Enjoyed my stay and the staff was very updated, efficient, friendly with good service.

Etablissement de bonne qualité, trés bon accueil du personnel dont certain parle francais, et nhésite pas à accéder à toutes vos demandes.Le service est irréprochable. La restauration est de bonne qualité, du petit déjeuner européen qui est simple mais limite en salés, au diner avec un choix limité. Dans la chambre il serait bienvenue de trouvert des mouchoirs en papier et des petites savonnettes. Transports en commun proches de lhôtel. Ce 4 étoiles est très proche dun 4 étoiles francais.

They try to tell you that they are overbooked and send you to another hotel. When insistent they provide a room. No tea kettle in the room, and they charge you for hot water. The other amenities are good, it's clean, furnishings are good etc etc, but these petty things ruin the experience.

Beautiful 4 star hotel. Everything perfect!! The breakfast îs truly one of the best and the staff îs very helpful!!! The room comfy. We had a great stay!! Obigado... Non sentimos maravilhosos.. Nos certamente voltaremos novamente.

Wouldn't tell that I need much from a hotel in a business travel: a good rest at nights, a calorie charge on mornings and a speedy wifi. Oh yes, and a place to put my bicycle of course. NEYA offers all these for their solid four stars. Plus much more like the spa that I didn't visit or the huge panel TV on the wall that I didn't switch on. The surroundings are quiet so you can sleep well and there is ~half hour walking distance from the center and from the coast. This is a comfortable and guest-friendly hotel so can be recommended for a longer stay with family or friends.

We stayed in a suite... the size of it was great. It was Clean and good amenities. Bed is clean and comfortable yet the perfume they use on it is too strong... good location...friendly staff...

I really enjoyed the room and the friendliness of the staff. They helped me a lot and guided me through the city and explained to me each location that is famous in lisbon. The bathroom in the room was perfect and the room was spotless.

Ideal zum Erkunden von Lissabon.
Zurück zum Hotel unbedingt den Nahverkehr nutzen , es geht steil bergauf

QUE FALTA DE RESPEITO COM O CLIENTE, POR QUE FUI DEBITADO DUAS VEZES?

Um hotel excelente com muitos mimos que nunca vi em outros hotéis. Desde um café que você pode preparar no quarto até um bloco de notas com lápis ao lado do telefone. O quarto é amplo, bem-decorado, cama boa, dois ambientes, ducha quente e forte. Tudo muito acolhedor. Mas sempre se pode melhorar e eu tenho meus pontos negativos para o neya que não tiram o brilhantismo do lugar: o café não é ruim, mas poderia ter mais algumas opções de frutas e mais variedades, o serviço de quarto pode melhorar, parece que não tem um check list. Em um dia, esqueceram de tirar o lixo, no outro, esqueceram o tapete do banheiro. A cobrança feita pra levar um lanche no quarto não me agradou. Nunca paguei por isso no Brasil. Se a logística fosse muito complicada, entenderia, mas não é o caso. Mas, com todas essas melhorias que indiquei, que espero que sejam no mínimo pensadas, o Neya é um hotel brilhante. Recomendo.

Gutes Stadthotel, die Ausstattung ist ohne Extras aber hat alles was man für einen Stadtbesuch braucht. Das Frühstück ist gut mit frischem Obst und guter Kaffeeauswahl. Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr beengt man muss sich etwas durchdrängeln. Der Weg in die City beträgt etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Gegend um das Hotel ist unattraktiv. Alles im Allen ist das Haus OK.

L'hôtel est globalement très bien mais ne vaut pas 4 étoiles.
Quelques bémols à souligner :
- Chambre un peu petite et aucune décoration.
- Petit déjeuner très complet mais attention au rush à la seule machine à café, il faut parfois attendre son tour plusieurs minutes.
- Personnel très sympathique à une exception près : Ruben Cardoso (j'ai retenu le nom) qui nous réservé un accueil glacial !
- Enfin l'hôtel est un peu excentré ce qui oblige à prendre le métro pour aller en centre-ville et revenir

Very pleased with the accommodation at this hotel. The staff is very friendly and speak good English and French. I received a nice surprise from the hotel for my birthday. The hotel promotes sustainability and is doing a good job with that!

