오전과 오후로 나누어진 리셉션은 매우매우 친절하고 다정하여서 인상적이었습니다.
다만 숙소가 방음이 안 좋아서, 정말 시끄러운 이웃이 옆방에 묵으면 밤새 고통스러울 수 있어요. 총 4박중 1박은 옆방에서 새벽까지 잠안자고 시끄럽게 해서, 잠을 계속 뒤척였네요. 이건 투숙객 탓이겠지만요. 에스칼레이터가 있어 편리하게 짐을 옮길 수 있고,조식은 기대이상으로 훌륭하고 층별로 미니 키친이 있어서 언제나 이용가능해서 좋았습니다. 방은 침구와 바닥은 깨끗하고 다만 방의 느낌은 조금은 덜 현대적인 느낌이고, 1층만 그런 것 같으나 복도는 다소 오래왼 목재향이 있었어요. 방이나 4층 복도는 전혀 그런 향없이 깨끗했어요. 공용욕실도 청결했고, 비누 외 세면도구는 개인이 준비해야합니다. 에어컨이 없어 여름이라먄 선풍기만으로는 조금 더울 것 같네요. 호시우역까지 도보로는 25-30분정도 걸리며, 바로 앞에 지하철역과 공항버스 정류장이 있어서 비아잼을 이용할 경우 편리하게 이동할 수 있어요. 방음이 좀 마니 아쉽지만, 가격비 깨끗하고 괜찮은 숙소입니다. 방타입따라 체크인이 많이 늦으면 손님이 많아서 가장 작은 방에 묶게되면 트윈룸이지만 좀 답답할 수 있고(초반 투숙한 방), 체크인 시간에 맞춰서 진행시 배정받은 방은 물품둘 곳과 침실부분과 분리되어 있어 편안했습니다(후반 투숙한 방).체크인을 넘 늦지 않게 하시면 좋겠네요.

I was late check in after the official check in time of 12am...they sent me email to show how to do check in but I did not notice it and waited at the building while the reception is at the 1/F. I do think they would wait for you and but you need to call them before 12am to ensure you could meet the reception face by face. I saw a couple who is late check in and waited at 1/F reception till 2am. A kind reminder to call them for late check in.
The location is perfect and the bed is comfortable. But it was a bit hot during my stay as I stay in a room without air conditioning. Other things are good.

Может быть у нас не было бы таких ужасных впечатлений, если бы это не стоило таких больших денег! Когда мы только увидели комнату, у меня пропал дар речи! У меня в голове до сих пор не укладывается , как такая конура может стоить так дорого!Комната очень маленькая( вдвоём сложно развернуться) с темными стенами и малюсеньким окном, похожим на форточку. Из мебели : кровать , кресло и комод! В туалетах грязно и нет даже крючков для полотенец! По вечерам и ночью часов до 2 шумно, на кухне постоянно кто-то тусуется! Континентальный завтрак - это изо дня в день выставленные тарелки с двумя блинчиками и стаканчики с йогуртами, украшенные парой ягод и щепоткой хлопьев! Таким, конечно, даже девушка на диете не наестся!
Из плюсов: близость к метро! Приветливый персонал! В номере комфортная температура! Хорошо и быстро работал wi-fi

I was here in 2017. Same owners as Liv'in Lisbon. Great experience, friendly staff. Very nice. Street noise is present due to the service vehicles. But that's most cities.
March 2019 back in Lisbon and stopped here. I stayed here before mentioned above. The 4 bunk dorm was previously a single room with desk. It okay, large backpack under the bed, small backpack in the locker your good. Originally planned on three (3) days extended to seven (7). I like the area it's located in.
To get here take the metro BLUE LINE to the MARQUES de POMBAL stop. Exit & go left one block, cross street take a left on right.

