Me encanta este lugar y trabajan en él personas maravillosas. El problema parece estar en que algunos de los trabajadores no te tratan igual si vas con un Seat León que si vas con un Porsche, cosa que en la sociedad actual me parece un poco denigrante. Soy actual socia del gimnasio y pienso que seamos socios o no se deben tratar a todos de una manera respetuosa...

Awesome hotel. We had a very large beautiful corner suite with a great view. Great location and service. Concierge arranged a driver to take us to Cascais and Sintra and it was wonderful. Loved our stay!

Well-maintained, clean rooms with balconies and great views. The fitness center was unbelievable, both for the view and the amount/diversity of equipment available (full pilates room, TRX bands, outdoor track and fitness jungle gym). The service provided from every member of the hotel staff was unparalleled and ranks at atop the list of my hotel experiences.

Good quality hotel with excellent fitness area on the rooftop, including a running track. One can admire the whole city center from this rooftop. I also enjoyed a lot the sauna area. Food served here was also superb. I spend here 3 nights during a company training hosted in the hotel's conference rooms. There was nothing I could complain about.

Very old and very Ritz style hotel, absolutely not Four Seasons style!!! Building are really very old, even on flors and in the room smelt antique! Is look like they changed lobby and that's it. In room all furniture are really old, carpet dirty and smelt bad like a all carpets in hotel. In lobby restaurant which one japan food not good and price high for this quality, what is strange. In spa swimming also very old, even on the bottom you can see how the paints falling off. For my point not the best location in town, especially if you will go just for few days.
In New Year event staff was not good organized! In 01.00 they started to clean hall when people still was dancing. In 02.00 they was waiting around to clear floor, switch on all light and put unhappy faces.
View from rooms nothing special at all.
Need to do renovation as soon as possible!!!

Tem fama de ser o melhor brunch de Lisboa. Não conheço todos mas não é difícil de acreditar que o seja. O espaço é lindíssimo, o serviço digno das 5 estrelas e a comida é realmente divinal (sushi feito na hora por um sushi man). O preço está coerente com este nível de serviço embora ache que as bebidas estão bastante inflacionadas, fica a sugestão porque não um menu buffet com bebidas incluídas? É uma pena pagar quase tanto por uma garrafa de vinho do que se paga por pessoa na refeição, e isto escolhendo a garrafa mais barata.

Na ja. Four Seasons Ritz. Was ist anders zu erwarten als erlesene Küche (in ausreichender Menge und wahnsinnig guter Qualität - die müssen einen Superkoch haben...) und perfektem, sehr aufmerksamem Service. Etwas zum 'Verwöhnt Werden'. Wer das Geld hat: hingehen!!

I had no idea the Ritz was run by Four Seasons...
Nice hotel, 5 star perhaps for Lisbon but London perhaps a 4 star, spent a couple of hours there on a Saturday evening for cocktails, drinks were very good however a little overpriced for Lisbon...
Would return though...

Melhor hotel em Lisboa sem dúvida não fui propriamente para ficar alojado mas sei que os quartos sai espetaculares. No meu caso fui fazer um brunch no restaurante varanda e adorei(brunch -sabado-domingo)(refeição normal de segunda a sexta feira). E o profissionalismo e do melhor que se pode encontrar.

Posizione ottima. Interni fastosi e lussureggianti. Personale al desk cordiale, efficiente; un po' meno efficiente quello addetto alla sistemazione delle camere! Non ho gradito la varietà del buffet a colazione, tuttavia anche lì, personale impeccabile e gentile! Bella la struttura, molto bella la camera, il sistema di accensione delle luci andrebbe rivisto! Tuttavia esperienza discreta.

Independente se você estiver hospedado ou não, o terraço do Restaurante Varanda é convidativo para longos almoços, brunchs ou para um jantar romântico. "O Japonês", outro restaurante do hotel com foco na culinária oriental, também é uma apetitosa alternativa para o jantar. Em resumo, como sempre digo, "This is a Four Seasons Way of Life", sempre em propriedades luxuosas e aquele serviço impecável.

Es todo un clásico en Lisboa.
Me alojé en él en varios de mis viajes de trabajo a la capital de Portugal.
Mis estancias fueron muy agradables. Hablo de los tiempos en que no pertenecía a la cadena Four Seasons.
Habitaciones espaciosas, salones perfectos para las reuniones internacionales, aptos para las cabinas de traducción.
Deseo volver para apreciar el resultado de la rehabilitación y nueva decoración.

