We stayed in the top floor attic room which was nice and clean however probably not suited for people who are taller than average (the other rooms are probably fine). Treat this more like a B&B rather than a hotel but the facilities were to a good standard. You may hear people just outside your door a little but again it’s a B&B so to be expected. The best aspect is the location. The location is stunning, literally right next to the beach and surrounded by amazing restaurants so cannot complain. There are bars also in which the people can spill onto the street so during the weekend it can be a bit noisy so maybe not suited for light sleepers. My girlfriend and I had a lovely time and pleasantly enjoyed our stay.

יש בעיית אקוסטיקה קשה במקום הדלתות עשויות נייר. שמענו את החדר ליד בכל רגע נתון בכל מצב כולל בתוך השירותים. את הרחוב למטה כאילו כולם איתנו במיטה. המיטת קפיצים גרועה ולא נוחה . קבלת הפנים היתה נעימה והמיקום בתוך המדרחוב טוב אבל מעל פאב ששרו וצעקו בו עד 12 בלילה.

Um local romantico, com cheiro a limpo, roupa de cama bonita e muito perfumada. Sitio ideal para um fim de semana ou mini-férias baratas. Bem localizado mesmo no centro da Vila. Casas de banho bem melhores do que as de muitos hoteis. Recomendo

Tolles, sympathisches Hostel mitten in Ericeira. Die Zimmer sind alle einzigartig und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es gibt Frühstück im Körbchen aufs Zimmer und das bis 11 Uhr. Es ist trotz der Lage sehr ruhig und die Fenster lassen sich komplett verdunkeln. Die Mitarbeiterinnen sind sehr lieb. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

If you are 4 feet tall you might like the place. Cute, but very tight living quarters. The shower, well let's just say a hose and a bucket would have been more efficient. Great for a single backpacker.

Hotel cuyo acceso da directamente a una escalera hasta el primer piso, donde está la recepción. Habitación (55€ SA) de estilo 'aparente', pero la ventana que da a la calle no insonoriza ni siquiera de las conversaciones del exterior. La limpieza deficiente. Me volvieron a poner como limpias, encima de la cama, las toallas que después de utilizar dos días, había tirado al suelo para que las cambiaran. En dos días también, no repusieron el pequeño bote de gel-champú, salvo a petición. Por esos feos detalles, no le puedo valorar mejor.

Perfect location, right in the centre of town and close to the beach. Overall it was a great hotel and we would definitely stay here again. There is no parking on site and although there is parking on the street nearby which is cheap, it can be very hard to get a park as it is so busy. We stayed in room 31 which is on the top level and found it challenging to deal with the slope of the roof as we had to bend down to get in and out of the bed. The staff are wonderful and so friendly plus everything is clean and fresh. Very handy to have a kitchenette and the styling of the property and the room is very cute. Great value for money and highly recommended :-)

Esta minha classificação tem relação direta com a rapidez de resposta à quebra de electricidade. Esta ocorreu cerca das 20:10 e só ficou resolvida no outro dia de manhã pelas 8:00. E afinal bastava ter conetado um interruptor do quadro elétrico. Porém uma ressalva dado que, me arranjaram imediatamente uma alternativa de candeeiro para que não me faltasse a luz. Trata-se de um espaço muito central, perto de todo o tipo de comércio, inclusive do Mercado Municipal e também de alguma vida noturna, o que o torna um pouco barulhento. Mas o melhor mesmo é a proximidade da praia!

Very friendly owner/receptionist. Checked me in pretty quickly. Room, unfortunately, was not like it was represented in the photos (i.e., the photos technically were correct but the angles made the room and bathroom look much different than they were in reality). The bathroom was extremely small and open to the bedroom (no door). Getting to sit on the toilet was a challenge since the sink kind of overlaps it. Breakfast in bed was nice at an extra EUR5. For the price, Im not sure Id stay here again - better values to be found.

