We had an unfortunate experience where hotel parking was not explained at check in and we were not given a parking sign although we asked about parking. We got a parking ticket and the staff were extremely unhelpful in finding a remedy for this. They took no responsibility although their website says free parking. I would not stay here again. The rooms are fine but in general the hotel could do with an update. Good location but little else. Very disappointed with staff and even when speaking to the manager there was no support or admittance of their mistake. Very poor customer service.

Wow, we really had a fantastic stay at Hotel Eva. Every staff member at the hotel was so polite.They even called our room to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. The room was so nice too. The breakfast was very good too, they had a wide variety to choose from. The pool/ bar had amazing views and was perfect for watching the sunset! The hotel had a great restaurant and some very good ones close by too.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody who is looking for a beautiful place to stay in Faro.

Staff friendly and helpful, reception areas very nicely decorated and finished along with corridors and rooms.
Pool area could do with a lick of paint and the price of the drinks reduced slightly. Buffet restaurant was very good, limited choice but all good quality.
Shuttle to airport is efficient and friendly but at €15 it's more than a local taxi (which i would avoid) or Uber.
Not had breakfast as early starts but offered a breakfast bag to take away which is a plus.

Hôtel très bien placé à côté de la marina et proche de la vieille ville. Plusieurs et bons restaurants à proximité. Personnel à l'accueil parle le français, l'ensemble du personnel du bar et du restaurant sont très sympa et agréable, communication en anglais. Chambre confortable, propre et calme. Grande salle pour le petit déjeuner qui est très varié et de qualité. Il y en a pour tous les goûts, salés et sucrés. Vous pouvez aussi profiter de la terrasse du lounge pour prendre un verre avec une vue magnifique sur Faro et la marina, encore plus sympa quand il fait nuit avec le jeu des lumières sur la vieille ville. Je vous recommande cet hôtel en toute confiance.

Clean and convenient but I had a little higher expectations when it came to the rooms and service. Small rooms, bathrooms and the staff could try a bit harder but I would give more stars for the location and cleanliness though

Es war sehr schön, nur wir haben uns geärgert weil wir wollten ein anderes Zimmer haben es hieß erstmal 15 Euro pro Nacht zusätzlich aber erst am nächsten Morgen weil kein Zimmer frei war und am nächsten Tag waren es 50 Euro pro Nacht. Wir sin dann da geblieben wo wir vorher auch waren. Ansonsten war alles gut, das Frühstück, das Zimmer sehr sauber.

Staff are very friendly, the location of the hotel is very good and we were upgraded to a lovely suite. The breakfast was also very good with quietly efficient staff. We stayed two nights and enjoyed both the hotel and exploring Faro.

Bel hôtel donnant sur la marina. Idéalement situé aussi pour visiter la vieille ville. Décoration moderne et minimaliste. Jolies chambres spacieuses avec balcon privatif donnant sur la marina. Belles prestations, un petit-déjeuner sous forme de buffet gargantuesque, des œufs cuisinés minute sur place, des fruits frais, gâteaux, viennoiseries, pains et tout ce qu’il faut, même du beurre salé ! Tout ça dans une ambiance jazzy avec pianiste et vue sur la marina. Je recommande vivement !

Hotel muito elegante,construído em 1966 e reformado em 2009...
Na entrada uma linda luminária com um belo piano ao centro .
Localização exelente muito proxima do centro a 10m de carro do aeroporto e muito próximo da estação de trem.
O restaurante no último andar é algo espetacular com preço maravilhoso rsrs com um banquete disponível na forma de buffet...destacando tbm a vista panorâmica da ria formosa e a Marina .
Sala de evento muito grande e com uma equipe muito prestativa.
Parabéns ao Senhor Luis Miguel por toda simpátia e cordialidade...

We had a superior room with a balcony facing the marina. I think it´s Worth paying more to get such a room. Everything was as we had expected. Central location, Lovely view from the balcony, excellent breakfast, several international TV-channels. The only problem was a completely wortless soap. No showergel. We used the hairshampo instead.

