Watch your wallet. At every turn they are reaching into your pocket. We had an an extended 2 week stay as we were researching opening an office in Lisboa and we did 4 loads of laundry during our stay. We loved the service. BUT they charged us $750 Euros!!!! That was enough for me to get the hell out of Lisboa and never return. Told my team we WILL not be opening an office in this country if this is how they treat guests to their country. There is no excuse for this type of gouging.

Después de estar en otros hoteles Júpiter, en este, la habitación era peor, por el mismo precio, no había cafetera de cápsulas y después de pagar 19,50 por un buffet , nos cobraron aparte 3,50 por la botella de agua de la cena.Mucho más caro en comparación con el Júpiter Algarve y ofreciendo menos servicios

Amenities were great, rooms are modern with really nice attention to detail for cleanliness and decor. Gym and spa were above and beyond what we were hoping for. Room service meal was also pretty darn tasty as well! Staff were super friendly and polite!

Depois de quase oito horas de viagem .reserva feita,pagamento efectuado pela agência ,pelas 21.30 fui directamente convidado a procurar outro Hotel pelos recepcionistas .Teria que pagar na altura pois os mesmos haveriam de devolver o dinheiro já pago. Trabalhando em turismo em toda a Europa fiquei totalmente aterrorizado .Foi pedido desculpa do acontecido . Mas lamento o tratamento do Hotel como este nível ou melhor destes funcionários

Hôtel très confortable, de grandes chambres, piscine, salle de sport, spa et bar. Les petits déjeuners sont très variés avec un grand choix de sucré et salé. Pas très loin du centre historique (environ 6 euros en taxi) et le métro devant l hôtel.

The hotel was average in terms of price and amenities. Breakfast for us was not included, and the parking underground was about 10 euro a day which was fairly expensive. On top of that the indoor pool was another 12 euro. The location was about 45 minute walk from major land marks and 20 min metro ride. The room and hotel were very clean and definitely up to standard.

Das Zimmer an sich fanden wir bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten gut. Geräumiger Kleiderschrank, großes neuwertiges Bad, exzellentes WLAN sind auf jeden Fall die Pluspunkte. Die Zimmergröße entspricht dem Standard für ein 4 Sterne Hotel. Das Bett ist sehr groß und wir fanden es sehr bequem. Sehr gut hat uns auch die Dachterrasse gefallen. Das Frühstück war für uns kein Highlight, aber in Ordnung. Enttäuschend hingegen war der Ausblick zum Innenhof. In unser Zimmer kam leider null Tageslicht und wir schauten auf nahegelegene gegenüberliegende Zimmer. Sehr erdrückendes Gefühl. betroffen von dem „Ausblick“ sind recht viele der Zimmer (s. Bilder). Gut, so ist das Hotel gebaut, schade jedoch, dass das eine böse Überraschung beim Beziehen des Zimmers sein muss. Auch enttäuscht hat und leider das Personal. Ausnahmen bestätigen wie immer die Regel, aber überwiegend hat das Personal leider nicht mit Höflichkeit und Professionalität geglänzt. Zur Lage: Vom Flughafen ist das Hotel sehr gut zu erreichen und die ÖPNV Anbindung ist auch sehr gut. Es fahren verschiedene Busse direkt vom Hotel und auch eine U-Bahnstation ist direkt vor der Tür. Zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten benötigt man mit dem ÖPNV durchschnittlich ca. 25-30 Min., mit Uber (sehr günstig) ca. 15-20 Min.

Super hotel in Flughafennähe. In die Stadt ist aber eine gute Anbindung da direkt vor dem Hotel eine Bus und Bahnhaltestelle ist. Zimmer sind grosszügig und extravagant eingerichtet.

Schönes Hotel mit toller Dachterrasse. Unser Badezimmer mit Wanne ist leider misslungen. Die Badewanne müsste anders herum eingebaut sein. So muss man sich an der Spritzschutzscheibe vorbei auf die schräge Seite der Wanne quälen. Wer es sieht wird es verstehen.

