Nice accommodation in a decent area of Lisabon The guys running it know their job and provided super suport But ppl with small kids or old people, be aware uf you are looking at this appartment as it's located on the 4th floor w/o elevator

Not bad location, only 15 minutes by foot from Market Square and 7 minutes from TimeOut Market. If you will live there in June be ready that one of the Lisbon festival streets is very close to the appartment and it is very loud (music and people drinking) till 2 in the morning. It is not a problem if you are also parting there but if not it can be hard to sleep in the room with a sofa (at least). In the room with a big bed it was hard to sleep because of the second door in the room, it creaked every time a truck drove down the street... Very annoying... There are some problems with hot water. It sometimes just suddenly disappears. First we thought it was happening when the second bathroom is in use, but no... it happened randomly. It was also not obvious for us to find cleaning staff at the kitchen. But all in all it is a nice appartment with two bathrooms, big enough for 6 parting a lot people (ideally for 4, I think). A bit expensive, maybe, and with old furniture.

Positiv: Die Lage war gut, und auch dass zwei Toiletten vorhanden waren. Negativ: Teilweise habt die Beleuchtung nicht funktioniert. Auch von vier Stühlen waren zwei kaputt

Positif: La position de l'appartement qui est bien situé dans Lisbonne. Négatif: Le logement n'est pas adapté pour 6 personnes. Le ménage n'était pas fait à notre arrivée Manque draps et linge de toilette pour 2 personnes Canapé lit trop petit (largeur 1.15m) Séchoir linge cassé.

Positif: le lieux et le salon. Négatif: la chaudière marchait mal, du coup très difficile de prendre une douche chaude La rue en bas est un repère de jeune qui font la fête (ça peut déranger quand on est pas citadin habitués)

Negativa: We programmed our meeting to collect the keys at four in the afternoon and there was no one, I had to call and the whole family were waiting for 25 minutes. When arriving at the apartment there was a leak. We requested a solution and they proposed another apartment after 26 hours ... (we were already installed, despite the humidity). The sinks were clogged and could not be used normally. They charged us 60 euros for cleaning fees, which were duly advertised in the reservation information. Quedamos a las cuatro de la tarde y no había nadie, tuve que llamar y toda la familia estuvimos esperando 25 minutos. con las maletas. Al llegar en el apartamento había una gotera. Solicitamos una solución y nos propusieron otro apartamento al cabo de 26 horas... (ya estábamos instalados, a pesar de las humedades). Los lavabos estaban atascados y no se podían utilizar con normalidad. Nos cobraron 60 euros por gastos de limpieza, que nos estaban debidamente anunciados en la información de reserva.

Excellent value, excellent location and good facilities. Advertised as sleeping 6; 2 single beds, one double bed and a sofa bed that was double at a push is 6 I suppose, but for 5 fellas on a stag weekend, not overly happy at sharing beds! Also, neither bathroom door locks, one didn't even close, so watch out if staying with camera phone surprise attackers! All in all, this was a nice compact apartment that suited our needs well.

Positiva: Cama muy cómoda, buena decoración, pequeños detalles como chanclas, café.. Negativa: Una gotera en el baño y grifo en la cocina. Un poco lejos del centro (20 min)

Positiva: La situación está muy bien. Es relativamente céntrico. La ropa de cama y toallas estaban muy bien. Los muebles del baño estaban un poco dejados.. Negativa: El portal estaba muy sucio. En una habitación había un papel pintado medio caido. Daba el aspecto de descuidado. No habia toalleros en los baños, en un cuarto la manilla de la puerta estaba rota. Nos sorprendió que dos dias antes de la salida, la persona que nos entrego las llaves nos vino al piso para decirnos que al dia siguiente nos subiéramos al piso de arriba. No aceptamos, aunque insistió un poco, no nos movimos. Sobre todo no nos pareció un comportamiento muy profesional.

Positif: Nous avons apprécié la propreté de l appartement il est très bien équipé joliment décoré,l emplacement est très bien ligne de tram tout près..taxi au pied de l appartement..nous avons été très bien accueilli malgré l heure très tardive... Négatif: J avais commandé un panier petit déjeuner qui était très léger par rapport au prix demandé ..

Positiv: Die Lage der Wohnung ist hervorragend. Direkt vor der Tür ein Taxistand und Tram- sowie Bushaltestelle nur ein paar Meter entfernt. Und zu Fuß kann man die meisten Highlights von Lissabon auch problemlos erreichen. 2 Badezimmer und eine renovierte Küche mit allem, was man braucht - Klasse!. Negativ: Es gibt keine Kleiderschränke und die zwei Kommoden sind mit zusätzlicher Bettwäsche belegt. Also leben aus dem Koffer - nicht so schön. In den Badezimmern fehlen Haken für die Handtücher?!? Wohin damit nach dem Duschen?

