Superb hotel, great food and even the basic king size deluxe room was of an excellent standard. Bad points, the beach is 4km away, meaning that you have to get a hotel shuttle to get there which take c.15mins. The small minibus was only just sufficient for the number at the beach. But the hotel pool areas are very good and well served.Gusto, located in the hotel is an excellent 1 Michelin starred restaurant, great champagne and wine selection. The spa is very relaxing. The separate kids pool means that there is a natural separation of adults only versus families. The residences, outside the hotel, entrance are a bit weird as they are empty apartments which are largely complete.In summary, this is a superb hotel and we will be back!

The service in the restaurant has been terrible. Had to wait over and hour for a hamburger and had to then negotiate with the manager on having the bill reduced. We were told our order was forgotten. Also in the morning simple coffee requests got missed too. Poor service by indifferent staff unacceptable for the prices you pay to stay here. Will not come back.

Our first family holiday and it was fantastic. The hotel staff were so friendly and accommodating. It was our first time abroad with our 9 month old and they simply could not do enough to help us.Add to that the fact that the hotel was beautifully done, immaculately clean and with fantastic facilities. Both my wife and I had spa treatments and they were definitely worth it. We would absolutely go back and are genuinely sad to be back home!

A parte de tener unas instalaciones excelentes. El restaurante es uno de los mejores de Portugal, con una excelente relación calidad-precio.
Por poco más de lo que cuesta comer en cualquier lugar de la zona, se puede comer mucho mejor en el restaurante del hotel.

Será difícil apontar defeitos a um dos hotéis que faz parte da lista dos melhores de Portugal. Contudo não deixando de salientar o serviço de excelência no geral e o serviço de limpeza imaculado, em particular, vou referir algumas das coisas menos positivas da nossa experiência em família. Em primeiro lugar referir o facto dos funcionários se dirigirem a todos os clientes em inglês e, não esquecendo que se trata de um hotel que pertence a uma cadeia internacional, penso que seria de bom tom nunca esquecer as nossas raízes e homenagear o nosso patriotismo. Em segundo lugar, referir a fraca qualidade da comida do room service, comemos uma penne com molho de tomate e manjericao que parecia saída de pacote e para os nossos filhos pedimos peito de frango grelhado que já estava para lá de grelhado, para não dizer quase queimado. Em último lugar, ressalvar um comportamento em que se sentiu a total falta de compaixão pelo outro e que passo a explicar. Compreendemos que os horários de pequeno-almoço existem para serem cumpridos, no entanto, penso que em algumas situações não devem ser levados ao limite como foi no nosso caso. Chegámos à sala de pequenos almoços às 10h45 e basicamente o que nos foi dito foi para nos sentarmos e comermos em tempo record porque o serviço ia fechar. Ora com dois filhos de 2 e 3 anos isto seria uma tarefa quase dantesca. Não queríamos jamais interferir com o trabalho e o profissionalismo dos funcionários apenas nos queríamos sentar e relaxar a tomar o nosso pequeno almoço em vez de o engulir sem mastigar.
Até mesmo num 5 estrelas há espaço para melhorar fica aqui a dica de que a simplicidade e humildade às vezes também fazem toda a diferença.

敷地面積は東京ドームの２−３倍あると思います。レストラン皆旨い！特に朝食豪華outsideで食べる事。約バスで５分の所に綺麗な海岸あります。送迎してくれます。

A great hotel in a great area away from Faro. Everything you imagine from a luxury hotel is in Conrad Algarve... but there is no gym room ! But is useless in regards of all the golfs fields around ! The food in the 2 restaurants of the hotel is amazing and the pool just perfect. A nice place to stay !

Wonderful hotel, most amazing staff, friendly and knowledgeable. Heated slightly heated outdoor pool for winter which is great. Very easy to get Uber from the hotel so even without rented car we could travel to nearby towns easily.

