Lage sehr gut, zentral aber trotzdem einigermaßen ruhig.Frühstück hervorragend. Zimmer traditionell aber gut eingerichtet.Der Lärmschutz der Fenster könnte besser sein.

Excellent location, just off the main boulevard, but quiet. Helpful, very pleasant staff, good breakfast buffet (including Champagne), decent wi-fi and well-equipped bathrooms. No complaints at all. I would definitely recommend the Lisboa Plaza to anyone and would certainly rebook for future visits.

Ottima sistemazione nel cuore della città, accanto a Praga de Alegria e alla parte bassa de A. De Libertade, adattissima per chi vuol godersi Lisbona a piedi, come merita. Il Rossio, il Chiado e la Baixa si raggiungono in pochi minuti a piedi. Stanze comode e spaziose, assolutamente tranquillo, colazione internazionale ricca e senza sorprese, cortesia.

This is a clean and comfortable hotel. The bathroom was nice and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was good - not great. The wifi in my room worked only for a few minutes and then would stop. The staff is very friendly and helpful

Très bel hôtel avec un service complet.
On y trouvera une belle terrasse, une salle de sport et un café.
Très bons petits déjeuner variés !!
Bien positionné avec transports en commun à proximité et centre à moins de 10 minutes à pieds !
Les chambres sont bien agencées et confortable. L'isolation avec le couloir nécessiterait un renouveau (ce qui lui coûte sa 5eme étoile).

Charmantes Hotel im 50er Jahre Stil. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Restaurants und ein Jazz-club in unmittelbarer Nähe. Metro ist 2Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Frühstück ist ok. Zimmerausstattung macht einen etwas abgenutzten Eindruck.

Love this historical hotel, just off avenida da liberdade. The staff are helpful, polite and friendly. The rooms are comfortable and breakfast is very good. Most of all, this hotel is full of old fashioned style and graciousness, so often lacking in modern hotels. Just nearby, there are fantastic restaurant choices, such as Ribadouro, Gina, os Tibetanos, that will satisfy tastes from Vegetarian to Live seafood!

Het hotel ligt centraal in een rustig straatje vlak bij de avd de Liberdade direct bij metrostation Avenida. Gezellige lobby en bar, zeer vriendelijk personeel. Goede kamer, klacht over douche direct verholpen. Uitgebreid ontbijt met zelfs verse nespressokoffie.
Op 200 m afstand twee goede en gezellige restaurantjes: a Gina en Ribadouro!
Zeker een aanrader!

hôtel très propre mais personnel à laccueil pas toujours compétent : Nous avions payé à lavance sur le site dexpedia une navette hotel/aéroport pour laller et le retour. Aucun problème pour laller, mais pour le retour nous sommes passer par laccueil de lhôtel qui nous dit avoir fait le necessaire pour reserver la navette. Le problème est que le taxi nous a réclamé le prix de la course à larrivée à laeroport!....

Ww stayed for 3 nigts recently; location meant we culd walk everywhere; room was spacious snd clean; staff were veey accomodating (ie. Broken shower was fixed promptly); breakfast buffet was a surprise, great selection and as i am a coeliac i was particularly pleased with how well they. catered for gluten free diets! Would definately stay there again!

Die Lage war sehr zentral. Das Frühstücksbüffet ausreichend. Nur das Hotel selber ist schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Das sieht man am Mobiliar und am Badezimmer. Imm großen und ganzen waren wir aber sehr zufrieden.

O hotel está convenientemente bem localizado junto à Avenida da Liberdade e nas imediações encontramos desde bares a restaurantes para degustarmos a cozinha portuguesa. Tem uma estação de metro nas proximidades do hotel. Em relação ao hotel, foi uma agradável surpresa por variadas razões. Desde a localização como referi anteriormente, passando pelas zonas comuns do hotel, ao pessoal que lá trabalha e o quarto de dormir. Tudo impecável! O pequeno-almoço é de qualidade superior, com muita variedade de pães, croissants, queijos, fiambre, presunto, salame, salsichas, bacon, ovos, bom café, muito boas sobremesas, etc. Em relação ao quarto de dormir, senti-me muito confortável e aconchegado. As zonas comuns aos hóspedes estão muito bem decoradas e transmitem uma sensação de boas vindas e conforto às pessoas.