Struttura consigliata.. Ottima la posizione vicino alla fermata della. Metro e a 20 minuto di piacevole passeggio lungo l'avenida un viale alberato che porta direttamente al centro città.. Struttura piccolina ma ben curata e pulita.. La nostra camera aveve il bagno privato tutte le altre dispongono di bagni in comune.. La Colazione è compresa nella prenotazione ed è a dir poco ottima.. C'è una sala piccolina con una cucina dove le ragazze fanno panckes caldi sul momento da guarnire con miele e riccioli di cioccolata e Banana oppure salati c'è un distributore automatico per latte caffè o altri tipi di bevande utilizzabile fino alle 22 succo di frutta cereali e yogurt magro guarito con frutti rossi e cereali.. La colazione si può fare dalle 7 alle 11.. Si fa insieme agli altri ospiti della struttura su unico tavolo ed è piacevole parlare e conoscere persone nuove... La reception della struttura è sempre aperta fino alle 24 il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile.. Al. Momento del check in che avviene alle 15 del pomeriggio viene fornita una cartina della città e della. Metro.. C'è la possibilità di lasciare in deposito i bagagli se si arriva prima e di lasciarli dopo il check out che avviene a mezzagiorno .. Si può prenotare anche un transfer privato che per 15 euro ci porta direttamente in aeroporto.. Altrimenti c'è la linea rossa della metro circa 20/25 min..

Alojamento no primeiro e quarto piso, com bom ambiente. Camaratas com dois beliches. Casas de banho fora dos quartos. Pequeno almoço muito variado e saboroso, que só é servido a partir das 8h30 (lamento que não sejam flexíveis no horário). Há possibilidade de levar a nossa comida (têm frigorífico e microondas).

숙소가 전반적으로 깔끔하고 괜찮습니다. 4인실 이용했는데 침대가 살짝 꺼져서 아쉽지만 각 층별로 부엌이 있어서 따로 부엌에 갈 필요가 없어서 좋았어요. 그 외에도 엘리베이터가 있어서 좋았어요. 조식도 꽤 괜찮았습니다! 주요 관광지에선 조금 멀지만 걸어갈만했어요!

Very upsetting to know that the staffs are very noisy in the midnight, making me unable to sleep!!!! I think another guests had the same experience too.

The place is nice, conveniently located. The front desk guy super friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate. Kitchen area clean - nice pots and dishes, you can make your own meals. Grocery stores nearby. I took advantage of the free tour guide. Wi-Fi fast. The only issue - the locks are loud so you hear the other guests slamming the door even though it is not intentional. Breakfast very nice too. Coffee available all day.

NO ME GUSTÓ Falta iluminación, enchufes en el baño, una balda para poner el cepillo de baño(el lavabo es pequeño y no permite poner nada), faltan colgadores para las toallas
Ya que hay una buena cocina, debería haber una mesa y sillas (pueden ser plegables y así no ocupan espacio).
El desayuno está bien, pero no hay mucho sitio para desayunar. Sí sales a una hora donde coincides con más huéspedes, te encontrarás sin sitio

Clean and good service. It's close to Marques Pombal metro and nearby City center Baxia Chiado. Coffee machine free to use is also a pluss. The Staff is frendly and including, which is nice!

O hostel fica bem próximo à estação de metrô Marquês de Pombal, o que facilita o acesso a ele desde a rodoviária ou o aeroporto. Para chegar ao centro histórico, há uma caminhada de uns 10 min pela Avenida da Liberdade, que pode parecer um pouquinho longa, mas é um trajeto bem agradável. Todos os dias são servidas panquecas no café da manhã. Os banheiros são individuais, então às vezes é preciso esperar desocupar para conseguir usar... As instalações são novas e sempre tem alguém limpando o local.

Это хостел. С удобствами на этаже, народу тут всегда много. Любителям острых ощущений точно понравятся километровые очереди в туалет по утрам. Чуть доплатив можно снять номер в нормальной гостинице. Расположен в не очень благоприятном районе. Чуть не нарвались на приключения.

