Schönes Hotel mit kostenlosem Wein und WLAN... Einziger Kritikpunkt: Kein Schrank im Hotelzimmer!

L’accueil de Joâo était délicieux. Il nous accueille comme si c’était chez lui. Le lieu, bien placé, est très bien entretenu et joli.On se sent vite comme à la maison.

Super zentrale Lage in einen schönen Viertel, direkt gegenüber des Parlamentes. Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür, genauso wie die Straßennbahn. Ca. 700m Entfernung zum Meer. Viele sehr gute Restaurants und Frühstücktsmöglichkeiten in der direkten Umgebung. Sehr schönes und sauberes moderndes Zimmer. Einzigster negativer Punkt war die Schlüsselübergabe. Die Tür zum Hotel war verschlossen und wir haben im ersten Moment auch niemand Zuständigen erreicht.

Wunderschöne, sehr gepflegte und gut gelegene Unterkunft. Trotz Appartement wurde jeden Tag aufgeräumt und gereinigt. Vermieter und Servicepersonal sehr freundlich.

Sehr netter und informierender Empfang. Bis ins Detail sehr geschmackvoll ausgestattetes Appartement. Wir waren in App. 3, ruhig zu einem Innenhof gelegen. Nach vorn heraus würde man vermutlich die Straße hören. Lage in einem ruhigeren Viertel von Lissabon, aber dennoch ist zu Fuß oder mit der Straßenbahn das Zentrum sehr gut erreichbar.

El hotel es tal y como muestran las fotos. La habitacion que nos tocó tenía una terraza que venía muy bien para comer o cenar. La ubicación es bastante buena, unos 20 min andando al centro, no nos hizo falta utilizar el transporte.

Posizione strategica, tutto curato nei minimi particolari. Arredamento di qualità, prodotti toilette ottimi. Biancheria e letto comodissimi. Pulizia immacolata, Proprietario e personale gentilelissimi e molto disponibili. A disposizione gratuitamente piccolo bar con birre, porto, maraschino, birra e acqua. Biscotti, tè e tisane. Caffè. Televisore con netflix e smartview. Caricatori USB nelle prese. Phon di marca silenzioso. Assolutamente consigliato

Fantastic place to stay, the host is very kind and helpful. The room was spotless and excellent with all you need. Loved the little larder with drinks and biscuits. It's situated in a quite spot near to tram and bus stops directly adjacent to the Assembly of the Republic. Would definitely come back here on returning to Lisbon.

Fabulous! Everything from the service to location was excellent. We were greeted with port wine and John even carried our luggage to an adorable aprtment with a view of the parliment building.

El anfitrión es muy amable y dispuesto. Nos explicó un montón de cosas y nos hizo recomendaciones excelentes para ir a comer. El lugar es pequeño, limpio y con habitaciones cómodas y amplias. El baño es grande y la limpieza excelente.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour. Laccueil a été très chaleureux et lappartement très très beau. Tout y était, très bien équipé, clair et très propre. Un peu éloigné du centre mais très accessible avec le tram 28 ou même par taxi qui ne sont pas très dispendieux. Si nous retournons un jour à Lisbonne nous nhésiterons pas dy rester à nouveau.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und waren von Beginn an von der Lage der Unterkunft (gegenüber dem Parlament, tolles Viertel), der liebe- und stilvollen Einrichtung der Wohnung und der Sauberkeit begeistert. Wenn wieder Lissabon, dann diese Unterkunft!

Lage ist top. Kann alles zu Fuß gemacht werden. Gastgeber João macht es einem einfach sich wie zuhause zu fühlen.

Excellent. Joao and his daughter are excellent hosts and its a really comfy place to stay.I'm a light sleeper and was amazed at how sound proof the rooms where despite being centrally located.