Great location we opted for a Marina view sun on the balcony all day.
the bell man help with parking the car, the breakfast buffet included located on the 5th floor with wonderful view and everything you would want for breakfast including champaign ( sparkling wine )
would stay again when in Faro. the hotel was under renovation but in a different wing with limited work hours did not hinder our enjoyment.
make sure to check out Se 7e Pedras Wine Bar ( reservations ) we loved the caramelized goat cheese starter only 4 minute walk.

We went during low season, the hotel is under going some updates and renovations. It is well located within walking distance of restaurants.
Our rooms were the new updated rooms. It was rooms as we switched to the correct room.
Which brings is to the the down side.
Unfortunately as others in other rating places have mentioned, front desk service is their weak point. We had booked a room with a view. We got a view of the street and not the water. We were worried about noise. Were told we could pay extra for the water view. We were also told we would be charged an extra fee as it was booked as a singe and not a double occupancy. This all felt wrong.
We went up to the first room, went to check our reservations online, email codes didn’t work, were brought new ones. We were correct we had already paid for the room with a view, and there was no price discrepancy between single and double occupancy.
Going to down to the front desk to fix these discrepancies. The ladies at the front desk proceed to relay that a view of the street is a view. Bare with is, this is not a grand avenue street situation, this is the dusty street on the second floor. They then continue to try to convince us that there are rooms with no windows.... and the single/double occupancy extra fee???
Well it all got rectified, we got the room we paid for for the price that we had already prepaid. But that should have never been a problem.
The front desk staff members were all smiles for the rest of our stay.
Other details: breakfast was in a nice bright room. Decent offerings of cold, breads and cook to order eggs.
Bad sewage odor in the hallways. We opened our window to air out the room.

O restaurante fica no último andar com vista para a marina e a ria. O Buffet é variado com destaque para comida Portuguesa. O almoço tipo bufê, inclui entrada, pratos principais, bebida (água), sobremessa e café com um preço único (15 euros) em fevereiro de 2019. Destaco também o atendimento feito pelo Sr. Miguel, muito educado e simpático. Excelente restaurante e recomendo para todas ocasiões.

Hotel avec vue directe sur le port, si vous le demandez. Central juste à côté de la gare de bus pour arriver de l aeroport. Chambres bien équipées mais qq peu petites. Déjeuner copieux mais de qualité standard. Piscine assez grande sur le toit. Le vrai plus pour les jours pluvieux un club de sport et un spa très bien équipés. Le personnel est très à l'écoute. Bon séjour: si vous faites ce choix, vous ne sera pas déçu.

Excellent service from staff in a great setting right on the marina. Restaurant, bar and swimming pool are on the roof, with stunning views. Topped by good food and wine, this hotel deserves it's status. Best of all though were the staff. Whether at reception or in the bar or restaurant, they were local and knowedgable, and truly excellent ambassadors for the hotel. Breakfast better than many five star hotels too.

Prima hotel. We hadden een gerenoveerde kamer en die was modern en schoon. Het ontbijt was ook erg uitgebreid; voor mensen met dieetwensen liggen er glutenvrije broodjes en is er sojamelk.

La cena de Noche Vieja escasa y muy lentos en servir los platos.
Además descoordinacion en la información del horario del desayuno del día siguiente, lo que provocó muy mal servicio y un pesimo trato por parte de los camareros a los clientes que íbamos a desayunar dentro del horario indicado por la Recepción del Hotel.

Enjoyed it quite a bit. Staff were quick to address any minor issues I may have had. The rooms were excellent and immaculate plus I had a stunning view. The breakfast was included and it was absolutely delicious. My only complaint would be the bathroom since the doors don't latch shut and ate opaque, which makes me uncomfortable.

Rooms with city view are very dated! Make sure to book marina view that have ‘newer’ rooms - and of course views! However the location and breakfast is both awesome!!! Parking is possible outside hotel but it’s public parking. So don’t expect to park nearby in high seasons.

My room was not really tidied up. In the fridge was a hald empty bottle of water. And my bed smelled of unwashed arm pits.The breakfast was okay except the coffee. A 4 star hotel should provide real coffee and not an instant coffee machine. It tasted horrible! The breakfast location is very nice with a beautiful view on the harbour. Also the location of the hotel was nice. Good gym.

