Great location. Outside very impressive. Inside awkward layout. Room was a disappointment for what we paid. Some staff nice but most are distracted and disorganized. We were disappointed with this hotel and would not recommend.

Hotel an schöner Lage in Cascais mit erheblichen Mängeln. Die Zimmer und weite Teile des Hotels sind verbraucht, offensichtlich wurde seit Längerem nicht mehr in den Unterhalt investiert. Bekannte Probleme wie beispielsweise Wasserschäden durch die Klimaanlagen in den Juniorsuiten sind immer noch existent. In unserem Fall lag Wasser auf dem Holzboden welcher sich dadurch mit Wasser voll gesogen hatte, was ein modriger Geruch im Zimmer zur Folge hatte, so dass das Zimmer gewechselt werden musste. Die Zimmer sind teilweise nicht sauber, in unserem Fall war das der Badezimmerboden nicht sauber geputzt und in der Minibar halbvolle Getränke vorhanden. Auch der Service beispielsweise während des Frühstücks, entspricht in keineswegs fünf Sterne Niveau. Obwohl genug Personal vorhanden war, war des Service unaufmerksam, langsam und unmotiviert. Schade eigentlich.

Очень мощная вентиляция в комнате, даже холодно немного, приходится постоянно ходить в банном халатике, который они дают. У меня номер двухместный, здесь два халатика, я справлюсь ) если будете жить вдвоем -берите теплую кофту. Отключить эту вентиляцию невозможно. Чайника с чашками нет, только минибар в холодильнике... Короче любят они тут прохладу а в целом - красиво, чистенько, подушки, одеяла - все на высоте! А да, зубной пасты и щетки нет в номере, имейте в виду. Шампунь, мыло, лосьон для тела есть, а для рта ничего нет. Возможно, нужно спросить на ресепшн, но у меня м собой, а в стандартном набор, "как вошёл" этого нет, имейте в виду

Great location, walkable distance to Cascais, super views. Food not great, breakfast is fine. Hotel room was ok but we had a leaking toilet (water flowing) and also had a very poor dinner experience at the courtyard taverna. Shared both with reception but reimbursement. Service at the hotel itself is average, and very few speak English.

Very nice hotel, built in an old castle, views out are not as good as views in, three minute walk to downtown. Breakfast room with nice views. Pool, sauna, steam room. Nice bar. We stayed two nights, spent one day in Cascais and one in Sintra.

Talvez umas das melhores pousadas de Portugal, situada na famosa cidadela de Cascais com vista para marina. Possuiu de instalações muito boas, os quartos são grandes e modernos (quarto familiar) limpos, arrumados e possuiu de varanda. Tem piscina interior, pena que esta tenha pouco espaço á volta da mesma para descanso, assim como a água poderia estar um pouco mais quente. Os pequenos almoços tem muita variedade e a comida é ótima! O Restaurante do hotel também achei muito bom. O staff do hotel são muito simpáticos e prestáveis. O hotel possuiu de Wi-Fi grátis e possuiu de estacionamento pago no coberto da Marina. (14€ 2 noites) Vale a pena!

The staff was fantastic - from check in to check out, we were treated amazingly. I would definitely stay here again.The hotel is great and clean. The breakfast is good, and the pool/sauna/steam room were enjoyable, despite being quite busy. Theres not a lot of seating around the indoor pool so it was a bit awkward.There was a tiny bit of mildew in the shower, but otherwise it was quite clean overall.The Wi-Fi in the hotel is lackluster. My phone wouldnt stay connected and there were spots in the hotel where the router wouldnt give me internet access at all. I think they need an overhaul across the property as the router was running 802.11b. Old tech!

La Cidadela de Cascais è una fortezza situata a Cascais nel distretto di Lisbona, in Portogallo.
Sulla riva destra del fiume Tago, è un complesso fortificato che comprende: il Forte di Nostra Signora della Luce di Cascais, la Torre de Santo António de Cascais e il Palazzo della Cittadella di Cascais
Il tutto aveva la funzione di difendere quel tratto di costa, l'accesso alla capitale, Lisbona e dopo il 1870, residenza estiva dei re del Portogallo. Attualmente funge da residenza estiva per il Presidente della Repubblica portoghese.

