I chose Cristina based on recommendations on Google and Facebook. Being only 24 and a first time buyer based in UK, I didn’t know much about the process. I arranged to meet Cristina 9 months before finding a property to discuss some questions I had about buying in the Algarve. At this point I setup a power of attorney to make life easier in the future. Fast forward 9 months later and I found my dream property just outside of Vilamoura. I placed an offer and it was accepted the same day. The following day I was due to fly back to the UK, so I emailed Cristina all the details and told her to buy the property on my behalf. Cristina did her due diligence on the property and land I was purchasing, she liaised with the real estate agent and a few weeks later I had a promissory contract signed by the 5 owners owners and a date scheduled for the final deed. I felt like I was kept up to date with things pretty regularly, everything went to plan. Cristina also sets up all the utility contracts too.