Very clean and the hotel staff are helpful and friendly. However the room air conditioner wasn't working properly. The breakfast variety is so good but some of the items are finished by an hour before the breakfast time ends and not refilled anymore. The view is really amazing also it has a good access to both old town, city center and bars.

Sind Mitternacht eingecheckt. Haben leider ein Zimmer - Family Suite-2 Räume über Durchgang verbunden - zur Hauptstraße bekommen, so daß der Lärmpegel sehr hoch war. Das Zimmer war überhitzt. Also Klima an. Ging aber gar nicht, die eine hat einen riesigen Lärm gemacht, die andere hat nur lauwarme Luft abgegeben. Also dann mit offenem Fenster Straßenlärm ertragen. Das Zimmer war verwohnt und abgenutzt, und damit für den Preis inakzeptabel. Ein weiteres Problem war ein massiver undefinierbarer Gestank auf dem Gang vor der Tür. Aber vor dem konnte man ja rasch fliehen, am nächsten Vormittag war es besser. Toll ist das Frühstücksrestaurant über den Dächern des Hafens der Stadt und Bucht.

Alguma desorganização do serviço na hora do jantar. Excesso de clientes e quase que impediram pessoas de um grupo de viagens entrar na sala. Porque não identificaram as mesas e não iam dando baixa desses clientes ? Foi tudo ao molho e fé em Deus !
E também o quarto de banho a necessitar de mais higiene!

Desta vez a visita foi para uma formação. Tudo correu no melhor. As pausas foram presenteadas com um belíssimo lanche. O Almoço buffet no restaurante do hotel é qualquer coisa bom. Adorei. Serviço e a refeição muito bons. O preço é muito bom para o que nos é oferecido.

Excellent location and amazing breakfast. We had a harbour view superior double room. For the price, the room is on the small size, but the location is excellent. The breakfast is excellent too; with a very good variety of fresh cold and cooked food, plus sparkling wine if you so inclined. We had so much to eat at breakfast that we didnt need lunch.

Hotel bastante correcto pero tiene un defecto importante,la planta quinta donde esta la terraza y la piscina donde se supone es de uso de los clientes,tiene dia si dia tambien algun evento ,presentación,fiesta,etc con lo que puede pasar que estes en bañador en la piscina y empieze a llenarse de gente vestida de calle,la verdad te sientes como si estuvieras en la fiesta equivocada,fuera de lugar, muy extraño.Lo demas es correcto,habitaciones bastante bien,desayuno buffet libre super completo y siempre abastecido aunque llegues a ultima hora,personal muy correcto ,el parking es en la calle pero son pocas plazas,hay que buscarse un poco la vida,la limpieza algo regular,un poco superficial.Total que le doy cuatro estrellas si no fuera por lo de la terraza que le bajo a tres estrellas.

Hotel is well located near the old city center, with a great roof top pool. The staff are very efficient and friendly, and the rooms comfortable and up to date in terms of decor and furnishings. The breakfast buffet is excellent, with lovely views of the marina from the outside decks. Very much appreciated that we were able to borrow towels from the hotel for trips to the beach as well! Would definitely stay here again, even during peak season when it was very busy!

Buffet zum Mittagessen 15€ (zum Abendessen 20€) mit schöner Aussicht auf den Hafen. Das Buffet hat wirklich eine große Auswahl an Salaten, gegrilltem (auch Lachs, kam leider erst als wir gingen..), Beilagen und Nachtisch (Obst, Kuchen, Mousse au Chocolate.. ) Wasser mit Geschmack + Kaffee/Tee ist im Preis enthalten! Einfach ins Hotel und mit Aufzug nach oben (R) fahren.

The woman at the reception was terrible. When I wanted to show my name and the booking number with the paper I printed out from the agency site, she didn't even see it and kept saying she didn't need any Chinese. She just needed my husband's name who was English. I am not Chinese either. They should train her how to treat other Asian customers in a better way.

Hice la reserva x la web. Al llegar nos dijeron que teníamos la habitación económica. Moqueta muy sucia, sin aire aconsicionado. Tengo asma y les dije x favor que me cambiaran a otra (no me importaba que no tuviera vistas) sólo que estuviera limpia. No les sentó muy bien. Me dijo que por el precio, no podían dame nada mejor (165,00). He viajado mucho y creanme....he estado en 4**** muchiiiiiiisimo mejores y mejor precio. No lo recomiendo.