Hotel moderno, acolhedor, limpo, contudo tive frio durante a noite e não havia mantas no roupeiro. Ofereceram umas trufas com morangos que estavam a nossa espera no quarto e uma welcome Drink a entrada. O staff é absolutamente impecável e prestável não tem estacionamento mas tem acordos com pelo menos dois parques públicos nas redondezas. Fui passar o fim de ano e o bar do hotel fechou às 5 da tarde. Não se compreende... Com resposta de que havia a festa de revion. Portanto como não tinha adequerido esse pacote... O acesso à pequena piscina exterior é confuso mas é acolhedor. Todo o hotel tem obras de arte ou instalações artísticas o que o torna efectivamente especial. O pequeno almoço e bom.

Tentei surpreender a minha esposa com um dia de spa que, infelizmente não correu como planeado, a piscina estava gelada, foi suficiente para ter dado 2 mergulhos em 5 horas de spa, foi o único spa que estive com condições semelhantes, os balneários (casas de banho sem acesso direto a piscina) não têm duche , pelo menos o masculino, o que me obrigou a tomar banho no WC adaptado a deficientes, tendo que passar no corredor principal para voltar ao “balneário” masculino! A massagem foi ótima , feita por uma profissional (Ana Melo) que acabou por remediar o dia mas não voltarei lá! Ou se voltar é somente para a massagem! Muito má experiência

Das Hotel liegt wunderbar gelegen in Mitten der Zitadelle - Optisch natürlich ein Hingucker in der Praxis manchmal etwas umständlich. Ist ein wirklich schönes fünf Sterne Haus aber wahrscheinlich nicht immer mit einem deutschen Haus vergleichbar. Vieles etwas in die Jahre gekommen und reparaturbedürftig, aber wahrscheinlich bin ich hier etwas zu kleinlich. Frühstück einfach wunderbar mit einem traumhaften Ausblick Wahrscheinlich einer der schönsten Plätze (Cascais) als wunderbare Ausgangspunkt für Besichtigungstour von sintra bis Lissabon

This is an amazing boutique hotel where we stayed for one week and enjoyed every day of our stay. Will come back here again. It has it's cozy look and feel, being embedded inside the old fortress. That makes it interesting, not like other hotels with long corridors and many rooms. The breakfast hall with an ocean view we also liked a lot, very nice concept.

Excellent and quick check in with friendly staff. The hotels location was a pleasant surprise - located directly in the walls of a historic citadel and in easy walking distance to the charming town centre. The modern breakfast room offers a beautiful ocean view. Breakfast was amazing with a generous buffet selection all fresh and high quality options with a warm and welcoming staff. We also ate lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant just outside the hotel within the citadel walls. Food was delicious with impeccable service from the staff. The room was spacious with a very large and comfy bed with high quality linens and plush pillows. The room was quiet and offered a great nights sleep. The bathroom was spacious too but was starting to show some wear and tear. Shower had great water pressure.The spa/pool area was a bit disappointing considering the limited amenities. We were there during low season so there werent that many guests using the spa but, considering the size of the hotel, I cant imagine the spa area being sufficient for that many guests. Overall, the hotel and its location is the highlight. We would return to enjoy the hotel, its perfect location, delicious food and warm welcome.

When planning my vacation I read online that this would be a good hotel to splurge on- so we did. I did not feel this hotel should be rated as 5 stars, I did not feel it was worth the splurge. Really nothing special here except that it is inside the cidadela. The rooms are poorly furnished and decorated, I did not have a view and the indoor pool is too cold to use.

Das Hotel liegt inmitten der alten Festungsanlage und bietet einen herrlichen Blick auf den Yachthafen und das Meer. Uns hat das Ambiente und die Gestaltung des Hauses gut gefallen. Hervorragendes Frühstücksbüffet mit tollem Blick aufs Meer. Unser Zimmer war für ein fünf Sterne Haus etwas klein und der Ventilator im Bad war laut und konnte nicht abgeschaltet werden. Der Wellnessbereich liegt etwas ungünstig direkt neben dem Restaurant und ist für ein Haus dieser Größe und Kategorie etwas unterdimensioniert

Estadia e atendimento são de superior qualidade, contudo o facto de não ter estacionamento e do mesmo ser pago, faz com que a experiência seja um pouvo menos boa.
Convém também referir que o protocolo existente com a entidade onde se efetua o parqueamento pago das viaturas, ainda é longe e ao "ar livre", quando existe um parque público coberto imediatamente ao lado da cidadela (onde se encontra esta unidade hoteleira).
Também será uma surpresa quando no final lhe colocarem na fatura o valor de 1€ para uma doação a uma entidade, dizendo que a mesma só será cobrada se assim quisermos, mas sem indicar (na fatura) qual a entidade a que se destina a doação!