Hotel muy centrico , ubicado en la zona de las boutiques de lujo de Lisboa , muy cerca hay restaurantes y bares con precios para todos los bolsillos . El hotel ofrece muy buen servicio , desayuno con amplio horario hasta las 12 de la mañana , el restaurante abre de 12 a 22 horas y posteriormente ofrece sanwich y hamburguesas etc.. hasta las 01:00 , habitaciones muy comodas con una decoracion estilo ingles .el personal del hotel es muy atento. Bajo mi criterio le doy un 9 en general.

Die Tür wird von einem netten Herrn für jeden Hotelgast geöffnet. Willkommen zuhaus!
Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet.
Alles passt hier.
Frühstück von 7 bis 12 Uhr! Wo gibt es denn sonst solche Frühstückszeiten? SUPER
Und die Auswahl ist ordentlich, darauf haben wir uns jeden morgen gefreut.
Lage ist hervorragend.
Und auf dem Dach gibt es eine schöne Terrasse.
Da würden wir gerne wieder übernachten, immer!

Large and spotlessly clean rooms with very comfortable beds. Very friendly staff and attentive housekeeping. The breakfast buffet is decent and has a good selection, although it is somewhat pricy when not included in your booking.
The only downside is the stable, yet extremely slow WiFi, don’t expect to get a lot of work done on that connection. Thankfully, mobile reception within the building is excellent.

Un bel hôtel avec un personnel aux petits soins, les chambres sont confortables, la salle de bain en marbre est un peu démodée mais propre et fonctionnelle. Le petit déjeuner est formidable, à souligner, la salle de repos ou vous trouverez à dispo gratuitement du thé, du café et de l'eau fraiche aromatisée citron ou menthe (détox). L'hôtel est idéalement situé à deux pas de l'avenue principale de Lisbonne. Son emplacement dans une rue parallèle rend les nuits plus silencieuses. on y retournera certainement. (une partie du personnel parle français)

Quaint historical theme, maybe 1920s. Lounges have bookshelves - fantastic collection of old engineering and maths books, but of course most are in Portuguese. Staff are enthusiastic, friendly, helpful. Free tea, coffee, chilled water in the lounges. The terrace on fifth floor is a good place to sit and enjoy. Not too far to walk to the important bits of Lisbon. Very nice stay.

Die Hotelzimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, es ist sehr hellhörig man hört alles egal ob von oben von unten oder von draußen. Die Servicemitarbeiter sind sehr gut. Gute Lage mitten im Zentrum. Das Frühstückbuffet ist reichhaltig. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel nur Leuten die einen guten Schlaf haben.

Excelente relación calidad-precio. Quizá las habitaciones necesiten una modernización, pero son acogedoras y están muy limpias. El desayuno muy bueno y el personal amabilisimo. Como unica pega, el aparcamiento deja mucho que desear para el precio que tiene. De todas formas, se puede repetir la estancia en otras ocasiones.

Our stay at Hotel Lisboa Plaza was very pleasant. They have at least 4 rooms and 1 terrace, 1 bar, one TV room. Coffee and water free at the TV room. They have a gym. Very nice and friendly staff. My mother and I felt very welcome. Very clean room and comfortable bed and pillows. The only drawback is that it is a little expensive.

Beautiful boutique hotel conveniently located near the Avemida Libertad....a short walk to many restaurants. The hotel has lobby coffee and cold water. A quiet sitting area adjoins the lobby as well as a large elegant room for the breakfast buffet. A second adjoining sitting area has couches and a TV, non obtrusive to the lobby.The staff is terrific, helpful and friendly. The rooms are pleasant, the shower sufficientlypowerful. The hotel offers many pillow options and an option to increase or decrease the bed firmness. There is a parking lot a block away....not large and it is tight to maneuver. I loved the hotel....one of the two best we stayed in while in Portugal. Would definitely return here while in Lisnon. There is a gym, but no pool so I took the rating down a notch for facilities....but if you dont care if it has a pool, it gets full rstings.

really excellent hotel. Good sized room was perfect along with excellent bathroom. The staff were just so helpful, from the front desk, doorman and cleaning lady. Altho checkout was at midday we had use of coffee and tea longe and facilities as long as we wanted, especially good as we had an evening flight. Lisbon was just great and the location of this hotel was perfect. We did get a taxi upon arrival 15 euros and took the airport bus back and the stop was just across the road. Breakfast was also excellent with lovely coffee.