El hotel es mucho mejor de lo esperado, camas cómodas, baños limpios y como nuevos, desayuno buffet espectacular. La comida y cena económica y muy rica (también de buffet). Tiene piscina en la azotea con bar (cierran a las 22 horas la piscina). Sin duda si volvemos a Faro lo haremos a este hotel. Muy bien ubicado, a pocos pasos del centro histórico y de las excursiones en barco. Parking gratuito en las inmediaciones.

WE requested a room with balcony overlooking the Marina, however, checked in to room on the 2'nd floor overlooking the city! The hotel was not near booked or at capacity! The hotel renovations were under way & believe any time a hotel is going through renovations or major changes then prior notification should be sent to the clients to review & make possible changes if they so desire. Hotels.com must review & ensure this policy is adhered to.

We stayed here for 4 nights .....nice enough hotel with great views overlooking the Ria Formosa ...breakfast great....buffet lunch & dinner not so. Pool looks brilliant but not open in March. We were very disappointed with inflexibility of management ...a friend we were due to travel with had to cancel due to a serious medical diagnosis but despite explaining everything & giving them at least 2 months notice they were absolutely determined not to reconsider....terms & conditions set in concrete!! We'd booked via Expedia. So from that aspect disappointing. Hotel reception staff tried to appease us by offering free meal but still disappointing attitude. Hotel rooms a little dated & corridors like being in a ship...so not much character. Good location for old town & shopping alleys but ask for sea view room with balcony...that's where the best spot would be.

On the plus side, the hotel was in the perfect location with amazing views over the marina and Ria Formosa Natural Park. Our balcony room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast choice and quality was excellent but the provision of live music, although well intentioned, was a bit too much first thing in the morning. There was construction work going on in the hotel reception but we knew about this in advance and it didn't really inconvenience us that much. A big negative was the lack of any air conditioning in our room. We were informed by reception staff that the warm and sunny weather (approx. 20degC) was unexpected and is never provided at this time of year (first week in March). This resulted in our room being too hot at night thus we had to leave the balcony door open to allow some airflow in the room. However, with the door open, this meant that we could hear the excessive noise from the revellers in the street below until 3am or 4am in the morning. Not only this, the relatively warm and humid weather meant that mosquitoes got into our room and, despite our best efforts, my wife and I were both covered in mosquito bites. Of course by the time we realised and bought insect repellent the damage had been done! This was a real shame as, otherwise, this is a very nice hotel in a great location.

Location is excellent. Property very clean, even though renovation work is going on in March 2020. Reception staff and housekeeping (floor 2 in my case) were so pleasant and efficient. Live music at breakfast buffet was a lovely surprise. My only negative would be that it would be good to have a choice of dining in the evenings, rather than the buffet only.

Have stayed here a few times and normally pleased with everything.on arrival the whole of reception was a building site so had to access from the side,was told construction planned to be finished by April. Breakfast buffet good but we experienced two poor buffet suppers,main courses cold or tepid and desserts looked sad where they had been left over from lunch. My husband did complain on the last evening and was given a free glass of wine as an apology ! We like the hotel but probably won’t bother eating there.

Gefallen hat mir die Lage des Hotels und das reichhaltige Frühstück. Für den recht hohen Preis meines Zimmers war ich mit der Lage (zur Straße hin) nicht wirklich zufrieden, denn es war mir (wegen des Lärms) nicht möglich das Fenster offen zu lassen. Geschlossen war das Klima im Zimmer bedenklich, da die veraltete Klimaanlage in dieser Jahreszeit nur warme Luft rausgeblasen hat. Kühlung war also mit geschlossenem Fenster nicht möglich.

Great hotel, the breakfast buffet is fab with so many options available. Rooms are nice too and cleaned well. We booked through Jet2 who informed us a week or two prior that the hotel would be having construction works - which is fine, except they take place during 8am-6pm and are extremely loud! The hotel offered us no compensation or discount for this, even on the 4th floor, you can still hear the sound. If you're coming soon and are planning to relax in your room.. perhaps think again! We understand that construction is necessary but customer service would have been good.
Also - the hotel is located on a busy main road, so it will be loud all the time! There's no A/C in the room until the summer season even though in Feb it's very warm in the rooms.