Home away from home - besser kann man das Haus von João nicht beschreiben. Er ist ein sehr offener, hilfsbereiter und gastfreundlicher Mensch und hat uns bei der Ankunft mit Portwein und Patel de Nata willkommen geheissen. Er hat außerdem sehr viele Tipps und Empfehlungen, die wirklich sinnvoll und gut sind. Wir hatten ursprünglich nur 2 Nächste gebucht, waren aber drei Nächte im Casas de Sao Bento, weil es uns so gut gefallen hat. Im Deluxe Zimmer mit großem Bad, ausgezeichneter Dusche, Toilette und kleiner Terrasse haben wir uns wirklich sehr heimisch gefühlt. Der Deckenventilator und die Klimaanlage waren bei Temperaturen über 40 Grad eine wahre Wohltat. Die Zimmerreinigung macht einen exzellenten Job, haben noch nie so ein super sauberes Hotelzimmer gesehen. Der Kühlschrank im Eingangsbereich ist mit Wasser und Bier aufgefüllt und ist für alle da - kostenlos. Super Service. Die Zimmer sind sehr liebevoll gestaltet und alles passt optisch toll zusammen. Unser Zimmer hat nagelneu ausgesehen und ist sehr gepflegt. Die Lage ist super, zu Fuß ist man schnell überall oder mit dem Uber für wenige Euros. Die legendäre Tram 28 hält auch gleich um die Ecke. Wenn Lissabon, dann nur hier bei João . Würde sofort wieder hier übernachten. Da kein Frühstück angeboten wird, empfehle ich das Vermelhosa, 1 Minute zu Fuß vom Casas de Sao Bento entfernt. Ein süsses kleines Frühstückslokal mit übersichtlicher Karte aber allem was das Herz begehrt.

Excelente localização e infraestrutura. Sr João é um anfitrião excepcional. A limpeza é primorosa. Vale muito a pena. Fomos um casal e dois filhos adolescentes e ficamos muito confortáveis. Voltarei com certeza.

Hotel bien situé et sympathique mais qui a un gros problème d'odeur de moisi car pas bien aéré . Franchement pas une très bonne idée non plus de ne pas mettre une porte au niveau de la salle de bains et toilette. Terriblement gênant!

Very nice landlord. We arrived one hour before check-in time and we called Joao and he said, that he will be there in 10 min. The service was just great. Joao gave us a lot of recommendations where to go and where to buy the best pastais de nata. The apartments have a very tasteful interior design that goes very well with the style of the old building. It is close to a lot of good restaurants, to the city center and to the river Tajo.

This was one of our favorite places we have stayed. The location is great and the tips provided at the front desk were all very valuable.

It's a great place with a great owner - John. We were in Lisbon in January - this is a high humidity season, but we didn't have problems with cold in the room or with our clothes being wet. The room had all what we needed: air conditioning with heat mode,a heating battery in the bathroom and an iron. In the hotel there is free cold water, beer, red and white wine, hand made ginja, coffee, tea and cookies for all guests. John gave us the maps and told us about all the famous places in the city, and about the cafes near the hotel. He answered all our questions and was ready to help all the time of our stay.

Странно видеть некоторые негативные отзывы по этому замечательному месту. A stunning, cozy hotel in the center of Lisbon. I liked everything - for a small price you get a great room with all amenities, excellent daily cleaning, access to cookies, homemade port, free water can be taken daily. The room for two was small, but it had everything you needed. The owner of the hotel is friendly and ready to help. This is great! It's strange to see some negative reviews on this wonderful place.

Aménagées avec goût, ces six chambres sont confotables, spacieuses, et dune propreté exemplaire. Juste en face du palais su gouvernement, donc en plein centre ville . Accueil chaleureux et sympathique. Francais impeccable.

A wonderful, peaceful stay. The room was furnished beautifully and was very quiet. The room was dark when the interior shutters were closed. Dishes, coffee maker, fridge all in great shape. Small glass shower which was able to accommodate my large frame. Stayed in San Benito I with a great view of the Palacio de Sao Bento. Overslept twice due to the comfort of the bed. Host John was wonderful taking the time to show the tram (little yellow) stop just around the corner and a late night market. Definitely would stay here again.

The location is about 15 mins walk to the Central city. At night, the neighborhood is very quiet so we can relax and rest well after a long day walk in the city. Tram 28 passes by very frequent, it can take you to most tourist spots. There are also supermarkets and good restaurants close by, it a very convenient location.