Sehr aufmerksame Mitarbeiter, stillvoll eingerichtetes Hotel, schöne Ambiente, nah am Strand, nicht weit zum Bahnhof mit regelmäßigen Zügen nach Lissabon (€5 hin und zurück!). Rundum, ein Wohlfühl-Ort für Sightseeing, Strandurlaub oder Entspannen im Hotel. Wir kommen wieder!

Just back from a four day stay at this hotel. While we expected a very pleasant time, it was in fact exceptional from start to finish. On arrival we were greeted with two extremely, friendly and professional gentlemen . We were offered to upgrade to a sea view room at a very competative rate, as the season was quite. The room and facilities and view were top class. Breakfast each morning was most enjoyable and once again the Staff so friendly and helpful. Any queries regarding any subject were dealt with immediate effect.
Flight home was at 20.00 and when we requested late room check out , we were facilitated up to 17.00 due to quite season, at no extra charge.
We would highly recommend this hotel for its location, facilities and above all the attention the entire Staff .

Funcionários educadíssimos , serviço de quarto muito bom, o quarto e limpo e cheiroso , o pequeno almoço e delicioso . O restaurante do hotel e muito bom , tem uma carta de vinho boa ! Comida gostosa !!! Vale a pena ir. A decoração deste hotel é ESPETACULAR!!!! Iremos voltar com certeza, acabamos ficando 10 noites lá de tão bom que era. E vc pode pegar o comboio ( trem) e ir para outras cidades. A estação fica perto . Vale a pena ficar no mínimo 3 noites. Tem um estacionamento na Marina , não é caro ( eles tem convênio ). Hotel

Sin duda un hotel 5*, ubicado inmerso en la fortaleza de la Cidadela, frente a la Marinha y a dos pasos de todo lo interesante.
Las instalaciones impecables, con un entorno de arte y diseño, habitaciones muy confortables y amplias, desayuno excelente.
Ideal para parejas o familias, contodo lo necesario para hacer la estancia inolvidable.

Fantastic hotel in such a beautiful location. Staff were very helpful and so friendly.
The room we had (224) overlooked the marina and was spacious with everything you needed.
We made use of the indoor pool and sauna, which was nice and very clean. Bath robes and towels provided.
Breakfast was very good and a wide range of choice. Service was very good and again staff very friendly.

Beautiful modern hotel in the old fortress. There are works of art all around the hotel. Beds are very comfortable, lovely duvets. Fabulous breakfast with a wonderful view of the marina. Superb!

Great setting and great location. The room we had was a Marina view and was an excellent size and design with a large balcony and views of the marina. Only downside was the Karaoke bar opposite that was super noisy on a Friday and Saturday night closing at 3am. It did wake me up on both nights. The hotel is quirky as it is inside an old fort it doesn't flow like a modern hotel so the breakfast is served in the restaurant on the 2nd floor. The outdoor pool is a far walk away up in the corner of the battlements and is quite small. The furniture around the pool has no cushions so is quite uncomfortable. The bar was rather soulless with no atmosphere so we avoided it and went out for drinks and dinner each night of our 6 night stay.

Hotel de 5 estrellas dentro de una antigua fortaleza donde encontrarás varios edificios que van desde galerías de arte, hasta restaurantes, pasando por un hotel y un entorno maravilloso.
El desayuno está muy bien (aunque para llegar al restaurante tienes que pasar por un pasillo larguísimo lleno de puertas de habitaciones) hay un montón de camareros que están pendientes de que no te falte de nada.
El trato fue excelente y las habitaciones eran una pasada (la nuestra sería de las peores porque era la más barata).
La única pega que le pongo es que las habitaciones que están a la izquierda según entras al hall de entrada (yo me alojé en la 217) hay un ruido como de un generador que por las noches es insufrible (hablamos con recepción, pero nos dio igual), no se como podían dormir los de la 1ª planta (la nuestra estaba en la 2ª planta).