Abbiamo soggiornato x 4 notti in complesso 5 gg in questo hotel. Siamo stati molto soddisfatti. L hoel nn era in centro ma comunque sulla via a pochi metri metro' e fermate dei bus e poi naturalmente i taxi a spesa contenuta. L ambiente moderno e confortevole. Le camere spaziose con bagno grande e molto pulite. Il personale attento, molto gentile e professionale. Abbiamo usufruito della colazione e la cena buffet e devo dire veramente ottima. La colazione :dolci di ogni consistenza, angolo del salato fatto al momento dal cuoco e angolo detox. Il buffet della cena cambiava sempre e proponeva cibi portoghesi. Se dovessimo mai tornare ci piacerebbe rialloggiare qui!!

I booked the superior room, but i think i got the standard room. Because i saw the superior room. And it was larger. The staff is great! The bed is a bit hard but not too hard. The room it's really dark to sleep well. The bedding is very good. The bathroom is perfect. The gym is also really good. And the spa is beautiful. The wifi is really fast, download and upload!

Great place. Fab location. Very close to tube station. Great sauna/ pool/ jacuzzi for 12 euro. Also free gym. Nice staff. Big bedroom. Only negative, breakfast was sooo busy and noisy. Clearly the room is too small for the number of guests. Not a great choice on the buffet either.

Personal del Hotel muy amable. En su mayoría habla inglés y español (además de portugués obviamente) . Especialmente amable un chico en recepción y el camarero del bar (muy serviciales). El Hotel está ubicado justo a 10 metros de una parada de metro que en 10 min te lleva al centro antiguo de Lisboa , andando serían unos 50 minutos. Esta situado en el centro actual de Lisboa. Las habitaciones son bastantes amplias, y los cuartos de baño también. Posee un plato de ducha enorme. Las televisiones son bastante grandes también, y tienen canales en diferentes idiomas. El spa está bastante bien, ya que es un servicio adicional del hotel (piscina de baño chorros, baño turco, sauna y "jacuzzi" dentro de la piscina ). Sin duda un hotel perfecto para pasar tus vacaciones.

J’ai réservé 2 chambres communicantes pour 4 nuits, les avis étaient tellement bons que je me suis sentie en confiance, nous avions envie de détente, de repos tout en visitant Lisbonne les après midi. Malheureusement nous avons été très déçue de notre séjour dans cet hôtel. Réveillé tous les matins à 8h au marteau contre notre façade (changement des fenêtres) le nettoyage de la chambre Désastreux, le petit déjeuner est varié mais tous les jours la même chose, j’ai eu le malheur de demander 2 choses à la réception, partir 1h plus tard le jour du Check out = impossible (nous avions réservé un soins au spa à midi, on a donc dû annuler... ) et avoir une fourchette pour manger = impossible, boire un verre au bar à midi ? Impossible=bar fermé Nous n’en resterons pas là et allons faire un courrier à la direction, je ne suis pourtant pas du genre à me plaindre mais là !! Surtout n’allez pas au Jupiter hôtel, ce n’est pas un 4**** juste un attrape touriste.

Nice hotel to spend a quiet weekend. Our romantic getaway was marvellous. Minuses: ventilation can be noisy in the rooms. Spa can get very noisy too. Breakfast is nice but could have had a bit more variety. Still there are many healthy options. And lots of pastries. Lovely staff. Nice rooftop bar with pools.

Very nice. Good location. Great value for money. Friendly staff. Big room. Big bathroom. Would have liked more toiletries (body lotion). Hangers in the cupboard were a pain to use. Wonderful breakfast buffet (although sausages and bacon were not hot enough). But the best thing about this hotel is the rooftop bar and outdoor swimming pool.

Celebrated my birthday stopping at Jupiter, I was highly impressed with the attention, fizz and cake waiting in our room on the day. Hotel was very modern and clean, rooms spacious, and extremely comfortable.Bathroom huge and superbly equipped. Staff excellent, super friendly and helpful. Facilities great, did manage an afternoon on the sun terrace and people were in the pool, February 2nd. Breakfasts were buffet style and offered an amazing choice. Would definitely recommend and if we return to Lisbon , Jupiter will be the place we'd stay.

