Stayed here for a business conference, and added on a couple of days for leisure, and so glad I did! The bed linens are very nice, room update and modern. There is night light and enough plugs for devices, except by the bedside. The service is friendly. Overall environment is very relaxing, with lots of comfortable seating areas: inside, shaded outdoors, and full outdoors, including poolside of course. There are at least three outdoor pools and one indoor. Access to the beach is available through paved trail going down the hill. The grounds are beautiful and fragrant with flowers and herbs. The breakfast is fulsome. The only imperfect is limited dining choices: at lunch, only the poolside restaurant is available; and dinner is only available in buffet form. There are a few casual eateries and pizzeria right outside the hotel as options.

This is a really great hotel to take it easy and relax. It’s our 3rd visit and every time it has been awesome. Staff are great particularly with the children. It is our daughters favourite place in the world (although that may be something to do with hot chocolate and pancakes at breakfast). We don’t get much further than the pool and tennis at the hotel (with the number of pools always seems relatively quiet), the amazing beach (not too busy - hotel is right at the beach but there are quite a few steps to get down) and the little square full of restaurants just across the road (couple of good Italian restaurants and some Portuguese restaurants with some decent fish). At this time of the year in the family section lunch is thrown in as well as breakfast and the food is very good. The kids club seems popular but we have not used it. On our final day they arranged a huge pool party for the children which was absolutely brilliant - Glow in the dark disco and lots of great food. We will be back next year!

Phenomenal experience, including beach location, May end 2019. Staff is very attentive, led by Victor at the front desk and Carolina at the buffet dining. The buffet dining is both well prepared and laid out, with personal prepared options on request. Our Deluxe Suite was well appointed and equipped. Complimentary car valet service for both drop-off and retrieval was both prompt and protected in their garage. A remarkable experience.

Es war für uns ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Das Hotel ist ein Traum und jeder dort ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Mein Mann wurde sogar anlässlich seines Geburtstages mit einem Kuchen und Champagner auf dem Zimmer überrascht, wir waren sprachlos. Der Strand ist sehr weitläufig und einfach ein Traum, schon allein der Weg vom Hotel über den Holzsteg zum Strand ist ganz toll. Die Aussicht von oben wunderschön. Wir kommen definitiv wieder...

My wife and I have just returned from our eighth visit to this wonderful hotel. On this occasion, we were accompanied by our two grown-up daughters and their families (8 of us in total). I can honestly say that, in my opinion, there is no better venue in Europe for a holiday with a multi-generational family. Every age group is well catered for, and every staff member we have come into contact with goes out of their way to make a fuss of the children. EPIC SANA is not the cheapest hotel, but it remains excellent value for money. The rooms are large, bright, modern, and equipped to a very high standard. Food is varied, fresh, delicious and plentiful. Fresh fish for lunch with a jug of sangria from the Open Deck restaurant is the perfect setting for a long, leisurely family lunch. Before arriving in Portugal for this holiday, I contacted Anastacia Braga of the guest relations team to see whether a surprise family picnic could be arranged. This event took place last night and was a huge success. Anastacia planned and orchestrated the entire event with care, attention to detail, and military grade planning!! The smile on my family’s collective face as they were led to the secret venue near the hotel’s Love Tree was priceless! Anastacia and her team had set up a truly magical setting and a delicious assortment of food (catering easily for vegetarians and a nut-allergy sufferer). You really do get the feeling that nothing is too much trouble here, quite literally, "the answer is yes - what’s the question"!

Hochklassiges Hotel, das auf einem weitläufigen, top gepflegten Grundstück liegt. Auf der Anlage findet man mehrere Innen- und Außenpools sowie einen großen Spabereich, zum Strand gelangt man direkt über eine lange, spektakulär angelegte Holztreppe. Der Service ist erstklassig, das Hotelpersonal ist durchweg freundlich und engagiert. Im Hauptrestaurant gibt es jeden Abend thematisch wechselnde Buffets, die sehr zu empfehlen sind. Vom Trubel der umliegenden Hotels und Ferienwohnungen bekommt man auf dem Gelände nichts mit. Der ideale Ort, um auszuspannen, und auf jeden Fall seinen Preis wert.