The boutique hotel exceeded our expectations! I love historic properties and this one has been updated with every modern touch that one could imagine. Its a very creative use of space inside the room, larger than we had anticipated for European accommodation. The Owner/Proprietor was very charming and welcoming. He gave use excellent overview of his neighborhood and other attractions to see in the city. Overall its a truly hidden gem! We will definitely stay here when we return to Lisbon! With Gratitude! My only regret was forgetting to leave a nice comment in their visitors book at reception. Please disregard the negative comments a small percentage of people say about this place. Our stay was very enjoyable. The owner and his staff made sure of that.Great facilities in a great location for visiting Lisbon.My only regret was in forgetting to sign and leave compliments in the visitors book.

The decorations, design and location were the best attributes as well as the staff who were very welcoming and provided recommendations for the area. The trolley drops you off and picks you up right near the hotel. The shower has a huge rainfall style shower head.

Das Zimmer war modrig und die Wände sind super dünn. Man hört alles von draußen und vom Flur. Wir konnten kaum schlafen. Es gab keine Bad/Toilettentüre. Wir haben über die Unterkunft ein Fahrt zum Flughafen bestellt. Trotz Nachfrage bekamen wir keine Telefonnummer, um ggf. den Fahrer zu kontaktieren. Es wurde uns nochmal die Zuverlässigkeit bestätigt. Der Fahrer kam nicht. Wir hatten Glück, dass wir ein Taxi gefunden haben und noch den Flug erwischten. Das Taxi kostete bloss 13€. Die Unterkunft verlangt 30€.

There are no negatives to this property, it was so clean and beautiful, it had everything we needed and more. The location was ideal.

I loved that the property was located so close to historic Lisbon. But when we returned to the hotel, it was so nice and quiet and such a relaxing atmosphere. We loved looking out the window and seeing the parliament building. The property was spacious, extremely clean and well kept. We were greeted with such warmth and friendliness that we felt at home immediately. This will be our home away from home when visiting Lisbon!

Absolutely nothing to complain about! Literally nothing! Everything was just perfect - we had a suite, the room was impeccable, super clean, super convenient to everything, and yes the host is super helpful and funny.

Horrible location, no parking. Owner lies about being family friendly. Takes your money with no possibility of refund. Thank God we found a more upscale location and cost is much less. Don't waste your time or money here. Not at this location.

The owner was a lied and refused to let us in. When booking I selected infant crib and the booking went through. When I called an hour before 20.00 on check in date to say I was going to arrive 20.15 the owner said I can't bring in a baby and can't let me in. I argued with owner who said he didn't care and it was not his fault. Anyhow when i showed up 20.15 and said I had fixed a separate hotel for the baby and my wife he then said it was too late to check in and refused to help. This guy was a pathetic liar saying he didn't understand English so when I switched to Portuguese all suddenly he spoke good English again. Also some people on the street nearby said they are not surprised by his behavior and that this guy also edit/remove reviews. This is a NO GO hotel!

After schlepping around Europe for years, I can honestly say this is best experience Ive had at a hotel on the continent. The room was modern, comfortable, clean, and spacious. The location is amazing - directly across the street from the Portuguese assembly building and within easy walking distance to downtown and tons of great food options. But most of all, the service was simply outstanding. The owner met us at check-in and made us feel like family. The next time Im in Lisbon, I am definitely staying at this property again.

We had an overnight stay in the apartment and what a great way to end our month long adventure in Portugal. This place is beautiful and clean. If it was possible we would buy this apartment and live here :D

Mit viel Liebe gestaltetes Apartement und Aussicht aufs Parlamentshaus.Einzig der Strassenlärm in der Nacht war etwas unangenehm, das gibts aber auch in jedem Hotel.Gute Lage mit Bus um die Ecke, Haltestelle von Tram 28 ist auch vorhanden. Einkaufsladen ca 1 min Gehweg, ansonsten hat es ein kleines Cafe zum Ferühstücken gleich daneben.

