Somente a sumptuosidade, algo descurada no interior, do edifício impressionam, tudo o resto cru, sem sabor e de serviço pretensioso. Não fosse o grupo e a causa o jantar teria sido uma enorme desilusão! Vejam a sobremesa num jantar de harmonização vinica com a rudeza alcoólica nos sabores da mesma. Mal conseguido pelo chef! Péssimo estudo de harmonização.

Excelente lugar! O Hotel Palácio de Lisboa é sensacional. Tem um ambiente sofisticado, amplo e decoração refinada. Seu jardim é algo de muito especial e vale um passeio. Os restautantes são ótimos. Aos domingos o restaurante Valle Flor oferece um brunch bem completo. As sobremesas são divinas.

the room is quite spacious and comfortable. i was a bit disappointed without tea making facility in the rokm, but probably didnt read the details properly. the outdoor pool is very nice but the water was very cold on a 33 deg C day. Buffet breakfast has good selections including sparkling wine but the hot food was not hot.

Baulich sehr, sehr schönes Hotel - auch, wenn man nicht im Altbau in einem extravaganten Zimmer wohnt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Für 5 Sterne auch für Normalos geeignet. Der Pool bei Nacht ist sensationell. Das Frühstück ist umfangreich und man sitzt überall genial ob nun draußen mit Blick in der Garten oder drinnen um den Baustil zu bewundern. BAULICH ECHT zu empfehlen, wenn man solche Sie mag.

An oasis. Hard to find though as you need to go outside of main lisbon area. The place is yes very beautiful but the staffs here need a lot of training as to how to respect and be polite to customers. They were very judgmental and racist. Too bad that the Management has never noticed this

Beautiful hotel that is also a national monument. We had a room with a garden view patio. The room is spacious and the view and ambience was just stunning. Breakfast in the restaurant was great, included champagne service daily. Dinner at Valle Flôr was very memorable. We each had Taste of the Sea a Taste of the Land with local wine pairing. The staff was very passionate about their history and wine- that’s a plus. Not close to any convenience stores and had no complementary water in the room- maybe bring some water with you. Overall, excellent!

Este hotel localiza-se na zona histórica de Alcântara fazendo dele parte um antigo palácio, que foi totalmente recuperado e novos edifícios modernos, com uma cuidada integração, onde o moderno e o antigo convivem harmoniosamente. We booked suite D.Manuel for our pre-wedding night for 1400 euro. The managemnet knew that we were having our wedding the day after because it took place at the same hotel. Despite that, nobody informed us about another wedding happening at the hotel the night before. Especially the fact that they were given permission for noise till 2a.m. We couldn't sleep till then due to loud music. It was difficult to get up at 7am for my wedding makeup. I complained about noise at 2a.m. They even did not apologize. And all this for 1400 euro! We purchased the most expensive option of open bar they had for our day. At the wedding night they did not even bother preparing drink menu for our guests so they could choose their drinks. Instead, the waiters kept saying "no, we don't have this" to any request of our guests. They could list their options at least! They just kept pouring the cheapest wine they had!!! My husband and I were very upset with this. We talkerd to the manager Filippe right away. The issue wasn't resolved. She never apologized. And of course, there was no deduction for anything. At the check-out, they asked our credit card to pay 6 euro for the ice bucket. We agreed. And they tried to charge for the D.Manuel room for the second time! They could not stop the transaction nor make refund right away. It took us 10 days and few calls to our bank to return our money for the second charge. Lastly, it took forever to receive the invoice for the wedding and the room. A month after the event actually!