TODO MUY BIEN!Su ubicación es buena aunque hay que caminar (calle abajo, al menos) unos 10 minutos para usar el metro. De ahí son solo 3 estaciones al centro histórico de Lisboa. Por lo demás todo muy bien incluyendo el desayuno que es variado y de buena calidad.

Hôtel de très bonne facture avec un personnel aux petits soins. Un bémol toutefois, nous étions dans une chambre côté rue assez bruyante, et le chauffage se mettait en route tout seul ce qui a rendu nos nuits plutôt chaudes (nous étions en février). Le petit déjeuner était parfait avec des produits frais de qualité

Services was not good as we expected from 4-Stars hotel. Its Café was dirty specially chairs!
The place was qiut, the room was big enough for 2 person.
Shower-Bath was not ok, because it seemed not clean, i had seen part of hair on its wall.
As I was taking shower, lots of water came to toillet and it became entire wet all over.

Zimmer sind modern und auch sehr sauber. Frühstücksbuffet ist auch sehr gut und mit vielen verschiedenen Brot ausgestatt.

Front desk people were really nice however they took forever to check but the worse thing happened to me when I was took a shower and the drain were broken and overflows the whole bathroom and the room carpet...it was a scary moment whe I called the front desk they just apologized and they have me an sparkling water for free for the inconvenience...never again !!!

The hotel was beautiful, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The only improvement could be having the thermostat in the room work. I live in a cold climate and my room was too warm for me. I kept the window open the whole time (I was there in November)

Far beyond away from the four stars indicated. It is indeed a nice building, but the service and the quity of the staff is too much unprofessional. As we booked two days there with breakfast we asked if it was possible to have one of the breakfast at the first day instead of the last. The staff denied to offer this convenience despite of the no meaning of the request. Moreover the staff was quite in internship mode and not profeesionals to rely on. I would bot reccomend the hotel cause as an experience it was too much "to show and not to service".

The hotel was good overall. Mattress was quite hard/firm so not great sleep for me personally, plus no irons in the room so you need to pay for pressing (approx. €9 for 1 dress - so can get quite expensive). Jacuzzi if you would like to use you need to pay for.However, pleasant and really helpful staff. We had a 1 hour massage in the spa which is was great.

Ruhig gelegen, einen kleinen Fußmarsch von der nächsten Metrostation entfernt. Das Zimmer und das Bad sind groß genug und mit allem Wichtigen ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war lecker, allerdings ist der Frühstücksraum schnell voll und dann steht man öfter an, um Nachschub zu bekommen.

Prima hotel, goede ligging. Uber is natuurlijk makkelijk, maar wandelend ook goed te doen.
Ik ga gewoon op de persoon, Ruben van de receptie, moet niet denken dat hij een militair is. Wat een naar persoon is hij. Als ik alleen op hem zou afgaan, zou ik 1 ster geven. Maar ontbijt, bedden en de stille kamers maken het tot 3.
Ruben moet lekker bij de politie gaan werken of terug naar het leger, zulke norse en ondankbare mensen horen niet thuis in een hotel.

Overall a nice hotel, but the closer you look, the more you notice some small issues. Staff was nice and very helpful, but I felt cheated as their "concierge service" was actually an Uber driver - to whom the staff paid the normal fee to, and took extra 15-20€ for themselves for arranging this! Needless to say, we took an Uber to the airport ourselves when checking out.
Disappointed at level of the cleanliness - the bathroom was not as clean as I'd hoped, and the cleaning staff didn't care to vacuum as often as needed. The sheets had staining on them, and upon checking under the pillowcases, the pillows were stained yellow from sweat!

