Depending on the price can be worth it. The apartments are spotless clean however being in a old building they can be noisy and the light comes right through at 6 am due to the poor light isolation

Posizione strategica, appartamento minimalista ma con tutti i confort, giusto x chi vuole vivere Lisbona e non le mura di un hotel.

Está ubicado en barrio alto, la calle donde está el edificio estuvo muy tranquila los días que nos hospedamos alla, en los alrededores se consiguen buenos restaurantes, panaderías y bares. Muy cerca de dos estaciones de metro. En el apartamento el espacio para tres es más que suficiente y todo estaba limpio y organizado

Positif: Très bien situé, climatisé, idéal pour un séjour de quelques jours. Accueil simple, rapide et efficace.

Positive: friendly hosts really helpful little restaurant on the corner downstairs beautiful food. Negative: bathroom too compact

Positif: Confortable et propre . Négatif: Connection wifi moyenne, il faut fixer un moment precis pour récupérer les clés et avoir accès au logement car il n'y a pas de réception.

Positiv: Sehr gute Lage in Bairro Alto, alles gut erreichbar. Aber schön ruhig gelegen. Schönes altes authentisches Haus. Gastgeber Vasco war ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit.

Positif: La proximité du centre ville et les petits restaurants typiques de la rue.. Négatif: Studio genre chambre de bonne humide, sans vue car velux et avec 1 seule fenêtre au fond du couloir donnant sur le mur de l'immeuble d'à côté en pleine rénovation (bruit). Studio très mal rénové et avec objets de récupération comme robinet de baignoire à la cuisine et dans la douche (d'où très bas et douche très petite pour se baisser). Cuisine, commode et portant à vêtements sous pente d'où obliger de se baisser. Manche de sèche cheveux collant. Moisissure dans la douche et tête dans le lavabo lorsque assis sur les toilettes. Manque un miroir dans le couloir car 1 seul dans la salle de bain et impossibilité de tenir 2 dans la salle de bains. Chaînes françaises ne fonctionnant pas toujours et plombs qui sautaient régulièrement. Couette 1 personne dans le clic clac du bas et mezzanine trop basse pour pouvoir tenir assis dans le lit. Pas de tige pour fermer le volet du velux du coin repas : obliger de monter sur la table. Photos du site ne reflétant pas la réalité. A 99 € la nuit, il parait que c'est le prix d'un hôtel luxueux en plein centre ville.

Positive: Location is great! Nice little streets and full of restaurants and places to hang out. The host Vasco was super helpful! The apartment is nice and tidy.. Negative: The sofa bed was positioned quite awkwardly, there's just not enough space - my feet were basically partly laying on the double bed where the other guests were sleeping. And I'm only 175cm tall. There was no iron in the flat unfortunately.

Positive: L'alloggio è molto spazioso e ben organizzato, la cucina è molto attrezzata. Inoltre la posizione dell'alloggio permette di raggiungere facilmente la metro e il centro città. I proprietari sono stati molto cortesi e disponibili, ci hanno fornito tutte le indicazioni necessari e sono stati disponibili durante tutto il soggiorno per qualsiasi nostro dubbio o curiosità.. Negazione: L'unica pecca è l'odore di muffa proveniente dal bagno e dovuta alla ventola poco pulita; purtroppo si percepisce appena uno entra in casa, ma se si aprono le finestre è un problema abbastanza risolvibile.

Positiva: Esta muy bien el apartamento. Teníamos el apartamento llamado "Superior". La situacion es muy buena. Esta en una calle tranquila que pasan pocos coches pero muy cerca y comunicada de todos los puntos turisticos. Está junto al parquecito Príncipe Real, donde se coge el autobús 758 que te lleva a Cais- do Sodré, Cais do Sodré es una estacion de tren muy próxíma a la Plaza del Comercio. Desde esta estación se coge el tren hacia Cascais y el Ferry hacia el Cristo Rey. El elevador De Gloria también está muy cerca del apartamento este tranvía es muy curioso baja y sube por una super cuesta. Este tranvía está muy bien para bajar hacia la Plaza de Restauradores y toda la parte de la Baixa. También te deja junto a la estación de Rossio. Desde esta estación salen los trenes hacia Sintra. Recomiendo moverse desde el apartamento con el autobús 758, el metro está un poco más retirado. El autobús tiene buena frecuencia, suele tardar entre 5 y 10 minutos máximo en venir. La Parada muy cerca del apartamento se llama Príncipe Real. Respecto al apartamento, tiene una cama grande muy cómoda y una cama mueble buena para un niño. El apartamento es ideal para una pareja o matrimonio con un niño pequeño (no más) tiene un baño pequeño pero con todo lo necesario. El agua sale muy calentita. Tiene buena calefaccion y muy buena conexión wifi. Una tele plana pequeña pero suficiente. Este apartamento que nos tocó, está a pie de calle. Sin portal ni nada. Por lo que era muy cómodo. El trato con el encargado fue bueno, a la llegada le comuniqué más o menos cuando llegábamos aunque me retrasé un poco de la hora, estaba esperándome. Pagué en ese momento el resto que me quedaba por pagar, pues unas semanas antes de llegar, ya te cobran una pequeña parte. Tiene una buena cocina con todo lo necesario y una nevera bajo la encimera que está muy bien. No tiene armarios, pero tiene un cuarto, una barra con unas cuantas perchas, preferiría un armario. Pero es una cosa menor.