This place is really great! I stayed here in November for a few days and it was really quiet, as it was off season. However the service from the staff was world class. We had complimentary breakfast with our reservation and it was absolutely delicious. So many made to order options and a buffet with a variety of hot and cold options. The outdoor pool was open and heated but it was too cold for me to take a dip in. However, the sunset over the pool was beautiful to watch every evening. We has a rental which was valet parked at no additional cost. The property is gorgeous with many restaurants on site as well as within walking distance of the hotel. The rooms are impeccably modern with all of the amenities and we were gifted a bottle of champagne and fresh fruit to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday. Overall, I give Conrad Algarve 5stars and can't wait to come back.

Exzellentes Luxushotel mit außergewöhnlichem Personal! Wir haben eine Woche in diesem luxeriösen Hotel verbracht. Von Anfang an haben wir uns wohl gefühlt Beim Checkin hat uns Sara empfangen. Sie war so herzlich und professionell! Sie haben sehr aufmerksam zugehört, was alles möglich gemacht hat. Unser Zimmer war phantastisch. Das Design, die Sauberkeit und das himmlisch bequeme Bett. Wir haben jeden Abend im sehr guten Restaurant Louro gegessen. Wir würden jedes Mal herzlich empfangen. In vielen Restaurants bekommt man man möchte. In diesem Restaurant haben wir Irina, Vitaliy und Ruben jeden Wunsch von den Lippen abgelesen. Zusammen mit den anderen Restaurantmitarbeitern sind sie ein tolles Team. Wir haben uns in einem Restaurant noch nie so wohl gefühlt. Der Pool und das Spa sind ebenfalls exzellent Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls phantastisch! Alles in allem eines der besten Hotels. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen!

This was my second time in this hotel. It was a pleasure to be there again. We have been to more than 150 different Hilton properties,
this hotel we decided to go back as they impressed us the first time. As diamond members we have got a very high expectations and theven staff in this hotel not only managed to meet our expectations, they surpassed and wowed us on many occasions. All the staff from arrival to departure were Fantastic. Sorry if I can't remember all of your names.
Sara on arrival was very friendly, professional and helpful. We were there to celebrate a special occasion, I wanted to arrange a surprise for my partner, she bent over backwards for us to make sure we got what we wanted. It was a difficult request, however she was very understanding, sympathetic and sweet.
Melanie in the spa approached us with a big smile and showed us the spa and it's facilities. I needed something and she managed to get it for me. Thanks
The wuality of food both for breakfast And dinner was excellent. We stayed there for 5 days, the staff were the major reason why we didn't want to try another restaurants near the area. We were looking forward to our dinner every night. The team were super amazing! They went above and beyond, extra mile and did whatever they could to see us and everyone happy and satisfied.
We arrived in the restaurant and asked Iryna if we could and she just said yes! You can! Then she said what was the question? This is the attitude to die for! The answer was yes, even before hearing the question, this is the can do attitude that the management should be proud. Vitaliy and Ruben knew exactly what we wanted and how we wanted it. They fell over themselves to help us. They have a great knowledge of food, drinks and years of experience in customer skills. They
amazed us by giving us the things we wanted, Ruben called the chefs and made all the arrangements for our special requests and wishes.
The team were working in such a great harmony, all of them were paying attention to all the guests and we could see how all the guests were feeling themselves spoiled and at home. All took ownership for our happiness. We can't wait to go back as we feel at home there. Thanks again everyone for making a home away from home for us. You are all great and you should be proud of yourself. Keep up the great work.

The Conrad Algarve has pluses and minuses.
Pluses include:
- very nice rooms in very good condition, bedding, bathroom are all worth 5*
- a nice breakfast buffet
Minuses include:
- location: why would one stay there ? There is no view, the hotel is far from the sea, near an unremarkable village
- food: we ate one night at Louro and one night at the bar, food was just ok, service hit and miss although the waiters all speak english. At the bar, the burgers arrived miserably cold and the waiters could not manage the fact that a fish allergy does not mean anchovy sauce on the side, but a different sauce altogether
- another minor gripe is that the dramatic central hall means that there is no staircase. Use of the elevators is almost mandatory.

