Je venais de m installer à Lisbonne j ai fait quelques massage dans différents centre mais depuis q j ai découvert Terra Healt je ne peux plus m en passer c est un endroit super magique plein de ondes et d énergie hyper positives l équipe sont tous très professionnel . J ai expérimenté divers massage avec egor et fernanda ils sont juste magnifique sérieux professionnel ce sont des Khine et des thérapeutes hyper professionnel . Jjarrive en fin de journée lessive je résorts après des messages que je leur laisse le soin de choisir quel type adapté à mon mal , comme un nouveau née je suis si bien dans ma peau que je me sens chouchouté comme un bébé par sa ma maman . Egor a une technique spécifique a lui magnifique Daniel aussi et Fernanda Elle a des mains en or son massage est plus q exceptionnel magique féerique relaxer comme pas possible j ai même plus envie de me lever et de faire une sieste sur place . Merci ego merci Fernanda merci terra Healt que je qualifierai de communauté du bien être c est devenu ma drogue à moi . Impossible de passer une semaine sans faire deux passages . Vivement fin de confinement j attends votre ré ouverture avec impatience . Faites moi signe quand vous ouvrer je veux être le premier à venir ☮️

Sweet welcoming with a Manager that find out how to satisfy each requests from a big group of people. Once you passed the door, you are immediately invited to live a sweet moment with nice incences. It is so easy to select your session with a wide list of massages, book online or on the digital computer at the entrance. Rooms are clean, quiet and so restfull. People are so kind. I highly recommend it !

Sendo já cliente do outro espaço no M. Moniz, tinha perdido o contacto da Terra Heal, por ausência minha para fora da cidade de Lisboa.
Procurei o contacto esta semana e vim imediatamente fazer uma massagem no novo espaço, à RUA DA MADALENA.
Instalações impecáveis, Profissionais superexcelentes , preços acessíveis e um horário que não permite desculpas de falta de tempo
A minha massagem feita pela CHRISTELLE, foi fabulosa;umas mãos suaves e muito profissionais, sabendo exactamente os pontos - chave! 0Vinha muito contraída e cheia de dores(problemas da coluna com cirurgia ) e, sofro de dores frequentemente!
Saí relaxada, descontraída, tranquila e evitei os comprimidos .Sempre admirei o trabalho dos profissionais do Terra Heal.
Voltarei sempre e muito. Bem-hajam!

I was passing and just decided to go in spontaneously because I have been having some back pain but had no great expectations, thought it would be a little bit "touristic"! But it was really good, super professional and finding all the right spots that were hurting me! A wonderful discovery, will come back for sure!

I personally didn’t have a good experience. I went in with my sister and the whole struggle of setting up the massage was a bit stressful and messy. At first they wanted to do the massage half time on a seat and half time on a bed. Which would ruin the experience to take a shuffling break in the middle of what is to be a relaxing massage. I complained so they managed to find us 2 beds. We ordered 2 deep tissue massage. They said they didnt add oil for this one, so i complained again. They used oil but scarcely... my massage was torture. Really painful but not in a good way. However my sister enjoyed hers very much! Her massus was more attenttive and asked her questions along the way to fit the experience to her needs. My massus was brutal and i kept telling her to calm down with no luck. I left feeling grumpy and disappointed. Will not recommend sorry. I have massages all the time and this was the worst one ive ever had.

I had a great experience at Terra Heal. I went for a massage at my feet and my back and Laura, who attended me, made me feel very comfortable and relaxed.
I would just avoid the view from the street, but definitely I would recommend this place!

Parfait !
Après deux bonnes journées de marche dans Lisbonne, 1 heure de détente en duo. Le personnel est sympa et leur attitude calme et discrète nous apaise tout de suite.
Le point a améliorer : les cabines de massage sont séparées par un simple rideau.

