Ein schönes Hotel in ruhiger aber zentraler Lage. 2 Metrostationen zwei verschiedener Linien sind in weniger als 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen.
Die Zimmer sind schön und sauber. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend, auch wenn die Englischkenntnisse bei dem ein oder anderen nicht „perfekt“ sind.
Leider war das Frühstücksbüffet nicht das leckerste, wenn auch sehr variiert. Allerdings kann man auf Wunsch frische Eier bestellen.
Ich würde das Hotel weiterempfehlen, allerdings sollte man versuchen, die tollen kleinen Restaurants zu nutzen, die Lissabon zu bieten hat.

Not recommended... Old, bad service, more like 3 stars than 5 stars. Spa is useless with useless opening hours (9 to 9). Breakfast very crowded. Parking not included. No help with luggage. Location is okay.

Atendimento profissional, serviço excepcional, apesar de algumas falhas que necessitam ser colmatadas. Alguns hóspedes inoportunos por falta de etiqueta e educação causaram mau estar, no entanto a equipa de sala de então esteve à altura de tal sujeito mal-formado, independentemente se fosse hóspede ou não.

事实上我一颗星都不想给，让我来告诉你们10位60岁以上的老人在这家酒店经历了什么。
五星级酒店，我们有10个人乘坐电梯时，电梯极速下坠，坠到负一层后我们无法打开电梯门，被关在里面十几分钟出不来，摁紧急铃呼救因为语言问题无法顺利沟通。我们把门拉开一道缝用电话跟领队取得联系，领队求助前台帮助，询问维修人员什么时候能来，被困人员已经快透不不过气了。前台轻描淡写地回答:我不知道，然后不再理会领队。
感谢老天，我们最终活着出来了。有一位女士血压飙升，回房还止不住哭泣。
我不敢相信，5星酒店是这样的服务水准，对生命是如此得熟视无睹。还是这家电梯经常故障，工作人员已经习以为常。
里斯本有好多5星酒店，真诚得建议:为了生命安全考虑，请不要选择这家酒店。
另外:从我们出电梯到现在为止，酒店没有任何一个工作人员给我们一句道歉，安慰的话语，冷漠到了极致。

Même pas d'oeuf à la coque au petit déjeuner. Blague à part, les chambres sont très biens même si on entend les bruits à travers les cloisons. Le petit déjeuner au sous sol est très bruyant et pas forcément très bien achalandé. (Et froid pour l'omelette et le bacon grillé). Ça sent l'usine.

５つ星ホテルとのことで楽しみにしていたのですが、５つ星どころか１つ星レベルと感じました。
＜理由＞
(1)部屋に備え付けのコーヒーカップが２つともコーヒーの飲みカスで汚れていました。清掃ができていない上に、チェック体制も整っていないようです。
(2)ルームサービスでアイスキューブを頼んで１５分経ってもとどかないので、再度依頼したが合計３０分しても届かなかった。
仕方なく諦めてバーに取りに行ったら、氷を作っているところだから出来上がったら届けると言われ、結局１時間待ったが届かなかった。
レストランとバーを備えている５つ星ホテルなのに、コップ一杯分の氷が無いなんて、正直ありえないレベルだと思いました。

La oferta de Edreams era una habitacion con una sola cama de matrimonio, y ese fue uno de los motivos por los que contratamos el hotel. Enviamos un correo electrónico con más de un mes de antelación para que se tuviera en cuenta esta elección que para nosotros es importante. Ni siquiera contestaron al correo y cuando llegamos allí la habitación era con dos camas y la unica forma de solucionarlo puesto que estaba el hotel lleno, era "unir" las camas juntándolas lo que no es lo que habíamos solicitado con suficiente antelación.
Por lo demás el hotel correcto aunque quizá la quinta estrella de su categoría sea algo justita. Ubicación algo alejada del centro pero con transporte muy cercano. Zona tranquila para descansar y la variedad del desayuno quizá también algo justa para un 5*.

First things first, this does not have the feel of a 5-star hotel. Reception is small and always busy. The children's play hour adds to the sense of chaos. The breakfast room is cramped, food selection is decent but not 5-star. WiFi was very hit and miss, when it worked it was fine, but dropped out regularly. Room was a good size, but bath/shower is a bit dated.