Great, but could be perfect! This is a really nice resort, but there are a few tiny things that could be better. Its a little tired in places, the gardens are looking a little shabby, some of the paths have loose stones - these are really little things in the grand scheme of things, but that is what 5 star is all about right?

All is good, but the beach is just with no infrastructure at all. Its actually public and if you want a sunbed you should pay 4,5 Euro to some local guy...There is no toilet or a place where you can buy water...oh, and the towel you should also take with you...have never had such an experience with 5* hotel...

We visited as a couple in March when the hotel is excellent value, the place is quiet and the weather is great for a weekend getaway. The rooms are spacious and we had one with a view out onto the gardens which are extensive and well maintained. Spa prices are quite high but comparable to others in the area. Staff are helpful, friendly and unintrusive. The place is a short walk to the beach and from there about an hour to the next town along and the marina. The only downside to going off season is that the in house restaurant was running on a buffet service only. Highly recommend this place for a break for couples.

Lovely breakfast with huge variety. The bartenders are very skilled. Reception also provided a birthday surprise. You get a bottle of water and chocolate on your pillow each night. Massages are exquisite. The gym is sufficient for weightlifting albeit being a big small. The swimming pools are great. Perfect relaxation retreat. If you go around October it’s even quieter away from the crowds

La verdad es que no se le puede pedir mucho más, trato inmejorable, vistas increíbles, todos los servicios que puedas imaginar y la playa a 2 minutos. Tolles Hotel. Die ZImmer sind sehr groß und sauber. Super Service! Das Frühstück top mit riesiger Auswahl. Allerdings vom Abendessen bin ich etwas enttäuscht. Wir waren zwei mal dort zum Essen und beide male nicht wirklich zufrieden. Vom Preis- Leistungsverhältnis zu teuer. Das italiensiche Buffett in HInblick auf dem was angeboten wurde einfach nur schwach.

Gostamos muito, o pessoal é muito simpático e prestável. O quarto é espaçoso e tem tudo o que precisamos. Pequenas coisas a melhorar: Mas no inverno é chato ficar nos apartamentos e ter de atravessar o complexo pela rua para ir à piscina interior. Depois, junto à piscina interior ter uma pequena casa de banho com 3 cacifos, mas nenhuma condição para trocar de roupa. Também, o espaço para crianças menores de 4 anos estava fechado e o acesso ao spa foi gratuito num dia e no outro pediram para pagar e não percebemos porquê.

Eines der besten Hotels, die ich bisher besucht habe. Eine super schöne Anlage in allerbester Lage. Die Angestellten kümmern sich um alles, sodass man wirklich entspannen kann. Überraschend positiv war die Mediathek, über die man gegen eine Gebühr aktuelle Kinofilme streamen kann. Das Wellnessangebot ist ausgezeichnet. 15 Euro/Tag für die Benutzung der Sauna empfinde ich allerdings als übertrieben. Bei der Gestaltung von Pool und Fitnessraum hätte man etwas mehr Raum einplanen können. Kleine Abzüge bei den sanitären Anlagen. Das eine oder andere sollte mal wieder ausgetauscht werden.

A permanent guest for some years now. But this year there are some negative changes. One notices to the hotel that it is nevertheless some years on the market. There is some wear and tear. One change: The welcome drink was cancelled at check-in? Or only with us? Very unfortunate. You don't feel very welcome there, and prices have risen by an estimated 50% in recent years in the same season.