I have been going to Terra Heal since summer 2018 and have been thoroughly impressed with every massage I've had. A couple of weeks ago I booked a head, back and shoulder massage and specifically requested Luis for the first time. Well, he surpassed all my expectations! His calming manner and positive energy left me feeling completely relaxed. He intuitively knew what my body needed. In fact, he incorporated elements of Thai yoga massage into the session which I was more than grateful for.
I followed up a few days later with an Oriental facial massage (again with Luis) and I loved every minute of it. I actually noticed the difference as soon as I got home - 10 years younger! Hugs and kisses to Alba!

I spent my bday here getting foot and shoulder massages with my sister and mother. It was such a treat! Not too expensive. I love the drop-in method, you'd think it would make the atmosphere less relaxing but the vibe is so chill there. The staff were so lovely. I'd go regularly if I lived in Lisbon.

Hugo is a miracle worker. I am limber again and ready to explore Lisbon on foot.
We had hiked The Fisherman’s Trail - 60 miles in 4 days - I desperately needed a massage. Upon arriving in Lisbon I googled around and found several options. Terra Heal felt right. I had to wait as it was Sunday. And busy. I suggest you book online if possible. its a laid back place with chair and foot massages and several curtained rooms with mats for Thai and other types of massages. CASH payment only.
I did not choose my therapist but was fortunate to be treated by Hugo. We communicated very well (in English) and his technique was exactly what I needed - a combo of shiatsu and Thai massage movements.
60 minutes = euro 50 (+ tip euro 10 because Hugo more than earned some extra).

Patricia war sehr kompetent und hat eine sehr professionelle Massage durchgeführt. Da ich Vergleichswerte zu anderen Masseuren habe, kann ich sagen, dass sie wirklich sehr sehr gut ausgebildet ist. Die Kopfschmerzen waren danach weg und der Preis war mehr als fair. Großes Kompliment!

If you’re tired from walking around Lisbon all day check out Terra Heal – they do a great massage, as good as you can find anywhere. We tried several other places before finding this one. Don’t be concerned as you go up a narrow staircase to a residential building. The ladies here are pros and you’ll definitely leave feeling refreshed for more adventures in the city. Very good price for the service.

I did alignment therapy Yumeiho as i had dislocation in the lower back, from which lot of pain in this area and sciatic nerve down to the leg. Really helped, i could walk much better after and didn't ruin my vacation.

I was happy after the session but the Night and until today I have muscle pains and I cannot turn my neck until yet. My husband was very unlucky from the beginning with his Massage.
The guy wasn't able to get the right way. Even my husband told him that it's not ok and he don't feel well the guy didn't changed anything.
We left 60€ for nothing.... never ever again here.

Au début le concept m'a fait penser que c'était un truc un peu "à la chaîne" mais en fait ce lieu est juste GENIAL! Je me suis offert 3 massages en 5 jours et à chaque fois c'était vraiment des massages de qualité, Lalita et Patricia sont vraiment excellentes. Loin des massages juste "bien-être", on sent qu'elles ce qu'elles font. Je recommande les yeux fermés! Les prix, rien à redire également :)

I came here for back problems, more neck and back accually.
The french lady was really good, she talked with me about where it was and what would be the best to do.
she gave me a 30 minute massage.
we understood eachother well because I spoke french as well.
the days after the massage my back was better!
next time I am in Lisbon I will be back!

This has got to be the best 30 euros I have spent while in Lisbon. My foot massage was so relaxing, it felt like my feet had gone to heaven. They do provide many different types of massage. I also have to mention the staff who are very welcoming and friendly. Please visit when in Lisbon, I promise you won't regret it!

When entering venue, shoes are asked to take off and put aside. Seating in sitbags, recovering from daily life, the masseur/masseuse will do short 'intake' and within couple of minutes you're invited to have the massage as requested.
Mine was a neck, shoulder and back massage of 40 mins. by Cristina. First part was a chair massage in the central treating room, which was already very recovering. The second part was in a semi-private 'private' room, where more specific treatment of neck, shoulder and back was performed.
Very professional massage, with genuine attention for stressed muscels and wellbeing of yourself.
A very nice experience, due to Cristina who has special Reiki dimensions.