No es un 4 estrellas ni en sus mejores sueños, el baño da pena, la toalla para secarte las manos esta lejos del mini lavabo y el papel higienico lejos del vater. La ducha es plana y no cuela el agua, se inunda el baño y se pasa el agua a la moqueta de la habitación. Hemos llamado a la recepción no lo coge nadie así que hemos tenido que bajar para avisarles de que se estaba inundando el baño y la habitación y nos han dicho que es normal (claro, la ducha es plana) y nos han dado 4 toallas para que las pongamos por el suelo, una vergüenza, esto no lo había visto en la vida. A ver si puedo poner una foto.

Les petits moins, climatisation qui fait du bruit. Parking exigus et beaucoup trop cher !!! 15€ la journée c'est exagéré.
Parle pas très bien français mais ce débrouille.
Carte petite, mais repas très bon.
Petit déjeuner pas mal, beaucoup de choix.

Estuvimos en semana santa 2018, el sitio esta a las afueras del casco antiguo y la verdad q se agradece ya que esta muy bien comunicado sin tanto ruido. En cuanto al hotel esta reformado y ha quedado muy bonito, habitaciones muy limpias comodas y espaciosas, el personal muy agradable.

Nice hotel, clean rooms, though a little dark. Breakfast selection was very good. Location wise, the hotel is out of the centre of Lisbon but equidistant from 2 easily accessible metro stops. If you want to avoid walking up Lisbon's steep hills, use Picoas when your destination is the hotel and Anjos when going from the hotel into central Lisbon.

Son muchos hoteles a lo largo del año.. para se 4 estrellas el baño es muy pequeño.
La atención no es mala, pero se podía mejorar en recepción.
Me he quedado un poco molesto ya que vengo con mi pareja vamos a hacer en breve los 8 años y acepte un paquete vacacional donde el recibimiento era una cesta de frutas y una botella de vino (ni en foto).. también tenía una excursión por Lisboa . Que tampoco ha sido asi.
Mañana la.experiencia del desayuno Subiré las fotos
La limp8eza en mi caso está perfecto.
Voy a ser más claro recepción quitando el chico de la noche mal, los otro maravillosos muy amables..

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cet hôtel.
L'accueil et le service ont été parfaits. Très calme. L'hôtel est très propre et la déco soignée.
Seuls petits bémols :
- La porte coulissante de la salle de bain avait du mal à rester fermée. Du coup, nous avons dû utiliser une chaussette pour la caler et la maintenir fermée.
- Peu de choix de chaînes TV (uniquement TV5 Monde en français...)

Le buffet petit-déjeuner, très copieux et varié, est excellent.
Literie très correcte
Hôtel quelque peu excentré mais possibilité de prendre un bus qui nous amène en centre-ville assez rapidement. Métro situé à environ 400 mètres.

Hotel bastante completo, cerca de casi todo lo importante de Lisboa, muy bien conectado, a menos de 15 min de una estación de metro.
El personal es muy amable, dominan varios idiomas y son muy profesionales, y atienden con bastante eficacia peticiones especiales.
Las habitaciones son cómodas y las camas extragrandes.
El desayuno completísimo y el restaurante de muy buena calidad, de producto y elaboración.

Very friendly and helpful staff, that is fluent in English. Extended breakfast in the morning, the children loved it. Rooms are nice and clean. And an additional positive thing is that the hotel has focus on being as environmentally friendly as possible.

O quarto foi ótimo. Tudo muito confortável. Super adequado para quem vai com os filhos.
As toalhas são macias e muito boas.
Só achei que faltaram funcionários para atender tanta gente. Jantamos no restaurante do Hotel pois estávamos cansados e queríamos comer mais rapidamente. Não tinha opções mais infantis e a comida demorou 2 horas. Só para trazer o gelado, foram 30 min.
Não puderam levar as bebidas no quarto porque só tinha uma pessoa para atender e não poderia sair da recepção.

The hotel was well located and the staff was really nice and helpful. Luis and Federico were amazing at the restaurant/bar.
The only but that I could add is that we booked a suite, but as we had a top floor room it was slightly tiny because of the roof (we expected a bigger room as in the pictures).