אנחנו בנו ל5 לילות.מלון מצויין.שירות טוב.אנשי דלפק מצויינים.א. בוקר טובה.מבחר גדול.בחדר יש מקרר.אין קומקום .אבל לידי דלק יש מקום איפה מבחר של תא וקפה.גם יש מתקן של מיים.אפשר למלה בקבוק.חדר גדול.מיטה טובה.יש נעליים וחלוק רחצה.ממוקם מצויין.10 הרגל לעיר עתיקה. ליד יש מטרו. משדה אפשר להגיע בארובס.12 יורו עבור 2 כרטיסים חלול וחזור. ממליצה מאוד.

The location of this hotel is wonderful - easy to get to anything you could want to see and do in Lisbon. The rooms were a bit small. My single was really small . Tiny. The breakfast was okay but nothing special. On the positive side. The hotel has been maintained beautifully and everything worked very well. I would return to this one.

They are doing maintenance all around my room and it's VERY LOUD! I complained and should have been moved yesterday, the sent me some port to try and smooth things over but it's the noisiest hotel I've ever stayed in in my life. I should have been refunded at least one night, this is ridiculous...I've made a half hour sound recording, unbelievable! Don't stay here until they finish whatever the hell they are doing..

A localização é muito boa, os funcionários são muito educados e gentis, tem água, café, chá, biscoitos a vontade o dia e noite inteira .
O café da manhã é excelente, como é chamado lá " pequeno almoço " e é sim um pequeno almoço.
É um hotel antigo, mas é bem conservado, tudo organizado, vale a pena se hospedar lá.
Gostei de ter ficado os 4 dias lá, eu recomendo.

Die Betten waren hervorragend. Das Finster ging zum Innenhof, wodurch ausreichend Ruhe herrschte. Es gab ein sehr gutes Frühstücksangebot und unbegrenzten Barbetrieb. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gern wieder.

I was there last year. The hotel is located in a very nice area. The staff are soooo friendly. The rooms had a reasonable size and were clean.
The common areas of the hotel are extremely beautiful and nicely decorated.
The breakfast buffet included many options, with many different lovely cakes and sweets- served in a nice area.

The staff told me they would keep my bags and when I got back they had been stolen. They refused to call the police and even told me that it was my problem. After several requests no one showed me the security images even known I and a flight to catch in a few hours. WHY this behavior???

This hotel is very clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is varied and plentiful. Staff are politely friendly and very helpful. The hotel has several comfortable lounge areas for guests. You can help yourself to tea and coffee throughout the day. They also provide 3 large glass dispensers of cold water, one with mint leaves, one with lemon, and one plain ice water, for guests to refill their water bottles. Ein ehemaliges Familienunternehmen, jetzt der Heritage-Gruppe zugehörig. Ich kann nur sagen, dass alle Angestellten, ausnahmslos sehr freundlich und serviceorientiert sind. Der Stil des Hotel ist eine, meiner Meinung nach, gelungene Kombination aus klassisch portugiesischem Flair, aufgerüstet mit den heute notwendigen technischen und komfortablen Details. Da Frühstücksbuffet lässt in dieser Preisgrupoe keine Fragen offen und Extrawünsche werden ebenso berücksichtigt. Außerdem gibt es eine gemütliche Lounge, in der kleinere Gerichte serviert werden und die über eine bemerkenswerte Whiskyauswahl verfügt, sowie Konferenzräume. Wer zwischen sightseeing und shopping gerne mal 2h Pause macht, oder seine Tüten ablegt hat die Möglichkeit, auf der Dachterrasse, auf bequemen Liegen zu relaxen, (es gibt dort auch eine Dusche), oder einen Espresso zu trinken, alles mit einem wundervollen Ausblick auf Lissabon und den Botanischen Garten oberhalb. Fazit: Absolut empfehlenswert, auch für beruflich Reisende, allerdings eher weniger mit Kindern. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.

Come regalo di benvenuto ci hanno fatto trovare dell'ottimo porto con dell'uvetta disponibili per tutta la durata del soggiorno. Inoltre il giorno del mio compleanno a sorpresa mi hanno fatto trovare in stanza una bottiglia di spumante locale. Stanza sempre pulita in stile classico. La colazione è ottima ed abbondante ed il personale molto attento e cortese. La posizione centrale ed a due passi dalla metro ti permette di raggiungere in pochi minuti qualsiasi punto della città. Consigliatissimo!