Parking are very expensive. When I do my check in, I paid €30 euros for the parking ticket for all stay. When I do the check out I paid another € 28 its very disappointed because they told me that €30 euro is suposed the only charge for the parking lot. Note; my stay is only two nights.

The hotel is nice and clean but the daily house keeping service is poor! They don't do the bed well, and leave the bathroom floor wet, they took our bathrobes after the first night and never brought them back, they also never put the complementary water in the room.

One word, perfect. I was there for 4nights with my children and my wife and everything was great. The staff is friendly, helpful and really professional. The hotel is close of the center of Lisbon. Finally, the breakfast and the diner buffet were great with a large choice of food.

For my birthday in mid November I spent a week at The Jupiter Lisboa Hotel. So much to post but I was impressed with the room, staff, price and the convenient location. Easy access to the airport, local restaurants, sights and public transportation. Great gym, a restaurant on premises and the reasonably priced underground parking was stress free. They offer an indoor pool and the rooftop pool had plenty plenty of lounging/seating areas. I was pleasantly surprised when on my birthday they sent a birthday cake and champagne to my room! Nice touch Jupiter Lisboa Hotel, nice touch!

Good location with supermarket and good restaurants nearby and some museums and the zoo in walking distance. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of choice, good bread and mostly fresh. The only thing I missed was fresh omeletes. We had dinner here once too. It's a buffet and I didn't particularly like anything and would recommend to go to any of the other highly rated places just a few minutes walk from the hotel (Salsa Rosa Bistro was very good). Deducting some points mostly because: * The Hotel pool is only open for families from 10-12 in the morning. That is really inconvenient and we were actually looking forward to check out the pool with the kids. * Even though they have a pillow menu all the pillows were too thick for our liking.

I was staying at this hotel because of a conference nearby. I was really impressed with the cost benefit ratio. You'll get an excellent room experience for an even better price. Super clean, spacious and modern room. The staff is very nice and helpful. The attached bar and restaurant do not disappoint. Good breakfast and lunch buffet.

Hotel is not at walking distance from most Lisbon traditional attractions located downtown. But it is only a short and inexpensive Uber ride away. Hotel is modern, staff was always helpful and kind. Rooms are very comfortable and silent. Breakfast is good for the price. There is a small supermarket just across the street and other nearby. Very good option for Lisbon.

Gefallen: Zimmergröße, Einrichtung, Bad, Möblierung, Lage (sehr verkehrsgünstig), Nicht gefallen: Verkehrslärm trotz Bitte um ruhige Lage, hartes Bett, Restaurant (Abendessen nach Karte nichts Besonderes, kleine Portionen, teuer, Frühstücksbuffet mäßig, ohne jegliche Abwechslung, täglich diegleichen billigen Käsesorten, 9 Tage lang immer das Selbe. Die Organisation der Tische war sehr umständlich. Eine Dame nahm die Zimmernummer auf, ging mit dem Gast los, um einen passenden Tisch zu suchen. Derweil stauten sich die Frühstücksinteressenten. Frühstück gab es von 7 bis 10.30 Uhr, egal ob Werktag, Samstag oder Sonntag.Flexibilität ist in dem Hotel ein Fremdwort. Die Rooftopbar mit Schwimmbad war allerdings geschlossen wegen der Witterung. Wir hatten Anfang Dezember 22 Grad und Sonne!

Location is terrible, far away from prime activities in Lisbon. Not sure how this was a 4.5 star location on Tripadvisor...never again trusting the star system. The staff was unaccommodating. Rooms were missing basics like an iron and ironing board which upon request were never sent to our room. Rooms are modern and condition was good. Overall disappointing experience.

Location is good, but staff is unfriendly and outright lies to customers. Had issue with room and was told they could not move us since hotel was full. Went online and found at least 10 open rooms that I showed to staff who then took a very long time (an hour or so more) to finally move us to another room.

Für eine Städtetour ein hervorragendes und gut ausgestattetes Hotel, bei etwas besserem Wetter hätte man gerne den Swimmingpool und die Bar auf dem Dach genutzt. Tolles Frühstücksbüffet und sehr nettes Personal. Dazu muss noch sagen, das in unmittelbarer Nähe eine U-Bahn-Station ist, von wo man leicht die ganze Stadt erreicht.