To be honest, I walk out from my visit to Terra Heal smiling, relaxed and wanting to book my next flight to Lisbon almost immediately, Thankfully I don't have a specific ache or pain that I suffer from, I just appreciate a really good massage, The skill and the care that you receive from Luis is hard to put into words but it is a stolen hour from the world where you need to do nothing but turn as requested and let Luis do the rest! A part of me wants to keep how good it is to myself but I love this business to thrive, so just be brave, go in and try it ..you won't regret it. Obrigada....

I called in today for a massage based on the really good reviews I'd seen on trip advisor, but I admit I was still a bit tentative. Sometimes trying to get a professional, non-sexual massage in a foreign city can be a bit dodgy. But my experience was fabulous from start to finish. My masseur was a young woman called Amanda. She was excellent. Very intuitive, great touch and a very good sense of what to do for my very, very tense neck and shoulders. I'm going to be back in Lisbon in a few weeks and will most definitely be booking in again before the long haul home. (This is a cash only business so visit the ATM before you go, but do yourself a favour and definitely go!)

I went to Terra Heal for a massage, and Isabella gave me the best massage I’ve ever had. You can tell that she has done a lot of study and is very knowledgeable in the field, because she knew exactly what to focus on for me. I walked out feeling 10 years younger. I can’t wait to go back for another Thai Massage! I highly recommend it!!!

The place is nice and warm, which I appreciate, when is December and rooms in Lisbon are cold. But. The massage I received was disappointing. No oil, no direct physical touch. I had tshirt and jeans all 60 mins. Especially from something which is called " relaxation massage" and cost 45€, I would expect more than squeezing shoulders covered in sleeves.

I don’t write reviews very often, but this was objectively the worst massage I have ever had in my entire life. I don’t think the woman has any idea what she was doing, and I had to leave half way through because I was afraid she was going to put too much pressure at the wrong point and injure me (and when she was not putting as much pressure you feel like it’s a toddler pinching your skin). This was the only massage I have ever gotten that I wish I was running on a treadmill instead.

I woke up with vertebrae out of alignment and after a day of pain, I needed a chiropractor. I settled for a 20 min chair massage not expecting much. It was wonderful! While my back isn't fixed, I am dramatically more comfortable and improved. Easily one of the most effective massages I've had. In 20 mins, they did a ton of joint work and movement I never would have expected with a chair massage. I'm very grateful for the relief and highly recommend it!

I got a voucher for my partner to go here. She has scoliosis and was experiencing a lot of pain. She had a deep tissue massage and felt great afterwards. A week has passed and the pain hasn't returned so I think that's an excellent sign.

OMG. This was literally the best massage I’ve had in my life. I had a guy named Luis who combined Chinese, Thai and chiropractic massage techniques. I had a sore neck, lower back and legs from walking Lisbon hills. The whole thing felt great and was surprising. He literally cradles you at times. Left there feeling terrific and it lasted until at least the next day. Places looks very haphazard in the middle of a square. But trust me: he needs to patent his technique!!! Please move to NYC Luis!!!!!

I always believed that massages are a nice thing to have, but don’t have a real and long-lasting effect. However, I was proven wrong. I am frequently running and my lacks felt very stiff and started to hurt lately, especially while I was trying to sleep. This treatment gave my legs so much relaxation and I feel like new born.

I immediately felt good as soon as I walked into the store. Very calm atmosphere. I felt as though the staff all did a good job of maintaining their space at the same time as attending me in a friendly and professional matter. Rita gave me a wonderful massage. It was profound and helped me release many emotions and I felt lead to inspirational thoughts and understandings about my life. Even though the massage was physical at times with deep pressure, I felt lovingly held. I look forward to my next visit.

