die lage war super, der zustand sehr gut.ganz schlecht war die konstruktion der treppe: sehr steil, zu schmale stufen und kein geländer zum umgreifen.mein mitbewohner von 80 jahren hat sich teils nur auf dem hintern die treppe runtergetraut.

Réactivité à 100% de Miguel qui est très serviable et très agréable ainsi que la dame dentretien. Appartement très bien dans lensemble car il est très propre , en revanche un peux plus de vaisselle serait appréciable (exemple : passoire, grand saladier, plus grande poêle). il est vrai que l’accès a l appartement de l’extérieur est très raide par ses escaliers et la mezzanine est relativement basse. Le quartier reste moyen mais pas de problèmes en particulier. Si je devais revenir sur Lisbonne je pourrais louer de nouveaux ce logement malgres tout. Merci beaucoup a MIGUEL

Beautiful apartment in a perfect location. Mini markets [including a whole food vegan shop] and a tiny, but very cool bar, within 50 m. Clean and well equipped, comfy bed. Good communication, couldnt be better!

Das Appartement ist klein aber fein! Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war super unkompliziert und er ist sehr zuvorkommend! Durften unser Gepäck nach dem checkout noch im Appartement bunkern bis unser Flieger abends ging, da es noch nicht vermietet war für den Tag.Achtung für alle, die nicht gut zu Fuß sind: die Treppe zum Appartement ist sehr schmal und steil! Aber das ist für Lissabon nicht ungewöhnlich ;-)

The place is located in a polluted and not so clean area— not to mention that it’s too hilly. It is quite risky for seniors to climb 30 steps up and down the narrow stairs In addition, not so idealistic for seniors to climb up to another sleeping room. We were charged for a city tax but no receipt given to us. The Manager was kind enough to bring our luggages to each bed room, but he didn’t show up when we checked out Instead, he made us believe that the driver of the shuttle would help us bring luggages down at the end, Nobody helped us.

This was a really charming apartment to stay in. The location is great, probably about a 5-10 minute walk to the absolute centre of Lisbon. We stayed in one of the 3rd floor apartments, which had a double bed on a mezzanine balcony, and then a fold out bed on the main floor. It was comfy, and well equipped, boasting wi-fi, tv, washing machine and various kitchen appliances. The only draw back I can think of is that the shower was not well lit. The stairs are steep, and would not suit the less mobile, though this was not a problem for my group.

The apartment is located in the heart of Lisbons historic center, close to the metro station, the miradouros, and the Castle of St. George. HOWEVER, unlike what is written on the website, there is NO daily cleaning. And you have to provide your own paper towel and toilet paper (if you run out of it). There is only one comfortable bed (upstairs). For cooking, there is no salt, pepper, olive oil, etc. MORE IMPORTANTLY, you have to worry about your own trash as well.

Appartement bien situé, près du centre-ville, propre climatisé avec Tv e une très bonne connexion wifi. Hôte très sympa et patiente seul inconvénient c'est le bruit des travaux le matin et la douche propre mais petit.

El apartamento muy limpio, la chica que nos dio las llaves tmbn es súper maja, está todo muy cerca.

Pros: nice location and decent location. Con: some of our belongings were stolen from the room when it was cleaned.

Apartment is situated about 5 minutes walk from Rossio Square in a slightly dilapidated area but it’s undergoing improvements and still has Lisbon’s charm. Apartment was up 3 narrow flights of stairs so this apartment is not suitable for anyone with any walking difficulties. In terms of amenities the apartment was fine but nothing amazing. It was adequate for what we needed. A kettle would have been nice but the delta q machine was a nice touch if you are an espresso fanatic. I would not recommend booking transfers through the apartment as the way there was booked for the wrong day And the way back never arrived. I wouldn’t have minded but we were out at 4:45am in an area which can be a little dangerous so it was not ideal. Thankfully we flagged a taxi down in Martim Moniz so all was well. I would consider staying again but not for more than a few days.

tres bon accueil de la part du propriétaire et appartement fonctionnel. Par contre le quartier est un peu mal fréquenté et surtout attention aux pickpockets (quelqu un etait en train de fouiller dans mon sac que javais sur le dos en pleine journée et en pleine rue)

Чувствуешь себя местным жителем.. Негативный: Высокая влажность, полотенца плохо сохнут. Хорошо бы, чтоб были соль, сахар, масло.

