Appartement très sympa et proche de tous

Buena ubicación, instalaciones agradables y remodeladas pero es muy confuso y complicado el proceso de check in...

This place is pretty much an overpriced dump. No microwave oven in the apartments which was very strange and the place is filthy even though they insist on charging a cleaning fee. The only thing that makes this place ok is the location however you'd have to walk up an extremely steep 700m hill to get to the apartment which is equivalent to climbing up a ladder.

New equipment, clean, good location, there is a jazz club on 20 meters and a small shop across the street.

The location was great but it is very load all night long. The apartment is located on the top floor with no lift. It was difficult carrying all of our luggage up and down the flights of stairs. The air conditioner didnt cool the apartment so we had to open all the windows since it was so hot and stuffy in the apartment. There was a used coffee filter left in the coffee machine. The bathrooms were not very clean. The ceiling in the loft was very low, just a little over 5 feet, it was fine for me since Im short but my friends were too tall for that room. I was told that the apartment had just been renovated but it was old and needs work. I would not recommend that appartment or stay there again.

Maravilhoso lugar amei de verdade

Positive: The apartments are new, very clean and well equipped. Location is very nice and quiet, near Botanical Garden, trendy Principe Real area and Avenida Liberdade.

Positivo: De praticamente tudo, muito confortável, ótimas áreas e muito bem decorado. As camas são super confortáveis. . Negativo: Os quartos não terem espelhos. O estacionamento junto ao apartamento ser praticamente impossível.

Positive: Clean apartment, modern facilities and a great location. Local shops, restaurants and bars all within walking distance. Very helpful hosts. Would stay again and recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Lisbon. Keep going guys! :)

Positif: Bien meublé , moderne ,grand placard code sécurisé , petite terrasse ,proche du centre ville . Négatif: L appartement etait au rez de chaussé. Enfoncé a ras du trottoir

Positif: Conversation plaisante avec l’hôte. Toujours à l’écoute et tres sympatique. L’appartement est super moderne et tres design avec 2 salle de bains.. Négatif: La sonnette etait defectueuse mais c un ptit detail. Seul inconvenient c’est que d’apres la photo on aurait eu un duplex mais ce n’etait pas le cas. Cela n’as quand meme pas changé la bonne qualité:)

Positiva: Todo.... la cocina perfecta no faltaba detalle... los baños muy limpios al igual q el resto de las instalaciones... y el colchón una maravilla en comodidad. Negativa: No hubo nada q no me gustase