Needing a few days to escape after a family funeral, I made an excellent choice in Pestana Cidadela Cascais. I had never even heard of the town of Cascais, how I do not know, as it is fabulous! The entryway through an old walled arch, past stunning art in the courtyard created a warm feeling before I even entered the hotel. I was made to feel very special and although a few teething problems in my room, the service and resolution were 1st Class!I chose the location as I was seeking some quiet solace. I even had a dove that appeared on my balcony every day which was a sign that all was okay.On the downside, the path to and location of the pool was very odd and hard to find. The restaurant was below par with service very slow and more attentive on the larger groups of men. Additionally, two of my meals were not up to standard in quality and I did not receive helpful reactions to my request for changes. So that was a disappointment although in the marina there were a whole host of wonderful alternative places to eat. Taberna da Praca in the Pousada and Art District was also delicious!I would recommend the hotel, room and service (just not dinner in the restaurant) to others.

Wunderbar gelegenes Hotel nahe dem Stadtzentrum. Sehr gelungene Kombination von alter Festung und Moderner Architektur/Kunst. Grosszügige Zimmer und guter freundlicher Service. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Zwei kleine Schwimmbäder und eine Sauna. Kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge: Der Fitnessraum könnte etwas grösser sein und die Bar ist nicht sehr anziehend. Gleichwohl insgesamt ein tolles Hotel in das wir gerne wiederkommen.

Hemos pagado una suite y nos han dado una habitación en el sótano con solo una ventana minúscula, que no se abría. Sin terraza. Muy agobiante. Nos lo han cambiado con una habitación normal, por el precoz de una suite, que no tenía terraza., la habitación pequeña y con unas bolsas pegadas en toda la habitación ( muy agobiante). Que daba en un patio. El bufete del desayuno muy pobre, fatal. Y para el colmo, no entraron para hacer la habitación por la mañana ( cuando les dijimos nos dijeron que se olvidaron ,en el baño no había cepillos de dientes, solo un frasco de champú y uno de acondicionador. La piscina está bastante lejos y muy pequeña. No recomiendo este hotel. He estado en España en muchos hoteles y la verdad es que no tiene comparación. Le doy un zero comparado con cualquier hotel de España. Hala, ya lo he dicho. Soy extranjera que vive en España. Ole a los españoles. Lo siento, pero es lo que hay.

Probably the best hotel in Cascais. Fantastic. Highly recommend. Great location, cuisine superb, well equipped comfortable rooms, special mention to Manager Andreia, a golden asset to the Pestana Team. This hotel deserves more than 5 stars.

Preciosa Pousada en Cascais. La habitación con vistas a la Marina es muy agradable.
La junior suite es muy amplia (huele un poco a humedad, tal vez por estar en la planta inferior).
Atención y limpieza de 10.
El desayuno está realmente bien. Parking disponible al lado del hotel por 10€/día.
Nos ha encantado y esperamos repetir.

Hotel in einer Alten Burg, gut integriert an die alte Substanz und nett angelegt. Großzügige Bar, aber nicht geöffnet.
Frühstück wird unter anderem im Spa-Bereich (beim Indoor-Pool) serviert und Personal ist bemüht, aber aufgrund des Gästeaufkommens überfordert. Zimmerservice blockiert eine Stunde lang das Zimmer und eine defekte Lampe wurde erst nach drei Tagen ausgetauscht.

It is very easy to get lost in this labyrinth- our room was very close to the breakfast room but a major hike from reception. Main issue- no quiet public space. The only public area is the bar, which is no place to be whilst there are conferences going on. Very noisy and not very comfortable - a case of style over substance. The Taberna restaurant was disappointing - limited choice of food and a little lacking in flavour. Good location and very easy parking.

We loved the large rooms, the views in the morning of ocean, the clean bathrooms. Staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome, the service was spectacular. Very nice hotel, would definitely stay here again.

Utilice su dinero en un sitio más convincente, sosegado y cómodo.
Decepcionante pousada a pesar de estar en una soberbia ciudadela cuidadosamente rehabilitada. Dispone de las atenciones y servicios propias de su elevada categoría y tiene como plus el tener integradas en su estructura galerías de arte, detallistas jardines y una perfecta integración en la fortaleza.
Sin embargo tanto glamour y modernidad en un hotel de 126 habitaciones se desvanece al carecer de aparcamiento y disponer de dos restaurantes a cuál más parecido a un chiringuito de playa en el montaje, en la presencia de grupos ruidosos y en un servicio completamente corriente y moliente.
La comida rica y bien presentada.