Angelica, she is fantastic. I went in and asked for a full body + foot massage 1h. Angelica asked me what I was looking for in the massage session. I said that I wanted to be relaxed.
She started off my stretching my muscles in an amazing way. Then working with a oil on the full body, back and forth and then finished up with some stretches along the side and at the neck and a quick headmassage. It was fantastic. The music was not what I expected, it was more uptempo and a bit "jazz". I didn't mind that at all. It was different. They speak English I'm very pleased.
1 hour full body = 50 euros

My friend and I booked online, very efficient.
The masseurs, Igor and Otoniel, were both excellent. We booked 90 minutes of traditional thai massage. Their technique isn't quite traditional thai, but is very good with lots of stretching and palm pressure. It was wonderful to find such an Oriental massage center in Lisbon and all the masseurs and masseuses wear white uniforms and are very well trained professionals.
The experience was so good that we rebooked another session the next day.
Just returned to the hotel from my second appointment with Igor. His modality is simply the best I have experienced anywhere in the world. His energy healed much pain around my neck and shoulders as well as my lower back and hips. Now he is ranked No. 1 among all the masseurs I have tried around the world.
Ask for him and you will understand what I mean through his touch. BTW, his English is very good too.

These professionals have taken the hustle and guess work out of getting a massage in Lisbon. We walked in sans reservation on a weekday afternoon and were able to book a 1 hour Therapeutic massage without having to wait. The installations are cozy, soothing and very clean. The massage therapist were multilingual, great at their job and charming. Relax, you can do it!

Had a blend of the shiatsu and lymphatic drainage with Fernanda. After a couple of days of intense walking and sleep deprivation, it was absolutely magical! I also told her I had menstrual cramps and bloating so she spent some time massaging my abdomen, which helped immensely. Great ambiance and atmosphere - very relaxing, and the herbal tea was great.

The best massage I haver ever received.
Ambiance was relaxing, welcoming and truly peaceful. While waiting for my masseuse, I felt it was a perfect place to just close my eyes and relax. It was as if they prepare the lobby area as the beginning and ending part of the experience.
My professional masseuse was Raquel. She truly cared. She was extremely interested in taking notes of what I needed focus on and gave me a 90 minute hot stone massage. This was a great experience thanks to her and her dedicated ways.
I will definitely go back soon.

Wonderful experience. I used a gift voucher to have head/shoulder/neck massage + face massage. It was wonderful, very relaxing.
I also loved the way the therapist (Hugo) introduced himself to me asking me what I was expecting for and explaining me what kind of massage he was going to do.

I am sharing this experience because I hope my feedback will help improve the overall experience for clients, myself included.
We have recently moved to Lisbon from NYC.
Two weeks ago, I went to Terra Heal for an hour massage with a friend who highly recommended it: she was right. The massage was fantastic; thank you, Daniele. I was thrilled: my go-to place for massages only 10 mins away from home.
Looking forward to another relaxing hour, I booked an appointment for today for my 8yrs old son and myself.
While my son had a good experience, this time I was not so lucky.
The masseur assigned to me was just not a fit. The hand's pressure was right, but the movements and speed were anything but relaxing. Something was missing, and her cold hands did not help. I gave her some time (it can take a bit to get in sync with a masseur you see for the first time) to see if my experience was going to improve; it didn't. Believe me when I say I did try to go through with it. In the end, I had to say: "sorry, but this is not working at all for me." I didn't mean to embarrass her, and I am sorry she looked offended. It was just a simple statement: I am not able to relax; therefore, I want you to stop. The receptionist came and told me no masseurs were available. Later she came back; they would send someone as soon as possible.
This time all was good from the get-go. Unfortunately, the time left for the massage, after waiting, was not much. The experience was inevitably compromised.
The 1-star rating is not for the massage experience. I have received so many massages in so many different countries I am aware not every experience will be a WOW one, and an isolated case does not define a business. The one star is a call to pay attention to the after-experience, when I am on my way out.
The first time, while leaving visibly satisfied, more than one person on staff asked me how it had been and if I enjoyed.
This time, despite both masseurs and receptionist being there, nothing was asked. My second masseur did offer us tea, but everyone was acutely uneasy.
Now, here is my two cents feedback, assuming consistency in customer's satisfaction is the goal: challenges and uncomfortable situations can occur in business.
Do follow-up with clients even after a not ideal experience; it will leave the customer feeling valued, and the staff will learn from the experience and have a more competent response and solution at some time in the future.

