Fui fazer uma devolução de um telemóvel com defeito e simplesmente recusaram de forma inexplicável dando desculpas atrás de desculpas quando na worten de Portimão me fizeram a troca. À gerência da loja de Lagos recusou o próprio gerente teve um conduta suspeita e nada profissional. O atendimento no geral é bom mas o gerente merecia ir banhar se para a praia no fundo de desemprego...

I was expecting a package from Chronopost and the delivery guy made a mistake writing down the tracking number. I requested to leave the "encomienda" at Worten being an official "pickup" place from Chronopost. The package was at the store on the 27th of December. I went to the store on the 27 and then 2 more times, gave my surname so they can track the package, everytime they said that the package wasn't there and that they couldn't do anything because The tracking number was wrong, they didn't even made the effort of surching in their storage under my surname. Today 2 of January, I was able to talk with Chronopost to discover that my encomienda was at the store during all this time and to add irony to this situation the worker at worten didn't even request the tracking number, just my surname!! Unbelievable!! I really can't stand the lack of will!

We ordered a new Bosch induction hob unit on Monday 17 June 2019 to be installed for our family arriving on Tuesday 16th July. The installation date was set as Thursday 11th July. Despite many many phone calls, we are still waiting, with very limited cooking facilities. The numerous promises of installation have all failed to materialise, promised return phone calls were not made. Clearly, the management of Worten are just not in control and do not care about their customers.

The store had what I needed and I was left alone. Some people may consider that poor customer service, however, in an electronics I don't like people offering their usually "sales" related advice after I have done my own research for my current needs.

I was looking around for 10 mins and not one staff came to ask what I was looking for. In fact, no staffs available as the only one I can see was behind the cashier. Very limited selection of products but I guess if you are only looking for something basic, they would have it. But dont come in to compare different products etc.