Pozytywna: Dobra lokalizacja, fajnie urządzony, duży apartament z wieloma udogonieniami - wyposażenie jak w hotelu, łącznie z kosmetykami, kapciami, suszarką itd., wygodne łóżka, kawa i woda na powitanie, bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa! Good location, nice decorated, specious apartment, many chunks - equipment like a hotel, including toiletries, slippers, hairdryer, etc., comfortable beds, coffee and water on welcome, very nice and helpful staff!. Negatywna: Szafki w łazienkach - chyba potrzebują już wymiany ;) Cabinets in bathrooms - they probably need replacing ;)

Positive: The beds are comfortable. The apartment is nicely furnished. The staff is friendly.. Negative: Be careful, cleaning fees are not included in the final price you see on booking. I was surprised but that's the way it is. I was asked to pay additional 50 euros ! This is something you have to consider when you compare your search results. The apartment is cold (doesn't have central heating). However small electric heaters are provided. There is no reception desk in the building, and therefore no luggage storage room, so when you check out you have to go with your luggage to the office in the city center (I paid 8 euros for taxi). If it is the weekend, the office is closed so you have to call them in advance to have someone open the office (I nearly missed my flight because I had to wait 30 minutes before someone came to open the luggage storage).

The place is super well located and beautifully decorated, but with some improvements needed. We want to warn clients that as you arrive you are asked to pay the full amount and if you pay cash there is no receipt at the moment to proof you made the payment. It happened to us. The company's representative didn't have any sort of receipt to give us so we decided to change the payment method for card so we could have a receipt, but not everyone is prepared for that. Also, the company's representative was not really pleasant. The sofa in the living room does not fit two people, as they advertise on the webpage. The flat is cold, so we recommend you to ask for extra heater, because they didn't have it there and for the first night we had to sleep in a very cold room. Also, the lid of the seating part of the toilet of one of the bathrooms is broken and all loose, making lots of noise. There is a bar/restaurant downstairs that makes some noise until 2 am, on weekend mainly. It gets busy with teenagers on the sidewalk until 2 am, hard to sleep. Good Luck for next guests.

Negatief: Slechte communicatie : daags voor vertrek beweerde booking.com dat mijn masterclard ongeldig was terwijl ze al een week daarvoor het geld hadden geïnd.En het was aan mij om te bewijzen dat ik reeds had betaald ! Afspraak : uw host zal om 16u aan de deur staan met sleutel maar hij was er niet. Hebben 1uur gewacht. Beweerde dat hij er om 13u30 stond

Positive: The location, the interior of the place nicely decorated and comfortable and was extra clean - also the hostess was very professional and explained everything thoroughly - I liked everything about it. Negative: Cleaning fees were a bit high

Положительный: Ребята молодцы. Начнем с того, что на самом деле мы жили в другом месте. Мы еще только выехали из Порту в направлении Лиссабона, как нам позвонили и сказали, что в апартаментах проблемы с водой, и посему мы будем жить в другом месте. Еще ближе к центру, еще больше. А точнее, в итоге мы жили в двух апартаментах. Пока мы отчаянно тупили в пробках и улочках Лиссабона, терпеливо нас ждали и подсказывали как ехать. А тупили мы долго и упорно. Так что, мои однозначные рекомендации всей команде.. Негативный: Подключите воду к стиральной машине. :)

Positivo: Apartamento moderno, bonito e limpo. Instalações amplas, com dois banheiros.. Negativo: Falta de ar condicionado e o fato de termos ficado no último andar (4o Andar), o que dificultou o transporte das malas para o apartamento.

Positive: Appartamento carino e ben arredato, bagni pulitissimi e con accessori di cortesia.. Negazione: Purtroppo avevamo scelto questa struttura guardando bene che avesse l' ascensore in quanto durante il viaggio uno dei componenti si era infortunato ma ci siamo ritrovati con tre piani di scale da fare. Il terzo letto si è rivelato piccolissimo anche per due ragazzini di tredici anni e le lenzuola per rifarlo erano state riposte bagnate in un cassetto ed i ragazzi hanno dovuto dormire su asciugamani. Le camere piccolissime tanto da avere difficoltà ad aprire le valige.

Работало не все, но на все быстро реагировали и чинили. Район быть может не респектабельный, но от этого не менее прекрасен!

Положительный: Удобное расположение аппартаментов - рядом сетевой магазин, остановки общественного транспорта, платная парковка, кафе с выпечкой и Макдональдс=) взаимодействие с персоналом - очень четкое, удивительно быстрое реагирование на любые просьбы=). Негативный: шумно, но при закрытых окнах вполне терпимо! полагаю, закрыть все питейные заведения в округе не в компетенции персонала апартаментов =(

Apartamentos muy bien ubicados cerca del centro de Lisboa, con zonas de aparcamiento gratis cerca. Con muy buen gusto y con todo lo necesario para hacer muy cómoda tu estancia en la ciudad si vas a pasar mas de un par de días.

Negativo: O preço final,aquando da reserva no Booking, não é suficientemente explícito relativamente a todos os pagamentos envolvidos. Para além do preço do alojamento é ainda cobrada a limpeza e taxa municipal. No final paguei mais 25% do que aquilo que esperava! O preço final deve ser explícito! Pouco interessa ao consumidor final se é o Booking ou o operador que estão a cobrar. Provavelmente um preço único seria mais correcto. Fiquei com a ideia de que é um expediente para fraccionar o preço e poder parecer menor.