Já almoçei várias vezes no restaurante deste hotel histórico ... ambiente clássico, calmo e limpo ... o serviço de buffet têm uma grande variedade a propor ... só senti a falta, que os pratos de peixe e carne podiam estar um bocadinho mais quentes ... entradas ok, adorando as sobremesas. Boa carta de vinhos. Serviço de mesa e atendimento impecável ... recomendo vivamente para todo o tipo de ocasiões, reunião de negócios, celebração de aniversário, etc ... não me importava visitar mais vezes, pode ser que um dia frequente mais vezes

It’s a Beautiful property, however it’s still under going construction which is needed to restore it fully. I would Definitely recommend The Four Season Ritz. As the staff and food is Exceptional. We would stay at this property again.

一泊数万円とか払っていないので満足感はあった。
朝食は優雅な気分が味わえて良かった。
種類も豊富で美味しかった。
レモンがガーゼに包まれていて、
絞ったときに種が入らないようになってるのには感動した。

The hotel is unassuming from the outside, typical of a Four Seasons, yet step inside and you'll be taken away by the Portuguese art collection along the halls and lounge and attentive service throughout the hotel.
Rooms are decently sized and has nice open views of the downtown area. Staff were courteous and friendly all the way from the entrance through to the rooms. Breakfast buffet is a must, with an elegant spread of pastries, local breakfast, and salads with five-star service.

Совершенно не соответствует уровню всех других мировых отелей Fous Seasons! Не соответствует цене и качеству! Очень старый отель, не уютный, было написано, что трансфер в подарок, а взяли за него 80 евро (обычное такси 20-30 евро) отель почти пустой, но поселили с видом и соответственно шумом на коммуникации, после скандала переселили, но забыли поставить детскую кровать. Завтрак так себе, хотя стоит 49 евро даже за ребёнка... вообщем не рекомендую совсем((( и ещё постоянно снимают деньги с карты без какого либо предупреждения((( как будто я могу сбежать и не заплатить. Очень странный отель

ジュニアスイート5泊。60万円以上。これまで世界中のフォーシーズンズに20か所以上宿泊したが、ここは最悪！ フォーシーズンズを名乗ってはいけない。
風呂の蛇口からは泥水がドバドバ。
部屋は７０平米の広さはあるが間取りが悪くリビングスペースがない。
アメニティはブルガリだが、シャンプー、ボディソープ、ボディクリームの3種しかない。ビジネスホテル並み。
レストランは最初のサーブまで注文してから40分以上かかる。
作り置きのお通しなのに。
従業員はよく私語を交わしている。
ハウスキーピングの際に、食器の補充なし。
他にもいろいろ不満点があるが、
初めてフォーシーズンズでがっかりした。

É provavelmente só o melhor hotel de Lisboa e Portugal . Cheio de história e seguramente histórias . Teve a data muito importante a provação do Sr Dr Salazar para ser construído foi o primeiro grande hotel de Lisboa , luxo e glamor a níveis bem altos na capital. Hoje em dia é ponto de encontro para se tratar dos destinos de país , pernoitar com vistas de magníficas ou simplesmente saborear uma refeição que não vai esquecer . Experimente se pode ,leve dinheiro e vai ver como sabe bem a boa vida.

格式のあるホテル、やや古い。北向きの部屋だとイングラテーハ公園が見える。反対だと町並みと空港に着陸する飛行機が良く見える。２泊で約５２万円のスイートに泊まりました。フルーツバスケットが部屋でお出迎え。ワインもあります。クロゼットも広く、バスも広く快適。ベッドがよく眠れます。観光にも便利です。コンシェルジュも親切。屋上のジムから外に出るとぐるりとジョグコースがあり、３６０度パノラマで景色が見えます。リスボン一押しのホテルです。ブレックファースト。豪華なブッフェです。玉子料理頼めます。ベランダには花がたくさん。一階の寿司屋はまあまあ本格派です。ロビーのあちこちに美術品がかざってあります。

WOW, third time here and it's lovely. From the moment I stepped inside I loved it. This trip a few tiny things were not as good as expected, but this is still a marvellous hotel. For a special trip to Lisboa you have to give this a try. I'm going to try a few more Four Seasons Hotels on the next year or two - here's hoping they are all this good.

