First Class in jeder Beziehung!

Der Oceano-Course fällt zwar gegenüber dem Faldo Platz gleich neben an etwas ab. Ist aber immer noch einer der Spitzengolfplätze in Portugal. Die Fairways sind so kurz gemäht, dass der Ball endlos weiterläuft. Man könnte meinen, man kann endlich golfen. Der Preis ist hoch aber völlig angemessen.

In jedem Fall eine Herausforderung aber mit Suchtfaktor

Beautiful course that looks demanding but using a small amount of course management and a couple of visits easily negotiated. Plus great service.

Played the Faldo Course on 9th Feb 2020, WOW, what an absolutely stunning course with spectacular views. The layout is superb and a real test of your golfing ability. The tees, fairways and greens were excellent. The resort staff were helpful and knowledgeable. A buggy is a must though as there's some distance between greens and tees. A well stocked Pro shop combined with a relaxed atmosphere in the bar. Certainly one to tick off the bucket list if you haven't already played it.

Beautiful course, but terrible condition. Ways falling apart, tees terrible, greens terrible... not the fun it used to be. Ok top of all they deactivated GPS Distances in card, due to licensing cost (appearently, which is redicilous at a 160 EUR Greenfee Course. Guessing some money-shortage on the back of their clients and reputation of Nick Faldo. Play twice at Monte Rei instead!!!!

Very well designed, tricky course with plenty of bunkers. Friendly, attentive staff. Takes at least 4 hours to complete even with no waiting. A buggy is a must and is included in the price. So were two bottles of water. Very kind.

Played the O'connor course. Great track, more playable than Faldo where you must have a buggy. Need to plot your way around avoiding well placed hazards.

Nice course and challenging off white tees, we suffered with slow play in front. Breakfast is good, atmosphere lite in the bar.

Great venue, friendly staff, excellent challenge of one's strength and skill. Met some great guys on course, Good luck to Daniel Gavin's in next week's Master's.