The Location of this Hotel is the best. You are very close to the City Center, where you can find all the Restaurants and bars. At the same time it is quiet at night. Breakfast is amazing. Just the Restaurant is too small. It was always full of People.Hotel is huge therefore it takes a Long way to get to the pool or the the bar. At the same time it is so big that you dont always get in the way with other Hotel guests.

En el estilo de Paradores que tenemos en España.El hotel dispone de todos los servicios de un cinco estrellas, dos piscinas, gimnasio, habitaciones amplias, cómodas... junto la sensación de estar en un espacio diferente, un lugar lleno de historia. El personal del hotel no sólo es amable, atento, rápido conocen a sus clientes y se adelantan a sus necesidades. Beautiful hotel located just a few minutes to walk from the heart of the city. The hotel has clean rooms, a very nice breakfast and it was quiet. They have 2 restaurants and the food was good there too. I would love to come back!

Me alojé durante tres noches. La experiencia es la de Alojarte en una antigua ciudadela, en frente del mar, el desayuno se sirve en la terraza. Zonas para el descanso. Quizás demasiadas habitaciones, pero lo que más aprecié fue el interés por rodear al cliente de obras de arte y de diseño ( los Eames, le Courbusier ...) en habitaciones y zonas comunes.

Pas de parking gratuit pour 350€ la nuit.Impossible de dormir la fenêtre ouverte trop de bruit la nuit malgré la vue sur la mer.Marche dans la chambre invisible la nuit nous sommes tombés 2 fois. Personnel très gentil et aux petits soins, globalement les annexes HAMMAM piscine sont très bien hors mis la piscine qui touche la salle de restaurant. Le restaurant est excellent possibilité de manger à toute heure, le bar du bas fermé et aucune activité à ce niveau quel dommage... Que dire que de gros moyens on était mis en place pour un résultat somme toute moyen....! Le prix pour moi qui aime les 4 et 5 étoiles ne mérite pas mieux que 130€ la nuit pour la vue sur mer et le restaurant. La chambre coûte le week-end 436€ rien ne justifie ce prix sauf peut être Cascais le bling bling du Portugal.

Das Hotel in traumhafter Kulisse am Hafen von Cascais hat uns grundsätzlich überzeugt, das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und die Ausstattung der Zimmer modern und gemütlich zugleich. Lediglich vom Frühstück könnte man in der Hotelkategorie etwas mehr erwarten. Trotzdem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, danke!

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. It is in a perfect position in Cascais. The staff are wonderful and make you feel like an individual rather than a number. Food in the restaurant was very good with many different options rather than just a standard meal. Two members of staff stood out - Marisa and Felipe - they went that extra mile to make you feel welcome and comfortable. I was very lucky to be given a perfect room, my special requests were very kindly met which was much appreciated.

Es war ein Kurztripp nach Cascais. Die Buchung der Pousada entstand aus Neugier, denn die Lage ist in Cascais einzigartig und die Architektur mit der Integration in die Cidadela grossartig. Das Frühstück ist ok und das Restaurant gemütlich. Schön ist die Sauna und das Hallenbad. Das Internet funktioniert in allen Bereichen des grossflächigen Hotels.

Nous avions choisi une chambre vue mer et heureusement car les autres chambres nont aucun intérêt. La vue est belle est la terrasse jolie, la chambre propre et la décoration originale. Pas de chance en été un Karaoké situé sur la marina nous empêche de profiter tranquillement de notre chambre. Les piscines sont petites et il a été difficile en plein mois daout davoir un transat libre. Le petit déjeuner est à fuir: le jus dorange nest pas pressé du jour, les oeufs sont gorgés deau, le pain sec, le thé na aucun gout, bref un desastre.

Lovely little hotel situated within the walls of the historical fortress of the 16th century Citadel of Cascais. Modern interiors, fantastic buffet breakfast (sparkling wine is a highlight!) and a great swimming pool that's kept at a decent temperature. The staff are always more than happy to help, especially the staff at breakfast and also the friendly maids. Hotel is within easy walking distance of the main town, the amazing restaurants of Cascais, and is located next to the harbour. Fantastic views over the harbour during breakfast.

