Em relação preço/qualidade para quem gosta de diversão e ótima comida é dos melhores no Algarve. Neste momento está fechado (Fevereiro 2020), está em renovações. Deve abrir em Março

We were a large group of about 500 when we stayed at this hotel and they managed to cope with us all very well. The rooms were large, well maintained and clean with decent facilities and a TV. The meals all buffet style were excellent from breakfast, lunch and dinner with plenty of helpful staff available. It is a large hotel with two restaurants and very well managed. There are two large swimming pools and extensive gardens.

Lovely, clean, entertaining, food great fantastic helpful staff. Only one thing......... All inclusive drinks not Very good. Impossible to get a good G&T

Very relaxing, lots to do for all ages and food and drinks are available all day. (didnt get 5 star because some of the food like burgers and the pizza have room for improvement however the the rest is great

Newly renovated hotel which matches the Riu standards. Staff is quite friendly and helpful, food is also good, especially the theme restaurants (not superior but that's the case for most all incl hotels). Pool etc. is clean, nice sports offers like tennis. A little bit more room cleaning staff would be appropriate I think, the cleaning ladies were always in a hurry and sometimes didn't manage to clean our room.

Olhos de Agua, onde o descanço é rei e o divertimento é garantido. Embora que a piscina interior poderia estar aberta nos dias mais frescos considerando as oscilações de temperatura.

Il en faut pour tout les goûts mais ça ne correspond pas à ce que j'attendais d'un club de vacances. Piscines extérieures non chauffées, tout les touristes sont avec leurs ballons et autres dans l'espace spa ... détente impossible, c'est la foire. Buffets insipides, très très peu de spécialités portugaise, c'est de la bouffe de cantine à pas cher. Déçu

Nice rooms and hotel. The food and cocktails could really do with improving, the cocktails were gross. The friendly staff made up for it though.

Bons équipements. Personnel très sympathique. Nourriture bonne. Piscine couverte : mon épouse l'a trouvée agréable et intimiste alors que je l'ai trouvée sombre et oppressante... Chambre très propre mais hôtel TRES BRUYANT, ce n'est pas l'idéal pour se reposer. A la cantine, à la terrasse, dans les couloirs, au bar, à la salle de spectacle : quel bruit ! Evidemment, ce n'est pas la faute de l'hôtel mais de certaines personnes sans gêne qui fréquentent cet hôtel trop grand. Nous n'y retournerons pas, nous préférerons désormais de plus petits hôtels. Pourtant, nous pensions être sûrs de notre choix avec une chaîne comme RIU et le tour opérateur LUXAIR TOUR.

La comida estupenda el trato de los empleados bueno pero el bar bastante pésimo ya por la mañana antes de almorzar faltaban cosas tan simples como refrescos o bebidas no alcohólicas (no tenemos refrescos de limon ni de naranja y de las 4 bebidas sin alcohol solo tenemos una) Mi pregunta es? todo incluido no es .sería lo que me quedé en ese momento no?

El alojamiento esta bien , limpieza buena , la comida malisima y el trato del personal hacia los clientes malisimo !!no volveria a repetir

Hemos estado 4 noches, 1- en la web al hacer la reserva no había previo aviso de que el hotel el día 3/11/19 cierra por fin de temporada, el servio muy regular, la comida de muy baja calidad y siempre lo mismo, la discoteca estaba cerrada y el spa ayer día 1/ 11/19 imposible de utilizar, los niños con colchonetas y pelotas y sin dar opción a la zona de relax.. Muy decepcionada ya que al ser un Riu debe prestar muchísima más calidad...

Mucho que desear para ser 4 estrellas comidas repetitivas y mucha aglomeraciones en el comedor , habitación ruidosa

La comida del bufet es la misma todos los días y es muy pequeño para tanta gente ,se escucha mucho ruido en las habitaciones

Peço à direção desta unidade hoteleira que não ofenda os seus hóspedes com espectáculos como os do 30/10/2019. Existem muitos talentos no Algarve, mais baratos e com uma qualidade e vontade muito superior em relação há mediocridade de dois pseudo músicos. Apostem na prata da casa. Apostem na juventude algarvia e nos seus talentos. Mas por amor de Deus, não ofendam os vossos hóspedes. Melhor ainda no dia seguinte um bingo junto da piscina em espanhol e francês unicamente. Mas Portugal já mudou a língua oficial porventura?