Hier bleiben wirklich keine Wünsch offen. Großes Hotel mit großen Poolbereich, an dem man sich toll erholen kann. Zum Strand geht es durch die Dünen und dann die Treppen hinab. Zimmer sind groß und modern. Sehr ruhig alles. Frühstück umfangreich, aber oft zu wenig Platz, wenn das Hotel voll ist. Dennoch: EMPFEHLUNG

Ciao amici viaggiatori, nel nostro viaggio in Portogallo abbiamo optato per questo hotel per fare una tappa rilassante e ne siamo rimasti soddisfatti. Il resort è in posizione invidiabile con un comodo accesso alla Praia do Falesia, la più suggestiva della zona; l'unica pecca è che purtroppo non dispone di una sua spiaggia, ne della possibilità di prenotare lettini presso gli stabilimenti presenti e quindi al mattino, c'è la corsa all'accaparrarsi i posti migliori con gli asciugamani... Detto ciò, per il resto il resort è da favola: all'arrivo si lascia la vettura alla reception che la portano e la vanno a prendere dal loro parcheggio interno, fatto ciò siamo stati accompagnati in un giro esplorativo del resort con il personale, che si conclude nelle nostre camere deluxe vista oceano.. diciamo che il mare non è proprio vicinissimo ma le camere sono stupende, con un bagno enorme e un bel terrazzino. Noi avevamo prenotato la mezza pensione in super offerta e così alla sera potevamo cenare nel ristorante a buffet del resort, ristorante che ogni sera cambiava tipo di menù, ma non per questo la qualità diminuiva anzi... Nel caso invece voleste, come abbiamo fatto noi, provare il super ristorante stellato, avrete 20€ di sconto a testa sul totale. La qualità del cibo sia a colazione che a cena è sublime ed è degno di nota, il bel bar ristorante a bordo piscina dove, se volete, potrete trovare ottimi piatti per il pranzo.. Suggerisco di prendere il pesce, cucinato sempre al momento e in maniera molto leggera. Rapporto qualità/prezzo molto buono, segnalo solo che all'arrivo bloccano un tot per consumazioni ed extra dalla vostra carta; avevano richiesto anche di bloccare la cifra totale delle due camere ma non abbiamo accettato, avremmo rischiato di non avere più plafond per eventuali altri pagamenti. Aufenthalt mit meiner erwachsenen Tochter M Sept. 2018.Das Buffet war sehr gut ebenso das umfangreiche Frühstück.Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick und Balkon, dies ist sehr zu empfehlen, da auch der davor liegende Pinienwald herrlich ist.

Nous (en famille) avons séjourné une semaine dans l'hôtel EPIC SANA en Algarve. L'hôtel est à la hauteur de ses cinq étoiles : les chambres sont spacieuses, modernes et extrêmement bien entretenues, le parc de l'hôtel est magnifique et les nombreuses piscines impeccables. Une mention spéciale pour le staff, agréable et soucieux de répondre à toutes vos exigences. Le seul bémol que je mentionnerais concerne le lit d'appoint (canapé convertible pour l'enfant) dont le confort était discutable. Après clarification avec l'hôtel, j'aurais pu demander un lit standard pour mon enfant, en lieu et place du canapé. Le chemin d'accès privatif à la plage est splendide et vous permet de profiter de la mer en quelques minutes, à pied. En résumé, un excellent hôtel cinq étoiles, sans les "chichis" dont je ne suis pas friend. Nous y retournerons !

It takes more than at five star facilities to be a five stars hotel. The reception was very disappointing. Despite having paid 30 percent of the reservation amount, on arrival they asked for the credit card number, of which they insisted on making a conditional payment. By the middle came the supervisor of the reception. I still asked them if they were afraid we would run away without paying. It was so unpleasant that I told them I paid the full amount of the stay, and bother me any more. Therefore the one star that is missing in my evaluation is on account of the person in charge of the reception of the last Saturday 28th July.