Estivemos nesse hotel e adoramos o local e as pessoas que lá trabalham. Ficamos apenas 7 dias e como não conhecíamos a cidade, não desfrutamos de todos os serviços do hotel, porém gostaríamos de agradecer a gentileza do atendente que nos recebeu dia 26/12/2018 às 06:00 da manhã que gentilmente nos permitiu o check-in adiantado que nos permitiu um ótimo descanso depois de quase 11 horas de viagem de avião. Igualmente gostaria de agradecer o rapaz que carregou nossas malas que foi o mesmo no dia da chegada e no dia da saída em 04/01/2019, no mesmo horário, por volta das 05:00 horas da manhã. Esses dois funcionários foram muito solícitos e educados e esquecemos de pegar o nome. O hotel oferece um sistema de shuttle que é muito eficiente, utilizamos o serviços por duas vezes para ir ao Castelo de São Jorge e para ir ao shopping El corte Inglés com o motorista Tiago, que foi de uma enorme educação, nos explicando os melhores caminhos e horários, bem como explicando sobre o elevador gratuito perto do castelo de São Jorge e fornecendo informações da cidade. Os funcionários do café da manhã são excelentes, na parte do café da manhã gostaria de elogiar um funcionário que foi muito educado e solícito, um rapaz moreno. Infelizmente não guardei o nome. As camareiras, sempre muito atenciosas e pontuais. Serviço de abertura de cama, excelente. O único ponto que gostaria de apontar, não é uma crítica, mas um complemento, tivemos garrafa de água cortesia somente no primeiro dia, nos demais dias tivemos que comprar no frigobar, os preços são baixos, em se tratando de um hotel 5 estrelas, mas a água, na minha opinião poderia ser cortesia, como no primeiro dia. Todos os atendentes são educadíssimos, gostamos demais, uma pena que não guardamos todos os nomes. O hotel é lindíssimo. Fomos no inverno e nosso quarto esteva sempre quentinho e aconchegante e pegamos a categoria mais simples de quarto. O room service tinha ótimos preços e sabores ótimos. Tenho deficiência física e forneceram um quarto com acessibilidade. Enfim, foi a melhor escolha para nós.

Muito bonito, staff gentil e atencioso mas serviço de arrumação de quarto e manutenção não estava no padrão das 5 estrelas que ostenta! Faltas graves na situação da suíte e demora no atendimento noturno. Falta apoio especializado para este período. Acredito que tenha sido por conta da ocupação acima do normal no Ano Novo.
Retornei ao hotel uma semana depois e fui recebido com suítes melhores, dentro do padrão esperado e com serviços de governança respondendo na qualidade e tempo adequados.

A very nice place. Very good food, service and atmosphere. Nice garden and conference service. All speaks perfect english. A bit tough for wheelchair since the building is old with a lot of small rooms and corridors. It works, but with a bit of a struggle. I really would like to emphasize that the staff was very helpful during my visit.

Our room was nice enough however poorly lit in the evening as was the bathroom. In fact the bathroom lighting is the worst I have come across. No woman can do her makeup in that light! Breakfast..... toaster....terrible hardly effective and English breakfast was never hot as hot plates were clearly not hot! The staff here compared to the staff in the Infante hotel in Porto ,which had been our first stop, where not as attentive. However the hotel itself is stunning as are their gardens.

Les chambres sont top, la literie parfaite. Petit déjeuner énorme en choix, champagne pour ceux qui se le sentent. L espace jardin piscine donne envie de baigner même à 18°

Rien à redire....a si....le repassage est payant et pas donné même si on ne vous le précise pas, vous trouverez note sur le ceintre

The hotel is located a bit far from city center, considering Lisbon is not that big, taxi fee from the hotel to downtown is about 5~6 EUR. The service is one of the best you may expect, lobby boy, receptionists, concierge, etc. are really helpful, restaurant is the best part, a large window and marble, wooden crafted decorating area, classic, foods are great, freshly served, dinner includes chef's specialty, they are basically a side dish and dessert as regular standards.
Definitely recommend for staying :) will try other Pestana brands in the future.

Pestana Palace is magnificent. You really feel seculded on the hotel grounds. The landscaping is beautiful, rooms are nicely appointed, and the staff was amazing. The pool is relaxing and the food was 5-star. The hotel is also centrally located and was a great starting point for exploring Lisbon and surrounding areas.

Set in beautiful grounds this grand palace is a 25 minute walk from the lively Bélem district with its historic buildings, monuments, cafes and restaurants. The hotel offers a large selection of breakfast items and there are tables available on the terrace if you want to eat outside. The food served in the bar is excellent and a pianist adds to the ambiance. Rooms are comfortable and well equipped.

This palace and garden are so beautiful beyond the words though the location is bit remote from city. We took uber and bus to city center still not too bad.
The decorations, painting and furnitures are very tasteful and elegant. We enjoyed pool and spa very much, spent few hours in the pool to get some sun bath and used spa and sauna. Great value for the money. I would go back again if I visit Lisbon next time!

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in my life - amazing staff, great facilities (rooms, pool, gym, bars), outstanding breakfast (you can eat outside with views to the impressive gardens) and overall a great experience. We were a party of 4 that traveled for business and everybody was surprised by the great quality of the hotel and the overall experience. A must stay if you go to Lisbon! For sure I'll be back!

Well it is a palace. I stayed in or of the side rooms by the gardens next to the pool. They were nice although a bit dark. However, how much time do you stay in your room in Lisbon? The pool was great as were the sauna and the steam room. One of the things I enjoyed was to relax inside the palace. There are a couple of themed siting rooms and they are the perfect place to have a drink and relax imagining that you are in another period.