Should have any of the staff asked for a feedback, as they did two weeks ago, I would have happily obliged. As I pointed out, nobody was interested in hearing about my less than stellar experience.

Pasé frío. La calefacción/aire acondicionado estaba en 21 grados, que en ropa interior, con una sábana delgada a finales de noviembre se nota mucho, se lo comenté a la chica y pasó de 21 a 22, tiempo después le volví a pedir que le subiera y pasó a 24, ya al final no le dije más nada pero tenía la manía y los pies fríos, se dio cuenta y le subió a 26, faltando casi quince minutos para que se acabara el masaje. La verdad es que en este tipo de establecimiento la temperatura es un gran factor. Y a mi, no me dejó relajarme del todo. No pongo menos puntuación puesto que las instalaciones son muy cuidadas y el masaje como tal fue correcto. Una falla grande lo de la temperatura en todo caso. Sólo por eso, ya no vuelvo.

Existe uma enorme entrega e partilha entre toda a equipa. Crescemos juntos num ambiente em que todos acreditamos que fazemos massagem com a alma para o bem do outro. As terapias são feitas com um enorme respeito pelo "outro" ser. A massagem ou a terapia manipulativa pelo toque, tem esta proximidade de troca energética entre terapeuta e cliente, onde a cura não se faz só no corpo físico... que bom é poder trabalhar neste espaco, com esta equipa, e poder fazer o que escolho diariamente. O universo é generoso e eu agradeço.

Moment plutôt agréable. Je n'ai malheureusement pas eu la chance de tomber sur quelqu'un qui parle français, du coup le massage que j'ai eu ne correspondait pas à ce que j'avais demandé.
Je n'ai pas apprécié d'avoir à payer avant. Et quand j'y suis allée il y avait du monde du coup j'ai dû prendre un rdv et revenir en fin de journée.
Tous les massages sont au même prix : 30€ pour 30 minutes, 35€ pour 40 minutes, 50€ pour 60 minutes et 75€ pour 90 minutes.

The therapist was good, that is the most important thing, but the lady at the reception was not. We got inside after being given a brochure, we thought will be nice to have a massage. After waiting 10 minutes, inside. They said is the time now for our massage and we need to pay before we go. We wanted to pay by card, they said no cards accepted. So we only had money for 30 minutes instead of 40 . I asked to my husband: just take 30 minutes then, and the lady has so rude interrupting me saying no, like is already book so you need to go now and pay later by taking the money from the cash point.We carry on discussing what to do and she said is now , we can not wait. Very rude. She didn't apologise. I stayed because it was my husband birthday... I was not happy, so during the massage I was full of tension. I didn't enjoyed as I would. So if you can go to another place is good.

In this center they make only massage, when you enter there is a fluffy dog and nice stuff to attend you. I decide to anti pain massage as I walked a lot. Massage was great with unique touch and stretching moviment. For me was a bit painful but it's normal! At the end I get a really improved sensation. It was very useful make this kind of massage !

Long story short, the massages my nephew and I had were fantastic, which is the most important thing after all, a big compliment to Lucia for not only the treatment she gave me but also for her positive attitude. So why not the five stars then? Due to proper internal communication by accident the wrong people were being picked up by our initial masseurs and thus we had to wait a long time. It was after 30 minutes that I asked what time we would have our treatment that we all realized the wrong duo was led to the massage rooms. A mistake that can happen. One of the male employees showed barely any sympathy though, we were not offered anything to drink (asked for some water myself), we were told to wait another 15 minutes which turned into half an hour and I had to ask myself for a compensation for the inconvenience. I asked if they could maybe massage us 5 minutes extra and the guy simply said ‘we only do 40 or 60 minutes’. When it was our turn he asked me to pay 70 euro but we already paid with another colleague. It was this guys attitude that ticked me off the most, not the mistake and the waiting. We were very happy to hear they would compensate us with giving back 10 euro of what we paid which I think was a professional solution. The guy I obviously did not click with was then assigned to do my treatment, I turned that down and was without any problem paired up with Lucia who professionally massaged away my frustration. All in all a great massage and would definitely recommend but maybe better to book online upfront. Five stars for the treatment, 2 stars for communication and hospitality.