I can't say enough good things about the resort. All the facilities were fabulous. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, the pool area was relaxing and the service in general was uniformly excellent. My friends and I only regretted that we didn't stay longer!

Conrad Algarve... Where shall I begin?
I have been lucky to travel around the world and stay in some prestigious hotels but Conrad Algarve is one that I will talk about for a long time.
So far, my favourite hotels were the Hilton in Panama City and the First Art Boutique hotel in Rome. Now the Conrad Algarve is certainly their equal.
And all of this thanks to the staff. From the housekeeper to the maintenance people to the gardeners to the restaurant staff to the front desk staff to the bar mixologist, they are all giving you the warmest welcome. The service is simply out of this world! They are truly the kindest staff I have ever ever come across and this place would not be what it is without them. Management needs to take the time to celebrate them in all their glories because they truly deserve it!
The facilities available (tennis court, gym, spa) and the grounds are amazing.
The rooms are spacious and very clean.
There is a huge variety at breakfast to please all palates and the proximity of the hotel to the lake will enable you to work off these calories.

Experiência única, atendimento estará no nível muito acima da média, talvez ao nível do melhor que há, desde a chegada de carro, o 1o contato com o bagageiro, passando pela receção, onde a abordagem é atenciosa e personalizada, as senhoras dos andares, staff do pequeno almoço, staff da piscina, staff do spa e claro a experiência máxima no restaurante, onde a atenção do André e do Miguel foram fora de série, além da experiência com a comida que nos foi servida ao longo da noite, magnífica, o André e o Miguel, tornaram a noite inesquecível com a sua simpatia e com o seu acompanhamento ao longo do jantar. Todo o hotel é lindo, cheio de pormenores que revelam dedicação, mas foi sem dúvida o lado humano que me surpreendeu ao longo de toda a estadia. Obrigado por toda esta dedicação que têm todos os dias no vosso trabalho.

First, the property is beautiful. There is a lot to do and it is well kept. Breakfast is a huge plus! There are a few elements I didn’t like though. Distance from the water, a lot of kids, and pushing you to use a very expensive car service they have an affiliation with. They called us a “cab” to go to a restaurant less than a km away ( or you can’t walk because there are no sidewalks so it is unsafe) and it was €20. We ended up using Uber and I suggest you do too. If you’re bringing a family, then maybe this is a great spot for you, but as a couples trip, I this isn’t the best.

Our third stay to visit family and would return. Wonderful staff service and excellent food throughout.
Nice that wifi is fast and free and the rooms are well appointed.
Possible improvements might be a redesign of the bathroom door - its impossible not to disturb a sleeping partner if you need to use it at night. Also its a shame that use of the spa is not included in the room rate as it is in most five star hotels. But overall the hotel is excellent and we shall return.

Top services, top hotel, top staff! Everything was TOP! Breakfast could have more local products and bakery, and also the door for the small kitchen in the room needed some repair as it was a bit hard to open/close, those are the only reasons why I don't give a 5 star, but above all those small details, everything was just extremely pleasant! The location is not ideal but it compensates for the service and things you can get around!

Don’t let the, slight, distance to the beach keep you away from Conrad Algarve - it ticks all the boxes that you might have when staying at a summer location!
The staff is incredibly friendly, showing their hospitality in the most quality of ways, making you feel right at home and as if the service is tailor made for you.
Their Star place Gusto is stunning, and highly recommended on one of the nights you may stay here. Especially with a wine pairing, it’s a very nice experience, with quality presentation and a stunning view of the hills in the background that rivals a view of the beach.
The Spa facilities are tremendous, spacious and it’s a very comfortable place to fully relax. With a more private pool, sauna, steam room, huge multi-faceted pool with jets and streams.
And of course full massage and treatments are available , where the Full Body Radiance is just the joy of life.
2 hours of absolute everything - Scrub, Deep Tissue or Relaxing Massage, and a very nice Facial Treatment.
Simply stay here - it’s a very, very, very nice place to stay during the warm summer days.