The Hotel is within easy walking distance of the old town, the bus station and the railway station. The restaurant on the 5th floor offers stunning views of the harbour and sea. On most days there is a very talented singer (plus guitarist) who provide gentle background music. The choice of food and quality for breakfast is excellent.

Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet. Man kann von dort aus alles zu Fuß erreichen der Busbahnhof ist nur 100 m entfernt der Hafen ist nur 10 m die Zimmer waren ausreichend, viele gehen mit direktem Blick auf den Yachthafen. Die Sauberkeit in den Zimmern könnte durchaus besser sein. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut und ausreichend und für den Urlaub auch bis 10:30 Uhr mit der richtigen Zeit angesetzt. Zum Frühstück wird oft live Musik gespielt was es noch einmal angenehmer macht. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

The room was was good in terms of cleanliness and comfort. The TV did not work. The Air Conditioning was not available as the hotel turns it off during the winter. Note the temperature on Feb 3rd was 24C and the rooms were warm. They would not turn on A/C upon request. An iron or ironing board was not in the room or available to use. The hotel had only 1 and it was in use. The roof top pool and bar areas were closed during the winter. This was disappointing with the warm and sunny weather. The breakfast buffet was good, fresh and lots of choices. The gym was excellent. Actually a Health Club within the building. Parking is a disaster at this hotel. They have 2 rows on the street for hotel guests. (maybe can hold 25 vehicles) If full, you have to pay for parking in public spaces. The room key had to be re-coded 4 times in 2 days as trios to our room often led to the key not working. Overall we would not return to this property. The Faro Hotel across the street looked much better with all roof top facilities open with underground parking below the building.

The hotel was bright and clean, although there is currently renovation work being carried out to the original reception area so entrance is round the corner. The staff were welcoming and well organised. The room was also bright and clean, well decorated and comfortable, and I had booked a marine view so it was lovely to have a balcony over looked water and town. Unfortunately I was not able to have dinner in the hotel as the 5th floor restaurant had a private function, but the following morning the breakfast was great - plenty of fresh, tasty options.I would have to say the only downside to the stay was the noise level along the area under my first floor balcony - although it was a Friday evening. The function appeared to end with people leaving between midnight and 2am. The local night club then turned out around 4am and there was on going noise through to 6am in the morning. Probably this does not happen on a regular basis and I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Very convenient for a first visit to Faro. Steps away from the marina, a few more steps to the lovely old town and the delightful new town with its shops and restaurants. Lovely view from the bar. I enjoyed my stay and would choose the hotel again. Good breakfast too.

Possui cabeleireiro e barbeiro no hotel,a cabeleireira, D.Manuela,muito simpatica e boa profissional,recomendo.
Quanto a comida,estava tudo muito bom,bem confeccionado e elogiado por todos ( estava inserida num grupo de 82 pessoas).
O único senão é o estacionamento que o hotel possui ser insuficiente,dado que na altura da passagem do ano o transito ter ficado condicionado,dado que a PSP fechou,para ficar disponivel para a festa e o fogo de artificio,assim, como me desloquei de transporte próprio tive de deixar o carro num parqueamento próximo ,tendo de pagar por cerca de 48 horas 55,00 euros.
Face ao exposto tive de pontuar com 4 estrelas o que lamento.
Gostaria que reflectissem no exposto e criassem boas alternativas.
Na sequência de toda a explanação, aproveito para agradecer e apresentar os meus cumprimentos e desejar um excelente 2020 para todo o staff do hotel.

В самом центре города, с прекрасным видом на тихую гавань и натуральный парк Риа-Формоза. Отдыхала в декабре, на Рождество. В номере тепло и есть всё необходимое. Есть и минибар и электрочайник. Убирают каждый день. Ресторан находится на 5 этаже с прекрасным видом на залив. Есть там же и бары (закрытый и на открытом балконе). Рядом с отелем находится станция для поездки по водному парку Риа-Формоза, автовокзал, ж/д станция, торговые улицы и старый город. Всё рядом в пешей доступности. В декабре погода была +18, +21 солнечно. Из аэропорта ходит рейсовый автобус за 3 евро и 30 мин. Вы доедете до отеля с комфортом.