This massage was the vast I have had since leaving Australia 4 months ago and we have had quite a few in Europe. Riding motorcycles takes its toll on your body.
I had a girl called Lucinda and she was very strong and knowledgeable. I could not have asked for more. My husband had Ana and he said the same about her. I would certainly recommend a massage at Terra Heal to anyone who needs one while in Lisbon.

Great experience! Pricing is clear, straightforward, and affordable. There are many options for different types of massages. I chose deep tissue/sports recovery and did not regret it. My therapist was extremely professional, caring, and took her time to work on the problematic areas on my back. She also stretched me well. In addition, the therapist was extremely careful and listened to my preferences by asking how much pressure I prefer. I asked for the max pressure which was tough at times, but I felt really good afterwards.
Facilities were clean and cozy. Light relaxing ambient music added to the overall therapeutic atmosphere. I was offered tea & water which is always nice.
Great massage, friendly service, big thanks to my therapist, highly recommended!

The Thai massage was perfect, just what I needed after several weeks on the road. The masseuse was really lovely and very talented. I was able to tell her about a sunburn that would have been painful to touch and she listened, instantly understood and worked around it. Just great! Recommended!

My wife and i went there. She had some neck pain, i some sore muscle. At the beginning we were aked what we want and if we have any pain. So far so good. I took the Sport and she took, i think IT was pain Relief or something. She explained 3 Times, where her pain was and what she needs. Her Masseur told her she would understand and would take care of IT. Afterwards my wife told me, her Masseur didnt even touched the Regions close to the pain and the Massage was carressing all over her body. No pressure nothing,even for a relaxing massage, IT was way to soft. We have been all over asia and got Massages, we also Go quite often at home, but that was just ridiculous. They offer a quite big spectrum of Massages so IT would be good to have specalist for that, otherwise IT is just for showing off. My deep tissue/Sport was good, a little bit to soft but good, but that is what i expect for that much money
Since IT is Not possible to answer again i will type my answer here:
First of All if you read the negative ratings here, everyone can See, you are not taking complaints, IT is always the customers fault, instead of trying to improve your Service. Great way to run a Business!!

Me and my husband are massage fans: Moscow, Bali, Sweden, Paris, Cyprus and other cities while we travel. This massage experience was not fortunate. We are really disappointed and think it was wasted money. We massage each other better than masters in the saloon. Very friendly, but very low quality.

My masseur (Sebastian) was great and attentive. However, his working condition and the venue were totally inadequate. First, the venue did not have proper treatment room. Instead, it had some wooden room dividers covered with some cloth, which created a tiny space, which lacked privacy. My space was next to the bathroom. Second and importantly, in the treatment space there was no elevated bed. I was treated on a matt on the floor. So I felt very sorry for the masseur bending over me and probably wrecking his own back. Terra Heal could definitely do better than that to look after its masseurs' well being. After all, I was charged 75 Euro and I am sure very little of that money went to the masseur. In sum, the masseur was great but I cannot recommend Terra Heal given how it treats its masseurs and its lack of proper treatment rooms and equipment.

After traveling for two weeks all over the place, my feet were desperate for some care. Read the reviews about Terra Heal and decided this was what I needed. The experience in getting a 40 minute foot massage exceeded my expectations. The staff is friendly and the energy is appropriate to begin the relaxation before you sit down for the massage. It felt like 40 minutes of pure bliss and in great part due to the professionalism of the staff. I’ve gotten many foot massages in the last year and can tell you the care and techniques here are highly effective. I really appreciate how well this experience went and the training of the staff which was evident in the massage. Thanks and see you next time I come to Lisboa!