I am shocked that this hotel is a 5-star hotel. I got to the hotel at 9am and was told that our room would not be ready till 3pm. I booked for a single queen size bed but when I got to the room, there was two twin size beds. I immediately went downstairs and before I even said anything, they said it’s about the beds right? I answered yes and they told me that they ran out of single queen size beds but housekeeping can combine the two twin size beds. I said fine but I’m thinking if this was possible, why didn’t they do that before I went to the room? Weird. I waited for house keeping to combine the beds and sleeping on the combined beds, you can tell that it’s two separate beds.
In the rooms, the TV is a 27” screen which is very surprising for a “5 star hotel.” My room was missing the room service menu and pricing menu for the drinks. The room is quite small and the thermostat is quite outdated... it is not digital. The room is also missing night stands.
The bathroom is very old as well. The tub is an old tub and the sink drain is clogged. There are not many bathroom amenities. There are no toothbrush or toothpaste and limited towels. Although the location is good, there are other hotels I’d rather try in the area. I will not be staying here in the future

Gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage. Metro-Stationen sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und auch sauber. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und die Betten bequem. Das Frühstücks-Restaurant könnte größer sein. Mitunter ist etwas Warten angesagt, wenn die Tische alle belegt sind. Wie in Portugal und Spanien weit verbreitet, gibt es auch hier geschmacklich fragwürdigen Automatenkaffee. In einem Fünf-Sterne-Haus wäre frisch gebrühter Kaffee sicher angebrachter. Alles in allem würde ich das Hotel aber klar weiterempfehlen.

Our room was lovely. It was sparkling clean and we had a great view of the city. The staff were super helpful with directions and suggestions. The breakfast was wonderful - a perfect start to our day. The hotel is a very short walk from a metro station and, from there, you can go anywhere in the city!

We booked a room at the Hotel Real Palácio for a week and had a fantastic stay. Staff was friendly and courteous. Rooms were clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. The daily breakfast is delicious and has lots of options. As noted by others, no coffee maker/tea kettle in the room, but there's an espresso machine outside the restaurant (as well as many cafes nearby!).
The location is about a 30 minute walk from the main sites of the city (the Alfama, Baxia Chiado, and Bairro Alto sections) or you can easily take the Metro, which is 5 minutes from the hotel. The area is quiet, which we prefer.
If you do stay here, there's a wonderful department store called El Corte Inglés less than a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The store has multiple restaurants on its top floor, which has a great rooftop. The bottom level has as a large supermarket.

O hotel está bem localizado. Excelente para acessar o maravilhoso mundo de compras do Corte Inglês, logo ali. O ambiente é europeu e sofisticado. Há uma interessantissima biblioteca formada por livros deixados pelos hóspedes. Aliás o público feminino é a maioria de seus hóspedes.

This is an elegant old hotel in a wonderful area. The bathroom in the room was lovely and as I am a big fan of taking baths, I loved the bathtub which was so long that I could lay down in it! The breakfast buffet, which was also included in the price of the room was outstanding. Just an abundance of wonderful choices. We also had rented a car and parking was available for a small fee and it was very convenient. Highly recommend this place.

Ein freundliches , meist zuvorkommendes Personal zeichnet dieses zentral gelegene Hotel aus und läßt einen gerne wieder kommen .
In unserem Fall lies das von uns gebuchte Frühstücksbuffet keine Wünsche offen und es war für jeden Geschmack
ausreichend etwas dabei .
Im hauseigenen Restaurant gab es ebenfalls einfache bis gehobene Kost bei sehr guter Qualität .
Wir hatten ein ruhig gelegenes Zimmer mit angenehm "musikalischer Umrandung" vom Innenhof her .
Auch in diesem Fall alles sauber und mit bequemen Betten ausgestattet .
U-Bahn Station liegt gleich in der Nähe .
Alles in allem 4 Sterne , nahe am 5 Stern dran

Плохо работающие карты для входа в номер...утром 25 мин мы ждали,пока нам нароют стол...постоянно не было яиц и йогурта...если что-то заканчивалось из еды приходилось просить,чтобы это принесли...это не допустимо до 5* гостиницы...плюс уборщица съела две шоколадки из нашего номера,а после мы нашли фантики под одной из кроватей:)))

pessima animadora de crianças. trata com desdem e agressividade aa criancas. nao avisou nenhum empregado nem os pais que o meu filho precisava de ir a casa de banho. deixou que o mesmo fizesse nas calcas e depois chamou empregado e pais para o enxovalahar a frente se todas as outras criancas. quando o precisei de mudar, recusou se a ficar com o meu outro filho, e proibiu o de ficar c outras criancas. inqualificavel. assistencia e Servico no hotel =0