Foi a primeira vez que nos pediram identificação de todos os hóspedes (éramos 4 pessoas), não sei se é uma obrigação legal (???). Contudo o restaurante foi o que mais nos surpreendeu, não estávamos à espera que a comida tivesse tanta qualidade. O pequeno almoço também é muito variado.Todo o staff com quem nos cruzamos foi muito simpático. Parabéns.

hotel et chambres très propres, bon petit déjeuné. Seuls bémols, il est situé un peu loin du centre ville mais on peu facilement si rendre en metro. L'accueil n'a ni été chaleureux, ni souriant ni poli. On vous expédie dans votre chambre sans a peine vous regarder et si vous posez des questions on vous répond a reculons et tres froidement.

Staff very friendly and helpful, although aslow during check-in. Breakfast was good, plenty of fruit and freshly squeezed orange juice, scrambled eggs were very nice. Location is ok, about 2 km from the centre of town and a taxi from the airport was less than €8.

While the space was a little tight in the room it was very comfortable, clean, good wifi and nice bathroom. Staff was helpful in answering questions and offering assistance. Breakfast provided nice variety of options. We had a car and as there was no street parking available used the garage. Very tight garage in which used same lane to go up and down.

My friend and I stayed here my first day in Portugal and then last day 10 days later. The staff was most welcoming and accommodating upon our arrival. On our last night we were greeted and welcomed back. We were both so surprised to come back to our room after a long day of travel and have a bottle of champagne and a birthday cake waiting for us. That the staff made note of our birthdays the first night we stayed (Apparently from our passports) and then had the foresight that we’d be staying there on our birthday. This is hospitality at its finest!! Many thanks most specifically to Rafael!

The water was leaking in the bathroom I told the staff on the first night. They came ”fix it” but it was still leaking when we came back. I told them twice in the morning but nothing else was done. I stay for 5 night and the staff didn’t offer to change room. It didn’t feel comfortable to see the water dropping and try to keep it dry. Specially when it was a Eco hotel.

Mooie propere kamers, lekker en uitgebreid onbijt en heerlijk restaurant met welliswaar kleine maar superlekkere gerechten (wel iets aan de duurdere, exlusievere kant) Verschillende metrolijnen op 5-15 minuten wandelen. Houd goed het adres bij de hand als je aankomt, want het hotel valt van de straat gezien niet fel op, en je kan er gemakkelijk langsdoor wandelen als je niet oplet.

Excelente experiência, tenho por hábito ficar neste hotel sempre que vou a Lisboa pois sinto-me em casa, o staff é acolhedor e prestável. Desta vez utilizei uma das salas de formação para trabalho e adorei. Os serviços de Spa uso sempre adoro os rituais de viagem e a massagem especial de assinatura! A equipa é fantástica!! La Suite muy agradable y acogedora. El desayuno fantástico. Es un hotel agradable en todos los aspectos y el personal de recepción son gente estupenda, muy simpáticos y cercanos. Un 10 para ellos. La zona es tranquila para descansar y pasear. Justo enfrente hay un hospital. Esta bien comunicado con la línea de autobuses. Eso sí, alejado de la zona turística y a medio camino de todo en la ciudad. Volvería.

Vacation in Lisbon for a week. Enjoyed everyday! Room good size and nice full bathroom with shower. Including heat and air conditioning you can adjust to your preference. Cable TV is good for resting your feet after day of self guided touring throughout the city of Lisbon. Hotel has nice breakfast with good variety of food. Yogurt, fruit, ham, bacon, eggs, many breads. On bus line. About 10 minutes walk to underground subway Metro station, Anjos. Using public transportation on bus, underground subway Metro, trams, and tourist delightes on funiculars (trams that go up hills) is super easy with a Lisboa Card Buy one, two, or three day pass. First few days of our trip we bought Viva Viagem to pay for public transportation. Worked good. For second half of our trip we bought three day Lisboa Card. That worked awesome! Free use of public transportation, entry at several tourist attractions and discounts at some.The BEST part about the location of the Neya hotel, is that it is a 5 minutes walk from the BEST RESTAURANT in Lisbon. Walk out front door of Neya, turn right, walk up street, take first left, walk straight to Restaurante o Montanhes-Lisbon Very small family run serving delicious food and happy smiles. Super clean. Refreshing in this big city. We are glad we choose the Neya hotel. It made our trip enjoyable.