Currently staying in room 646 at epic sana and what I can say is that it is amazing place to come rest and relax. The staff are so friendly and make our stay even more enjoyable. The room is amazing and big with a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for our little one. The location is right by the beach and next to a supermarket which is extremely handy. Not to mention an amazing pizzaria just on the doorstep of the hotel. There are loads of sun loungers and three -four pools one indoor which is perfect if it rains. This hotel is child friendly and top notch. Could not recommended enough!! Must go!!

Bien que très courtois et serviables certains d'entre eux changent les commodos des éclairages.... Et passent d'automatique à forcé Du coup si vous ne faites pas attention lorsque vous utilisez votre véhicule et que vous le quittez, si vous avez une temporisation au moment de la fermeture, vous ne le voyez pas. Revenez 6 ou 8h après....et vous n'avez plus de batterie Et vous restez en panne....jusqu'à 2h du matin Dommage Manque de formation peut-être

Serviço para clientes é relativamente bom, mas tratam mal os funcionários, tratamento totalmente defasado e nunca se ouviu falar em direitos humanos por la. O nepotismo é extremamente forte onde ha inúmeros casais que fazem a atmosfera ser toxica. Não ha plano de carreiras, o crescimento é mediante é quem é mais amigo da malta que manda em alguma coisa, ou quem mais " puxa o famoso saco", profissionalismo não é levado em conta, por isso ha funcionários bons (e estagnados) em cargos ruins e gente muito ruim em cargos de responsabilidade. O desperdício de comida e de papel é vergonhoso, podemos dizer que esse hotel não tem nenhuma responsabilidade social, é aumenta a agressão ao meio ambiente.

I can't fault this beautiful tranquille hotel as everything had exceeded my expectations. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very clean, spacious and well laid out. The gym was sufficient and the changing rooms were spotless and well equipped. The spa was amazing and I would come back here again and bring some friend with me. Had issues with the key card but that was a minor issue. I would highly recommend this place because its in the most breathtaking location just by the beach with local shops and restaurants. Staff are all hardworking and very positive, especially the receptionists, catering staff, pool boys, the massage therapists and gym instructors. I will definatly be back someday ❤️ thank you for the break I mentally needed.

Enchantés! Suite à un précédent voyage au Portugal, nous avions découvert cette chaîne d'hôtels à Caldas da Rainha. Nous avons voulu poursuivre l'expérience avec celui de l'Algarve. Notre séjour (4 nuits) fut un enchantement. Dés notre arrivée, nous avons été pris en charge par une personne de la réception qui nous a fait visiter les infrastructures de l'hôtel et nous a expliqué tout le fonctionnement de notre chambre. Celle-ci très spacieuse, avec une grande terrasse, donnait sur l'océan et la pinède. Chic, raffinée, romantique et d'une propreté rigoureuse. De nombreux cadeaux nous y attendaient: chocolats, bouteilles d'eau et de vin. Le personnel jeune, très investi, est aux petits soins avec les clients pour un accueil à la carte. Le petit déjeuner était un ravissement par sa variété, la qualité , l'accueil et le professionnalisme du personnel. Vu l'époque (novembre) seul un restaurant était ouvert avec un service à la carte digne d'un restaurant gastronomique. Très belle plage des Falaises avec accès direct par un escalier en bois. Perfect location to wander along the coast and very good starting point to visit Algarve also with the most excquisite access to the beach. Great spa, gym, and most of all indoor and outdoor swimming pools (both family friendly and adults only to suit all). Nice cozy bars (pool-side and indoors) and great buffets for breakfast and dinner: both gourmet and fresh (and I’m French so food is important...)! Didn’t want to leave...