I love this place! I thought it would be weird to get a massage outside, but it’s actually pretty wonderful. I love hearing the sounds of the city along with the relaxing music they play during the massage. The therapists have been trained in different modalities so they know exactly how to relieve pain and bring relaxation. I pop in whenever I have pain and I leave feeling energized and healed.

I had a 20 minute chair massage with Isabelle. It was honestly amazing. I get massages fairly regularly, and thought that perhaps 20 minutes wouldn’t leave much of an impact but I was totally relaxed afterwards. The set up works well, there’s is a tablet by the entrance where you reserve an appointment yourself. Very fair price for an excellent massage.

J’ai vraiment apprécié mon expérience à Terra Heal. Les thérapeutes sont très professionnels. Ils n’hesitent pas à demander si ils doivent insister sur des zones particulières en cas de douleurs. Ils seront à votre écoute et vous passerez un agréable moment. Je vous recommence ce lieu même si d’une vue extérieur il vous paraîtra pas très luxueux. Excellent rapport qualité/prix!

Questo improbabile centro massaggi, sotto una tenda, in mezzo ad una piazza, offre una piacevole sorpresa. Mi sono regalata 20 minuti di massaggi alla mia stanca schiena ed ho speso solo 15 euro. Luis è stato molto professionale, ha fatto un ottimo massaggio (ed è anche un bel ragazzo, che non guasta). Lo consiglio senza riserve

I took 40 mins of thai massage. after two days of walking tours in lisbon, i had so muscle pain all over my body. I could barely walk. So I decided trying out this place after reading reviews on google. No one was telling a lie here. It was such a great massage! The masseur used special kind of cream for muscle relief, I guess. It smelled strong but blew my pain away! was incredible. I wish I can visit here whenever I feel like but sadly I can't do it anymore :/

Definitely don't let the location put you off! I came here for the kung fu massage, not quite knowing what to expect and I was totally blown away by it. A very unique experience I'll never forget. The massage was intimate due to the martial art moves yet very professional and I felt 100% save, relaxed and calm in the hands of the young man. I had arrived totally depleted and left energized and feeling 2 inches taller. A must try massage for anyone who is looking to lift their spirits or stretch out their entire body!

Eine wirklich gute und preiswerte Massage! Für 15 € bekommt man hier 20 Minuten lang eine richtig gute Massage - sehr empfehlenswert! Einen Stern Abzug da das Gebäude eine Glaswand hat, bei welcher so mancher Schaulustiger zuschauen kann wie man gerade massiert wird.

Don’t let the building fool you. Go. My massage therapist found every spot that was tense, and stretched and released me from pain. I highly recommend, just be sure to wear clothes that allow you to stretch easily. I had on skinny jeans but was still able to come away feeling leagues better! Plus, it’s so reasonably priced!

Dropped in here after a long flight for a 40 min foot massage with Louis. I hesitate to call it foot massage - he catapulted me right into heaven, stretched my legs, fixed my feet and made me feel like a million dollars. A must-do if you’re in the area!

I loved this place! Although the location is a bit unique and made me have some speculation about the massage quality, this turned out to be one of the best massages I've ever had. My masseuse was strong and really took his time working everything out. I was with a friend who used to practice as a massage therapist and he agreed that his massage was also amazing! Highly recommend.

I recommend a foot massage at the end of a walking day through fantastic Lisbon, and this is a nice space right in a central square. You can also start your day with a relaxing massage, for me it was a marvelous experience! They have great, very simpathetic personnel!

Wahrscheinlich die beste Massage, die ich bislang erhalten habe. Jede Bewegung war präzise und effektiv ausgeführt. Der Druck war perfekt zum entspannen und zum Lösen der Verspannung. Leider bekommt man diese Massage nur in Lissabon!