The Short part: Friendly and helpfull Staff Great Location Wonderfull Rooms Yummy Breakfast Worth every Euro! ----------------------------- The Long Part: We stayed there for 10 Days in May 2016. After arriving we received a warm welcome, The owner and staff are very friendly and helpfull. We received a Room upgrade without any extra costs and were able to choose from the free rooms upon arrival. The Staff is also very helpful if you need any recommendation regarding Retaurants or Walking routes. Choosed Room 31 with Kitchen. Nice and cosy room with a lot of space. The Bed was just great and we slept very well at all nights of our 10nights Stay. Because of the pre Season it was also not that loud outside. Just some other Guests had some problems with closing the doors (Protip: use the key to close the door silently) ;) We ordered the breakfast for two all the days and they also made it possible for us to get some boiled eggs every morning (and they were huge and very yummy) :) Every morning at 08.45lcl we reiceived our basket in the room with everything you need for a good start in the day (fresh pressed orange Juice,buns, and croissants,also Cheese,ham,marmelade and cereal. everything was just yummy. The only thing what would have been a plus if the Cereal would change a bit while a longer stay. but the additional Eggs were a great plus to and we wanted not to ask for more. The Location is very central and you just have very short ways to go to a little Mall, Restaurants,Cafes,Shops. Everything you need is just around. Parking is free at the moment just 30meters away from the Hotel, but after modernization of the parking area it looks like the city will start to charge some bucks in the next time. on the other side, the ways are short in Ericeira so we had no problem to park the car at the Prado do Norte were it is also free of charge to park. Overall we just can say it will be a pleasant stay if you choose this Hotel for a stay. We will for sure come back one day :)

I loved my stay here! Would highly recommend it. I had a great room with a double and twin bed. Good size bathroom and kitchenette. Walking distance to everything in town. Very friendly staff! Would be happy if i had the chance to stay there again!

Stayed one night. The location is nice, in the center of the town and not far from the ocean. The room was not large but sufficiently comfortable. The staff was very nice and efficient. The only negative side was a lack of elevator and a need in dragging the luggage on the stairway.

Fomos recomendados por um casal amigo que sempre teve boas experiências com a residencial. A localização é espectacular e é fácil estacionar-se ao pé do Mercado. Estava um dia de temporal com muita chuva. Ficámos no quarto do último andar que carece de condições, o quarto é um género de um sótão aproveitado. Desde a decoração ao espaço está bem imaginado e a casa de banho é muito boa. Talvez pelo temporal a verdade é que o quarto tinha um cheiro a esgoto emanado pela casa de banho, o calor do aquecedor não é suficiente para o frio que se faz naquele quarto, a janela do sótão fica em cima da cama e devido ao vento e também ao facto de a janela não ter bom isolamento passa frio pelas telhas directamente para a cama. Naquele quarto não se consegue estar sentado na cama, por exemplo, para ver TV ou para ler uma revista devido à inclinação do telhado. Houve-se ruído no exterior e o quarto tem problemas de infiltrações. A meio da noite começou a escorrer àgua pela quarto da janela da casa de banho e mais grave pela lâmpada que ilumina o lavatório que fica dentro do quarto. Uma má experiência sem dúvida. Com o acumular de tudo arrumámos as coisas e fomos embora.

Necessita de um upgrade...deve manter a simplicidade e a simpatia, tanyo do espaço, tanto das pessoas.

The hotel was lovely, central and welcoming. We had a great stay there. We were moments from the main square, a stones throw for alleys riddled with eateries, shops and bars, and the glorious beaches were less than 5 minutes walk. What more could you ask for other than sun - but we got that too!The stairs are a little precarious on the way in after a bit of vino, but mostly there was always someone at reception to answer questions and give guidance. the room was nice, the bathroom a little dark and finding a dress mirror a bit of a challenge but should the need arise Id certainly go back. We were there for a wedding, so a number of us were staying there at once. It was great we were also all located on the same floor.