Visitei o SPA e amei. A Catarina (fiz uma massagem especial de 120 minutos) é excelente, e os demais funcionários também são ótimos profissionais e atentos aos mínimos detalhes. Solicitei uma alteração de última hora no tempo da massagem, o que acabou por alterar meu horário de início do tratamento, fazendo com que eu ficasse com uma hora livre. Não estava preparada, de forma que não tinha roupa de banho para passar o tempo nas dependências do SPA (Piscina, sauna, solarium, banho turco e hidromassagem) como me foi ofertado, mas imediatamente me foi oferecido um maiô (novo) para que eu pudesse aproveitar aquela hora extra. Foi ótimo, meu bem estar estava realmente em primeiro lugar. Depois marquei mais duas massagens para o dia seguinte, para mim e para uma amiga, e a Catarina foi incansável em me auxiliar na escolha dos tratamentos e, ainda resolver algumas questões pessoais, já que eu sairia do SPA direto para o aeroporto, e, ainda seria jogo do Brasil na copa. Infelizmente, ao fazer o check in, percebi que o horário do vôo era 5 horas mais cedo do que eu imaginava e tive que desmarcar tudo! Fiquei muito frustrada de não ter conseguido voltar no dia seguinte. Só tenho a agradecer a todos que me atenderam e, em especial, a Catarina pela excelente massagem e tratamento, pelo cuidado e atenção. By far one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in for business. Our team was treated with great discretion and professionalism by their staff which made for a very smooth meeting. The hotel is within walking distance of the Congress center (it's a pretty steep hill though) and there are several quiet indoor and outdoor meeting areas for formal/informal business meetings. The pool, gardens and gym area were excellent, too.

Probably the best hotel we have ever stayed at. Public rooms stunning - 19th century architecture and decoration. Guest rooms modern but comfortable. Food excellent and very helpful staff. About a 10 Euro cab ride to main tourist areas but near to Belem which is a very pleasant tourist area.

Por 26€ por pessoa, tivemos direito a 3 horas de circuito de águas, massagem de 30 minutos, esfoliação aos pés, ritual do chá, etc. Uma experiência a repetir, infelizmente nunca mais foi feito nenhum voucher a este preço e com estas condições.

Absolutely amazing property. Housekeeping was top notch, restaurant and service was excellent. The only downside is that there’s really nothing to do or see close by, it’s in the suburbs and is quite a long distance walk to Belem.

It is a beautiful building. Very quiet. Staff was excellent from the front desk, serving staff &the bellman . The breakfast is outstanding. It would be nice to have a kettle, or coffee machine in your room. There is a shuttle, but it is only $8. Euros to get to the historic part of town . We stayed for 3 days .

Maravilloso Palacio, excelente desayuno, jardines y salones, no tanto la suite junior, algo caduca en decoración...y a la restauración le falta un hervor para estar al nivel que debería, aún así, un hotel de lujo encantador y de gran valor patrimonial. Excelente personal entrenado para agradar y facilitar todo.
El hotel en si tiene una excelente relación calidad precio , en habitaciones y restauración, aunque excesivamente caro en bar bebidas y servicios.... en resumen un gran hotel , a la altura de las mejores ciudades del mundo, con algunos fallos ... y deficiencias ..pero que no estropean una estancia sublime.
Para amantes del vintage y del lujo, o como experiencia a los que preferimos otro tipo de hoteles como es mi caso .

Very nice hotel. Be sure to read the fine print of your rooms when you register. There seems to be quite a difference in room size and amenities. Some have coffee makers. Some don’t. Some have balconies or porches and others do not. Our room ended up being quite dark and gloomy.
Has very nice indoor and outdoor pools. Not quite big enough for lap swims but can do in a pinch. Has gym and on site spa for massages. Pool area also includes hot tub, sauna and steam bath.
Breakfast bar is very nice. Lots of breads, fruits, cheeses and meats to choose from. Different styles of eggs, pastries, yogurts in cereals. Coffee, tea, juices, and mimosas available too. Really wish we could have such nice breakfast spreads in the states but hey, that’s one of the things that makes Europe special.
Location is close to Belem and the Conference Center. Quite far from the down town tourist sites though.

Beautiful place in an inconvenient location. You need to walk or cab alot to get to anywhere. Hotel offered a so--so buffet breakfast at a premium price. We had a spacious suite that was suffering from poor maintenance.

The place is amazing, great food as well. I was part of a big group booking from my organization in June 2018. However I had a very bad experience where money was stolen from our bags left in the room and the admin team could not even find who entered the room at that time which was surprisingly not very professional.