Muy recomendable, excelente servicio, limpieza de del hotel y de los empleados, el servicio de desayuno es bueno, está muy cerca de una estación del metro y autobuses de ciudad, se puede mover uno muy fácil el costo de la tarjeta del metro es de $1.50 + .$50 de cada viaje, el autobús cuesta $2.00 por persona, la ruta 727 los lleva a Belém al convento, museo del Mar, museo de antropología, y los paix de Belén que son Famosos estos panes y muy ricos, también la ruta 728 los lleva a la plaza de comercio

Currently staying at this hotel and will not rate it as a 5 star at all. Have had better amenities at the 4 star hotels I have stayed at. Duvets do not have covers. One of the duvets was actually stained and had to have it replaced. Bath plug not work properly. No tea or coffee or kettle. Bought my own tea and was given a kettle upon request. Room and hallway smells old. Dump damaged on the wooden skirting in the room. Water stains in the lamp shades. Front of house staff not the friendliest either.

Очень добротный отель с хорошими номерами и вкусной кухней. Останавливались в прошлом году. Были очень довольны.
Почему же я поставил 2 звезды? Мы заехали час назад в номер 305. В номере поломаны дверцы шкафа, нет колесиков и дверь падает на пол, в шкафу всего 4 вешалки, в ванной упаковка с бумажными салфетками пустая. Извините друзья, но очень обидно. Надеюсь шкаф починят, пока мы здесь живем.

Hätte mehr erwarte bei so vielen Sternen. Wir waren im altenteil und da war im zimmer die Tapete war kaputt und fingerbreit weg von der wand und in der Dusche könne man nur baden, da der heben für die Dusche abwar. Die Leute waren sehr nett Un zuvorkommend.

Consegui uma tarifa excelente pelo booking, quase metade do preço.
Quarto muito bom, cama grande, limpos e com canais do brasil atendimento de qualidade e funcionários sempre sorridentes.
Cafe da manhã meio fraco pelo padrão do hotel, deixou a desejar.

Bed was s but hard but overall a very nice place to stay. Nice staff, reasonable rate. Not 5 star by US standard but you are also not paying $300.00 a night to stay here. My big complaint was that my bed was hard and the Wi-Fi is nit great ( it is feee). Parking is fine (15.00 US a day) but it’s best if you have a small car. I had a 4 door Audi A4 and it was fine. Room was quiet, clean and pretty good size. I will stay here again. Safe and clean neighborhood I ate off the bar menu. It was fine. Lots of good food options inthe neighborhood

10일동안 잊지 못할 호텔로 남았어요. 가격대비 만족했습니다. 호텔 직원 한분한분 웃음과 미소가 끊이지 않았습니다. 단조로울 수 있는 매일 조식이 조금씩 바꿨지만 그래도 좋았답니다. parque 메트로 역과 가깝고 버스도 타기 좋았습니다. 시내로 한번에 갈 수 있었어요. 만족합니다.

Chambre correct avec accueil fort sympathique de la part de la direction. Petit déjeuner varié et bon. Un excellent restaurant gastronomique avec des produits de qualité. Salle de sport, sauna et hammam complète le tout. Proche de l aéroport, environ 8 euros en taxi et 2 en métro. A améliorer, l explication pour venir en métro car la sortie indiquée sur le site internet n est pas mentionnée lorsqu' on vient de l aéroport.

Lot of character,charm and style -comfortable rooms, friendly staff. Close to good local cafes & restaurants. Also Corte Del Ingles shopping centre & metro stations. Cons: 3pm check in ? No tea/coffee in room. Really need a cup of coffee when I wake up! Also not sure why charged 2 euro per person per night tax instead of 1 euro per night. Over all positive experience though.

Excellent rapport qualité prix, personnel professionnel, disponible. Chambres impeccables, WiFi gratuit. Plusieurs chaînes de télévision. Se situe à moins de 5 minutes de deux lignes de métro, dont celui qui va à l'aéroport. Quant à l'autre ligne de métro, elle conduit directement vers l'un des centres commerciaux les plus grands d'Europe, le fameux centre commercial colombo. Franchement, rien à dire, je le recommande. J'y retournerai sans doute.

Erreur de chambre en arrivant . Ils nous donnent une clé qui ouvre une chambre déjà utilisée. Suivi de problème d'évier et baignoire bouchée. Nous avons été obligé de supplier avant de pouvoir avoir une autre chambre.
Tout le personnel pas forcément acceuillant. Bref très déçue de cet hôtel 5 étoiles.

It’s now one of my favourite hotels. I liked the old building and the decor. It’s luxurious and the hospitality made it into a memorable stay.

