Mecanic wasn't really interested. Lady at reception tried her best but he didn't even take a Look at the Car. I Wanted new tires at the front and loosening of rusted wheelscrews at a Back wheel on a Ducato Camper. Mecanic pretended that he hasn't the right "machine" to loosen the screws ??! Yeah, sure...

Worst experience I have ever had with a mechanic. Was on my way home after a day's work when I felt my car acting weird. I was nearby when I decided to stop there and was alerted by some locals that I had a flat tire. Went in and asked if one of the workers could give me a hand or simply put some air so perhaps I could get home (that is relatively close, and being from around I had been there before to get jobs done on my car, not exactly a stranger, if anything a costumer). The only mechanic there was straight forward rude and completely apathetic. Ranting on about shortness of staff and other worries. He send me off, not caring, to talk to the nice lady up front, who with all her kindness, tried her very best to serve as intermediary, with no use. I get it I really do, I also work with costumer service I know what it's like, but all I asked was a few seconds to get some air in ONE of the tires. I would have done it myself but I couldn't move the car (to a more helpful place) and the supplies and tools were not mine to use. I wasted 40 mins going back and forward, having no means to get home trying my best to keep my cool when I was so unpleasantly treated. At last the mechanic gave in realising the one simple thing I was asking, but not before wasting his and my time, when the thing could have been solved in under 5mins. Never going there again, I had other things I needed to fix with them, but now I'm for sure not stepping there again.

Très efficace malgré un PLANNING très chargé, a pris rapidement en charge notre crevaison... Personnel très accueillant! Et un prix plus qu abordable ! Je recommande sans hésitation !

Hi We had a puncture on a hire car and took it to Servipneus,Boliqueime this morning.Arrived 9-00am,great service,puncture repaired and balanced they then replaced space saver wheel with repaired wheel and put space saver back in boot.Price 11.87 euros,back on road by 9-30am.What brilliant service.Thankyou very much.

Je suis arriver pour une crevaison 5 min après mon arriver j'ai été pris en charge et je suis reparti 10 min après cetait reparer une meche et cest reparti rapide efficace et pas cher très bien.