4 días muy tranquilos, muy cómodo, el mejor servicio y la mejor actitud, limpio, central y sobre todo acogedor, me sentí como en casa todo el tiempo, la mejor energía en todo el lugar... Eines der besten Hostels in denen ich bisher war. Bei unserer Ankunft waren unsere Zimmer noch nicht fertig (wir waren zu früh), also mussten wir noch etwas in der Küche warten. Dort war der Hostelchef gerade für seine Mitarbeiter am kochen und hat uns direkt auch etwas angeboten. Klasse!
Generell waren alle Mitarbeiter sehr zuvorkommend und haben immer gerne geholfen. Das Frühstück war auch super, es gab ein Frühstücksbuffet und nebenbei hat ein Mitarbeiter immer frische Pancakes gemacht.
Das Hostel ist insgesamt sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Zimmer sind ordentlich, es gibt abschließbare Schränke unter den Betten (eigenes Schloss mitbringen) und genügend Badezimmer. Das meiner Meinung nach einzige Manko ist, dass es keine Halterung für den Duschkopf gibt, ihn muss man daher beim Duschen in der Hand halten.
Insgesamt ein super Hostel, welches ich bei meinem nächsten Lissabontrip auf jeden Fall wieder buchen werde.

I made a very good choice booking at this hostel. I stayed one night while traveling in Portugal. I booked it last minute without much research because it was the cheapest regarding location and breakfast (I read it was very good breakfast) and then I stayed another night when I came back to Lisbon again.
The hostel was very clean both times, the beds very comforable, the breakfast is very good indeed (they make fresh pancakes for you among other things) and there's a coffee machine for the free use of everyone (and a guitar).
The atmosphere is great, young people and travellers to talk to and share experiences and give advice.
The staff is very kind and helpful and I have to specially thank Teva for her patience and help!

The place is currently a building site with relentless banging and drilling going on throughout the day. Despite this inconvenience to the customers, they keep increasing their prices. Very greedy of the owners and a little dishonest to people booking unaware of the dirt, dust, and noise they will encounter.No longer Adults Only, they have screaming and sick kids adding to the noise. The foreign staff make an effort with the guests but 4 shifts on reception for a dorm bed and 25 Euro a week is exploitative. More greed from the owners.The Brazilian migrant cleaners keep the place tidy. I guess it keeps them busy as they wait for their EU papers. It was an interesting stay, colourful at times, and drilling through the ceiling when I was in bed, covering my belongings in plaster, was a highlight of the stay. If you can call it a highlight.

Our room was supposed to be a “superior double room” and literally nothing about it was somewhat acceptable even tho our expectations were pretty low due to it being a hostel and comparatively low price.
- the smell in the room was horrible; a mixture of mold, humidity and dust
- it was ridiculously cold even tho we got a small space heater provided (which didn’t heat up anything)
- there were a lot of big stains on the curtains as well as a bunch of hair on our bedding sheets
- we only got provided one towel each and there wasn’t even soap in any of the bathrooms, let alone body wash or any other commonly provided toiletries
- the shared bathrooms had bath mats in them which were supposed to be used by all guests together and are highly unsanitary
- our room had no facilities to hang up our clothes, not even a simple rack for jackets
Overall, it wasn’t really clean and pretty inconveniently designed. the only thing good was the free okayish breakfast and the staff being nice.

The staff were very friendly and spoke English. They offer free hot beverages from an automatic dispenser, which was very convenient. The location is great and your near the airport and major attractions. There’s a trains don bus station less than 5 minutes walk as well as several ride sharing bicycles and electric scooter nearby. The other guess were also pleasant, met some really nice people from all around the world. I forgot to mention they have free happy hour everyday where they offer wine and snacks for all guess. This is a great way to meet new people.

La posizione vicino alla metro e al centro è l'unica cosa positiva. Abbiamo soggiornato 5 notti, non sono mai venuti a pulire la stanza o almeno svuotare i cestini. La colazione è male organizzata, stanza dedicata piccola con le persone che devono aspettare in piedi, caffè imbevibile, solo pancake, pane e yogurt. L'orario delle 08.30 è più o meno rispettato. NON ci sono i termosifoni quindi a fine dicembre c'era abbastanza freddo nella stanza.

