Superbe. Appartement très agréable. Spacieux, bien équipé et très propre. Très calme et très bien situé près du panthéon , de la magnifique église st Vincent, château... Beaucoup de restos et petits bars dans le quartier Alfama. Vue très agréable du salon.

Sehr schön gelegene Wohnung. Abends kann man einfach vor die Tür und ist schon im Leben der Stadt. Hafen, Bahnhof und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gleich um die Ecke. Die Wohnung ist angenehm.

Όμορφο και ευρύχωρο διαμέρισμα, αλλά, δυστυχώς, επειδή είναι ισόγειο και πάνω στο δρόμο δεν μπορείς να ανοίξεις παράθυρα και πατζούρια για να διατηρήσεις την ιδιωτικότητα και την ησυχία σου και έτσι είναι όλη μέρα σκοτεινά και δεν ανανεώνεται εύκολα ο αέρας.

Avevamo la stanza all'ultimo piano e la vista era mozzafiato! Appartamento minimal e curato, nel cuore di Alfama. Siamo stati benissimo e sicuramente torneremo qui nel prossimo viaggio a Lisbona! Il palazzo esternamente è bellissimo con le classiche azulejas

Leef als een local. Prachtig uitzicht! Fenomenaal. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Wij hadden de bovenste verdieping. In de mooiste wijk van Lissabon. Een aanrader!

Located in the oldest part of Lisbon, it was great seeing the old buildings and the history written on every cobblestone. Be ready to walk up and downhill to enjoy this property.

ME HAN ROBADO EN LA HABITACIÓN Hace dos meses me quedé en unos de los apartamentos en Lisboa, me enviaron un código de acceso a la habitación, al entrar allí había pertenencias de otro huésped y se lo comuniqué a Portugal ways. Me enviaron otro código de otra habitación y pude quedarme en la habitación correcta Portugal Way me dijo que disculparan las molestias que fue un error. Al día siguiente me fui y cuando regresé, alguien habría entrado en mi habitación y habría robado mis pertenencias (Macbook, camisetas, más en la foto). En ese mismo momento momento los nuevos huéspedes de la habitación que me asignaron por error, no podían acceder a su habitación, una persona a cargo de PortugalWays vino a cambiar el código de la habitación de los otros huéspedes. Se encontró nuestro robo y nos trató de una manera muy desagradable y llamé a la policía. Pero intenté abrir la habitación de los huespedes y efectivamente con el mismo código podría abrir la habitación de otros huéspedes. Llegó la policía e hice una denuncia. No pude disfrutar de mi tiempo en Lisboa porque PortugalWays dio mi código de habitación a otro huésped y además del robo me sentí inseguro, cualquiera podía haber entrado a mi habitación y cometer un crimen. Escribí cuatro correos electrónicos y llamé a portugalways docenas de veces y nadie me respondió todavía. ¿Qué tipo de servicio ofrecen? Un lugar inseguro para quedarse? Debido a sus fallos, sus huéspedes pueden sufrir una tragedia.

Buena localización y buen apartamento.. Si bien los mosquitos nos acobardaron. La TV solo tiene 5 canales, y ninguno internacional.

Tenemos una reservación con ellos y debido a la pandemia mundial no podemos viajar, no quieren cambiarnos las fechas, son indolentes y no hay manera de hablar con ellos, muy MALA OPCIÓN me arrepiento de haberlos escogido

Horrible treatment and inexistent humanity. I booked this apartment with few friends for a weekend away. Unfortunately we planned way too long in advance. Now we’re going to be unable to spend our holidays because of COVID and they’ve denied us a refund. Global pandemic and 0 understanding. Good luck with minor issues whilst renting this house.

Appartamento molto spazioso e fornito di tutti gli strumenti per la cucina, lavastoviglie e lavatrice. Nel nostro appartamento c'erano un divano letto matrimoniale e un letto matrimoniale normale, climatizzatori in entrambi i locali, piano a induzione per la cottura. Molto bella la posizione, nel quartiere di alfama ricco di vicolini e di scorci molto interessanti. Molto comodi da raggiungere i mezzi pubblici. Consigliato

공간도 넓고 시설(오븐, 냉장고, 세탁기, 식기 등)도 잘 구비되어 있어서 마치 집에서 생활하는 것처럼 편리합니다. 다만 좀 외진 데에 위치하고 있어서 찾아가는 게 쉽지 않으며, 주요 관광지로부터 떨어져 있는 점은 단점입니다.

It was the worst experience of my life. Before we arrive, the company sent us the code of another room (becasuse there is no key) so we could actually enter there and there were (obviosly) other people. Immediately we contact Portugal ways and they sent us another code of another room. We could enter there and leave our luggage. After that we left so we could see the city but imagine our surprise when we arrive.... And our things were gone. Two MacBook, our clothes, jewelleries, perfumes, a watch, sneakers... Anyway, someone had enter our room but the door wasn't forced so it must have been with our code. As I said before, at first we've been sent the code from another room so we are sure that our code was sent to anyone else. We called to the company and they told us that they couldn't do anything for us... So we contact the police. While we were waiting a person who works for Portugal Ways, arrived and try to convinced us that it was our fault. Once the police arrive we told everywthing and explained them that someone else have our room code. So... We lost our things and there were no responsability from the company. Besides, there are signs in all the place saying that there are security cameras but that's a lie. We report that to the police too. Until now no one from Portugal Ways have contact us.