A very nice hotel in the heart of the city. Excellent location, very convenient to walk or to take the bus. Bus stop next to the hotel. Staff is very welcoming and willing to accommodate your needs.
Breakfast in the hotel is absolutely great, fresh fruits, local cheeses, many cereals, cakes, pastries, jams, even almond, soya, and cow milk. It was fantastic. Breakfast in the terrace in the top floor offers and amazing view.
Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Hotel gym very well equipped and very practical for exercising. View from the hotel is superb. Enjoy your stay!
Internet connection was a bit complicated, as you may need to disable system's firewall on your laptop to be able to connect.
Sauna has to be equipped with termo-hygrometer.
Towels were changed everyday, although I did not through them on the floor, e.i 'I can reuse them, for the sake of environment.

We reserved an economy room, since we weren’t planning to spend much time in the hotel, and it was just couple of nights. Super happy with the room and service. Great selection of warm food for buffet breakfast with live omlette/ fried eggs counter. The breakfast is served at the roof top restaurant with some excellent views.
Very big, spacious room with a king bed and lovely bath.
Excellent value for money.
The staff are super friendly at the reception. Would definitely stay again :)

Inget fel på rummen. Kanske en aning slitet, speciellt toaletten. Restaurangen högst upp blev ingen kul upplevelse. Vi åt buffé på kvällen som var fullt OK. Dock var betjäningen minst sagt förvirrad. Vi beställde diverse drycker, inget märkvärdigt, bl a vatten och senare portvin, men detta glömdes och vi tvingades påminna gång på gång. Vi blev visserligen kompenserade på notan, men det hade varit bättre om personalen kunde minnas beställningarna. Restaurangen var ju trots allt lång ifrån fullsatt. Frukosten var dock helt OK.

All the staff are smiling and helpful, marshalled by Liliane. The rooms are kept spotless, and the shower is simply efficient in delivering the temperature an quantity you want. The. Icing on the cake, though, is th breakfast live music every day, including the magic fingers of Mr Newton, the pianist, lifting the morning meal to a new level of delight.

Dirt marks in the toilet shower, old carpet/skirting board, an unpleasant smell in the corridor.Needs a good old clean.The hotel has a gym (v good facilities).Overall - it was ok. Ah - we left a cup with coffee on the first night and no one cleaned.

Absolutely amazing time at the hotel, room was amazing and staff were very friendly and helpful. Pics are the night view from the restaurant (not bestvpic but it's the faro airport over the water). 2nd is rooftop pool and bar. The bar sell lovely cocktails. We had an evening meal once during our stay and enjoyed the selection available and found the wine prices surprisingly varied depending on what you like. It's based next to the marina and is 10 minute walk from most local attractions and shopping.

Hotel war gut. Nur die Umgebung zum Strand ist enttäuschend, da man umgeben ist mir Moos. Der Yachthafen ist schön. Man kann aber nicht zum Strand. Strände liegen eine halbe Stunde entfernt zum Hotel. Der Pool könnte mal gereinigt werden (moos). Sonst ok.

Absolutely beautiful hotel and hospitality. Everything you need for a short break; excellent fitness classes included; buffet dinner only €20 and worth every penny. Easy access from the airport: jump on a number 16 bus and go to the last stop and the hotel is two mins away. The roof top pool is well serviced with a great restaurant and bar. Breakfast is served with musical accompliment- so many teas: loose and babes- overall excellent choices. Loved it 100%

This hotel have all you need for your stay in Faro. Perfect position to easily reach all the best places of the city. High professional and qualified staff. Comfortable and fully equipped rooms. Good food. Many extra services like barbershop, hairdresser, gym and spa etc. There is a pull and a bar on the ruff garden and also space for conference. I suggest it.

Accueil sympa avec boissons rafraîchissantes a disposition.
Accès au centre ville direct et donc très pratique.