After trying to book at the restaurant perillas we were told there were no availabilities during our stay however after inquiring with the hotel staff they were able to get us booked in at the restaurant with ease

Experiência top , restaurantes requintado serviço de mesa digno de um hotel de 5 estrelas o nível de exigência é grande , e é correspondido sem problemas ,. Ementa com um tipo de comida tradicional mas muito bem confeccionada ambiente formidável para jantar com muita harmonia, zona de mesas ao pé da piscina , para criar uma atmosfera diferente !
Já jantamos do peixe ao sal ao Tomahawk é o Ratatui tudo muito bom , boa carta de vinhos a condizer com os pratos!

Quartos amplos, bonitos e bem decorados. Varanda fantástica virada para o jardim. WC inovador com TV incorporado na banheira. Staf simpático. Fiquei com pena de não conseguir vaga para jantar no restaurante do chef Heinz Beck. São Pet Friendely o que muito me agrada. Na verdade agradou-me tudo em geral.

Exceptionnel, le meilleur hôtel de ma vie tous le personnel est au grand soin pour vous dont Estevao du restaurant et Carlos de la réception qui sont très aimable. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est incroyable tous comme le reste des plats de l’hôtel. Les piscines sont superbes et très design, ainsi que le spa qui est complet est extraordinaire ! Have been here for last two October breaks, the hotel is beautiful, the staff are always pleasant and accommodating. The restaurants have good menus and the bar food is very good.

Mon séjour fut très agréable, le personnel est charmant, très souriant et agréable. Il répond à toutes nos demandes, je me suis blessée à un pied, ils m'ont fournis rapidement (dans les 5 à 10 minutes) des poches de glace pour me soulager.
Pour le petit-déjeuner, il suffit de demander du lait végétal et il vous l'apporte directement à votre table. Le buffet petit petit-déjeuner est bien garnit en salé et sucré. Le restaurant le "louro" est aussi agréable, les plats sont recherchés et ils proposent aussi les plats végétariens d'excellentes qualités. Les chambres sont spacieuses et calmes. Les produits de douches sont aussi de qualités, j'ai beaucoup aimé le conditionner pour cheveux qui sentait l'amande. La plage est à 1h00 à pied et environ 5 à 10 min en voiture.

Luxury stunning Hotel. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Checking in is fast and very personalized service. Rooms are excellent spacious , clean and all rooms have private balconies. Breakfast buffet is excellent. One of the best Hilton.properties that I stayed in. I am no doubt returning with my family. Highly recommended for pleasure and business meetings and function.

I came with my girlfriend to stay for two days. Although our stay was free, since we had a voucher to exchange, the hotel staff was very kind and helpful throughout our stay.
The room was quite good, with all the requirements (and then some!) of a five-star hotel. The room is cleaned, at a minimum, twice a day. The bathroom has a built-in TV, which doesn't exist in all 5* hotels. It was faulty when we arrived, but promptly replaced by the hotel staff within minutes. The bed is large and comfortable enough, the mini-bar has a wide variety of options and the TV has a large number of channels available.
You can take advantage of the inner pool at any time, which also includes the jacuzzi.
The hotel has two restaurants, with one having a Michelin star (which I didn't visit). The other one provides good meals, with a complementary amuse-bouche, although the prices are a bit high.
Regardless, I highly recommend the stay at this hotel, for both the quality of service and friendly staff.

Service was brilliant!!!! Staff very helpful and attendant. Left my laptop in my room and a staff member drove the airport to give it to me!Lovely modern rooms and plenty to do in the hotel. Pools were very nice. I would 100% recommend staying here !