A nosotros, dado que había disponibilidad, nos dieron una habitación (Suite) sin aumentar el precio....la verdad, quedamos encantados.... El almuerzo no lo probamos porqué lo encontramos caro, pero vamos, cómo siempre pasa con los hoteles....se pasan con el precio de los almuerzos! El hotel precioso!

The Hotel is nice and the Location a bit of the Center, but with taxi ok, Breakfast is very good and high quality. Rooms are ok and clean. I do not give a higher score as the hotel organized the transfer from airport to the hotel, we payed for 16 person 320 EURO for a transfer with normal Taxi and a small van, by taxi the price for all 16 is EUR 50 incl. tip, this is for a 4 star Hotel not acceptable. We only recognized as the hotel was not willing to change the transfer time to give us enough time for the check in! Refund of the 320 EUR was denied.

Rooms are nice and big. Everything was clean and smelling nice. Bathroom is huge. Rain shower is great. The spa and wellness facilities are very nice. Food in the restaurant was quite good. A bath would have been nice. The bed was a bit hard (but comfortable). I would have liked to be able to cool the room more.

Sleek and comfortable modern hotel, adjacent to subway. I chose it for its location near the Gulbenkian Museum, which was convenient, but it is a subway ride from the older section of the city. Super Hotel!!! Kann man absolut weiterempfehlen! Wir waren über das Wochenende hier für einen Städtetrip und sind begeistert! Sehr schöne, große, moderne Zimmer; das Frühstück war umfangreich und sehr lecker. Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Dachterrasse ist wunderschön mit Pool! Zum Spa-Bereich kann ich nichts sagen, den haben wir nicht genutzt. Zugang zu Bus und Metro ist direkt vor der Tür, man kommt problemlos schnell in die Stadt. Hatten ein Zimmer zur Seitenstraße, weil wir vorher nach einem ruhigen Raum gefragt hatten und das war auch top, man hat wirklich kaum etwas von der Hauptstraße vorne mitbekommen!

A really nice hotel. Impressed with cleanliness in the deluxe double room we had. English speaking and French guests. Staff very helpful and food is good quality. The spa was nice but could imagine it being difficult if it got busy. Not an issue though! Easy transport links with metro at Campo Pequeno and overground services from Entrecampos which take you to Sintra in 38 mins. Would reccomend for a stress free stay.

Super hôtel ,personnels aux petits soins et toujours avec le sourire. très bien placé, le rooftop avec sa piscine et son bar sont juste géniaux. Le petit déjeuné est tout simplement impressionnant., il ne manque rien. Nous avons passé un séjour de rêve, merci à tous le personnel . Je recommande cet etablisement à tous mes amis .

Desde el principio hasta el final maravilloso. La recepcionista se esforzaba en hablar español para que no entendiéramos, se alivió al decirla en Inglés. La habitación grande, con cama supletoria en perfecto estado, no era sofá -cama. La limpieza excelente. Nosotros contratamos media pensión, comida variada y riquísima. estuvimos muy cómodos. Lo recomiendo. María Pedriza.

Hôtel magnifique et d’une propreté remarquable. On se demande d’ailleurs pourquoi il n’est pas classé 5 étoiles !! (Un peu loin du centre peut être ?) Accueil très sympathique Chambre spacieuse avec belle douche italienne Tout fait neuf et très bien entretenu Le buffet du petit déjeuner est le plus grand que nous n’ayons jamais vu et les mets y sont très bons Piscine sur le toit en accès gratuit (l’eau n’est pas chauffée mais après avoir arpenté Lisbonne sous 30° nous étions bien contents de nous rafraîchir) ! Vue évidement magnifique sur la ville depuis le 8ème étage Le Spa est très beau (toutefois, nous avons trouvé que la musique d’ambiance de la piscine intérieure était un peu forte) Métro à 10 mètres qui vous mènera dans les quartiers touristiques ! Bref nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Nos hemos hospedado en este hotel, nuestra estancia fue perfecta. El trato de los trabajadores, inmejorable. El desayuno variado y con un amplio horario. En cuanto a otros servicios sólo pudimos acceder al rooftop para darnos un baño en la piscina donde puedes tomar algo.

