Great place to stay in Alfama. There is a fado restaurant right beside the entrance of the apartment. You can literally have dinner with wine and go back up to sleep in 4 steps. Spacious and clean room with kitchen, dining area, and bedroom.

Very, very clean! Inside the apartment it's peacefull and quiet, but when you leave the building you step right into the rich historic part of the city: Alfama. Beautiful! Magic surroundings! Each stone breathes. Untold and told stories are fighting for your attention. So walk slowly and take your time. Uuuuh back to the apartment... Great host, service oriented, friendly. Everything you need is in the apartment.

Positive: Exceptionally clean, looked brand new throughout. Well designed, excellent facilities. The roof terrace was a great sun trap. Very close to restaurants, supermarket and transport. . Negative: No hanging space to speak of, no hangers but some were provided when requested.

Positiv: Dieses Appartment ist perfekt für einen Citytrip in Lissabon! Der Gastgeber Luis war super lieb und hat uns in die Unterkunft gebracht, uns alles gezeigt und einige Tipps gegeben für unseren Aufenthalt. Alles was man braucht ist da- inkl kleiner Küche mit allem Drum und Dran. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, nah am Tejo, Flussläufig in die Altstadt und mitten im schönen Alfama. Ein paar Stufen nur trennt das Appartment von netten Restaurants und Bars. Luis ist immer erreichbar falls was ist. Ich kann das Appartment für zwei Leute auf jeden Fall wärmstens empfehlen! Zu Viert stelle ich es mir deutlich zu eng vor! Danke Maria und Luis für die schönen Tage:). Negativ: Nichts!

Positief: Locatie en hygiëne en wij waren met fietsen en zonder probleem mochten die binnen staan. Negatief: De locatie vinden maar de beheerder heeft ons op een centraal punt ons ipgehaald dus extra bonus punt

Perfect accommodation, very clean, great location. Fado singing outside if you open the window. A bottle of wine from Marisa and Luis - feeling friends from the first sight! Portuguese hospitality! Strongly recommended!

Positiva: Los anfitriones y la ubicación.. Negativa: Mucho cuidado al hacer la reserva de este establecimiento. Tiene varios apartamentos y las fotos de todos ellos están mezcladas. En nuestro caso no nos dimos cuenta y reservamos uno que más que apartamento era una habitación con baño. Muy pequeño y además en un bajo con ventanas a la calle que hacía que todo el que pasara por la calle te pudiera ver.

Положительный: Хотел пожить в этом районе и доволен квартирой полностью. Номер с балконом на верхнем этаже. Хозяева очень приятные помогали полезными советами и шли навстречу нашим пожеланиям. Приедем ещё.. Негативный: Лестница узкая, три этажа, но для нас не критично было совсем. Немного протекала крыша во время сильного дождя

Positivo: Gostei do estúdio em geral, confortável, bem decorado e acolhedor e sobretudo da simpatia fantástica dos anfitriões. Negativo: Alojamento Impecável

Pozytywna: - świetna lokalizacja - w sercu Alfamy, zaraz przy wejściu do apartamentu kilka miłych restauracji, apartament ukryty w cichej, wąskiej uliczce, ale zaledwie kilka kroków od głównej ulicy i muzeum Fado, mały spacer i już jesteś przy Katedrze Se i tramwaju 28! - wieczorami z restauracji obok słychać śpiew i muzykę Fado, jednym to przeszkadzało, ja byłam zauroczona tym klimatem - bardzo opiekuńczy właściciele, zadbali o wszystko, bardzo ciepło nas przyjęli, - sam pokój nie za duży, ale zdecydowanie klimat dzielnicy wynagradza wszystko - w łazience i aneksie kuchennym bardzo czysto, widać, że właścicielom zależy na komforcie pobytu, Zapomnijcie o hotelu w Lizbonie - wybierzcie Alfama 44!!!!