This superb resort is located amidst the pine trees between a nice, quiet neighbourhood and the incomparable praia de falesia - with its amazing cliff and Atlantic Ocean setting. The venue proudly provides a total of three outdoor and two indoor pools; the fabulously serene Sayanna Wellness and Spa; plus four places to eat, including the highly rated Al Quimia and Abyad buffet serving themed cuisine evenings. With the Bluum bar; plus Lima and Open Deck eateries for added attractive options and it is impossible not to be impressed by the hotel's undeniable quality. Sehr modernes Hotel an der Algarve. Wir hatten eine Suite mit zwei Schlazimmern. Diese ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber und bietet jeden Komfort. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Restaurant empfand ich persönlich als ungemütlich. Aber das ist nur mein persönliches Empfinden gewesen. Im A`La Carte Restaurant wurden wir vom Oberkellner zu einem Diner eingalden. Eigentlich wollte ich dort nur einen Tisch reservieren. Der Maitre teilte mir aber mit, dass das Restaurant geschlossen sei da am nächsten Tag ein Diner mit dem Portugiesischen Fernsehen gedreht werde. Er fragte mich, ob wir dabei sein möchten. Ich sagte spontan zu und so waren meine Frau und ich 2 Deutsche unter 20 Einheimischen. Trotzdem haben wir uns sehr gut in Englisch unterhalten können. Es war ein besonderer Abend mit vielen kulinarischen Überraschungen. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.

Probably the best Hotel I have ever stay in And definitely deserve's it's 5 star rating. This place oozes class, we had a suite overlooking one of the pool areas on the first floor. This room was ideal for my family, equipped with a kitchen. Full size fridge, freezer, dishwasher., kettle, coffee machine, electric hob, microwave oven and much much more. Massive balcony with dining table and it's own sun loungers. Room was equipped with fast Internet, 2 TV's, cutlery, plates, pots, glasses, mugs etc All staff were amazing, professional, polite, friendly, good English., special mention to the reception staff who were so helpful. They have a number of restaurants for dining, we tried the evening buffet on Algarvian night and the food was amazing, they also have a number of local restaurants outside ( 5 mins walk outside) and also a small supermarket to stock up on drinks etc This place is ideal for a small family and if I were to go back to Algarve next year, I would choose the same hotel. Insgesamt tolles Hotel. Adult only Einschränkungen für Pool Wellness und Restaurant lehne ich jedoch strikt ab. Junge Gäste zählen und zahlen auch, und sind oft besser erzogen als Adults, wie zb bei unserem Aufenthalt eine laut feiernde britische Party Truppe.Ausserdem sollte darauf geachtet werden, dass Erwachsene im Pool Restaurant auch, wie angezeigt, Oberbekleidung tragen.

Complementary two (2) bottles of mineral water should be replenished daily as per the one of the included amenities was charged by service room during check out!!! When they explained the reason why I should be charged, the explanation was that I took two bottles of water from Mini-bar, and everything in Mini-Bar is chargeable and not included. So when I asked where did they left included two bottles of water, answer was: sorry YOU HAVE TO PAY! Ridiculous! Complementary use of coffee, tea making facility was not charged and water should not be neither! and If I shouldn't consider water from mini-bar as a complimentary part - another two bottles must be left anywhere in the room. This is misleading the customer!! Service was not polite and even not willing to collaborate, even I've agreed about this same issue (bottle of water is complementary part) during the day with staff on previous shift. Unfortunately night shift during check out was not comprehensive for customer satisfaction!