that was the worst hotel experience i ever had.My family and i arrived at check in time 2.00pm and found our apartment open(it was self check-in so we proceed directly to the room) with cleaning people inside, that probably just started because every room was dirty and messy(check pics)with ikea bags in the front. to my question why room still not ready cleaning lady responded that she was busy with other rooms and said to leave luggage in the apartment and leave for an hour. I kinda find such service upappropriate, first of all i didn't feel safe to leave my luggage in the open room, second of all i arrived with my grandma who needed a rest before she starts exploring a city, we calculated our arrival time the way she can rest first. furthermore, I left to pick up rest of the luggage and when i came back i found cleaning lady cleaning other rooms, she just dropped cleaning ours thinking i left and prioritized her activity towards other room , although i was very specific about how fast we need it ready. i called their support number where i was advised to send email, what i did. however they never stress themselves to reply back. also few tips if you still decide to stay in this hotel after reading my review keep in mind if you travel with lots of luggage and they provide you with upper floor that can be hard to get it up as there are no elevator and stairs are very steep, electricity in the room go on and off, not enough light overall. the only thing i liked is view

Très calme, et une très belle vue sur le alfama.

Complicado para llegar, el taxi nos dejó a unos 100 m. Estuvimos en el tercer piso, tocó subir el equipaje por las gradas. Pero en su interior el apartamento resultado bastante cómodo, moderno, aseado. La limpieza la realidazan una vez a la semana. Desde allí fue muy sencillo trasladarse, la estación del metro muy cerca, el tranvía pasaba muy cerca también. Teníamos vista al mirador las puertas del sol. Muy cercano a restaurantes y espectáculos de fado. Solicitamos la coordinación para un taxi que nos regresará al aeropuerto y llego puntual. En términos generales una excelente opción a bajo costo. Totalmente recomendado.

Lovely apartment in the old town of Lisbon. Clean and well equipped , although I did not use the washer, dishwasher, cooker etc. Nice view from the lounge over the old town and a glimpse of the sea! Bedroom and lounge are spacious and the shower was great after a day sight seeing. The apartment's position is ideal for exploring the older part of the City and has good transport links to everywhere else. There are plenty of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. I have not given 5 stars because of my last night, with a 4a.m. in the morning get up for my flight. It sounded like there was an elephant pacing on my ceiling, and their washing machine running until midnight. I only got to sleep sometime after 1a.m. not ideal for the journey home. A look at the soundproofing would have given an excellent review, as in the peak season these apartments would have been full......

wejście do apartamentu jest na zamek szyfrowy, dzięki temu nie ma problemu z późnym zameldowaniem. Apartamenty czyste, za oknem jest cicho, lokalizacja ok.

Bien situé mais surtout éviter appart 1 ou 2 vous êtes en dessous du niveau de la rue impossible laisser les volets ouverts car bcp de touristes passent prendre des photos de la façade. Vs voulez vous reposer de votre journée faite le dans le noir SUPER les Vacances :( . Et il ne vous redonne pas leur adresse ds leur mail car il veulent que vs payer 22€ taxi alors que le trajeet aeroport gare Santa Apolonia se fait super facile pour pas cher Donc à part la situation géographique pas possible de s'adresser à qq un pour un renseignement bref nous n'y retournerons pas.

A really clean, well stocked apartment in a scenic part of the city. Its in a hilly part of town, so if you've any mobility issues, Alfalma in general might not be for you. But this is a great place if you're looking to stay in the area if you're interested. Theres a great fado bar around the corner and one right below the apartment that is great to listen to on Friday nights. You can open the window and listen to them and take in a great view of the city. Whatever you do, DON'T take the first right when you get off the train station and follow the Google map direct route to it. Walk up the coastline to the ferry take a right and walk to the Fado Museum. This is a much less steep route to the place!

Terrible experience in that accommodation. Some of our belongings were stolen when we were away. The access to the accommodation is through a "personal" code given by the company. It is clear that someone else had access to that code and entered in our apartment. Management has not taken any responsibility despite there are no staff there (it was an apartments building), they do not provide safe boxes and there is no CCTV inside the building. Management did not even contact us regarding the issue despite I have been requesting the company to talk to a senior manager. A notification in the police and a complaint form was written. Please beware if you plan to stay there or in other accommodation run by Portugal Ways.

Clean, well kept apartments. If there is a downside its that the walls are too thin but management is very prompt to care for situations that may otherwise spoil your stay..Housekeeping staff are very friendly and regular in caring for apt interiors and towels, bedding. They are sparse but then your here on vacation right? Would definitely stay here again. You are smack in the middle of Fado territory so never far to.go.

Decent apartments if a little bland.... Very clean, lots of space but has issues with sound traveling. The footsteps from above woke me up on two occasions!! Great location!

Great apts. Super clean and recent remodelled. Staff was very friendly. It made our stay in Portugal even better. Love the place .

Amazing and suggestive place, quite at night. Large apartment very clean and well fitted with household appliances (all just renewed). Unfortunately the electric/induction hob in the kitchen was not working properly. After having contacted the management (the sole way is by e-mail) the technician was unbale to fix the issue (although they confirmed that everything was ok). If you go there forget to cook an egg hard... ****** Splendido e suggestivo posto, silenzioso di notte. Appartamento spazioso molto pulito e ben fornito con tutti gli elettrodomestici (tutti appena rinnovati). Sfortunatamente la piastra elettrica / induzione nella cucina non funzionava correttamente. Dopo aver contattato la Direzione (l’unica possibilità è per e-mail) il tecnico non è stato in grado di risolvere il problema. (sebbene ci abbiano confermato che tutto era ok). Se decidi di soggiornare li, scordati di riuscire a cuocerti un uovo sodo…

Great value for money; extremely clean and recently refurbished. Fast Internet. Make sure you ask for the door code, especially in case of late check in, as there is no reception. Address not easy to find without a good map. Great location in the heart of Alfama. Way beyond my expectations.