Et très mal isolé on entendu les voisins les portes..
Les salles de bain et toilettes communes guère mieux.
Je déconseille fortement. Nous sommes partis de cet soit disant hôtel après une nuit.
Nous avons trouvé à deux pas l hôtel exe libertada. Rien à voir il est parfait et douche privé. Tout et neuf et propre et un très bon accueil. Et pour le même prix.....!

Rooms are very cold in the winter, it’s horrible we got sick, humidity and zero équipements.
We asked for a heater with no luck, they promised us another blanket but they never provided it
Bathrooms are not so clean, they clean them one time per day. To much noise in the rooms
The only good point is the breakfast and the hotel situation near to city center and transport.

The room was little smal and the line to use the bathroom was really bad, the breakfast area is really small for the size of the place, the kitchen is 3 levels up from your room and you have to go by stairs because the elevator does not work! The stove area is messy and really dirty, it seems like has no cleaning in a long time.The hostel is run by interns (really nice) and people that seems live in the place. Never Ever Again!

Was very confort my nights there. The staff is very pleasent, although they didin’t speak portuguese, and that was kind of not helpfull cause i was with my mother who didin’t speak english. Even though they were awesome. My privite room was clean, it didn’t have a heat, but thank god nights wasn’t too cold. Bathrooms were clean too. The best was the breakfast, they had breads, iogurt, pancakes, fruits... everything you need for a very good start in the morning. Definitely would stay there again.

I think it was the worst hostel/hotel I've stayed in ever. The staff were nice, but it will never overcome the shoddiness of the space.
First it is almost impossible to find, there is no distinguishing details outside, as the door is always locked, and one has to ring the doorbell to be let in. They only give you one key, so it is impossible if one person is out at a different time than the other.
Second, the rooms located on the fourth floor which is the hotel, have NO heating or AC at all, despite Lisbon being relatively mild temperatures, it was rainy and cold during out 3 night stay here, and it was almost unbearable, when we asked for a heater, they said they didn't have any, and gave us an extra blanket which turned out to be a mattress pillow topper(which makes sense as the beds are so uncomfortable).
Thirdly, There is no soap in any of the bathrooms. (Even the cheapest hotels/hostels in South America/Africa/India have some cheap soap) When we asked them to replace it, they didn't for the last two days.
Fourthly, the floors are laminate so you hear people at all times. The elevator sound is incredibly loud on the top floor, and we moved rooms but could still hear it EXTREMLEY LOUD. On top of the noise of the construction, and the noise you can hear from the people in the rooms next to you(them walking/talking/plugging in their phone).
Even the wifi didn't work in rooms 409/5.

Bem localizado, limpo, e staff simpático...Mas apenas isso. Demasiado caro para a qualidade e comodidades que apresenta. Barulhento porque não tem qualquer tipo de insonorização, as paredes parecem feitas de papel. Recepção fecha às 00.00h.

This was the first place we stayed at in Lisbon. It was booked up and the staff was great. Busy mornings for breakfest but enough for everyone there to eat simply. I just wish we had A/C.

I stayed in hostel over one night. I was surprised how clean it was. I felt comfy.

The location was great - close to Avenue do Liberdade and within walking and metro distance to many activities. The breakfast of hot pancakes, toast, juice, yoghurt and coffee was plentiful , though a tight fit for seating with other travellers at times. The bed was comfy - we had the private superior room- with multiple windows to open. Located near a hospital, there were ambulance sirens at times.3 Shared bathrooms meant little waiting, all with great showersReally nice people working there!