Positiva: La ubicación y la limpieza.. Negativa: Algunas ventanas no cerraban bien y para dormir entraba mucha luz.

Positiv: Gute Lage, nette Gastgeber!. Negativ: Es war kalt im Zimmer, man konnte mit der Klimaanlage heizen, diese befand sich in einer Ecke, die Wärme konnte nicht zirkulieren. Zusätzliche Decken haben Verbesserung in der Nacht gebracht.

Positief: Ruimtelijk, prettige locatie, vriendelijke ontvangst, leuke buurt . Negatief: Harde matras, deur naar slaapkamer kon niet dicht

Positiv: Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut. Diverse Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Bus und Bahn sind ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zimmer war sauber und komplett ausgestattet.. Negativ: Zimmer war durch die Dachschrägen etwas klein und die Klimaanlage etwas laut.

Pozytywna: wygodne łóżka, wyposażenie kuchni, łazienka. Negatywna: niestety głośna ulica za oknem

Pozitív: Szép, világos apartman, központi helyen; gyalog szinte minden fontos látnivaló elérhető innen. Tökéletesen felszerelt mindennel, ami a mindennapok során fontos lehet.

Положительный: Хороший номер в мансарде (смотрите suite на сайте). Ничего особенного, но довольно уютно. Отличное расположение. Вокруг много классных кафе, ресторанов, где можно недорого позавтракать или засесть вечером на ужин. Прекрасный отзывчивый приветливый хозяин.. Негативный: Туалет и душ по сути находились прямо в номере (номер suite) и отделены замутнённым стеклом. В общем для друзей, семьи или влюблённой пары - не лучшая идея. Я бы присмотрелся к другим номерам в этом гостевом доме. Номер не убирался во время заезда (только мусорное ведро в туалете), полотенца не меняются. На подоконнике был пепел от сигарет от предыдущих постояльцев.

Негативный: Были проблемы с Wi-Fi, периодически очень низкий сигнал.

Положительный: Хорошее расположение недалёко от центра города ( в пешей доступности). Удобная кровать, наличие кухни и оборудования. Хозяева реагируют быстро на все просьбы и вопросы, хороший интернет. От метро действительно минут 15 в обе стороны, если тяжелые чемоданы, берите такси, а не метро.. Негативный: В это время года идут ремонты зданий (видимо к началу сезона), поэтому с утра по соседству начинали достаточно рано работать молотком. Также здание старое и если кто то живёт над вами, будьте готовы к шуму.

Positief: We zijn voor incheck tijd gastvrij ontvangen door Vasco. Hij was ontzettend behulpzaam ook gedurende onze vakantie toen de douche en toilet verstopt zaten. Binnen een uur gefixt en helemaal gedesinfecteerd. Ligging is top. Overal dichtbij en met name het park Principe Real is magisch. Appartement alles wat we nodig hebben en superfijne bedden. Verder lekker stil 's avonds buiten en leuke traditionele restaurantjes.. Negatief: Beetje kleine badkamer en bovenburen hoor je goed

Pozytywna: Bardzo czysto, mały ale dobrze wyposażony aneks kuchenny.. Negatywna: skromny apartament, brakowalo mebla na ubrania, na 3 pietrze czulo sie zapachy z restauracji na dole, przez klatkę schodową

Positiv: Välstädad, smakfullt inredd lägenhet med otroligt sköna sängar. Lägenheten ligger i principale real området, vilket är ett perfekt område att bo i. Fina restauranger, caféer och boutiquer nära barro alto men ändå i ett lugnt och tyst område. Systrarna som hyr ut lägenheterna gav oss ett fantastiskt bemötande och var tillgängliga och hjälpsamma. Finns bara positivt att säja om detta boende

We had a very nice stay at three sisters. Apartment was very clean and nice. Service was excellent! Got got asked many times if we needed anything and how was everything going. The area was also very nice: near Bairro Alto but still quite. We can higly recommend this place!

The hosts are excellent. The location is great. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Its an older building that has been renovated.

Positiu: L'atenció rebuda per part de les responsables de l'allotjament. També el petit restaurant a la porta del costat de la casa.. Negatiu: Faltava un armari per posar la roba i poder desfer la maleta. La resta perfecte.

Positiv: Systrarna är underbart hjärtliga värdar. Boendet är personligt inrett i ett vanligt Lissabonhus med riktigt bra komfort. Snyggt städat och prydligt samt funktionellt badrum. Ingen frukost ingår men många trevliga samt billiga bagerier/kaféer i närheten, bl.a. Doce Real på Rua D. Pedro V anbefalls varmt.. Negativ: Sängen är riktigt skön men gummilakanet mellan lakanet och bäddmadrassen måste bort om man inte vill svetta sig fördärvad.