Bel hôtel. Le personnel est bien gentil de nombreuses personnes parlent français. La cuisine par contre c est le gros bémol lorsqu'il font du boeuf c est de la carne les rituels gâteaux surgelés sans goût et mousse reconstitué. Pour récupérer une serviette de piscine a 8h50 c est pas possible à l accueil CV car c est a 9h service client à l accueil moyen du coup

Duży świetnie położony hotel. Dobre, urozmaicone jedzenie. Przemiła obsługa, która uczy się języków, nawet polskiego . Polecam!!!

Hotel jest bardzo duży. Obsluga hotelu jest przemiła i profesjonalna. Fajne animacje w ciągu dnia i wieczorem. Niestety to tyle. Basen ogromny i dlatego wybraliśmy ten hotel, ale woda w basenie jest lodowata. Basen nie jest podgrzewany. Jak było goraco w dzień to ledwo dało się jeszcze popływać, ale gdy w dzień nie było słońca to nikt nie odważył się wejść do basenu. Tragedia! Leżąc na słońcu przy 28 stopniach, nagle wchodzisz do basenu z temperaturą 17 stopni! Przez to się rozchorowalam. Jedzenie bardzo kiepskiej jakości, co z tego jak jest duży wybór, kiedy wszystko smakuje jak plastik? Wino w barze okropne, nie polecam, i tak samo drinki.

Fantastic Hotel. Brilliant staff, brilliant, hardworking entertainment team. Would recommend a week break here. Food very good but repetitive. would suggest that they offer 'theme nights' in the main restaurant - mexican (fajitas, burritos, enchiladas etc), thai, etc. Specialist restaurant with Asian and the Grill was good (preferred the Asian). Wine was watered down, as expected at a All Inclusive resort. Over all a pleasant week.

We are currently staying at the hotel, we are leaving early for several reasons, the outdoor pools are not heated. There are hundreds of guests sitting around the pools and can’t even dip a foot in due to the extremely cold water. It makes no sense why they would not be when the hotel is at capacity. The pool bars are closed, both the swim up bar and the bar in the pool area. Guests are required to go to the small bar inside which is far and busy. The a la carte restaurant is also a buffet, there is no table service. You need to get towels from the desk before 12pm, so if you sleep in and want to sit by the pool after 12 you will not be able to get a towel. The AC in the room does not work and it is very hot. The hotel only has 2 elevators and are slow and busy. The restaurants and pool are on the lower level so you require this which is share with guests heading to their rooms. It’s awful. There is a small indoor pool which is over crowded due to the main pools being so cold, the issue is there is only a few chairs for guest to put their personal items and since the floor is wet you are unable to use it or bring nothing with you. This hotel is a 3 star maximum. Very disappointing compared to other RIU properties we have been too.

Estuvimos a mediados de septiembre y había bastante gente pero no lleno. Los espectáculos un poco flojos en comparación con otros Riu. Destacar a Nadia y el equipo de cocina y a Julián y el equipo de bar. Resaltar que puedes solicitar platos sin gluten aptos para celiacos y que están muy ricos. ¡Muy recomendable!

pour un second séjour du 9 au 16 octobre 2016, nous avons apprécié le professionnalisme de 2 hôtesses d'accueil, Delfina et Claudia, qui ont géré une urgence médicale mieux que le médecin local.

Pour la 1ère fois, nous étions au RIU GUARANA. Habitués que nous sommes e cette chaîne, nous n’avons pas éé surpris d’être fort bien logés (belle chambre, belle vue). La qualité des repas est tout à fait remarquable pour un 4* (pensez à rajouter de la viande froide pour un assiette anglaise le midi). Le personnel très aimable, réactif et efficace. L’hôtel est très bien entretenu y.c. les piscines et alentours. Tout est propre. Les employés des bars très performants. Bref, un excellent RIU pour visiter une région (louez ue voiture) et y découvrir des sites magnifique. MERCI à TOUS.