Amazing experience. Celebrated part of our Honeymoon here. Andre at the bar is so amazing. He took the time to really get to know us during our cocktail experience. He also gave some great recommendations for dinner and sights.

This is a superb hotel in a great location for resturants, golf courses, bars and shopping right accross the road (if you want), hotel is great, had the eight course tasting menu with wine pairing in the main resturant and I thought it was amazing, for a well travelled person this is a must stay, well done all the staff who were superb.

An excellent hotel with the most delightful, friendly, pleasant staff. The grey-themed decor was not my taste (too cold) and perhaps a little modern but nonetheless beautifully done. The food and drink was of very high quality and service superb. A very enjoyable weekend - thank you.

Hotel is absolutely lavish, from the moment you arrive. The scale of the property and building is massive. It's an impressive location to behold. Staff are courteous, very attentive, very knowledgeable, and on top of everything. It's a proper high-end atmosphere. Gorgeous rooms and grounds.

A fantastic hotel , worthy of its 5 star rating. Each member of staff is supremely professional, friendly and so helpful. The hotel is ideally located for beaches and restaurants and offers excellent facilities and great food options of its own....not least the Michelin Gusto. We enjoyed everything the hotel has to offer and highly recommend the Conrad to anyone visiting the Algarve

Lazy bar staff decided to shut early and couldn’t be bothered to make drinks when we arrived before closing time. Very poor service from this hotel and you’d expect better than the staff to simply close when they like at the Conrad. Avoid in the evenings unless you want to be subject to the whims of the staff as to whether they want to do their jobs or not.

Had the best hotel buffet breakfast here at the Conrad Algarve I’d ever had. The selection is outstanding, they have everything you could possible want to eat hot or cold and drink. We sat outside on a beautiful sunny blue sky day to a picture postcard view of the surroundings. At €24 per adult for all you can eat breakfast that will last you til dinner, it’s good value. Can’t wait to come back here again.

After visiting the Conrad for one day last year, I aspired to return for a holiday and spent a full week at the hotel which I have just returned from.
Thankfully, the hotel has lived up to my hopes and more. From the second we arrived, the check in receptionist was extremely helpful, offering us a juice and showing us to our room.
The room is lovely with a big bed and tv, lovely bath with television and a huge balcony.
The pool staff cannot do enough for you making your sun beds and offering ice water when you arrive.
Breakfast is lovely - so much choice!
The room service was brilliant - the server was very friendly and the food arrived very quickly.
Housekeeping - also fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble.
We didn’t get to try Gusto (the Michelin star restaurant) however hopefully next time!
As other guests have stated, yes salads etc are quite expensive however you pay for what you receive and I believe it to be worth every penny.
Five Stars!
I had such a fantastic time, I have booked again for July!

Extremely overpriced, Americanized hotel with poor service and bland food. We spent one night at this place before leaving. It’s basically like being in a resort in Florida, except you pay 2X as much for everything and the staff is generally rude. Yes, the rooms are nice, beautiful even. However, we tried two of the restaurants and room service and the food was extremely expensive compared to other restaurants in Portugal and even Algarve - and came in smaller portions despite the higher price. The food was also bland and they only offered American cuisine. It makes sense because it’s a Hilton hotel, but I expected more from a 5-star hotel close to the Algarve coast.
Also, it’s not very close to the ocean which is a bit of a bummer.

Nice hotel, a bit empty though. Had afternoon tea with a large group - service was good and the price was very good but the standard of afternoon tea wasn't fully up to what's available in the UK or Ireland. Would still recommend it though, because of the price and service.

Probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in and I travel a lot.
Check in was super smooth and we were offered a drink in a relaxing, open, and beautiful lobby. We were upgraded to a room facing the pool and with touches around the pool lit at night, having a drink on our large balcony was lovely.
We went during the winter, so was nice and quiet. The breakfast had a good selection of western food, with a cook-to-order menu in addition to the buffet.
Area surrounding the hotel was beautiful. There’s a shopping complex opposite with a store and a few restaurants, and a short walk down the road you’ll find a café and gym complex.
Really friendly service and the attention to detail on the building was exceptional.
I’d totally stay here again, although probably in the winter as we were told it’s pretty busy in the summer.