1. Racial discrimination complaint not dealt by the management in a prompt manner. I stayed at many hotels and resorts (including Cap Rocat in Majorca, Four Seasons in Lisbon and London, etc.) but never experienced something like this before. 2. Dinner €40 per person is not worth it at all. The rice was so uncooked (some parts felt like not cooked at all) meat was very chewy. 3. Pool side doesn't have enough beach chairs. It is a struggle to find one available. ______ I am explaining further of the first issue so anyone who reads this can decide for themselves. I am a South Korean woman who is married to a Portuguese man. We entered the hotel restaurant for breakfast buffet together and while my husband went to get "a table for two" with one of its staff members, I went to grab some food first. My husband told me he left his bag and a hat at the table so I sat there. Meanwhile the employee who led my husband to the table (I saw her but it seems she hasn't seen me when we entered) approached with another guest at her back. She initially spoke to me in Portuguese and I said I don't speak Portuguese. Then she told me "there are some people sitting at this table." As she had another guest behind her it was all confusing. Initially I understood it was the guest behind her who had reserved the table first, so I said "oh really?" and try to explain that the bag and hat were my husband's. But she dashed off with the guest saying "yes! Some people are sitting there." I turned around and said "but he is my husband." Perhaps she didn't hear, but she didn't look at me or responded. Meanwhile, my husband arrived. I once again said he was my husband. The employee looked surprised and she apologised to him in Portuguese saying she did not realise I was his wife (I did not understand what she was saying). I was offended as this would not have happened if I were Caucasian. I doubt they remember who is sitting on each table exactly. If she honestly thought I was not with him, she should have asked "are you with the gentleman who asked for a table?" as he specifically said "table for two". But none of that happened and she automatically assumed I was not his wife. Since then, this is an account of what happened. : 1. After breakast, we raised this issue at the reception - we were told this will be escalated to their supervisor and we will hear the response. 2. Nothing happened around 8pm the same day, so we approached the reception again. Our previous complaint was not recorded. We said we wanted a response by email, no later than 8 am the next morning. 3. The next morning, still nothing happened so we filed a complaint in the government website for customers of hotels and restaurants to submit formal complaints. In the afternoon, I received a message from the guest relations manager that the food and beverage director wanted to speak to me in person. She said they "didn't know you wanted response by email." 4. Spoke to the director. The conversation was all very confusing and I was not allowed to record it. Had to call my husband to intervene. Will not recreate the conversation as I want to give a full view on what happens after this. I am going to have all communications via email from now on to make sure there is no misunderstanding.

Let me start by saying that this property is BEAUTIFUL! The building itself and the grounds are so elegant and stylish. The trees and surrounding landscape are stunning too! They have several pools that are each big and well maintained, and their breakfast and lunch buffets are delicious. That being said, we had some issues with the staff. Upon arrival, we were told that we didn’t book the right room, and we had to upgrade. We initially booked for two adults and a child for a pool and ocean view room, but the booking showed only two adults. We were told that we cannot stay in that room, even though we offered to let our son sleep in the bed with us if they couldn’t fit a roll away in the room because they were fully booked. They said that was against hotel policy, and that we HAD TO upgrade and pay an extra 85 euros per night, which we reluctantly agreed to. But they gave us a handicapped roomed that had no view of the beach or any pool. Then, when my husband accidentally set off the emergency alarm that is usually in handicap rooms (it really looked like a light switch), it took them FOREVER to come turn it off. Had that been a real emergency, someone surely would have perished by the time the staff came to check. It also took room service a really long time to bring anything we ordered. And when my husband called the restaurants in the property to make dinner reservations, it took four calls to get anyone. And when he finally got a hold of someone, they were so condescendin

This hotel is rated as 5 star. I would disagree . First off it’s pools were not heated ? This is unacceptable as the algarve is windy and although it’s warm the pool was Ice cold and almost unusable. At the adult pool even though it was packed there was no one really enjoying the pool . The adult pool is literally right next to the kids pool so makes it very noisy . Why not make the far away pool adults only and put a decent bar down there ? The hotel lobby bar has zero atmosphere. The massage I had was 140 euro and was meant to last 90 mins . I got a 2 min foot scrub and then she disappeared for ten mins while I ‘relaxed’ then I had a very soft back rub for 60 mins and 5 mins on my feet and legs . 0 stars for that not worth the cash at all it’s worth 20 euro at most . Food was very basic at the pool bar below par and took 50 mins to arrive . Breakfast was ok. Sea view room was huge and very nice place to hang out. It’s near a load of cheaper hotels and restaurants if you want to get chicken and chips Or sardines . Supermarket 5 mins walk away . All in all overpriced and overhyped .