I like this hotel, even if there’s no AC and the elevator is not working we have to carry our luggages when we go down coz we left the hotel early. I also booked airport transfer, and it’s already pick up time I called the driver and the driver said Avenue Hotels didn’t inform him that he have a booking on that day. So I waited for an hour for him to arrive. Well on the bright side, the staff gave us free breakfast when we check in on our 1st day and there’s a very cute receptionist too. Lol

Muy buena hubicacion, al lado de la plaza Marques de Pombal y la Av. de la Liberdade. En general está bastante bien, la habitacion amplia con la terraza estupenda con una mesita un poco vieja y dos sillitas igual pero útiles. La cama enorme, de 1.80m, ell colchon ya acusa el uso, pero no esta mal, almohadas si te gustan altas lo son (demasiado para nuestro gusto)La recepcion bien, son gente muy joven y amable. Los baños compartidos individuales bastante bien tambien, 4 en mi planta, la cuarta. Lo peor la insonorizacion de las puertas de las habitaciones que son muy grandes y hacen un ruido enorme sobre todo al cerrar por todo el pasillo y te despiertas si o si.El desayuno muy escaso, nada de salado, ni si quiera tomate para hacer tostadas con aceite (que tampoco hay), tostadas enanas, solo mantequilla , una mermelada y nutella o simill. Tortitas pequeñas tambien pero estan correctas. Y lo peor de todo es que NO hay sitio donde desayunar, es una mini habitacion con una mesa para 6 personas y nada mas...Por contra pudimos subir un dia el desayuno a la habitacion y desayunamos tranquilos y muichos mas comodos en la mesita mencionada.Cocina compartida buena, eso si, la nevera es enana para las habitaciones que hay en la plantaResumiendo para una escapada, sin de semana bien, pero ojo! han de mejorar porque en lisboa hay multitud de competencia y mejores opciones al mismo o incluso mejor precio. Para una estancia larga mejor otro establecimiento quizas.

The room was spacious and clean - unfortunately no air con and the fan was tiny so it gets hot.
The shared bathrooms were okay - some of them a bit dirty and stinky. The breakfast was okay - pretty basic actually.

Bon emplacement pour visiter Lisbonne à pied. Super équipe, accueillante et de bons conseils. Petit déj copieux et locaux assez propres.Nous avions la chambre du 4e avec le balcon et nous la recommanderions sans hésiter.

Ottima l'accoglienza, ambiente giovanile, la camera doppia aveva la finestra che dava sulla strada, ma la notte è silenziosa, letto comodo, lavabo del bagno molto piccolo, buona la pulizia, colazione sufficiente con pancakes freschi fatti al momento.
Prezzo alto per essere un ostello!
Location ottima, a pochi passi dalla metro "Avenida".
Consigliato.

Accueil super, proche de l'arrêt de metro marques de pombal dans le centre, petit déjeuner à volonté super bon, très propre. Le bas est bruyant et les lieux commun un peu sombre, demandez une chambre en haut.
Le café est à volonté 24h/24 ;)

Very nice and helpful people, pretty clean bathrooms (guest related topic), SUPER clean beds. Pancakes for breakfast and they will do VEGAN pancakes in the future ❤ they helped me to carry the heavy bags up and down the stairs (1 employee and 1 guest ).
The location is also not bad. I recommend!

Is decent if you are looking for a hostel. Breakfast options and area are very limited; also, it gets very busy, so you have to be patient.

Lugar excelente perto do metrô e do centro da cidade a pé. O hostel conta com pessoas muito gentis no atendimento, tem acomodações confortáveis e limpas assim como banheiros e cozinha. Adorei minha estadia.

Great Hostel!! Best by Far I've been in. Free Breakfast that's legit. The showeres are awesome. It has high water pressure unlike most places in europe where the water just trinkels down.

시설은 훌륭하나 스태프들의 불친절이 문제점.다시 리스본을 방문한다면 묵고싶지않은 곳. 다른 호스텔들도 시설.가격 비슷한곳이 널리고 깔렸음.
The facilities are great, but staff's unfriendliness is a problem. If I visit Lisbon again, I dont want to stay here. Other hostels are also in the same facilities and prices.

Muito bom: excelente atendimento, bom café da manhã, todas instalações necessárias, preço bem baixo. Muito perto do metrô, mercado a 10 min a pé. Ponto negativo: ficamos em um quarto duplo onde não havia aquecedor durante o inverno e estava um pouco de frio, mas nada que tenha atrapalhado nossa experiência.