Io e il mio compagno vi abbiamo soggiornato tre notti a metà Febbraio e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti, sia della camera, spaziosa e luminosa, che della pulizia e della gentilezza dello staff. Inoltre il top è stata la sorpresa che mi hanno fatto trovare in camera il giorno del mio compleanno, spumante e dolcetto con la scritta "parabéns"! Un tocco di classe! Lo consiglio!

Nobody offered to help with our luggage at arrival. We ended up seeing 3 rooms before we found one that was acceptable. Breakfast was good. Service was good. Location was good. WiFi was poor until they offered a signal booster. It was a decent 4 star hotel

We arrived at the start of the Coronavirus epidemic, so staff were concerned and not very communacative and possible short handed. Our room in the old part of the hotel was excellent, but little things were amiss, no milk for the Tea/Coffee tray on both nights and we had to ask for it both times. We phoned down to ask if wwe needed to book for dinner and they said no problem, when we arrived 20 mins later there were no tables and one had to be laid in the bar area.

Maybe rated at 5* but not a 5* hotel. Easily accessible from the airport and metro to town. Despite us being early for check in we were able to get into our room at 12. We were in the newer part of the hotel and although good room size, felt like a standard 3*. The room was tired and could do with repairs over small wear and tear issues. We visited the spa while we were there-good facilities but fairly small and could easily get busy. There was no one on the spa desk during our visit and had to go behind the desk ourselves to get towels. Robes and slippers would have been a good addition to the room as in many 5* hotels. We also went to eat it the restaurant, great food and service but when we requested tap water we were told they weren't allowed to serve it. In this case I would expect the bottled water in the room to be complimentary. The staff were what made this hotel they were always polite, helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. A good hotel but missing some 5* magic

Das Hotel ist sauer und der Service freundlich. Bei 5 Sternen erwartet man allerdings etwas anderes. Insbesondere das Frühstück ist unserer Meinung nach weit weg von einer solchen Kategorisierung. Die Einrichtung in den Zimmern ist in die Jahre gekommen.

Hotel is promoted as a converted palace when in actual fact it is largely built onto a little palace which is in the back and not really part of the main public areas. It has bars and a fancy restaurant, free spa and health services which have most likely earned the 5 star status as the rooms are 4 star. Great bed and bathroom with BD and balcony but not the ‘luxury ‘ which a 5 star would have and I expected. However, the breakfast buffet is vast and nicely presented. Staff are professional, if a little impersonal. There is a lovely Italian nearby and a supermarket, and a park with a great view of the cityscape. Metro is 5 mins walk tho hard to find. If you like to walk then this hotel is not ideal as it’s a few miles from the main town centre and main points of interest. There is not much else of note, no balcony views etc but it is very quiet and I got a good nights sleep. Lisbon has a lot of charm, no more than two nights stay recommended. Sintra is the place to experience from here- breathtaking.

Das Hotel ist ein wenig veraltet, jedoch sehr gepflegt und sauber. Das Personal war wirklich sehr nett, auch bei Problemen mit der Zimmerkarte wurde sich direkt gekümmert, so dass wir trotzdem sofort in unser Zimmer rein konnten. Das Frühstück bot auch eine reichhaltige Auswahl und war wirklich sehr lecker.Das Hotel liegt ca 3 km fußläufig vom Zentrum entfernt. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel wie Busse oder U-Bahn sind in unmittelbarer Nähe erreichbar, so dass man bequem überall hin kommt. Preis - Leistungsverhältnis ist wirklich top, würde es immer wieder weiter empfehlen.

The hotel was clean, staff friendly, no restaurant on site but located close to restaurant, a large store like Macy, St. George Park, the tour bus hub, trendy neighborhood and Botanical garden. If you do not mind walking you can easily get to the various square and main shopping areas. Taxis are accessible and affordable

Sin duda no es un hotel de cinco estrellas.
El personal de recepción deja mucho que desear y no cuidan la atención. LLegué del aeropuerto al hotel a las 11:30 y no me dieron acceso a la habitación hasta casi las 14 horas porque ya me puse firme tras ver llegar hasta cinco personas después de mi accediendo directamente sin esperas.
Muy mal efecto.Ni siquiera tienen un detalle de bienvenida o cortesia propios de la categoría 5 estrellas.
Zonas comunes pobres y con las tapicerias desgastadas y sucias.
La habitación resultó correcta y la ubicación es agradable en una zona buena de Lisboa. Muy poca profesionalidad. He estado en hoteles de Lisboa infinitamente mejores

The hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable with helpful staff. It is a little “out of the way” in North Lisbon but it is within walking distance of the Gulbenkian and several good restaurants. It is a quick Uber or metro ride to the other areas of Lisbon a traveler would want to visit.