Pour un 5 etoiles bord de mer, cet hôtel est décevant. Une grande partie des chambres standard nont aucune vue, ou plutôt si un mur, alors que leur prix est en rapport avec un 5 étoiles !!!! Seules les chambres supérieures vue port et mer sont agréables, avec terrasse, mais leur prix très élevé pour la prestation.Il nest pas possible compte tenu de lagencement intérieur de prendre son petit déjeuner sur la terrasse quand on est plus de deux. La décoration des chambres est moderne, mais manque de chaleur.Une place importante est perdue pour le grand salon près de laccueil où nous navons jamais vu personne sy installer. Il aurait fallu penser autrement lagencement de cet hôtel dans lancienne citadelle.

Hôtel parfaitement situé, au centre de Cascais. Toutes les facilités sont accessibles à pied: plage, restaurants, musées...Personnel hyper compétent, multilingue et très sympathique, toujours à lécoute et prêt à répondre à vos questions et à résoudre vos interrogations.Petit-déjeuner buffet magnifique (rien ne manque). Magnifique vue sur la Marina.On y retournera.

Ett fint mottangandet vid receptionen av kunnig och vänlig personal. Hotellet nyrenoverat ( 2 år sedan). Renoveringen av mycket god kvalitet. Bad och toalett renliga och med god ventilation. Inga fuktfläckar. God frukost, restaurang med havsutsikt. Hotellet är inbyggt i ett gammalt fort, smakfullt utfört och bygget andas kultur och historik. Hotellet är medlem i LHW.Hotellet är unikt och prisvärt.

Lage, Stimmung, Ausstattung, Design und Service in diesem Hotel sind erstklassig. Der Personal ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und kompetent.
Weniger gefallen hat mir leider der Spa-Bereich und der Fitnessraum des Hotels. Insbesondere an der Sauna und dem Dampfbad merkt man, dass dies nicht unbedingt Teil der portugiesischen Kultur ist, denn die Sauna ist von der Cafeteria am Pool fast einsehbar. Leider gibt es im Saunabereich keinen einzigen Haken zum Aufhängen der Bademäntel, und im Dampfbad gibt es keine Möglichkeit die Sitzbänke mit Wasser abzuspülen, was etwas unhygienisch wirkt.
Das Spa ist meiner Meinung nach die einzige Bereich des Hotels der nicht überzeugt, denn das Design ist zwar stimmig und elegant, aber es ist nicht praktisch und leider etwas beengt.
Allerdings wird die Kritik auf hohem Niveau angebracht, denn das Hotel gehört immerhin zur Gruppe der "Leading Hotels of the World", da sollte das Management vielleicht etwas nachbessern.

Great hotel & great location. It's in the old fortress but manages to combine this with modern luxury and so they complement each other.
Its a beautiful hotel with amazing staff who can't do enough to help. It is also spotlessly clean.
The best restaurant in Cascias is open only to residents - the one by the pool.
I'd definitely return & recommend to family / friends...

Die Pousada de Cascais entspricht nicht dem, was man von einem 5* Leading Hotel of the World erwarten würde.
Unser Zimmer war sehr klein. Insbesondere das Badezimmer und der Teil des Kleiderschrankes, in dem man die Kleider aufhängen konnte. Alles in allem schien uns das Zimmer nur für eine Person gedacht.
Nachdem wir uns intensiv an der Reception beklagt haben hat man uns dann eine Junior Suite gegeben.
Das Hotel war trotzdem eine Enttäuschung. Der Service ist mieserabel, das Swimminpool und das Spa sind drecking (Uringeruch!) und das Frühstücksbüffet ist absolut nicht das, was man von einem 5* Hotel erwarten würde.

Nachdem das Hotel erst am 18.03. eröffnet hat, waren wir sehr gespannt auf den Aufenthalt, da die Bilder im Internet auch eher nach Computerbildern aussahen. Wir wurden bereits bei der Ankunft positiv überrascht: Das Hotel war komplett fertig, das gesamte Ambiente ist äusserst ansprechend, die Zimmer sind sehr schön und sauber und der Service war perfekt und sehr engagiert. Gästewünsche werden mit hoher Motivation erfüllt, das Personal macht einen sehr gut geschulten Eindruck. Das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr modern und klar eingerichtet, der Frühstücksbereich liegt im 2. Stock des Hotels über der Mauer der Citadelle, so dass man direkten Meerblick hat. Der Poolbereich ist darin integriert (es ist aber kein Pool mit Rutschen und so Schnickschnack) und hat richtigen Lounge-Charakter.Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen und wir können das Hotel bestens empfehlen.