I have been attending Lulus yoga classes at the Conrad they are really amazing and suit all levels Im so pleased I came and tried it, I became a Spa member so it makes the classes even more value .The whole spa team are friendly, professional and helpful whenever you need them otherwise you are left to enjoy the wonderful facilities.

From check in to check out, all staff ensured that I felt valued. I had previously stayed at the hotel in September 2017 and Raul even remembered my name and the fact that I was there celebrating a birthday at that time. Also, nothing was ever too much. Staff ensured that my comfort and enjoyment was their priority. At check in, which was well ahead of my scheduled arrival time, I happened to mention that I was hungry and tired. Before I knew it I was provided with a pot of tea and a basket filled with lovely pastries. I was also told that my room was ready and that I had been given a free upgrade. I would say that this was customer service at its highest level.
My allocated room- 410 (king delux with pool view), was all I could have wish for. It was immaculate and very welcoming. The bed was very comfortable and I managed to get a good nights sleep. I really liked the extra touches provided like the speciality coffee machine; the tv in the bathroom; the well hidden kitchen...!

Nous y sommes aller en novembre 2016 pour un séminaires de 4 jours. L'endroit est fabuleux. Nous nous sommes même baignés dans la piscine extérieure à débordement qui est chauffée ! Le personnel était au petit soin avec nous très agréables et tes serviables. Les chambres et les salle de bains sont simplement magnifiques et grandes en plus. Cet hôtel est superbe. On en a gardé d'excellents souvenirs et à ce jour en février 2018 nous sommes à nouveau à deux pas de Faro et de cet hôtel mais en camping car. Nous nous demandons si nous ne pourrions pas en profiter une nuit de plus rien que pour le plaisir. !!

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, breakfast is fantastic. The rooms are beautifully appointed and large. The people at the front desk, especially Joao, are very attentive and work to ensure you have a good stay. My one complaint is that they allow "the towel game" there. People will put towels down on any pool chairs near umbrellas early in the morning and disappear for hours for breakfast, working out, whatever, until they are ready for the chairs. As such, it can often be difficult to get lounge chairs in the shade, even when less than a third of them actually have someone actively laying on it.

Large and relatively newly built location close to the Quinta estate. Great location for the various high quality local golf courses and about 5km from the nearest beaches. Has an 'international' feel but what you'd expect from the Hilton chain. Good internal restaurants as well as close proximity to a large range of local venues. About 30 minute drive from Faro airport.

Wow! When you enter the property you are immediately entering another world. The driveway sets the tone and you are in awe. It's really a gorgeous property.
The check-in process was fantastic and you feel like a valued VIP. Their attention and ensuring you know all the resort had to offer was second to none. Very personable and professional.
The room was amazing, I'm not kidding! Spacious, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. The bed and linens were great and made for wonderful sleeping. The room was quiet and I couldn't hear anyone else.
Breakfast was delicious Ann's the best breakfast buffet we ever experienced. The food was fresh, delicious, and a great variety to choose from. Service wad excellent too.
I cannot stress how great the service is at this resort. Everyone we interacted with made us feel like extremely valued guests.
Without question the best resort or hotel we have ever stayed or visited.
We LOVED it and would recommend it to anyone and everyone.

Visitamos o restaurante Louro, no contexto da Algarve Chefs Week, e fomos agradavelmente surpreendidos.
Atendimento simpático e muito eficiente.
Fizemos reserva e avisamos que íamos com 2 crianças, e tivemos a agradável surpresa de na mesa terem lápis e papel para colorir que eles adoraram.
Comida muito bem confeccionada e de excelente qualidade.