Positive: I'm not sure where to really begin here, this was an above-and-beyond good experience. Our host was extremely friendly, energetic, and helpful. I'm certain he would've personally done anything to fulfill any requests we might've had, and we were greeted with fresh Pastéis de Belém on the table, along with a flask of port and cold water in the fridge. The apartments are modern, high-end, and retain a rustic and traditional feeling. Given the location and size, I would've expected to pay at least 2-3 times what we did, and it was an excellent value. I wish we could've stayed longer, this is a property I would've liked to rent for a month or more.. Negative: We had a bit of a miscommunication about checkout, and I returned from dropping someone off at the airport to find that the maid was already in the apartment cleaning it for the next guests at 9am before I'd taken a shower and packed up, despite putting the DND sign up. This was a minor inconvenience in an overall excellent experience. Our host really can't be faulted for this, as it was almost definitely a mistake or a translation issue.

Positive: Beautiful Apartment, excellent location, easy access, owner definitely goes the extra-mile! Not cheap, but worth the price - very tastefully decorated, very clean, with wonderful beds and towels, kitchen well equipped, WLAN fast, and a very nice wellcome, although we arrived earlier than expected. If there is one thing... you can hear the neighbours (one big space hosts some apartments, so the isolation is not perfect) - but we were lucky and there was next to no noise. Top recommendation for Lisbon!

Positive: The apartment is stunning. Really well laid out and beautifully renovated. Location opposite the city government building was very convenient for taxis and there are lots of small cafés and restaurants nearby (including the famous Café de São Bento). Good supermarket a few minutes' walk away.. Negative: If I had to nitpick, you could hear noise from the surrounding apartments. And there was construction work right outside the window, which we weren't informed about in advance.

We had a fantastic week in a fantastic location in this stylish apartment. Also we had GREAT service from the people running this Place. Absolutely fabulous! So friendly people. BOOK this place!

正面: This apartment surprised me even though I have seen its photos before. It's quite clean, cozy and safe. You can find everything you need, just like in your home. All the facilities are in a good condition, new and clean. I totally love the living room, which definitely fit my taste. The host is the best! We arrived late about one hour, I am very sorry to keep here there at about 11:00 pm. However she never complained about this, but showing her caring about our safety. The next day is the Christmas Eve, and we found a gift bag hanging on the door! How sweet and thoughtful! Positiv: Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dem Apartment, die Unterkunft lässt nicht zu wünschen übrig und übertraf unsere Erwartungen. Als wir ankamen, war der Tisch mit dem landesüblichen Gebäck und Portwein gedeckt, echt super! Man fühlte sich gleich sehr willkommen. Die Aussicht auf das Regierungsgebäude hat alles perfekt gemacht. So hatten wir 5 wunderbare Tage in Lissabon.

Positive: L' appartamento ubicato in un palazzo storico appena ristrutturato, la cura nel arredamento e nelle finiture, la presenza di elettrodomestici nuovi e di ottime marche. La gentilezza del proprietario nel far trovare ai suoi ospiti prodotti tipici portoghesi (vini, dolcetti e porto) , acqua fresca in frigorifero e caffè/tisane in dispensa. Un consiglio per il proprietario: lo scolapasta ; ). Negazione: La distanza dalla metropolitana (10-15 min a piedi in salita), gli autobus hanno la fermata vicino al appartamento ma non tutti consentono di salire a bordo con i bagagli quindi se fate affidamento su questi mezzi per arrivare in aeroporto fate attenzione!

חיובי: This apartment is absolutely great. The hostess, Joao, is some thing else - he did every thing so we will have the best time staying in his apartment. The apartment is located just across the Parliament so it is really safe and a a excellent location. It's decoration, facilities and every small detail is exactly what needed. You can see that a lot of thought was done to make the place as perfect as possible. Положительный: Отличное месторасположение, вид из окон просто шикарный, дизай самого апартамента - выше всяких похвал. При заезде нас ждали на столе свежие пирожные, вино и букет цветов. Давно я не встречал такого гостеприимства.
