanas si no las pides.No limpian la habitación durante toda la estancia.Un día no pudimos desayunar porque el personal tuvo un problema y llego tarde, nos dijeron que nos reembolsarían algo y no lo hicieron.

Дружелюбный персонал, чистые номера, прекрасное цена качество. Из минусов: плохая звукоизоляциям, соседи моются в душе и чистят зубы, а ты все слышишь, каждое слово!

Duas estrelas porque a pressão da água do chuveiro era ótima.
De resto não achei nada de especial.
DESILUDIU-ME totalmente ter que lavar a minha própria loiça do pequeno almoço. Um serviço que estamos a pagar por inteiro, mas que acaba por ser prestado metade.
Saí deste hostel (que em muitos sites diz ser hotel) desiludida, sem vontade de voltar.
Para pagar o que paguei, arranjava um hotel onde não tinha que passar por a cozinha de ninguém para entrar no quarto.

Wir haben zu viert 5 Tage in Lissabon verbracht und uns im The Bridge sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage des Hostels war für uns super, es bestand eine gute Anbindung mit der Tram und der Buslinie für all unsere Sightseeing-Touren. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmte für uns. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Zimmer und der Frühstücksraum waren sehr sauber, die Betten sehr bequem, das Frühstück einfach aber lecker. Die Aussichten von unseren beiden Doppel-Zimmern mit Balkon; einmal auf die Brücke, den Tejo und den Christo Rei und zum anderen auf das Schloss waren super. Wir können das The Bridge für Städtetouren nur weiterempfehlen.

El hotel está bien. Por fuera parece que se cae a cachos pero por dentro está reformado. La habitación la pedimos con baño y era muy amplia. La cama, para mi gusto, era muy blanda pero estamos acostumbrados a colchones más duros.
Los recepcionistas muy agradables y simpáticos.
El desayuno correcto, no hay una variedad enorme pero está bien.
Lo peor los vecinos de puertas. Se escucha todo, pero todo todo. Si tiran de la cisterna o si abren el agua. Ellos han sido la nota negativa de este viaje ya que lo de estar hasta las mil hablando en la cocina común era muy incómodo. No sé cómo será en otras habitaciones pero en esta se escuchaba todo.

Чистый, красивый Отель типа хостел..... завтрак включён, общий балкон. За эту цену номер с душем найти не легко. Приветливый персонал старался всегда помочь. Один минус ..... маленький номер и туалет совсем рядом с кроватью.

certamente una delle peggiori esperienze nonostante abbiamo alloggiato in tantissimi strutture in tutto il mondo...camere ridicole ..strettissime ..non si riesce ad appoggiare neppure una camicia...chiasso notturno..tutti parlano ad altissima voce...impossibile dormire.... nella prenotazione indicato..parcheggi disponibile in loco gratuitamente..per trovare un parcheggio anche per una piccolissima auto bisogna attendere ore...

Je ne recommande pas.
Contrairement à ce qui est annoncé il n'y a pas de parking à proximité.
Prises de courant au niveau des oreillers, grande télé mais avec une réception affreuse.
35 minutes de bus pour aller au centre, mais attention, le dernier bus est à 21h.

Cheap! If you need a simple room in central Lisbon, this place is fantastic. I stayed in a room with a shared bathroom. It was minimal, but again, very affordable.

Ооочень мало места в номере, унитаз за перегородкой, душ стеклянный прямо в комнате. Мы припарковалась прямо напротив входа в хостел и у нас вскрыли и обокрали машину, будьте внимательны.

Nettes kleines Hotel oder schöne Unterkunft
Wir waren für 3 Tage in dieser Unterkunft, die Zimmer sind sehr schön und man hat eine Dusche und ein kleines Badezimmer mit auf dem Zimmer. Außerdem hatten wir eine sehr schöne Dachterrasse dabei und Frühstück was absolut alles hat was man bracht, nicht viel aber ausreichend. Das Personal ist super freundlich und alles ist sehr sauber. Die Lage ist sehr schön und sehr ruhig :)
Wir können diese Unterkunft nur Empfelen.

Concernant les chambres tout dépend de la vôtre plus ou moins bien agencé, salle de bains communes pour nous au 3 eme un peu contraignant
Pas de parking mais souvent de la place dans la rue
Très bruyant le matin pour le petit dej et le ménage
Escalier en bois
Enfin bref un ptit logis à pas cher si pas trop exigeant sur les points négatifs
Max 1 semaine et idéal pour 2
Le centre est accessible à côté de l hôtel en tram ligne 15 direct Max 25 minutes

Small rooms. You hear all noises from the neighbours, the shared shower and toilet. No service at all. You have to wash the dishes you used. No wastepaperbasket in the room. Rooms are airconditioned, clean and equiped with new (but cheap) stuff.

Ein einfaches Hostel, alles winzig, aber neu und sauber. Parkplätze nach Verfügbarkeit vor der Tür, sonst einige Runden um den Block drehen.

В нашем номере под крышей не было кондиционера. На улице +29. Выдержали один день и уехали. Парковки нет. Унитаз находится в метре от изголовья кровати. Завтрак никакой. От центра города 7 километров.

The Bridge Hostel was perfect for my weekend in Lisbon, I stayed in a private room and it was very nicely decorated, fresh, modern, clean, comfortable. Breakfast was great too and Jose and Mateus were both super friendly and helpful. Room 305 on top floor, all working perfectly and has ac so no complaints. Outside of building and surrounding area not nice at all but I found location good. I highly recommend it and will stay there next time in Lisbon.

I stayed for only one night. The room very nice, simple but cute, clean and very comfortable. My room had a terrace with a beautiful view. The breakfast very good.
There are not elevators, I have climbed a lot stairs, fortunately, my baggage was very light.

New, clean and modern hostel. Is far from the center by walking but is possible to take the tram, bus or even the train to lisbon
