very unserious company. Since 3 months waitng for paying back my deposit and the rent which was paid twice. Over 1100 Euro. All students be carefull!!!!!

Dreadful company, does not give your deposit back, even after years. I tried to contact them, at first they replied and ensured me that I would receive it within some weeks, then they said they have a delay in payment and now they don't even reply on my e-mails and such. DO NOT BOOK A ROOM WITH THIS COMPANY. I didn't want to post something like this but seriously, this is not a good company.

The company is going to rob you from your deposit. I would not recommend using their services, as the customer service is really bad and they don't care about you as soon as you paid the last months rent. I was promised my deposit back, but has never gotten it, and now they are not responding. Find another place to book your apartment, these guys will just fool you.

Do NOT stay with onda city!!! they do not want to give your deposit (€350) back .. they also do not reply to calls and messages! Terrible experience ..

don't trust them with your deposit back , I've got mine after ~5 months of messaging them frequently. Anyway, some people from Ondacity are great, especially Tiago, Dimitris and Mauricio - very helpful, friendly and really golden personalities!

DONT BOOK WITH THEM!!!! They are not paying back the deposit (350€)! They ignore emails, calls etc. Please choose another company to book an apartment and stay away from them - they are cheating on the erasmus students :/

Strongly not recommend!! Terrible house condition, and it has been nearly 9 months since we've checked out, we still haven't got back the refund. Can't even chase back the money since they never respond to the email and even phone calls!!!!!!

WORST company ever!! Never trust this company!! They promoised to reimburse the $350 Euro deposit but I still receive NOTHING until now! Try to contact them for more than SIX MONTHS through email, Facebook, phonecall.. etc but they never reply. Don't choose this company or else you'll be cheated!!

It's been six months since i left the ondacity apartment and i have not received the money of my deposit. I keep calling and sending e-mails and they do not respond. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

AVOID renting accommodation from this company at all costs. After you leave they will cut off all contact with you and not return your deposit. This happened not only this year but last year as well, and is a widespread problem. There are many better companies you can rent from in Lisbon - do not choose this one if you want to keep your money!

AVOID THIS COMPANY WHEN PLANNING YOUR STAY IN LISBON! As many others have written on the internet, you will NOT receive your deposit following your stay with them. My 3 roommates along with myself are still awaiting our deposits which should have been refunded 5 months ago. The owner and manager go silent when inquiring about the deposits, completely dishonest.

Attention !! Ne réservez surtout pas avec cet organisme !! Le directeur tarde ou ne rembourse pas abusivement les dépôts de garantie des locations. C'est de la malhonnêteté !!

Agree with the comment below - I still haven't received my deposit back. They use the deposit money for other activities that they organize - be careful!!

***WARNING***!!!! Do not go with this company for your student accommodation! They do not give your deposit back until constant nagging for it, and ignore you when you do. I received my deposit 5 months after leaving and know I would not have received this unless I kept on emailing them for it. They are completely useless and do not value their customers at all.