Rooms were amazingly clean and comfy and the location is brilliant if you want to be just a little bit out of the city centre.Food and service were good.The only issue was getting a nightcap at the bar. 1 it was empty, so had to ask reception for someone to come down, and the other, incredibly slow. But when bartender arrived was polite and knowledgeable.

I was very disappointed with this 5-star hotel. The rooms are poorly decorated, and with dusty carpet floors, the bathrooms are poor when compared to quite a few 4 star hotels, let alone 5 stars, and some features you would expect to find in a room, you have to call reception to ask for them. There is no indoor pool, and the bar area is average, and the food is average. If you are looking for a 5-star hotel in Lisbon, there are way better options.

Voor de tweede keer in dit hotel terecht gekomen via een package deal van de KLM. Het hotel is centraal gelegen, dichtbij de metro (5 min lopen) en diverse bezienswaardigheden in Lissabon. Vanaf het vliegveld sta je binnen 40 minuten voor de deur van het hotel als je de rode metrolijn neemt.
Ik kan het beslist geen 5 sterren hotel noemen, hooguit een matig 4 sterren hotel. De kamer was van alle gemakken voorzien die een moderne toerist nodig heeft, maar de airco werkte niet naar behoren. Met het raam open, voor de verkoeling, was het erg luidruchtig. De kamer werd naar behoren schoongemaakt.
De voorzieningen van het hotel vallen, zeker voor een 5 sterren hotel, tegen. De sportruimte is beperkt, klein en benauwd. De spa is eveneens klein en achterhaald, zeker niet berekend op meer dan 6 personen. De sport/spa ruimte heeft behoefte aan een flinke opknapbeurt.
Het personeel is vriendelijk en spreekt Engels. Het hotel heeft een cardkey systeem uit de jaren 70 van de vorige eeuw dat regelmatig van slag is. De 'code' op de cardkey wordt gewist door bijv. het 4g systeem van je mobiele telefoon. Dan lukt het niet meer om de kamer binnen te komen en moet je naar de receptie voor een 'reset' van de cardkey. Als je dan de pech hebt dat er (weer) een bus Chinezen is aangekomen, sta je 30 minuten in de rij te wachten voordat je naar de kamer kunt. Dit is ons tijdens deze vakantie een aantal keer overkomen. Saillant detail; ook het receptiepersoneel beklaagt zich over dit systeem en geeft aan dat men het meerdere keren aangekaart heeft bij het management.
Het ontbijt is voldoende en ook hier is het personeel vriendelijk, maar daar is ook alles mee gezegd. De ontbijtruimte is een kelder zonder ramen en voelt hierdoor tamelijk beklemmend aan. Als het 'spitsuur' is, moet je lang wachten op een tafeltje en kan het personeel de vraag niet meer aan. Een volgende keer sla ik dit hotel over....

O hotel conta com academia e um spa para relaxamento (não foi usado).
Equipe cordial e super prestativa, desde a camareira a recepção.
Localização top, próxima ao metro e supermercado.
O ponto negativo fica pra cama de casal, mas nada que atrapalhe a experiência.

Das gebuchte Zimmer mit Twin Betten war vom Hotel bestätigt aber nicht zugewiesen. Das Ersatzzimmer hatte nur einen Nachtschrank. Nach Reklamation hieß es, das bei 2 Betten nur ein Nachtschrank in der Mitte steht. Beim Frühstück unfreundliches Personal und kaltes Rührei mitSpeck. Habe 2 x nach einer Citytour angefragt wurde immer auf den nächsten Tag vertröstet. Habe dann 3 Touren woanders gebucht.5 Sterne sind nicht gerechtfertigt.

I am not sure why this hotel has 5 but to be honest this hotel is very old from inside and have stains on their loby carpet and also the room carpet. They have a hand shower in the bathroom and also TV is just placed on the study table with the other stuff. The location is 30 mins away from the downtown lisbon and their service is also OK as the room service didn't pick the used tea cups twice. The room is also not that big.