Excellent service! great location near the beach. Another thing to add, I have lost a small bag of jewelry and it seems I forgot it in the hotel. I contacted the hotel and they sent it to me by mail. All items were restored and nothing was touched. Thank you!

Wir haben uns für das Epic Sana Algarve aufgrund des Resort Charakters entschieden. Die Entscheidung war richtig. Am meisten und daher epic und outstanding das Personal. Freundlich, zuvorkommend, souverän und immer auf zack. Eine Wonne zu sehen, dass Hotel auch so funktioniert. Am meisten beeindruckt waren wir von der Organisation des Frühstücks und des Abendessens. Keine Wartezeiten, genügend Personal und die Qualität und Präsentation der Speisen 1a. Unser Zimmer war ein Standardzimmer mit Blick auf die Anlage. Nichts besonderes, aber die Ausstattung bot alles, was man für einen schönen Aufenthalt braucht. Der Zustand des Hotels war okay. Im Zimmer und an den Möbeln gab es schon die eine oder andere Macke. Das Badezimmer war offen, eigentlich gut geplant, aber Design ist leider nicht immer praktisch. Genutzt haben wir auch das Spa und die gratis Kurse Yoga und Pilates.

Absolutely beautiful place... Sand is shell based and can be stoney in places put the view is worth it... Rock are on the beach that the ocean has worn away to make it picturesque and plenty of photos to be took of them... If you are fit enough you can walk all the way from one beach to the next just be aware of tidal currants if you do... Loads of cafés and ice cream shops to sit in and watch the world go by.. Little souvenir shops.. Restaurants and holiday shops...

Ein traumhaftes Hotel im kleinen Falesia gelegen. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und verfügt im Aussenbereich über einen herrlichen Garten der direkt an der wundervollen Steilküste endet. Über eine Hoteleigene Treppe gelangt man zum schönen Strand. Die Pools verfügen über bequeme Liegen. Das Frühstücks und Abendbuffet ist sagenhaft umfangreich und köstlich. Die Zimmer und Suiten groß und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es gibt eine Tiefgarage und einen Parkservice. Die Lobby ist imposant und man wird schon beim Empfang herzlich begrüßt. Sehr guter Service. Top Lage. Gute Bademöglichkeiten. Wandern an der Küste ist von hier traumhaft. Kinderpool und Spielplatz vorhanden. Ebenso Kinderbetreuung. Tolle Wellneseinrichtungebenfalls. Besuch lohnt sich. 5 Sterne.

My husband and I stayed at Epic Sana summer of 2017. We got an upgrade upon arrival and welcome drinks at any of the bars. We also felt very pampered by the staff as well as well fed during breakfast and dinner. It was the best experience in Algarve! We just booked our stay for summer of 2018!

Cet hôtel est un condensé de raffinement, de calme et de bien-être. Le séjour a été parfait d'un bout à l'autre. Les repas pris au bord de la piscine, l'accès à la plage, le parc et ses équipements, le restaurant pour les repas du soir et le petit déjeuner, la chambre, bref, tout était vraiment parfait. Très certainement un hôtel où je retournerai sans hésiter. Tout le personnel de l'hôtel, des restaurant Open Deck et Abyad sont aux petits soins et très attentionné avec les clients. Big up à Johana, Maraya, Deedee Olga et samuel. La seule critique est le prix prohibitif des boissons. Ils sont vraiment trop élevés.

We booked a resort room view only to find that their description of a resort view is actually one of the car park, the drop off point of the hotel and a rather large and very ugly canopy roof. All for 265 euros a night. You have to be kidding. I would definitely not recommend but if you do go then go for a sea view and nothing lower. Plenty way better hotels in the algarve and as others have said no way should this be considered five star. It also has a massive ugly conference centre immediately next door. On a plus point the staff in the restaurant by the pool were lovely.