This hotel was lovely. Lovely building, nice gym and pool area, amazing garden to walk around in and the staff was really service minded and caring. The building itself is worth a visit and the restaurant serves really nice food. The room was clean and nice. If you want to live inte absolute centre of Lisbon you might not want to choose this hotel but taxi and über is really cheap here so may want to consider living like a royalty in the Pestana and go with taxi to the city centre.

Piece of heaven. The garden is very beautiful, castle is mighty and magnificent, staff very friendly, food on a luxury standard level. Very good indoor and outdoor swimming pool with sauna and steam room. (As well as Turkish sauna)

3 star service at 5 star prices. Event hotel for weddings and visiting celebs has beautiful rooms and incompetent desk managers with serious attitude. Isolated from the city in a residential area, a €10 cab ride there. You can do better almost anywhere.

Very nice hotel located in a quiet district of Lisbon. Room are spacious and confortable - although not fully sound proof (for ours anyway). Breakfast is a buffet with a large choice (fruits, viennoiserie, eggs, ham). Trendy LX District is at 10 minutes by walk, and city center at about 10 minutes by cab.

Die Räume für das Frühstück sind sehr schön, jedoch bei Auslastung des Hotels zu klein für die Anzahl der Gäste.Es fehlen Tische und Plätze auch auf der Terasse. Auch der Service kommt bei eine großen Anzahl von Gästen, die gleichzeitig frühstücken wollen in Schwierigkeiten und lässt nach (das Buffet ist lehrgeräumt und wird nicht rechtzeitig nachgehalten).

A experiência no SPA foi péssima, pensos no Jacuzzi e piscina interior com água fria. Banho Turco e Sauna não estavam a funcionar. Joana Soeiro a Diretora lamentou a situação mas não conseguiu impedir a invasão de 40 Japoneses que estavam alojados no Hotel. Não tinha livro de reclamações para entregar mas ficaram de entregar o respetivo no local de trabalho.

Nous sommes partis en couple pour 4nuit/5jours et nous avons été très satisfait de cet hôtel.Petit bémol : à notre arrivés les bagages ont été laissé dehors car notre chambre nétait pas prête et lorsque nous sommes revenues à 15h il y étaient toujours, personne ne cétait soucié de les rentrer dans la bagagerie, ni demandé ce quil faisait là :oDurant le séjour pas de problèmes particulier si ce nest peut être le manque de soin apporté aux détails et labsence de personnel parlant bien le français, lorsque lon ne parle pas anglais cest parfois compliqué.Le personnel est quand même très serviable et attentionné que ce soit au niveau de laccueil, de lentretien (femme de chambre qui repasse le soir pour changer les serviettes de toilette par exemple) ou du service en chambre (plateau de room service parfait).La chambre est agréable mais manque de soin : pas de bouilloire, article de toilettes et bouteille deau non renouvelésLa piscine extérieure est un peu froide mais la piscine intérieur compense largement ce soucis. Il est agréable de pouvoir sy baigner jusquà tard le soir. Pareil pour la salle de sport qui nous a plu.

Un sejour paradisiaque, des salons parfaitement restaurés, deux salles à manger qui offrent un restaurant à la cuisine traditionnelle. Personnel serviable et souriant, polyglotte. Ein hervorragendes Hotel in einem historischen Palast, liebevoll restauriert. Die Zimmer befinden sich in modernen Nebengebäuden, und sind komfortabler als in den meisten historischen Hotels. Das Frühstück ist ein Highlight, keine riesige Auswahl, dafür aber viele leckeren Sachen. Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist in dem ruhigen Stadtteil Ajuda, mit dem Taxi oder Uber erreicht man das Zentrum in ca. 10 Minuten.

J'ai testé le brunch du dimanche, très beau palace, très jolies pièces, très bien entretenues. Brunch, bons produits mais peu de choix, assez basic. Le service pas très attentionné. Je mets 4 étoiles pour la décoration et l'endroit.

Great hotel, good amenities and service. Breakfast is amazing! Slightly away from the city center and main attractions, but walking distance (10min) to take a tram downtown, or you can catch a taxi perhaps

Das Gebäude, die Zimmer und der Service hat uns begeistert. Wir waren mit unserer dreieinhalb Jahre alten Tochter dort und hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit Zusatzbett gebucht. Sie haben uns das grösstmögliche Standardzimmer reserviert, damit wir noch mehr Platz haben. Die Lage ist für ein Stadthotel sehr gut und der parkähnliche Garten einzigartig. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt und werden, wenn wir mal wieder nach Lissabon reisen, sicher wieder dieses Hotel buchen.