The room was well appointed and the bed and pillows super comfortable as per Four Seasons standards. The concierge desk was extremely helpful and practical with great restaurant recommendations (and reservations).The Breakfast was enormous and expensive and frankly probably much more than one would want. We found countless cafes which also served a croissant or light snack very reasonably. Lisbon is largely cobbled with many hills and the pavements/ are rather uneven so good shoes/ trainers makes walking around a lot more comfortable. The underground whilst not extensive works well and is simple to navigate. The trams are quaint but very slow. Generally taxis were inexpensive – nothing like London prices!The only disappointment was the lack of anywhere to lie out in the sun. This is being addressed but the work will not finish for at least another year.

From my visit to the spa: lovely helpful staff, amazing massages, refurbished pool area. So, so disappointed with all the noise from the construction work. It somewhat spoilt my massage as the drills were heard loudly through the walls.

O centro fitness localizado na cobertura do hotel é o melhor que já frequentei, tanto pela pista de corrida quanto pelos equipamentos e a vista maravilhosa.
O restaurante Varanda localizado dentro do hotel também é muito bom! Fomos de menu degustação e não nos arrependemos, pratos deliciosos, bem servidos e acompanhados por ótimos vinhos.

Unfortunately it was a bit off. It's not like other four seasons I stayed in. The quality is lower, the rooms are ok but nothing special and the noise is quite noticeable in most of the rooms. Few details are also off. There are no full dark curtains in the rooms, so you wake up at 6 with a sun in your face. For the price better go somewhere else.

The hotel was great but the QUEEN size beds were awful for three nights . When one person is large , that was him, I was hugging the edge. It was impossible to get a good nights sleep. The desk was not able to move us to another room.

I’m going to have to say that this hotel is just OK. As far as “Four Seasons” goes, this hotel just shouldn’t carry the name. The rooms are decent, but overall you can find much better hotels in around Lisbon for significantly less money. I found the service at the bar was fairly hit or miss. Drink service was quite slow at pretty much all times.
If the rate was half the price, it would be 4 stars for me. At the price paid, I was fairly disappointed in this property.

Yes for Business - NO for Pleasure/ Vacation. This is a Solid hotel. It carries Four Seasons name but I would say it is not comparable to most Four Seasons properties. The rooms are not modern at all. The bathrooms are straight out of the 1950s - shower ceiling probably like 6'7", the room the toilet is in is so small that you will hit your knees on the bidet across from - - the whole thing is 19502, cracked marble etc. Decor of rooms more like 1980s very corporate hotel - not charming. A lot of business people probably because it is consistent at a high/ moderate level of service. I found many of the employees Super friendly, especially the reception and check out. I found the concierge up and down - and Not Super professional, or necessarily timely. The drivers etc they found were A+ - so high marks there, restaurants - ok . High prices and just ok. I have heard that there is a new Convent hotel that is quite wonderful. Go for business but not for pleasure - just not that charming - think concrete block - and really a business hotel without a feeling of Portuguese charm. I wish I had stayed somewhere more charming and luxurious with a Portuguese feel.

We had a great week at the Four Seasons with our 2 year old. The staff, room and interior of this hotel is excellent. The exterior is dated and doesn’t provide insight as to what should be expected inside so don’t be dismayed when you see pics of the outside. I was very impressed by the staff and particularly Nuno at the concierge desk who went above and beyond to secure a ticket to a soccer game at the last minute by using his own season credentials. Unbelievable service by everyone we interacted with.

The Ritz Four Seasons is a gracious well maintained luxury hotel with an outstanding staff. It looks to be perhaps 30 years old and some features are looking their age. I was surprised that my room had no power strip or outlets on the night stands so that I had to move the heavy furniture to plug in my phone every night. The room are huge with great views. The maid folded all clothes found tossed on chairs and kept the place shipshape. All reports of our group were that the spa and exercise facilities are terrific. Highly recommended.

Beautiful hotel with excellent staff. The decor is traditional and perhaps a little twee in comparison to my usual taste but I quickly got used to it and really thought it was lovely. Lovely room with a big terrace overlooking the city. The running track and workout equipment on the roof is something quite unique and special and affords spectacular panoramic views across the whole city. Breakfast wasn’t all it had been cracked up to be. A couple of buffet tables, not much selection of hot food but the food that was available was fine. Good service at breakfast. An excellent hotel but perhaps a little too expensive.