Eine wunderschöne Hotelanlage, für Menschen, die die Ruhe suchen, mit geräumigen, modernen Zimmern und einem tollen Spa und Wellnessbereich. Man ist äusserst freundlich auf eine dezente Art, grosszügig mit den kleinen Willkommensgeschenken und den Handttüchern für die 3 Pools, die vorbildlich gepflegt sind. Stayed in a 1bedroom apartment, which is heavenly. The residences are next to the hotel. Each side has their own pool but you can go between all of the facilities. There's a nice playground and indoor playroom for kids. Being on the residence side you get free breakfast (you can chose between the hotel restaurant Abyad and the one closer to the residences LIMA) and free lunch buffet at LIMA (hotel guest rooms only get breakfast). Staff at LIMA are incredible, especially with kids. The apartment is fantastic! Beautiful, clean, modern and large! The beds were comfy as well as the sofa bed our child slept in. My only complaint is coffee is part of the mini-bar charge and not free. But at the breakfast and lunch buffet that's included, you can get wine, beer, coffee, champagne etc. Breakfast has a nice spread of meat and cheeses, pastries, fruit, yogurt/cereal, standard hot food and a omelet station. The resort has direct access to the beach. The beach is large and can get crowded but it's wonderful. It doesn't have the drastic scenery of Lagos beaches with caves but the water and sand are great. Service is incredibly friendly. It's so relaxing and everything a resort should be. Look forward to returning!

Ao cuidado do Sr Gerente: Em 2015 foi tudo excelente. Passado um ano vejo situações que me desagradam como português e como cliente que já viajou e ficou em hotéis de 5 estrelas. O espaço é maravilhoso, os apartamentos 5 estrelas e a limpeza excelente, isso não há dúvidas. Agora vamos ao mau: reservei um apartamento residence em Dezembro de 2015. Cheguei no Domingo e sabendo pois a reserva foi feita no ano passado que tenho 3 crianças, colocaram-me na residence 614, virada para a rua do resort onde ouço viaturas e não posso ver os meus filhos na piscina. Fui pedir sem antes colocar as malas no 614 e negaram-me porque a minha estaria era longa demais, é bom saber que fazem mais pelos que ficam mais tempo. Outra situação foi que nem bebida de boas vindas tivemos. Mais outra situação é que neste momento não faço a mínima ideia da programação do hotel pois deram - me no domingo à programação que acabava no domingo e esqueceram-se que vou ficar 12 duas. Por fim, o que me desagrada mesmo é a " bajarolice" feita aos turistas estrangeiros demonstrado por duas situações: uma delas é falar primeiro inglês em vez de português e a segunda é que cheguei no domingo, fui jantar, disse o meu número de quarto em português e por isso indicaram-me a mesa e pronto. Estava sentado à jantar a maravilhosa comida é só vejo tours a turistas estrangeiros a indicar onde eram as saladas, etc... Esta maneira de comportar não é digna de um hotel de 5 estrelas e mais digo: os únicos que trabalham bem são os que são menos valorizados como o staff de limpeza, das toalhas, os funcionários das malas, os empregados de mesa apesar destes, pelo menos do peq almoço lá vem com o "good morning". Por todas estas situações e por eu ter feito um esforço financeiro enorme para vir para este resort que não me está a dar o devido valor... A nota é baixa!

Grossartiges Hotel, das in idealer Weise für unterschiedliche Interessen ein sehr gutes Angebot bereit hält (Hotelzimmer, Apartments, Suiten, Adults only Bereiche, Familien-Pool). Die ganze Infrastruktur ist sehr neu und zeitgemäss in einer wunderschönen Parkanlage mit direktem Zugang zum kilometerlangen Sandstrand. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Hotel sehr sauber. Genial ist auch das Essen. Wir hatten selten ein so gutes Buffet und gleichzeitig noch ein Gourmetrestaurant, das wir auch empfehlen können.