I went there after having some back pain from traveling and sore legs from running. The staff was very friendly, but my massage experience was one of the worst I’ve ever had. There were flies in the room that keep landing on me, which never allowed me to relax. The floor I was told to lay on, made me body even more sore than when I arrived. The massage was also very weak. I was barely stretched and none of my soreness was gone when I left. There was very weak pressure applied and the whole hour long experience could not have ended sooner.

Luis gave me an excellent massage. I had been having sciatic pain for the last few weeks and when I told him he did a lot of things to work on it. The next day I woke up and the pain was gone...full day of walking and I am still pain free!! Amazing! Thank you!!

I arrived in Lisbon eager to experience the culture, eat their fabulous seafood and listen to the soulful Fado.
The best experience I had was a spontaneous stop at a pop-up healing center while walking through a park. This modest platform tent business is called Terra Heal. Super clean and extraordinarily attentive.
I asked for the 40 minute therapeutic message and wished I had asked for the hour long message. (15 Euros for every 20 minutes).
This was, hands down, the best message experience of my life. I know I am setting the goal high, but after 40 minutes split between a chair message where Louis worked on my back, neck and shoulders and being on the floor mat where he tackled the rest of my body, I left energized and taller.
When he was done I asked him if he taught yoga, because he stretched my body in ways that I have only experienced in a good yoga class. He told me he taught Tai Chi and that he had studied in China for 10 years. Now I understand how drugs are addictive, if I weren’t back in Boston I would be going every day.
My husband also claims to have had the best message of his life, but had a completely different experience with a woman named Artemis from Thailand. She did not stretch him out, but tackled his sweet spots that needed attention with particular depth. She was strong but keenly aware that she could be and was highly communicative with him about pressure.
I’m not sure exactly where we were, but we stumbled upon an elegant restaurant for lunch at the Restaurant Clara. The avocado that was served was from the garden in the back. Jesus, our waiter, set a fabulous standard for service. So if you look that restaurant up the park is nearby.

Certaienement le meilleur massage de ma vie... L'endroit peut surprendre, dans un square, mais dès l'accueil tout se passe parfaitement bien et on se sent très à l'aise. Le massage par Zorita a été juste parfait pour moi... l'énergie transmise et la précision des gestes sont formidables. Merci mille fois... je me sens merveilleusement bien.

I m basically from belgium there are number of massage center in belgium but the kind of massage i have recieved here in terran was out of this world .. they were well skilled, experienced ... i strongly reccomend if u are touring lisbon, visit atleast once this place .....

Had a fantastic massage (the one-hour therapeutic massage) here. It went from a regular back massage into guided full-body stretches. Felt light and limber afterwards. I tried to tip 10 euros but Luis would only take five. If time allows, I'll be back.

Great place for a quick or longer quality therapeutic massage. The therapists have a very wide variety of skills and are very friendly and accommodating. They speak very well English as well.

They also use oil to do massage. I was trying to find a chiro for his alignment but they all looked bad. I went to terra heal and told them lower back and hips. The pain is gone. The Indian girl was studying Indian medicine and massage. She did a very good job. Bring an extra t shirt if you're all sweaty to change into although they clean you off with a towel.

Un des meilleurs massages que l'on m'ait fait! J'ai une tendinite au poignet qui remonte jusque dans le dos alors j ai opté pour le massage thérapeutique même si j'y croyais pas trop vu le prix,15 euros minutes !! La masseuse rita a su toucher tous les points douloureux et les détendre c'était excellent. De vrais professionnels alors si vous passez par la place Martin moniz et envie de massage, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. D'ailleurs je compte bien y retourner et en essayer d'autres. :)

Sehr gute Massagen, zum wirklich guten Preis. Die Masseure sind wirklich nett versuchen einem auf Englisch zu erklären wo man welche Probleme hat wie diese entstehen (bei der Thai-Bauchmassage) und gehen auf diese Probleme gezielt ein. Die Schulter Nacken Massage war wirklich sehr gut der Masseur hatten einen guten festen Griff. Kann ich nur empfehlen.