Wir hatten einen perfekten Urlaub im Riu Guarana. Sowohl das Hotel mit seinen Zimmern, dem Wellnessbereich und der Bar, als auch die große und gepflegte Gartenanlage mit ausreichend Liegen waren einfach super. Das Personal war stets sehr freundlich, aufgeschlossen und auf Sauberkeit bedacht. Besonders die Freundlichkeit und Präsenz des Hoteldirektors ist hervorzuheben. Für mich ein sehr wichtiger Punkt ist die Nachhaltigkeit, welche in diesem Hotel wirklich gelebt wird. So gibt es am Pool keine Einweg- sondern wiederverwendbare Plastikbecher. Auch die Servietten sind aus recyceltem Papier. Gerade für so ein großes Hotel finde ich das bemerkenswert und sehr verantwortungsvoll. Großen Respekt und ein großes Lob an die Leitung des Hauses und an das gesamte Personal! Ein einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre den Strand Zugang zu vereinfachen, in dem die Tür oberhalb der Anlage geöffnet wird (eventuell mittels der Zimmerkarte)

Hotel świetny! Pokoje czyste, jedzenie świetne!, wielki wybór dań z mięs, ryb, serów, deserów, są również owoce morza, makarony, czego dusza zapragnie do tego zawsze sympatyczna i uśmiechnięta obsługa znająca podstawowe zwroty po Polsku, animacje wieczorne na duży plus, do pięknego widoku z klifu 2 min pieszo, do schodów na plaże 3 min.

Zeer aangenaam verblijf, de kamers zijn comfortabel, het buffet is uitgebreid. De poolbar is gezellig. Een aanrader, zeker ook met kinderen!

Para um 4 estrelas mais parece de 5 estrelas. Todo o staff do hotel extremamente atencioso. Grande variedade de oferta nas refeições. Apesar de ser um hotel com muita gente, nunca tive de esperar em nenhuma situação.

Top Hotel in Top Lage !!! Einfacht ein super schöner Ort un die Algarve zu erkunden !! Bester RIU Service den man von der RIU Kette gewohnt ist !!! Zimmer sehr geräumig und modern eingerichtet sowie sehr sauber !!! Personal in allen Bereichen sehr freundlich hilfsbereit und zuverlässig !!!! Gastronomie sehr lecker und für jeden Geschmack immer was dabei !!! Poolbereich sehr toll und nicht überfüllt !!! Wunderschöne und gepflegte Gartenanlage !!! Die drei Strände in unmittelbarer Nähe sind alle in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen !!!! Auf jeden Fall ein Besuch wert um die Algarve in allen Bereichen kennen zu lernen !!!

Adorei. Uma semana de excelência, onde podemos descansar e divertir em familia sem momentos monótonos. Não é preciso sair do hotel. Restaurantes(buffet, sushi e grill) de qualidade e com grande variedade. O serviço de bar é ótimo, com excelentes cocktails. Os jardins na zona das piscinas são lindissimos. Amplo programa de entertenimento com uma equipa de animadores a destacar. Sem reparos a fazer. Recomendo

Un Hôtel sublime avec une très grande propreté,un très BON restaurant avec grand choix et Bon. Les 4 étoiles largement Méritées.⭐⭐⭐⭐. Nous y passons un très BON séjour. Merci à la direction et à son sympathique personnel.

Just returned from a four night stay. Hotel staff were excellent as was the food and service. Very clean room with everything you need. Definitely recommend this hotel, it has something for everyone!!

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub! Das Essen war ausreichend und für jeden war etwas dabei- klar jeder würzt anders- aber man kann ja auch immer nach würzen. Das Zimmer war immer top sauber und das Ambiente etc. waren auch sehr gepflegt. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Bel hôtel rien à redire sur les chambres, Mais restauration moyenne et même médiocre certains jours. Piscine non chauffee et accès à la mer très difficile avec beaucoup d'escaliers, Le plus de l'hôtel la gentillesse du personnel. Peu de français la langue est mal maitrisée au niveau du personnel