ON NOUS A VOLÉ 300€ dans la chambre!!! Le personnel de ménage a carrément FOUILLÉ DANS LA VALISE pour trouver l'argent caché dans une pochette. Le coffre fort était hors d'usage. Gute Lage des Hotels in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Zu Fuß ist die Innenstadt in guten 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Das Bad ist modern eingerichtet; das Bett ist etwas hart. La propreté y est irréprochable. L'accueil est chaleureux (Employés parlant français et souriants, bagages amenés dans la chambre par le personnel). Le petit déjeuné est correct, cependant la salle de restauration peut être rapidement bondée.
L'hôtel est excentré du centre , le metro peut être une solution alternative aux 30 min de marche(stations à 5-6min).
L'hôtel dispose de services que nous n'avons pas utilisés ( spa payant , baguagerie , location vélo, etc ).

Rooms are rather small but clean. Housekeeping was OK but it didn't looked as if they spent a lot of time in the room.

Estoy alojada en el hotel y nada más subir a la habitaciones el chico de mantenimiento viene a decirnos que el grifo del videl está suelto, más tarde descubro que a parte de estar suelto pierde el agua por abajo haciendo un charco en el suelo a parte tanto el lavabo como la bañera están sucias con pelos y demás... el traga olores esta roto y paredes desconectadas la alfombra sucia y huele mal y para colmo la tele no funcionan los canales, me pongo en contacto con recepción y sube a verlo pero me confirma que hasta mañana no se puede arreglar, a lo que le contesto que yo mañana me voy y tengo que pasar la tarde y noche sin televisión a lo que me contesta que lo siente mucho pero no me da más alternativas.
En fin no olvidemos que es un hotel de 4 estrellas

Esperaba otra cosa con el precio tan caro del hotel.
Nos tocó una habitación abuhardillada, con lo cual la hacía más pequeña. Al ser los techos tan bajos, mi marido que es alto, se daba con la cabeza en el techo.
Y sin ventilación, la ventana de la buhardilla no sé podía abrir.

Hotel in zentraler Lage perfekt für einen Kurztrip nach Lissabon, meine Frau und ich kamen vor 12 Uhr an und der Check-In bemühte sich, uns in kurzer Zeit ein Zimmer zuweisen. I liked the hotel location but my first issue that I had was the Internet access limited only to 1 device per room. Every time that I need to use my laptop and my phone I had to deactivate one in order to use the other one. In some cases I needed to use both at the same time and I couldn't. That was disappointing.
Second is the time that the breakfast open, for those who leave early and need to have a early breakfast, need to wait until 7AM to eat. Usually most of the hotels open for Bfast around 6 and 6:30AM I will never stay again in a hotel that limit the internet access for one device at the time.

Le neya hôtel Lisboa est un bon hôtel. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. La TV n’a par contre pas de chaîne étrangère (uniquement portugaise). De plus le room service depuis la tv ne fonctionnait pas.
Les employés sont accueillant et sympathique mais ne parle pas très bien français (voir pas du tout)
Le petit déjeuné est correct, mis à part le café imbuvable et le fait qu’il n’y ai pas de pâte à tartiner ni de cacao.
Les 15 minutes de massage offerte au SPA m’ont été très agréable. Nous avons également pu profiter du jacuzzi (15€ par personne). Dommage que le SPA soit aussi cher.
J’aurais aimé pourvoir profiter d’une piscine ou même juste d’une terrasse pour profiter du soleil.
Nous avons également mangé au restaurant le midi, le menu du jour est très bon et à un prix très abordable.
Les cocktails du lunch bar sont délicieux mais un peu cher (10€ le cocktail), il en a des tout aussi bon pas très loin.
Nous avons tout de même passer un très bon séjour à Lisbonne mais je trouve cet hôtel cher pour la prestation qu’il propose.