Séjour exceptionnel... Un superbe hôtel, très beau, très propre, une salle de sport juste au TOP, suffisante pour tout travailler ! Un rooftop très agréable avec piscine et petit bassin que j’ai particulièrement apprécié. Assez bien placé : 40 minutes à pied du centre (que mon ami et moi avons apprécié de faire, la balade est très très agréable) et 10 minutes seulement en trottinette (que l’on a beaucoup utilisé). Il y a aussi une station de métro tout proche ! Concernant le petit déjeuner : juste parfait ! Il y a de tout et il est très bon. Le service du soir tout à fait convenable pour 19 euros. Enfin, le meilleur pour la fin, un personnel adorable... Je recommande vivement le choix de cet hôtel !

Modernes Hotel in zentraler Lage! Wir hatten ein helles,sehr großzügiges und modernes Zimmer zum Innenhof. Unser Zimmer lag auf einer der oberen Etagen,hier hörte man deutlich die Musik von der Dachterrasse,wen dies stört,der sollte nach einem ruhigen Zimmer fragen. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und bemüht. Frühstück und Abendessen können wir sehr empfehlen,die Qualität und Auswahl der Speisen,hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Auf der hoteleigenen Dachterrasse,konnte man sich im Pool abkühlen oder auch einen Cocktail trinken,was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel!

Comfortable, spacious air-conditioned rooms, friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast selection. There’s even a rooftop pool. Just don’t leave any coins in your room - the maid took a pile of Euro coins I’d left on my bedside table, and claimed that I’d left a note saying ‘for you’. I left no note. Reception looked into it, and returned a few Euros. I guess the rest were the tip for housekeeping. Other than that unfortunate event, which left a nasty taste, the only other negative aspect of this hotel is its location, which is far enough away from Lisbon city centre that you’ll need to take buses or underground trains. It’s only a few minutes’ walk from two stations, so it’s not too much of a burden. And Lisbon’s transport system is clean and efficient.

Somos turistas españoles. Fuimos para cuatro noches y salimos muy contentos del hotel. El servicio siempre está atento en cuanto a los huéspedes, a nada que necesites algo, te lo traen. El buffet del desayuno es muy variado (dulce, salado, fruta, comida caliente...) y no sabes ni a dónde mirar. Las piscinas están muy bien pero siempre que íbamos había mucha gente y era un poco difícil encontrar donde colocarse. Las habitaciones están bien equipadas y de cortesía te dejan unas zapatillas de andar por casa, jabones, café, té, botellas de agua... Al spa solo fuimos una vez pero nos gustó. Cuenta con una piscina, varias hamacas y dos saunas (además de los servicios extras que incluyen los masajes). En general, repetiríamos sin duda. Gracias por estos días, Lisboa.

The whole hotel is rebuilt in a modern way throughout, from the foyer to the rooms to the rooftop Somewhat noisy central AC windows are well insulated against noise Late check out (12pm) and late check in (3pm) Modern entrance hall with curved sofas Jazz on the rooftop on Tuesdays from 6pm to 9pm Very young, friendly and professional staff, both at concierge and in restaurant By American standards excellent breakfast buffet Very firm mattress and somewhat low bed The best feature is the rooftop with a small restaurant, bar, one 5ft deep pool and another wading pool with waterfall: it's just great to recover and regroup at the pool overlooking the roofs of Lisbon instead of just hanging in your room

Absolutely amazing hotel! Staying here was an absolute pleasure and I would not hesitate to book it again. The staff were all incredibly nice and helpful, the rooms were big and nicely decorated, the rooftop pool and bar was lovely and there were plenty of options on the menu. The breakfast is really good, so much to choose from. The bar is really well stocked with a good variety of drinks. Their cocktails are amazing, particularly the Espresso Martini, perfect! The hotel is in a great location. Only 10 minutes from the airport or downtown Lisbon. There is a grocery store right across the road with bottles of water for 15c. Plenty of restaurants in the area too and a shopping center only a 5 minute walk away. If you are visiting Lisbon I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

Sehr praktische Lage für Städtetrip. Sehr gepflegtes Haus. Top-Frühstück!Unser Fenster nach vorn im ersten Stock war akustisch zu undicht. Habe ich vor Ort bemängelt. Das muss abgestellt werden. Müsste sich einstellen oder abdichten lassen. Ansonsten volle Empfehlung!