Stayed over Christmas 2019. Hotel rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. Stocked mini fridge and a safe in the room. Jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and gym available.
Out of a 7 night stay, only 2 staff actually made us feel welcome and treated us as their guests. The rest of the staff, though not directly rude to us, were not friendly and more or less ignored us for the duration of our stay. That was very disappointing to say the least, for a 5 star hotel no less!! Shocking!
Can't say for sure if it was because we dared to raise our concerns about the very poor service we received from the restaurant on our first night. Not only were the restaurant staff dismissive and rude on our arrival for dinner, the kitchen service was extremely slow. We ordered all courses at once because we had just arrived and were tired and wanted to eat and have an early night. Each course however took at least an hour to be served and despite asking, we never got a straight answer or any update regarding the delay in service. 3 course dinner when you have a set menu really shouldn't take that long especially when the restaurant was no where near capacity. After that treatment, we could not face eating here all week despite being booked to do so and informed them as such and asked for an alternative arrangement. We ended up having most of our meals at their sister hotel (Parque) and the difference between the two was so huge!!
Can't believe these 2 hotels managed by the same person and only metres apart in location can be so extremely different in their customer service. Even at their busiest, Real Parque hotel never ceased to take care of us and treat us like we were their only customers each night we dined with them. I would definitely not recommend dinning at the Real Palacio hotel restaurant, had we known we would have booked to stay at Real Parque hotel instead. They are the ones who deserve the 5 star rating!! Overall our stay was marred by the restaurant service and the poor customer service that we received. Wouldn't stay here again.

wir haben bereits etliche Male in diesem schönen Stadthotel mit guter Anbindung zu 2 Metroverbindungen Jeweils vor Weihnachten Urlaub gemacht. Diesmal hatten wir ein Zimmer im 6. Stock mit Aussicht auf das Castelo de Sao Jorge und dem Tejo. Das Frühstück wird jetzt wieder im unteren Bereich angeboten. Zeitweise war der Raum überfüllt. Das Buffet war wie immer ausreichend, lecker und zufriedenstellend. Wir kommen gerne wieder in dieses Hotel.

We had an excellent stay here. The hotel was very clean and room very spacious and comfortable. The staff were amazing, so polite and helpful. In fact we found them the most friendly and helpful in all the hotels we have stayed in during our travels. We only have one small criticism and that was the breakfast. There was a fantastic display of food, cold buffet, cereals and cooked breakfast. It’s the cooked that we were unhappy with, firstly the mushrooms were almost certainly tinned, the eggs we were sure were powdered eggs and to top it all it was all freezing cold. Otherwise a good selection of fruit, pastries, cold meats, etc.

Fantastic experience at this hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly especially Miguel. I arrived here on my birthday and was given a lovely surprise in the form of a bottle of fizz, a chocolate cake and a letter wishing me a happy birthday from all the staff. Room was lovely and clean with a queen size bed. Fantastic decoration in the room and throughout the hotel. The spa facilities were clean and modern. Fui ontem a um jantar de Natal e os funcionarios foram muito fracos e rudes.a comida estava fria. Mas parecia um jantar num restaurante de 2/3 estrelas no maximo. pedi cafe descafainado e o sr disse que era aquele pq a cor era mais clara. deixaram no buffet um recipiente com molhos de louro que erada cozinha.

Ein älteres Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und es gibt einen Safe und eine Minbar. Es gibt einen Wasserkocher in jedem Zimmer und kostenlose Teebeutel und 4 Portionen Instand Kaffee. Sehr gute und große, breite Betten. Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb der touristischen Orte. Der Preis in der Nebensaison ist sehr gut. In der Hauptsaison ist das Hotel sehr teuer und die Qualität der Zimmer entspricht eigentlich einen 4 Sterne Hotel. Ohne Frühstück sollte das Hotel 65
bis Max 100 Euro pro Zimmer und pro Nacht kosten. Fragen Sie nach Angeboten direkt an der Rezeption oder am Telefon.
Kritik: Die Türen zur Treppe schliessen nach Öffnung sehr laut. Also sobald jemand die Treppe benutzt gibt es einen sehr, sehr lauten Knall vom Zuschlagen der Tür und man wacht nachts auf. Vorschlag an das Management: Bitte bauen Sie dickere Dichtungen in die Tür ein. Dann schließen die Türe leider.
Der Innenhof wird vom Personal zum Rauchen für Pausen benutzt. Viele Zimmer Liegen zum Innenhof und der Innenhof ist sehr hellhörig und man kann Gespräche des Personals beim Rauchen hören. Bei geöffnetem Fenster wird man somit jede Stunde wach. Vorschlag an das Management: bieten Sie das Personal doch zwischen 23 und 7:00 Uhr leise im Innenhof während der Pausen zu sprechen oder bieten Sie dem Personal einen anderen Platz für die Pausen an.