Myself & my 2 daughters 20 & 22 staying in Lisbon for 5 days. We had booked for In Lisbon Apartments however on being collected at the airport by Miguel we were informed that there was a problem with the water & we had been moved to a different apartment but he advised this was better than In Lisbon apartments as this had 2 bedrooms.This was in a different location in a basement down some steep steps .First impressions were that the apartment was very modern, trendy decor, brand new & Miguel said new we were only to 2nd guests to stay there.However although it was clean & new it is unfinished it requires the following to provide a proper level of comfort- There were no towel rails in the bathroom we had to hang wet towels over chairs & doors to dry- No toilet brush in the bathroom- Another mirror other than the one in the bathroom as this was constantly steamed up.- Bare plaster down the staircase & bathroom wall needs painting to finish off.- There was only 1 small wardrobe between 3 of us so extra hooks or hangers for coats - The electrics need sorting, the fuses blew several times throughout our stay, for eg if we had hob,kettle or toaster on the electrics blew,Miguel had shown us where the fuse box was which makes us think now that they knew was an issue. It blew one morning & the hot water wouldnt come back on meaning my daughter couldnt have a hot shower.- There was no daily maid service as advertised we had to use the same very thin towels for 5 days.

Sehr netter Vermieter und alles da, was man braucht. Vor 2 Jahren wurde alles renoviert. Ventilator und Klimaanlage vorhanden. Das Bett ist super! Sehr steile Treppe, aber das ist in den Altbauten nunmal so und das wussten wir vorher. Insgesamt ist Lissabon extrem was die Höhenunterschiede angeht. Viel Treppen steigen ist angesagt. Aber sehr viel Charme, vor allem in der Altstadt. Gerade für Abends bieten sich ganz viele kleine Lokale, die günstig und dennoch hochwertig und frisch kochen. Unser Apartment lag im DG und war sehr ruhig, da es sich in einer schmalen Seitengasse befindet. Kleine Supermärkte, Tram E12 nur 2 Minuten entfernt. Metrostation 5 Minuten. TOP, würden wieder hin.

Internationales Viertel, coolTolle Cafébar zum Frühstück in der Nähe, sowie Lebensmittel LädenWenn man beweglich ist, ist Bett auf Empore erreichbar und bequem, für Ü50 könnte es schwer werdenZweites Bett Klappbett sehr unbequem

Positive: Very friendly host, good location, value for money, cleanliness, good equipped room, good organized pick up service at the airport. Negative: The bathroom could be a little more comfortable. (Cleanliness was excellent though)

Pozytywna: Dostępność exspresu do kawy, dobre wyposażenie kuchni. Wygodny stół i krzesła oraz kanapa do siedzenia.. Negatywna: Prysznic, z którego wylewała się woda. Mało wygodne łóżko dla trzeciej osoby i brak kołdry dla niej.

Positive: Host was great. Negative: The stairs they almost killed my girlfriend she tripped down them and busted her head open was bleeding really bad and ended up in hospital for a day

Positiv: Super sauber und sehr zentral zu den Verkehrsmitteln . Die Innenstadt ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Alles in allem für jemanden der Lissabon erkunden möchte ideal. . Negativ: Für einen Tag zum ausruhen ist die Wohnung zu funktionell. Wer also Urlaub machen möchte mit faul sein auf den Sofa ist hier falsch. Aber für einen Städtetrip tippi toppi leider für Alte und Adipöse sind diese Unterkünfte in Lissabon immer bedenkenswert, wegen der vierten Treppen.

Habitación muy limpia, totalmente nueva y bien distribuida. El barrio era tranquilo, sobretodo por las noches, pero la calle no tenía luz y para ver necessitabas una linterna de mobil o algún parecido. El único problema que tuvimos fue que al encender la estufa y cocinar a la vez, algunas veces se bajaban los diferenciales y teníamos que salir de la habitación para volverlos a subir.

Sehr günstige Lage, alles sehr sauber. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt, allerdings schwierig zu finden. Sehr steile Treppe ohne Aufzug, nicht für ältere personen geeignet.