Positive: I proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili, ci hanno offerto i pasteis tipici di Lisbona come benvenuto e spiegato dove si trovano i vari punti di interesse rispetto alla posizione dell'appartamento.. Negazione: C'era solo un termosifone in bagno che però non scaldava, mentre il riscaldamento del monolocale era affidato a un termoventilatore adatto a riscaldare al massimo una stanza grande meno della metà. Lo scaldabagno era regolato male per cui l'acqua passava dall'essere ghiacciata all'essere bollente. Il materasso e i cuscini erano decisamente scomodi.

Positive: La bravura del proprietario della struttura nello spiegare con un buon inglese tutto qurllo che c'era da sapere. La pulizia era impeccabile. Tramite i vicini mezzi pubblici e per chi piace fare delle passeggiate in salita consiglio questa posizione

Positiva: Todo es muy céntrico y dentro del apartamento todo está muy cuidado y muy nuevo.. Negativa: Las vistas desde el apartamento, pero no importó porque fuimos solo a dormir. Se acabó el agua caliente.

Positiva: Muy buena localización, cama cómoda, habitación acogedora, personal muy amable, nos dejaron quedarnos hasta las 6 de la tarde en la habitación por qué el vuelo salía tarde. Repetiremos!

Positiv: die gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend. sie haben uns auf der map eingezeichnet wo die wichtigsten und schönsten plätze zu finden sind. sie waren jederzeit telefonisch erreichbar, ganz liebe. die unterkunft war sauber, bett bequem, küche mit ausstattung. ect.. Negativ: ich habe nichts zu bemängeln;)

Pozytywna: Przesympatyczni i pomocni właściciele :) Miałyśmy nocny lot powrotny dlatego mogłyśmy bagaże zostawić w apartamencie i spokojnie zwiedzać Lizbonę :) Ekstra lokalizacja!. Negatywna: Apartament na I piętrze. Naprzeciw w godzinach wieczorno-nocnych głośny wyciąg z restauracji. Konieczne było zamykanie okna ze względu na zapachy smażenia :/ Myślę, że na wyższych kondygnacjach może być lepiej.

Positiv: Rent men litet o trångt varmt. Negativ: Varmt ingen airconditioner svårt ha fönster öppet nattetid på gatunivå

Positiv: Die Lage mitten in Alfama, man kann fast alles zu Fuß erreichen (10min zur U-Bahn) und kein Verkehrslärm.. Negativ: Mittendrin bedeutet eben auch, dass es nicht ganz ruhig ist durch die Restaurants in der Umgebung

Положительный: удобная кровать, расположение в центре, замечательный хозяин, паштельки при заселении) Небольшие уютные апартаменты в центре исторического района Альфама. Прямо за углом ресторанчики, где поют фадо) Добирались до квартиры из Лагуша на автобусе, задержались в пути, хозяин дождался нас, проводил в апартаменты и все подробно объяснил, оставил карту со всеми достопримечательностями. Рекомендую

Positivo: Cama confortável, tudo novinho, feito com muito capricho e muito bem arrumado. A recepção foi muito carinhosa, atenciosa e pronta a ajudar sempre. Pertinho de tudo no centro histórico. Melhor hospedagem de todos os hoteis que reservei para esta viagem.. Negativo: Gostei de tudo.

Positivo: O apartamento é lindo. Tudo novinho, muito bem feito. A arrumação impecável. A anfitriã é super atenciosa, muito prestativa e preocupada. Havia presentinhos pra mim quando cheguei (cerejas).. Negativo: O entorno, rua antes da chegada no apartamento tinha lixo.

Positief: Perfecte locatie midden in het oude centrum. Restaurants met live muziek op 10 meter afstand. Ramen hielden het geluid van buiten goed tegen. Verder waren de bedden heel lekker en was het een ruim appartement. Gastheer was een aardige man die bij aankomst uitleg gaf over zowel het appartement als leuke dingen die je kan doen in Lissabon. Foto's op booking.com kloppen met de werkelijkheid. . Negatief: Warm water was redelijk snel op. Douchekoppen niet goed afgesteld, hierdoor twee stralen water uit twee verschillende douchekoppen. Elke dag lagen er vuilniszakken in het steegje bij het appartement van de restaurants.