Personal sehr nett , viele junge Leute, auf dem Dach gibt es ein Pool wo Abends noch gefeiert wird. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt... Frühstück konnten wir nicht probieren, zu früh abgereist, man hat uns ein Frühstückspaket gemacht. Statt Toast wären Brötchen wünschenswert Großes Familienzimmer, sehr sauber. Es wurde nochmal nachträglich Obst und eine Willkommenskarte aufs Zimmer gebracht. Jederzeit wieder.

Einzigartig: Rooftop Bar und Pool, Zimmerservice, BettenNicht so gut: Zimmereinrichtung sollte mal komplettrenoviert werden, Eierspeisen beim Frühstück waren nicht warm, Parkplatzsuche für Hotelgäste waren ein Drama. Man musste unzählige Male um den Block fahren, um einen Platz zu finden oder das Auto auf einem gebührenpflichtigen Parkplatz abstellen. Insgesamt zu wenig kostenfreie Plätze für Hotelgäste.

Worst place ever. Do not go to the bar. Booked a birthday party there , the hotel cancelled and never informed me. When I got there they managed to a find a cake but their only concern was payment. No apologies made . Very poor staff.

Zu erwähnen + recht neuer Zustand, gute Lage, freundliches Personal, Frühstück gut mit toller Aussicht - wenig reine Hotelparkplätze, aber bekam auf den öffentlichen kostenlosen! Parkplätzen immer was und unser Zimmer war nicht 100% sauber. Muss aber sagen, dass das Zimmer unserer Freunde top sauber war. . . Denke Preis /Leistung war sehr gut, besonders wegen der Lage

Die Lage und die technische Einrichtungen des Hotels sind hervorragend.Was weniger gut ist, dass die Türe vom Zimmer zum Bad die Intimsphäre nicht gewährt. Schüchterne Personen müssen deshalb das WC im 5. Stock benützen, was einem Zimmer ohne Toilette gleichkommt.

So.. the location,you can't get any better than this hotel.1 staff was awesome, think it was cruz.the pool side super, breakfast amazing! We had dinner buffet which was very good.
They do have parking but it's on the road around the hotel,so 1st come 1st served.
Hotel room was not great. Small for 3 People even though we took a super deluxe room. Bathroom was not hotel quality.tge view was fab!
No iron? I would not rate it 4 stars for the rooms ...

Espectacular hotel situado en centro de Faro, junto al club Náutico, personal muy profesional y muy atento, habitaciones acogedoras y camas muy cómodas, cuarto de baño con plato de ducha pero bastante completo y con secador de pelo. Bastante jaboncitos de regalo, cosas de apreciar cuando viajas en moto y vas con lo justo. Perfecto hotel si vienes a la concentración de Faro, justo enfrente la parada de bus que te lleva a la concetracion. Ya hemos repetido 2 veces y serán más. Precio razonable tirando a caro para ser un 3 estrellas.

Very happy we choose Hotel Eva for our 5 night stay. The bedroom is a good size and comfortable no noise. The breakfast was great one of the best. The staffs are friendly and efficient. The location is central easy to get around and not far to the airport.

On the 8th of July eve we were stopped and told by the hotel staff that it was impossible to have a look at the rooftop bar because they are closed even though the bar was full of locals and after we went back down to our rooms which we were staying in for 7 days, the party continued for hours accompanied by fireworks and really, really loud music. The rooms are fine.

3 étoiles pour la situation géographique très pratique par contre parking difficile pour 1 hôtel 4 étoiles on fait mieux car aucun parking pour l'hôtel je confirme personnel très aimable.
Salle de bain trop petite même en suite .. Peu d'éclairage dans les chambres.. Lit d'appoint en mauvais état .. Petit déjeuner excellent et varié ... Piscine au 5ème et dernier étage avec vue panoramique extraordinaire cependant vieillissante échelle qui bouge.. Et contour sale ... On est souvent bien mieux logés grâce à rbnb pour bcp moins cher ... On aura tout testé !!

Mycket trevligt hotell med exceptionell service och bra bemötande. Vi fick ett rum på fjärde våningen med utsikt mot staden.
Fin frukostbuffé och trevlig roof top bar högst upp. Poolen var väl tilltagen men rätt så kallt. Vill man bo centralt i Faro är detta ställe perfekt. Hade bott här igen om jag besökt Faro på nytt.