Superbe emplacement. Appartement conforme à la description. Personnel serviable. Escalier un peu raide et etroit mais cela est typique du vieux lisbonne. On recommande ce logement.

Great place to stay in. Problem is only when you check out of there. There is no reception where you can leave your travel luggage. If this was sorted it would be a great place to stay in. Flights are usually arranged different hours . However , you need to check out by noon. Where could you leave your suitcases if your flight is late evening ?

Petit appartement en plein centre de Lisbonne très propre et confortable, propriétaire très accueillant et a lécoute, en plus parlant un peut français, vraiment je recommande cet appart !

We initially were shocked by the old neighborhood. However a few hours later after settling in the well furnished unit (albeit the top floor and steep stairs) we realized the area was full of young tourists and older Portuguese nationals and buildings being changed into new apartments. There are convenient little stores open till 11 pm after which we would say its better to move around with company and not alone. The metro at Martim Moniz is conveniently close by and you can pick the Tram 28 to see the numerous tourist sites uphill just near the apartment. The apartment I must say was clean and new and the manager was very helpful. It was an interesting experience for an older couple and we felt we were thrown back into history and experiencing the old Portugal

The apartment was nice and clean upon arrival although hard to find. The uphill walk plus steep stairs may be difficult for some, especially during the hot summer days.The room itself was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The bathroom does get rather humid and we found the semi-translucent walls a bit odd, but it was clean and functional. A towel rack and a full length mirror would have been nice. The kitchen area again was clean and functional and it was a nice touch having a coffee maker. Only little complaint is that during our stay of 5 days the bins were not taken out and were overflowing by day 2. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay in a great, central location. Would recommend.

What a wonderful place!!! I cannot recommend this apartment enough. It is in Alfama and close to everything. The Miradouro Graça is 5 minutes from the apartment and Castle São Jorge is a 15 minute stroll away. The metro was a 5-10 minute walk and there are several markets nearby. Miguel was wonderful. He was quick to answer his phone and I didnt feel like I was a bother to him. If you want to stay in a lovely apartment that is clean, comfortable, then you should stay here.

Pour une première fois très décevant Endroit très bruyant des travaux de rénovation dimmeubles tout au tourLa photo ne correspond pas et la soit disant chambre est une mezzanine ou moi 1,58cm je ne pouvais pas me tenir debout.Aucune climatisation dans cette mezzanine donc impossible de dormir à 2 tant il faisait trop chaud.Encore une chose lescalier desservant lappartement (3eme étage) était très très raide et pas signalé dans la description malheureusement car pour des personnes ayant des problèmes de santé très très penibleJarrête là je ne suis pas tenté de renouveler lopération

Great apartment, very spacious and newly updated. It is located in a residential area close to the metro and Alfama district. Check in was easy and very welcoming.

Good studio flat, however we got the one at the highest floor and the stairs were really steep.Location is ok, 10~15 min from Rossio Square. Cleanliness was very good and everything new.After 9 am. the builders start to work in the next building, so expect a lot of noise. However, we didnt mind because we normally left around the same time to the city centre.

Положительный: Ничего!!!. Негативный: Апартаменты совершенно не пригодны для проживания с семьей. Т.к. апартаменты под самой крышей....зимой очень!!! холодно. Ничего из обогревающего оборудования не было. Одеяло только одно и 2 жутких пледа(тяжелые и грязные) С/у совмещенный, в котором отделено оочень мало место для душевой, даже ребенку было тесно. ТВ не работал. Кофеварка есть, а капсул нет)). На верхнем этаже (хотя этажом это назвать сложно) ребеноку ростом 120см приходилось нагибаться... постоянно бились головой...ужас. Парковки нет!!! Автомат постоянно вырубался, если включаешь более 2 предметов. Жили там 2 дня из предполагаемых 5 и съехали. На все наши претензии...нам даже не предлагали их исправить , а просто сказали, что им жаль, что нам не понравилось...

Neighborhood has lots of construction/renovations taking place in buildings down the block, but work and noise are limited to hours of 8 - 4, so were not of any negative impact. Full time residents on the street are also friendly and helpful if you have questions.