What a perfect hotel! It is big, but not unpersonal. The rooms are clean, beds great, the shower perfect! You can go out for breakfast or dinner nearby. We enjoyed breakfast in the hotel every morning. Great bread, fresh juice, fresh fruit etc. The (free) gym is good for Running, cycling, rowing etc. And they provide you with water and towels. The metro is around the corner and the hotel is just a short taxi drive (15 minutes) from the AirPort. Last but not least we enjoyed the compact swimming pool (and bar) on the rooftop. Don’t be surprised if you hear and see some planes fly over though. That brings me to the only disadvantage of this hotel. It is on a very busy street. If you leave the windows open you will hear heavy traffic and loads of planes, although the planes don’t fly in the middle of the night thank god (or KLM)

Sehr schönes Hotel, Metro und Bus in unmittelbarer Nähe. Metro gelbe Linie direkt vorm Haus, wenn man den richtigen Ausgang erwischt Campo pesqueno! eine Station nach Saldanha, dort kreuzt die rote Linie vom Flughafen. Bushaltestellen sind links vom Hotel, andere Straßenseite...736 fährt mitten in die Stadt zum Praca do Commercio und nach Belem. Am Besten die Via Viagem Card mit Zapping am Automaten aufladen, dann kostet jede Fahrt nur 1,30 Euro. Mit der Metro fährt man mit der blauen Linie in die Altstadt. Baixa Chiado.
Minuspunkt : das Zimmermädchen hat sicher versehentlich mein weißes(nicht billiges!!) Nachthemd, beim Abziehen der Bettwäsche mit in die Reinigung gegeben und trotz mühevoll auf portugiesisch geschriebenem Nachfrage Zettel, ist es nicht wieder aufgetaucht. Naja... Randnotiz...

Superbe hôtel, nous avons passé un séjour de 4 jours agréable, l'accueil, les services, tout est réuni pour être bien. Les petits dej sont à tomber, le bar et le restaurant sont de très bon rapport qualité/prix. La piscine en roof est sympa ... juste si un peu de vent, la sortie de l'eau pique un peu... Mais le plus fort a été la petite attention pour l’anniversaire de ma femme, gâteau et champagne l'attendaient dans notre chambre. Idéalement placé, proche la station de métro Campo PEQUENO, vous êtes à 20Mn du centre et 30 Mn de Vasco DE GAMA. A réserver sans se poser de question.

Lovely clean and modern hotel. Location is very good with easy acces to Metro and lots of buses. Rooms are clean bright and spacious. Toiletries are very good with basics as soap and shower gel/shampoo but also manicure set as well as sewing kits. Pool is small but enough sunbeds most days. Towels are also provided in pool area as are bathrobes and slippers. Reception is very informative and friendly. There is refreshing flavour water avaible at reception area too which came in handy for our reusable bottles. Breakfast is the same every day but has a good range of fruits, hot food as well as bakery. Only flaw was the fire alarm went off one night at 2am but reception gave no explanation to those of us who evacuated our rooms. Overall a top class hotel with good faculties for couples and families

Stayed for a little over a week. Very attentive and friendly staff (remembered seating and drink preferences from one day to the next). Very clean and well maintained. Parking in basement had been a godsend and a deciding factor in choosing the hotel. Rooftop pool with great views of the city (though it gets a little crowded on hot days). Central location proving easy access to whole city. Gym is standard for hotel gym but very workable for basis workouts.

We stayed at Jupiter for an international convention. The staff were very professional and made allowances for our early starts which we really appreciated. Rooms were spotlessly clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was impressive. We would definitely recommend this hotel.