O hotel fica perto do metrô Picoas, mas com disposição dá para ir para o centro da cidade a pé. Comida maravilhosa do restaurante. O quarto tem pouca iluminação, mas nada que atrapalhe muito.

Neya é um hotel bem movimentado, porém muito confortável e organizado. Com várias ações sociais e de sustentabilidade. Também é uma ótima opção para restaurante, pratos maravilhosos.

Personal muy educado , nos cambiaron de habitación por qué no cerraba la puerta y nos cambiaron a una habitación habilitada para discapacitados y para ducharse era un poco incómodo pero a parte de eso todo bien ! .

Sehr Schönes, modernes Hotel mit gehobener Ausstattung.
Waren zu einem Städtetrip in diesem Hotel und Durch die Zentrale Lage ist es einfach nur Toll.
Sehr nettes Personal....total begeistert waren wir von dem Frühstück....

Hôtel très confortable avec un personnel très chaleureux et professionnel. Le petit-déjeuner est délicieux, et les services proposés sont d'une très bonne qualité et très variés. L'hôtel est bien situé, non loin de la station de métro Picoas.

Schickes und modernes Hotel im Zentrum von Lissabon mit schicken Zimmern. Kein deutsches Fernsehprogramm ist kleiner Wermutstropfen. Sonst sehr zu empfehlen.

Sehr schönes, modernes Hotel. 5 Minuten zu Fuß zur Metro. Ordentliches Frühstück. Die Tiefgarage könnte etwas breiter sein. Ansonsten super; wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

An environmentally friendly hotel is a new concept to me. The hotel has lots of information about it's environmental policies and I'm whole heartedly in support of them! I found no negative impacts of these policies during my stay: my room was immaculately clean with all the usual amenities, breakfast was busy but the food was fresh and plentiful. I can't wait to stay here again!

You get only one doorcard, hard if one of you want to go shopping and the other one goes to spa or to thebeach. Bad light, impossible to check a streetname on bed. Nice breakfast with lots to choose from.Aircondition stops when you leave the room.

Está relativamente cerca de los lugares de interés turístico. Buen desayuno con diferentes clases de fiambres y dulces. Garaje de difícil acceso para vehículos grandes por no decir imposible.Personal de recepción muy atentos.

Schönes, kleines und nettes Hotel. Super Frühstück. Hotel ist sauber. Barpreise sind leider teuer und die Lage ist nicht optimal zu den öffentlichen Anbindungen. Jederzeit weiterzuempfehlen

Perfect for a base location. Easy to find, easy to commute from/to, good breakfast, very good coffee (it isn't easy to get good coffee in restos or hotels), really nice service all English-speaking, Lisbon is just great, really enjoyed the stay at neya, and Portugal in general.

Que no os alojen en la última planta, la sexta. La habitación es tipo buhardilla no pudiendo acceder a la cama por la inclinación del techo sin riesgo a pegarse con la cabeza. Está muy mal diseñada, es incomprensible no poder entrar y salir sin agacharse para ello o tener que entrar y salir por la parte contraria. Además si llueve, hay una ventana inclinada en ese techo que hace mucho ruido al llover sobre ella, además de estar muy mal insonorizada y que por la mañana es imposible impedir que entre claridad. También una chapa metálica que produce mucho ruido cuando llueve. Una habitacion para no descansar inaceptable para un hotel 4 estrellas. Desayuno y limpieza correcto, instalaciones nuevas y bien cuidadas. Ubicación mal en metro por la larga subida que hay al volver del centro, recomiendo metro al ir y bus numero 760 al volver, o todo bus. Lo de la habitación es el motivo por el cual no lo recomiendo, no dormí la noche que llovió.

Looked pretty nice in the lobby and hallways but after getting to my room saw it was filthy. Big white crusty stains on the carpet and oily nasty residue on the bead spread. Don't even want to imagine what caused that.