Sorry to say but it is no 5 Star by far, reception is very uninterested in customers. Not even a good morning .The house overall is quiet nice but if you take a closer look it shows that repairs are made very cheap. Breakfast staff is working hard but can not cover the amount of people, buffet is empty at most times.Loads of chinese groups.

Un ingresso molto bello, vicino 5 min a piedi dalla fermata della metro Parque, linea blu, che dista solo 2 fermate dal centro città. La colazione è internazionale, dalle uova e pancetta a finire con dolci.Unica cosa , mi sarei aspettata qualcosina in più dalla stanza, visto che è un Hotel a 5strlle.

Checking in they required the total balance to be paid in full. Being very clearly pregnant, there was no offer of assistance with luggage nor directions to the correct elevator. First taking the main elevator in the lobby to the desired floor, walking the whole floor with no success in finding my room. After that unnecessary adventure I was directed to another elevator outside the lobby that was extremely small, seems as if this elevator was for the less fortunate rooms. I should not have been surprised by the quality of the room after this fiasco. The closet door was broken in the bottom and difficult to operate. The wall paper is ripped off in various locations. The telephone has not been cleaned in an unknown amount of time (hairy and dusty). There is a small coffee table and chair next to the bed. If my pregnant self were to sit in the chair the left leg would snap off since it was just barely hanging onto life. There was two 3.50€ water in the room, one of which was previously opened and partially consumed (my husband brought it down to the front desk and was told we “would not be charged for it”?! I’d certainly hope not! The bathtub/shower release was broken and has to be removed to release the water. It feels and smells like a hospital room. Absolutely not 5 starts, maybe 3. In America this would be comparable to a Holiday Inn. After reading more reviews I’m afraid to see how breakfast is in the morning and if I’m woken up in the night to ants in the bed.

O staff foi muito atencioso, a comida era deliciosa, a decoração transmite cultura e gosto. Os quartos são antigos e de uma arquitectura confortável e sólida, o spa muito limpo e com ginásio . Excelente experiência. Ficámos 3 dias. Fomos muito bem tratados. Aconselho, e cada vez que voltarmos a Lisboa, é aqui que vamos ficar. É um 5* muito bem merecidas.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es waren ausreichend Handtücher vorhanden und diese wurde täglich gewechselt. Es standen verschiedene Kaffee- und Teesorten zur Verfügung. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Das Hotel liegt in einer Nebenstraße und ist damit sehr ruhig. Das Badezimmer ist gut ausgestattet. Einziger Makel: es gibt keine Duschabtrennung sondern nur einen Duschvorhang. Der Frühstücksraum liegt im Untergeschoss und hat daher kein Tageslicht- es ist allerdings hell genug. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist alles vorhanden und der Service ist freundlich. Alles in allem ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Reception was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were excellent, we stayed there twice and the second time had a balcoey overlooking the courtyard which was lovely. Breakfast was buffet with lenty of choice. A walk in shower would have been good. Service was a bit slow for drinks/food but staff were lovely. Restaurant food was very good. bonus was being allowed to leave our car whilst we visited Porto for three days and stayed a night on our return before driving to the Algarve.

Let me start by saying my stay here was not terrible. However, I booked the hotel because it bills itself as 5 stars, yet the experience was maybe about 3 stars. It started when we booked an airport shuttle and no one met us at the airport. When we called they said they had no record, and made no effort to remedy the situation. We got a "deluxe" room, but I don't know what made it deluxe. It was not large. It did not have a view. There were no white robes or slippers. The wallpaper had water stains and rips. The molding was peeling away from the door jamb. There were no tissues left in the bathroom. The water came out yellow so I did not feel comfortable taking a bath. (See pictures I included to show all this.) There was no iron in the room so we requested one and in a half hour when it had still not arrived, had to call back to remind them. This experience was simply not 5 stars at all. By the way, their airport shuttle costs €15 per person while an Uber for two of us to the airport cost €6-7 total. One thing that was very nice was the included breakfast buffet. Overall, I would just be aware that staying here might be fine if you know what you are expecting and can get a good price. However, we've stayed in nicer places in Lisbon for less.

Our standard room was on the lowest floor with a view into the living room of a old couple. In the morning you could breathe a bad smell of waste water coming probably from outside. The sink wads leaking and although we informed the front desk, nobody took care. This hotel is not worth a real 5 star.