Un des plus beaux hôtels que jai pu expérimenter. la décoration de lhôtel est magnifique, le buffet du petit déjeuner est un vrai délice, les chambres sont superbes, le spa est une merveille, avec de vrais jets massants dans la piscine à jets qui délassent parfaitement après une journée de marche ou de golf, le personnel est extrêmement gentil et souriant, la piscine extérieure permet de faire de belles longueurs pour ceux qui aiment nager et elle est chauffée. La salle de sport est top avec des équipements Technogym et un superbe cadre. Bref, jen garde un souvenir inoubliable!

The hotel is beautiful with excellent facilities and overall the staff are friendly and efficient. As a gay couple, there were a few incidents where we were made to feel unwelcome (being secluded into a private room with no atmosphere for our special anniversary dinner; receiving a note addressed to Mr and Mrs).

I travelled more than 2,000 mi in order to end up as a guest at this particular Hilton hotel. I am impulsive, still spending a vacation "wherever" or "whenever" will never do. So I planned this one in advance: picked the location (Almancil as it sounded kind of exotic), did a research on the best hotels around there, visited the website to find offers and booked. 4 easy steps, aren't they? Overall I must say my effort paid back.

Das neue Conrad Algarve nimmt unter den Luxushotels eine absolute Spitzenposition ein! Wir waren schon in sehr vielen 5 Sterne Hotels weltweit, aber haben so einen perfekten Urlaubund Service erlebt. Das gesamte Hotelpersonal ist überaus freundlich, stets hilfsbereit und sehr kompetent. An jeder Poolanlage bekommt man sofort kostenlos Wasserflaschen in einem stilvollen Eiskühler und 1drink of the day(ohne Alkohol),der jeden Tag variiert. Für dieSonnenliegen, großen Familienbetten(4Pers.) und Loungemöbel am Pool verdient der Hotel-architekt einen Designerpreis! Insgesamt ist das ganze Hotel super modern und durchgestylt. Das Sternerestaurant Gusto ist ebenfalls empfehlenswert, allerdings sehr teuer. Zum Abschluss möchte ich noch den sehr exclusiven Shuttle-Service zum Strand lobend erwähnen. Wenn man zum Strand möchte geht man nur zur Rezeption und dann wird mansofort mit einer Luxus- Limusine(Porsche Chayenne, 7erBMW oder 6er BMW) kostenlos zurStrandbasis vom Conrad Algarve gefahren. Dort bekommt man ebenfalls Strandtücherund gekühltes Wasser als Hotelgast, für 2Liegen und Sonnenschirm werden dann allerdings 15€ auf die Hotelrechnung gebucht. Die Rückfahrt erfolgt wieder nach Wunschzeit durch Telefonanruf des Strandpersonals. Ich hoffe nur, dass dieses tolle Luxus-hotel seinen sehr hohen Standard auch in den nächsten Jahren hält! Wir fahren demnächstwieder dort hin.

Wir haben 9 wunderbare Tage in diesem Hotel verbracht.Unsere Suite war sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet.Perfekt!Nur das Auffüllen der Minibar wurde des Öfteren vergessen.Aber es gibt ja Housekeeping--ein Anruf und es wurde erledigt.Die Poolanlagen, die Restaurants, der Service und vor allem die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals, lassen den Aufenthalt zu einem Genuß werden.Tipp-unbedingt im Restaurant Gusto das Menü probieren.Ein Geschmackserlebnis zu einem tollen Preis!Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!!!!!!

The hotel is in the best location for a perfect holiday - it's sunny all day long and the beaches are marvellous. The building and the furniture still smell as brand new and the facilities are stunning - take only the semi-indoor pool with jacuzzi and the spa area - they managed to develop them perfectly for such a short time frame. Congrats for the team!

The resort is brand new but the management team is already showing first class service and a lot of enthusiasm. The hotel is luxury and exotic but in the same time somehow peaceful and relaxing. It's close both to the beach and to the Quinta shopping area. I consider the idea to spend my honeymoon here next summer.