Positiva: Está nuevo completamente. No le falta un detalle, únicamente un tendedero pequeño. Miguel es amabilísimo, correcto y nos indicó información útil para disfrutar la ciudad. Nada que reprochar. Además,nos regaló una botella de vino portugués.. Negativa: Es injusto no avisar de cómo son las escaleras no aptas en ningún caso,y cuando digo en ninguno es en ninguno. Un discapacitado no subiría.Imposible. Tampoco una persona con un mínimo de edad o pequeña dificultad. Ya no es el peso de la maleta a pulso, sino la peligrosidad que supone subir y bajar hasta tres tramos de escaleras en peldaños en los que no te cabe mucho más que la mitad del pie y has de ponerlo de lado. Es una lástima porque todo es inmejorable, pero este tema traerá graves consecuencias tarde o temprano. Literalmente los huéspedes que llegaban se quejaban por la desagradable sorpresa de las escaleras en sus correspondientes idiomas, e incluso una chica sufrió un ataque de ansiedad a quién tuvimos que ayudar ante su angustia y pánico. Por suerte la asistimos en mitad de la escalera y no podía moverse, resultó muy complicado. Además, el barrio está cerca de una de las zonas más complicadas de la ciudad y es sobre todo una zona de fuerte inmigración que aunque no nos dijeron nada nos miraban con un tanto de altivez. Nosotros a las siete y media nos reguardabamos en el hotel.Rogamos busquen información sobre el barrio y el entorno de Martin Moniz a proximos viajeros.

Miguel was delightful and very helpful. My only complaint was that I was not prepared for a 3 story walk up, and particularly the steepness of the stairs. This was only a stop on arrival to Lisbon, departing the next morning to tour the country and so I was not able to explore the area although it appeared to be quite central.

Das Appartement war völlig neu im Ikea-Stil eingerichtet und mit allem Nötigen in der Küche ausgestattet. Das 3. Bett war nur ein Klappbett und wenig komfortabel, zudem fehlte die Zudecke. Für zwei Personen ideal. Bad befindet sich direkt im Zimmer, ist mit Milchverglasung abgetrennt. . Bad sehr modern. Treppe zum Appartement sehr steil, was aber öfter in Lissabon vorkommen soll. Lage recht zentral, 10 min zu Fuß in die Innenstadt, 5 min zur Tram. Die umliegenden Häuser waren sehr marode, die Gegend wird wohl aber zur Zeit etwas auf Vordermann gebracht. Hausherr hat alles nett und zuverlässig organisiert. Die etwas skurrile Gegend mit allerlei Nachtaktiven auf der Gasse hat durchaus ihren Charme durch den Barber um die Ecke, die vielen kleinen indischen oder anderen Minimarkets. 5 min Gehweg hoch auf den Berg und man genießt den tollen Ausblick. Preis-Leistung stimmt.

The host was very nice and did his best to accomodate our needs. We had a third floor apartment and had to carry our luggage up the stairs from the street. The stairs were extremely steep and had very narrow treads. The bed was on a mezzanine level which was accessed from narrow steep stairs. It was not possible to stand in the bedroom area, and in fact at the top of the stairs it was barely 4 feet high.There should be a warning to those wanting to book the accomodation around the physical demands required.

El personal es muy amable y el apartamento esta tal y como se muestra en las fotos. Todo nuevo. El único problema es la ubicación, que aunque sea céntrico la zona da un poco de miedo sobre todo si vuelves de noche

Nettes Appartement, sauber, prima eingerichtet, Zentrum auch zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Allerdings muss man eine recht steile Treppe erklimmen, die vielleicht für ältere Leute eine Herausforderung sein könnte. Das dritte Bett in unserem Zimmer war ein Klappbett und nicht sooo super bequem, für die drei Nächte aber völlig in Ordnung. Einziges Manko (dafür konnte aber der Besitzer nichts): die Straße wurde neu gepflastert, was tagsüber relativ laut war (aber da waren wir ja meist nicht da); nachts ging es auf der Straße auch recht lebhaft zu, weshalb man nicht bei offenem Fenster schlafen konnte (daher: Ventilator an). Ansonsten alles prima, Manager war pünktlich vor Ort, sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