Estuvimos 4 días en Julio y tuvimos la suerte de alojarnos en las habitaciones de palacio, el desayuno genial,todo bueniiisimo, buena atención ,habitacion amplia con la cama comodisima y muy grande, el jacuzzi es gratis, es bastante pequeño pero esta bien para relajarse un rato

No me gustó el hotel en general, las fotos anunciaban otra cosa. Las habitaciones muy estropeadas, el baño más deteriorado todavía y la limpieza muy deficiente. El servicio amable, pero poco resolutivo. El desayuno realmente malo. En general la categoría de 5 estrellas le viene muy, muy grande. Volveré con toda seguridad a Lisboa, pero con la misma seguridad no repetiré el hotel.

Edifício icónico minha zona icónica da cidade. Hotel com muito glamour. Buffet e brunch são ótimos com muita variedade. Tem um terraço bastante privado excelente para os dias de bom tempo. Comida 4 estrelas, atendimento 5 estrelas. Preço na média cerca de 20€ por pessoa. Recomendo.

最寄りの地下鉄は，パルケ駅(Parque)とサンセバスチャン駅(São Sebastião)です(多分パルケ(Parque)の方が近いです)。
また近くにスーパーも2軒あります。どちらもパルケ駅，サンセバスチャン駅に行く途中にあります。
ただホテル内はWiFiが無料で使用可能ですが，場所によっては電波が弱いですし，時間帯によっては通信速度が遅くなり繋がりにくくなります。

Old world elegance. Great king bed. But the best part is the location. Close to metro and walking distance to some attractions. Basically across the street from Eduardo VII Park and the wonderful El Corte Ingles department store basement food court. The hotel had a wonderful lunch buffet for only €13. The wine bar Thursday night entertainment was great. We were in the old wing and preferred it to the stark modern newer part of the hotel. It was also a bargain in that wing. We would definitely ask for it again. I can’t say enough good things about our stay.

The location is quite good, with three metro stations within a 5 minute walk. The El Cortes ingles centre is very large and also quite close. However, we were initially given a handicap room. We requested an alternate room and they put is in the older part of the hotel. The room definitely showed its age, with peeling wall paper in many places and scratched up hardwood floors. The breakfast buffet was fairly large but the quality was just OK.

We got in about an hour early for our check in and they were able to accommodate us. The room had the best view and will book this room/stay again next year. Beautiful hotel and close to Lisbon City center (about 3 stops via Rail) and a 5 minute walk to a nice mall.

We stayed at Real Palacio during our trip to Lisbon. I stayed with my mother and daughter for 4 nights in July.The hotel is very well located and is at a walking distance to the metro and the shopping mall! The hotels foyer has a typical Portuguese set up and had a warm feel to it.The breakfast buffet was also very nice especially the bread and cheese selection.
The staff was wonderful at answering questions and explaining various things including giving directions.
The service was great as we were given a charger for our phones as none of our plugs would fit. On request we were also given an ironing board .
Highly recommended for family stays.

Hotel de alto nível por um preço razoável! Também é bem localizado, perto de muitos bons restaurantes, supermercado e metros. Também é muito próximo do Gulbenkian, que é um ótimo museu. Os quartos tem as camas mais confortáveis e máquina de fazer chá. Um pequeno problema é o banheiro, que tem um chuveiro estranho e nenhum ralo, então o chão fica facilmente molhado. O café da manhã é de qualidade. Recomendo!

Wir haben hier 6 Nächte verbracht, das Zimmer war ganz ok, Preis-Leistung in Ordnung. Die Lage war gut, Metro in der Nähe, das Zentrum gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Frühstück wird im Untergeschoss serviert, leider kein Fenster. Die Qualität der Speisen entspricht nicht den deutschen 4 Sterne, keine Abwechslung. Personal ist allgemein sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Es gibt zwar eine Sauna aber keine Ruheräume bzw Liegen. Auch hier kein Fenster bzw Frischluft.

Great value, exceptionally clean room . We walked into the down town area in about 35 mins. Metro not far though or an Uber approx 6 euros . My friend was unwell on the morning of the check out and the hotel staff were patient with us and let us check out a bit later, Would stay again

Frühstück nicht abwechslungsreich. Jeden Tag dasselbe. Man muss meistens im Kellergeschoss ohne Tageslicht frühstücken. Zimmer sind gut. Hotel ist vom Fluglärm stark betroffen.

Good hotel but very cramped space in breakfast area. Restaurant provided an excellent dinner, outstanding cuisine and good service. You do need to book evening meal though, we didn't do this and had to go in search of another place to eat, after a tiring day of sightseeing.