American Traveler....stay here for the staff. They are a 5 star quality hotel staff. Breakfast was solid enough. Rooms are little outdated but overall fine for the price that they offered. Fitness center needs to be updated and expanded. Hotel has many small areas for families or couples to relax in. Cleaning staff was on it. AC keeps the room cool enough. Location is solid as well.

OK. So. Bear with me on this one.
I would have given the hotel a higher rating but for our room decor. More of which later. The staff here a nothing short of superb. From the doorman who greets you with a smile to the FOH boys who are happy to help with anything you require. The bar staff too are a happy bunch along with the servers at breakfast. Fresh towels are provided daily and are snow white and super soft. The maids make up the beds and thoroughly clean the room top to bottom. Which brings me to the 3 star rating. The room!! I'm not sure what the walls were made out of but it looked to me like a mix of fibreglass and shredded wheat. The wood was some kind of pine or reconstituted wood fibre that clashed with the shredded wheat/fibreglass wall affair. I'm not at all dismissing the staff or how its run, which is very very well. But sweet Jesus the rooms are from a 1980's nightmare. The rest of the hotel lobby, bar, dining rooms, are all good. The hotel is a grand old building itself, very centrally located to shops, restaurants bars etc. But management PLEASE work on the rooms. Something stylish, nice and welcoming.

Something was stolen from our room. I reported it missing to the front desk. Later, when they thought that we were not in the room (8:45 am) but at breakfast, housekeeping entered our room unannounced (no knock even), and mysteriously the missing item was back in our room having transported from the nightstand where it had been left to an open mesh backpack side pocket where a valuable would never be carried!

Un hotel que está muy bien. A pesar de su aspecto antiguo está bien mantenido y la atención es muy buena por parte del personal que es muy amable. Tiene servicio de párking aunque se paga a parte. En la habitación que me tocó tenía haya bañera, una cosa que cada vez se ve menos en los hoteles a favor de la ducha. La zona en la que está también está muy bien cerca de muchos sitios a los que ir a pasear, de compras o a comer. En definitiva lo recomiendo.

I was never been hosted that well before. We were early for the check in, the receptionist offered us breakfast which was also the best breakfast with so many sweet and salty choices. And on top of that we were upgraded into the Suite. It was a very nice experience in Lisbon and next time when we come back, it will definitely be the Hotel Lisboa Plaza.

Really Awesome! We were there for 4nights. Me and My wife got fabulous hospitality service. Nice Lobby, Quiet atmosphere in center of Lisbon. Walking Distance for Metro Subway. You can reach every landmarks in Lisbon less than 10min by Walk. Elegant Restaurant. Clean Rooms, Splendid Terrace. Pleasant Staff. They are so Kind. I highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to visit Lisbon. I hope will be there soon again.

Beautiful hotel located in a wonderful section of Lisbon. You are steps away from the metro but in an area more for locals rather than tourists. Staff at the hotel are attentive and always friendly and helpful! Breakfast was very good and the wait was minimal. The large lounge to the right of the reception desk has flavored water and tea for free all day and evening, and offers large comfortable seating for many guests to relax. The bar was very nice as well and the staff there is top notch! Don't miss the small terrace on the 4th (?) floor, nice views and an honor bar! Our entire group was very pleased with this wonderful hotel!

Had a great visit here. It's right off the main drag and close to metro. Lots of small, cozy rooms on main level to enjoy a quiet conversation, a book, or a drink. Outside terrace on fifth floor. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and good sized. Bar had a nice, light menu and it's very inviting. I would definitely come back.

Es gibt mehrere gute Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Hotel ist schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles Ist ordentlich und sehr sauber. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Personnel très agréable et à l'écoute de nos demandes. Hotel bien situé, chambre agréable et spacieuse. Petit déjeuner au top, beaucoup de choix, salé, sucré, fruits... Seul petit bémol concernant l'insonorisation si on a la malchance d'être voisin de clients bruyants.

Great ☮️ peaceful hotel. Rooms are clean and nice size with all necesseties. Locate 7/8 mins walking distance from main centre and Rossio station. Ideal for all Inc families. Majority of staff fantastic and informant.

Wir wurden herzlich aufgenommen und das Team versuchte auch all unseren Wünschen nachzukommen. So wurde uns ein früherer Check-In gewährt, ein Extrabett gestellt und am Abreisetag das Gepäck bis in den Abend aufbewahrt.Die Ausstattung des Hotels ist allerdings veraltet. Wer auf moderne Annehmlichkeiten nicht verzichten kann, sollte besser woanders einchecken. So besteht der Fitnessraum lediglich aus einem Raum mit drei Geräten.Für Ausflüge in die Stadt eignet sich das Hotel dagegen hervorragend.

Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Metro Station Avenida. Entsprechend ist es vom Flugplatz aus sehr gut zu erreichen. Von hier aus kommt man entweder zu Fuß oder mit Bus/Metro ebenfalls sehr gut in die Stadt. Die Einrichtung hat einen viktorianischen Stil. Dementsprechend wirkt es mitunter etwas dunkel, lädt jedoch durchaus zum verweilen ein. Die vielen unterschiedlichen Räume und Sitzgelegenheiten tragen definitiv dazu bei.
WLAN ist überall vorhanden. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, gemütlich. Die Betten sind sehr gut. Eine Badewanne ist vorhanden. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche könnte zumindest im sechsten Stock definitiv höher sein. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Das komplette Hotel ist sauber, auch in den Ecken und Kanten. Top.
Wer Nachts mit offenem Fenster schlafen möchte: Lissabon ist extrem laut gewesen als wir da waren (Ostseite, 6. Stock). Die Fenster selber isolieren allerdings sehr gut. Klimaanlage ist vorhanden, insofern nicht so dramatisch. Eine Dachterrasse ist vorhanden. Beim Frühstück ist prinzipiell alles da was das Herz begehrt. Von Prosecco bis hin zu verschiedenen Kuchen. Das Hotel ist definitiv empfehlenswert.

Overall I enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were nice, albeit a little dated (but that sort of added to the charm). The lobby area was lovely with a concierge to take your bags and free tea/coffee. Breakfast was what I would expect from a European hotel, it had cold meats, scrambled egg, bacon, a selection of pastries and fresh fruit. There was even a bottle of prosecco you could help yourself to. Unlike other reviewers, I saw no sign of the chocolate fountain. The only reason it isn't 5 stars is because I found the staff to be less than friendly. They had also made an error with my booking which I received no apologies for, dispite being quite inconvenient after a long journey to Lisbon and around the city centre.

Very pleasant hotel within a short walking distance of the Rossio square. Excellent breakfast buffet -- both quality and variety of food on offer. Complementary water and coffee for guests in a side lounge area. Room large enough for our family of four -- a king size bed along with two camp beds and still room to move. Bathroom equally large and supplied with towels for us all !!!

Sehr schönes, sehr sauberes, im englischen Stil geführtes Hotel. Personal ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltigste Auswahl und ausgezeichnet. Zu Fuß 5 Minuten zu der U Bahn. Das Zentrum ist in 20 Min zu Fuss erreichbar. Kommen sicher wieder.

This is the second time weve stayed here; we stayed at the Plaza Lisboa last summer as well. After an overnight flight from Miami, we arrived at the hotel around 7 am. We were able to get a room within two hours. In the meantime, we were invited to their breakfast buffet, where we relaxed and ate until the room was ready. The staff is super helpful and friendly, and are able to offer suggestions on sightseeing, dining, and places to go. There is a wonderful terrace on the fifth floor thats perfect to go and have a glass of wine and chill after a day of discovering Lisbon. The rooms are all a nice size, and feature a refrigerator/honor bar.

Just stayed there for three nights. Great location, easy access to cafes, restaurants, transportation. Great breakfast buffet, professional and helpful staff. The hotel has an old world feel with all the modern conveniences. I'd stay there again.

L'hôtel est idéalement situé pour découvrir Lisbonne, à pied tout pret du métro des lignes de bus et de tramways .
L'hôtel est très beau avec différents salons magnifiques pour prendre un verre et se détendre. L'accueil est sympathique et professionnel. C'est valable pour tout le personnel. Il y a une belle terrasse,pour prendre l'apéro, une salle de sport. Et notre chambre la 115 est très bien donnant sur une terrasse au calme. Et très important l'hôtel est dans une petite rue au calme donnant sur l'avenue de la Libertade ce sont les Champs Elysées de Lisbonne avec tous les plus beaux magasins,et les plus chers. Sans oublier le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet vraiment copieux.

The feel of a 1950s luxury hotel. Old but elegant. Everyone was so polite and gracious. Even the doorman was a pleasure. He waited outside in the rain for our taxi to arrive and take us to the airport. He made sure the taxi driver knew which terminal we needed to go to. The prices on meals were excellent. Would recommend this place to anyone visiting Lisboa, Portugal!
